One star is still too much. I've rarely had such a bad experience with ramen. The soup had an unpleasant, almost foul taste – absolutely inedible. The ingredients seemed old, stale, and anything but fresh. For the prices charged, that's just outrageous. Never again!

I've rarely been so disappointed by a restaurant. The sushi tasted like it had been sitting on the counter for days – dry, unloved, and completely lacking in freshness. Charging such prices for it borders on rip-off. This was my first and last time.

Our server was friendly drinks really nice however the truffle udon does not work its not a nice sauce the whole dish wasn't good i didn't eat because I couldn't swap the meal and couldn't justify spending another 20 euros on a 2nd meal.

The restaurant is furnished in a very modern way, but unfortunately the lighting concept is not quite to my taste. The lamps flicker incessantly and constantly change color. It was quite crowded due to a Vspots voucher. The food was good and tasty, although not outstanding. The service was very friendly and always described the dishes in detail. Drinks could easily be ordered using a QR code. The food wasn't exceptional enough to make up for the ambiance. A visit is definitely recommended, but the ambience needs to change for my taste. Ultimately it is also a question of personal taste, some people probably like it.

Everything is great!!! My wife and I were there today to celebrate her birthday. I can only say the team helped me a lot to surprise my wife. The food was super tasty. The drinks that were recommended to us were also great. The service was also very outstanding. We haven't experienced such great service in a long time. Extremely friendly, courteous and quick. The location is also really nice. All in all, I can only recommend the location!

The restaurant makes an appealing impression at first glance, but that quickly fades. After taking a seat, the service person immediately disappeared without informing us about what was going on. It took some time before we could even order, and even then we had to wait a long time for the food. There were over 30 minutes between each course - in total we spent more than three hours in the restaurant. The offer, advertised as “Sushi Unlimited”, only consisted of fixed plates that you could not choose yourself. At least: The sushi tasted good. Other sushi restaurants offer more choice and, above all, better service - without the endless waiting.

We are really very satisfied, nice service and the sushi platter for 2 people, as well as the homemade lemonade with pineapple and melon are highly recommended! Extremely good!!!

A nice restaurant, very unusual memorable and atmospheric design. It is convenient to order food thanks to the tablet, but there are times when due to technical problems the order does not arrive, it is better to check with the waiter. There is not enough fish in the rolls, there is not much choice of rolls either, the other dishes are tasty and the portions are large.

The service in the restaurant was really friendly and attentive, there's nothing wrong with that. Unfortunately the food was a huge disappointment. The quality of the sushi was very low, it didn't seem fresh at all and the taste had nothing to do with high-quality sushi. What was particularly irritating was the extremely high price in Düsseldorf & Co. There are much higher quality sushi restaurants that are even cheaper. For what is offered here, the price is simply not justified. I wouldn't eat here again.

I went there to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday. I specifically told the staff that my boyfriend doesn’t know anything about the surprise. The girl staff goes up to my boyfriend when I’m using the restroom and told him about the surprise… very unprofessional. I specifically also choose that place since they suppose to close later than 00:00 and I wanted to celebrate in to his birthday. Around 22:30 on a Friday they told us that they were about to close so we had to do our last order. Very disappointing since it all looked so different from social media. Would not recommend.

If you like to spend a lot of money on mediocre sushi and come mainly for Insta stories, this is a good place for you. However, real sushi lovers will not be impressed by the place. We expected a lot more from this “hyped” sushi spot and have to say that the price-performance ratio is absolutely not right. I've eaten much better sushi for significantly less money. The sushi was tasty, but not up to the price. We spent a total of €105 for 2 people and you can really expect more for that. The only positive thing is the decoration and the cocktails. The cocktails were actually excellent. The music volume and the lighting being too dark could still be worked on. We're still quite young and definitely not bourgeois people who complain about everything, but even we got sick at some point due to the dark lighting and loud music. That would be great for a bar, but not for a restaurant.

I was curious to see what a trendy place in Dortmund looked like, but apart from the decoration, nothing else impressed me. The food was quite expensive and just okay, but without enthusiasm (we ordered sushi with my girlfriend). The service was bad, no one cleared the empty plates, and there were different glasses, which I also find to be a big negative point. It's definitely enough to have been there once

During my visit, I ordered the chicken ramen and individual maki and nigiri. The chicken ramen was okay, and at €13, the price was quite reasonable compared to other restaurants. The maki and nigiri, however, were really not good. Especially €6.90 for two nigiri is extortionate. Even though the price-quantity-quality ratio of sushi in Germany is generally abysmal, this was by far the worst I've had so far. So, I'd happily come back for the ramen, but for sushi, I'll find another place.

