Very hygienically questionable, collects cash and then prepares the food without cleaning your hands beforehand or using disposable gloves. When asked objectively about it, you are insulted in the extreme and the climax is a contemptuous spit on the floor. Are you crazy? Peschelanger 13, Munich, Bavaria, Germany We ordered from Hot Wok for almost €400, and unfortunately the experience was anything but good. One of the sauces was moldy and completely inedible! When we complained to the shop owner, he was incredibly rude and rude. Instead of offering a solution or apologizing in some way, he showed no insight. You just don't expect something like that at such a high price. Absolutely disappointing, and we definitely won't be ordering again!
