Unfriendly employees and extremely long waiting times

Update: We were in Kefalonia again today and it was great again. It was very impressive to see how quickly the team handled the rush of customers. A great team. Despite the high number of customers, the waiting time was refreshingly short. The quality was also top... regardless of whether it was a spinach pizza (with lots of garlic 😁) or a home plate. We were completely satisfied and would love to come back.... and.... of course we had to have the pita too 👍

There seems to be no value placed on customer loyalty anymore. Well, there are other good stores too.

Grill was well attended. The parking lot was partially full. The tables and benches were great. The food was very plentiful and tasty.

We order from you regularly and are happy that you exist! The food is simply delicious, we like to eat gyros, pizza rolls and snails the most. We continue to order and can only recommend you

- Order confirmation: delivery time approx. 1 hour - 1.5 hours later, upon request, driver is on the way. - 2.0 hours later, upon request and announcement Refusal to accept, yes driver is on the way. - 2.25 hours later, we make ourselves something to eat. - 2.5 hours later, the poor delivery driver is at the door and takes the order back. Dear people of Kefalonia, A lack of employees is really a big problem and if problems arise, I actually understand. If you screw up your customers over the phone and actually even when you specify the time in your order email, that's beyond my understanding.

We ordered online and have now been waiting for our order for three hours instead of calling and saying I'm sorry, it's taking a while. They still want to order and the driver still doesn't seem to be on the way! Never again!

Tasty and decent portions at a fair price

Yesterday we ate here for the first time. Very positively surprised. Price-performance is definitely right. Was really tasty. 2 people, 2 large cokes and two main courses 51 and 59. Cost €35. Gladly again.

Stopover from Bennin to Dortmund. Truck stops are more about fast food. Here, 3 minutes from the A2 and the food was delicious. Saved for the next trips. In terms of price, it's okay. I pay a lot more in my hometown and then I don't even get this good quality. That's why 5☆ here alone

Mega good Gyros Pita. Not the usual crap, but really good meat, well seasoned and on real pita. Fries are also very tasty. Fresh and fried in fresh oil.

Whether on site, have it delivered or pick it up yourself... We have been regular customers for years. Test it yourself and you will be satisfied. LG

We ordered 3 family pizzas via the app yesterday. Absolutely TOP! Delivered right on time! 🍕 nice and hot and super tasty. Very nice driver. We were ALWAYS very satisfied!

Four of us ate there. The service was very friendly. Even as an adult, a friend of mine was able to order a children's plate portion. He had ordered gyros with fries, mayo and Metaxa sauce. His girlfriend got gyros gratinated with Metaxa sauce, with fries and a small salad 🥗 My other friend ordered the same thing, only spicy. I ordered the pizza 🍕 Olymp. Only I swapped the mushrooms for crabs. We all drank a Hefeweizen with it. We spent around €60 for 4 people.

Is a very good small Greek restaurant, a lot of pick-ups, but you can also eat on site, great value for money

Delicious food. We actually wanted to go to McDonalds but the entrance was closed. Came here by chance. For €10-15 a plate full of delicious food and more than enough. Much better than the Mac.

Previously one of my favorite snack bars in Porta....now unfortunately no longer an alternative for me...bad and annoying experience, especially with the last order 👎👎👎 I'm disappointed with the store, although the quality and quantity of the food is okay and I've been happy to recommend it so far (4 stars). I can currently only recommend checking the invoice for yourself upon delivery. Addendum based on the owner's answer: My current complaint is based on a menu that I received from the delivery driver upon request when I last ordered in mid-July 2023... and funny, the price is still right for this order??? But well, everything is getting more expensive... and if the Bifteki plate goes up from €13 to €16 now, then that's probably the case. As I said, the food is great, just not the “new” prices in my opinion!

Typical snack bar with tables inside and outside. Gyros very tasty and portions very large and also inexpensive. The staff was very friendly and all wishes were fulfilled The toilets were also large and sparkling clean👍