Review: Overrated and not a real taste experience I tried the restaurant because of all the hype, but honestly I don't understand why it's so highly praised. The ambience is modern and chic, but the food didn't convince me. The sushi was okay, but nothing special – no “wow” factor that you would expect given the prices. The portions were rather small, and in terms of taste, I have eaten in much more authentic and better sushi shops, which also offer a much better price-performance ratio. Here you feel like you pay more for the name and image than for the quality. Conclusion: There are definitely better options that are fresher, tastier and more fairly priced. If you're looking for real sushi enjoyment, you should go somewhere else.

We went there for “unlimited” sushi. Strangely enough, contrary to the name, the number is limited to 4 sushi plates. Unfortunately you can't even choose these yourself... before that there is edamame and afterwards a lukewarm lava cake. Overall, the price seems too expensive. But all of that would still be manageable if the service was good. Unfortunately it takes an extremely long time until you get the next record. We were there for 3 hours for the amount described above. This is underground! Some people who arrived a little later than us had to wait in line for 30 minutes, despite having a reservation, but luckily we were spared that. To me, the whole thing seems to be a principle to get rid of the cheapest sushi possible for as much money as possible and at the same time sell a lot of drinks. Otherwise, you could put the actually limited amount of sushi on the table straight away so that you don't have to wait 30 minutes for each round. At other sushi restaurants you get more for the same money, with higher quality, you can choose it yourself and you don't have to wait long! DO NOT go to Oishinbo on Wednesday!

The restaurant looks nice. But that was it for the good impression. There is very loud music in the restaurant. You can hardly have a conversation. When we went into the restaurant, we were just taken to the seat and left to sit alone. We weren't told how to order. The service was gone straight away. When I found the QR code for ordering the food under the table after 5 minutes, we ordered our food. We had to wait 20 minutes. Our food sat on the counter for minutes and ultimately arrived cold. Since the small, expensive portions didn't fill us up, we ordered dessert. It was cold too. A poor performance for €60. We won't be coming back

Without a doubt I will come back! I loved the place and the wonderful atmosphere. The service and food were excellent, although – if I was really picky – I would change a few little things. For example, our jackets were accepted when we entered, but when we left we were allowed to take them with us without any control, which seemed a bit disorganized to me. I also found the starters and desserts a bit expensive in relation to the portion size. However, other than that, the place is fantastic, and the quality of the food is simply delicious!

We were very disappointed! To be honest, I expect more under All you can eat or Sushi unlimited... Instead of a free choice of dishes, there were 5 prepared courses - although the edamame were overcooked, the sushi was too cream cheese-heavy and oversalted! The dessert was okay... The ambience looks great in the pictures, but it is quite loud, dark and smells strongly of diffuser aroma oil.

The all you can eat offer is not worth waiting almost 3 hours for 24 pieces of sushi, 16 of which were with dry hands. So if you have a lot of time and no taste, this is the right place.

We were at OISHINBO on the occasion of our anniversary today. It was our first, but certainly not last, visit there. We were warmly welcomed and looked after courteously. Our requests were addressed and the service was perfect all around. A great team that made our evening even more special 🥰 And the food...absolutely delicious. It really tastes as good as it looks 😍😋 Friendliness and service are still alive and well here. THANK YOU FOR THAT

A stylish shop with really great food. The menu via a QR code on your cell phone can be exciting, but somehow has a slightly uncomfortable touch. The employees are very attentive and friendly. The round tables are a bit cramped for three, but the food is simply brilliant and really worth it. Sushi, udon ramen, starters, everything is really great quality and very nicely prepared. Delicious. Clear recommendation.

Never again!!! The visit was a complete disappointment. We sat at the front and were disturbed the whole time by an unpleasant draft - relaxation was out of the question. When we asked the unfriendly waitress about it, we were just dismissed in annoyance instead of trying to find a solution. The service was overall inattentive and rude. That's not how you treat guests! Definitely not recommended and we certainly won't be coming back.

The food was really delicious, but that was about it for my positive experience. The ambience actually looks very nice if you don't get the space right at the entrance and therefore don't have any of the ambience. Plus it's damn cold in winter when the door is opened. On the next point, the service is catastrophic for 2 people in the group the food came within 15-30 minutes, for the other 2 it took us almost 1 hour for a few sushi rolls. Allowed to wait! The prices are way too expensive for the service that you obviously pay for. The music dance show listed on their site didn't exist either.

