Nil Döner-Pizza in München

When you order at the terminals you are begged. Employees don't intervene, but they watch. People have their feet on the seats. Young people smoke e-cigarettes in the restaurant. When ordering, one meal took significantly longer, but the others were prepared in the meantime and left to cool down significantly.

First we waited two hours for the food and then it wasn't even edible. My pizza looked like a frozen pizza that was 5 minutes too short in the oven. Not recommended

My Lieferando order was simply canceled even though the store wouldn't close for another 4 hours. I find it cheeky

I don't understand how bad a huge branch can be. Employees seemingly incompetent. No matter what time you come, expect to wait half an hour for fries and nuggets.

For 60€ I ordered a cold pizza, 3 burger buns that you can't even bite off and two salads that are expired, never a pile of dirt again Why is the store still there?
