Nil Döner-Pizza in München

Food was okay, unfortunately the pizza was cold

I never want to order a pizza like that, I ordered it once and it doesn't taste good at all in the mill and such a rude service behind the phone doesn't understand how you can get it delivered in 1.5 hours

Loud music, the waiter came in a white shirt that had holes in it and wasn't exactly the friendliest, the menus were dirty inside and some of the pages were torn, my pizza with arugula came undercooked and lukewarm, unfortunately I didn't have the opportunity to tell the waiter, Since he was no longer at our table, I was very disappointed with the price/performance ratio, there is a lot of room for improvement. There are better places in town

Nobody needs such a bad experience. Please Italian, Jugo, German, Greek etc., but not this food. I would also like something new!

We ordered three pizzas and a children's menu from Pizza Avanti in Trudering on Wednesday, November 27th - and we are more than thrilled! Delivery was quick and the driver was incredibly friendly. We were particularly impressed that he politely apologized at the door that part of the children's menu could not be included as it was no longer in stock. The invoice amount was immediately adjusted accordingly, which we found to be very customer-oriented. But that's not all: Shortly after delivery, we even received a call from the branch management, who apologized several times for the oversight. To our great surprise, it was then organized for the driver to bring the missing parts to us from another branch. This commitment and consideration for customer satisfaction is truly exceptional! The pizzas themselves were delicious, as always, and the entire process exceeded our expectations. Such perfect customer service is a real rarity these days. We therefore give Pizza Avanti in Trudering full marks and can only recommend it to everyone! Thank you for this great experience!