We had a really disappointing evening at this restaurant. Even though we were the first guests in the store, we were asked to sit in a corner even though other guests with the same number of people could sit in a better spot. The order was only taken after an hour and a half and the staff seemed completely overwhelmed. We cleared away the starters ourselves so that the waiters didn't have so much work and things went faster - that also took over 45 minutes. The main course was also a long time coming and when it finally arrived, the food was cold, my chicken was hard and I had to organize the soy sauce myself because the bottles were empty. The waitresses were unfriendly which made the experience even more unpleasant. The only bright spot was the waiter, who remained attentive and friendly despite the chaos. All in all, I am more than disappointed and amazed at how a restaurant can be run like this. I've never experienced anything like it and I definitely won't be coming back. We had endless waiting times and were in the store for over 3 1/2 hours.

I have rarely experienced a restaurant with such poor service. The waiting time for the starter was already unacceptable at around 45 minutes. When we asked, we were told that the problem was because four of us had ordered with multiple cell phones - a completely absurd and unprofessional explanation. Instead of admitting the mistake, the situation was downplayed and dismissed with empty phrases. Disappointed with the poor service, we decided not to order any more main courses. It was noticeable that other guests also complained about the long waiting times - some at least received compensation, which was not the case with us. When we wanted to pay the bill, we had to wait again for almost 30 minutes and felt really provoked. Communication with staff was also inadequate. Everyone referred to a different person and the feedback was neither taken seriously nor dealt with professionally. Instead, we received rude and empty answers that gave the impression that such complaints were common. Conclusion: The service was unreasonable, the professionalism was non-existent. The price-performance ratio was not there. I will definitely not visit this restaurant again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

It may be a small detail, but the constant movement of the table top back and forth became quite annoying over time. The service was okay overall. Polite and attentive, although occasionally irritating as objects were constantly being pushed back and forth on the table for no apparent reason. The biggest drawback of the evening, however, was the food. Given the stylish ambience, we expected more. Unfortunately the taste fell short of expectations. If you have to say that the edamame were the highlight of the menu, that probably says it all. It's a shame, because the restaurant definitely has potential, it just wasn't used to its full potential.

Raw chicken was served which was simply disgusting to eat, especially the consistency. After we talked about it, we were literally talked out of it that at least we could get it new: “If you want JUST because of this LITTLE piece now, I can bring you a new one” and other similar statements and expressions. Regardless, the food really didn't taste good, so we left a lot behind. Unfortunately the restaurant was more appearance than reality, especially for the prices. Unfortunately the selection wasn't at all satisfactory and there wasn't something for everyone...

The store looks good, but the food was okay at best. My flesh felt like gristle - like I was just chewing on it. When I brought this up, the waiter treated me condescendingly, saying things like “Because of such a small piece of meat?” Simply disrespectful. I reserved a table for my friend's birthday. From the service to the staff, everything was impeccable. The employees there are incredibly nice. The food was delicious, the best sushi we have eaten. The curry is also a smooth 10/10. The non-alcoholic Wildberry Mojito rounded off the meal nicely and brought freshness. In addition, you can order a decorated table and a cake with a fountain at the table for little money. We would be happy to come back and can only recommend it wholeheartedly.

Nice restaurant, delicious food and good service. !!!BUT!!! How can it be that you reserve a table for 9 people at 6 p.m. and are told as soon as you enter that you have to leave at 8 p.m.? I'm expecting a relaxed evening with friends where I can enjoy my meal in PEACE and not just do a quick number like in a fast food shop!!! And then have to watch how people are moved again after 15 minutes of arrival, probably to make room for the dance floors or something similar... it works not at all!!! Furthermore, there were 9 of us sitting at a table so small that we were already sitting on each other's laps. Maybe you should rethink the concept... you can't spend a cozy evening with friends here with several people! !!!

This is a good location for a club/party, but I find the lighting concept less suitable for eating because it simply distorts the real colors - they don't say "the eye eats with you" for nothing. The food and service were good, but didn't inspire any enthusiasm. We were there on Wednesday and ordered from the menu - the "sushi only" offer on the internet had just been rejected (reasons unknown, but since the restaurant wasn't even half full that evening: it probably didn't go as well).

The place is a 10/10. The food is above average and the price/performance is right. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The cocktails are mega!
