Disgusting service!! We ordered €360 and received moldy sauces (see picture). Of course, we couldn't safely eat the rest of the food... When we asked about it over the phone, we were rudely turned away. No refund or anything else. It's a disgrace!

We ordered from Hot Wok for almost €400, and unfortunately, the experience was anything but good. One of the sauces was moldy and completely inedible! When we complained to the owner, he reacted incredibly rudely and cheekily. Instead of offering a solution or some kind of apology, he showed no empathy. You simply don't expect something like that at such a high price. Absolutely disappointing, and we definitely won't order again!

I've ordered at least three times for pickup at the counter, and each time I've received the wrong product. Either they can only do one prescription, or they don't care what the customer gets. It's just awful when you're looking forward to something after a hard day at work, and then you get home and unwrap the wrong product.

This shop and the people are the reason I would never move away! The food is ALWAYS great, even special requests are always accommodated, and not to mention, the family here is so sweet and welcoming and passionate about what they do! P.S.: My boyfriend and I love your food! ❤️❤️❤️

Unfortunately you can no longer order from you. Instead of fried noodles with chicken, you get spaghetti with chicken. The price is almost 15 euros The rice is hard and something is forgotten every time Not recommended

The dish I ordered had no taste. Also, I got the wrong dish and called the restaurant, the owner didn’t feel sorry about that, instead of apologies, he arrogantly asked what do you want ????? I asked to redo the dish correctly and pick it up again then. Surprisingly, I was asked to pay again unless I give the wrong dish back?? (Don’t get what’s for). So I brought the wrong dish which I already have had thrown in the trash can….great experience 🙄

Noodles were dry, rice was hard, beef was like rubber and soup was delivered half spilled...after we complained by phone, we had to bring the food back ourselves to get our money. I didn't feel like it, so I choked down a bit because I was hungry... last time I ordered it from hot wok. The pasta for 5 euros in the shopping center tastes better. And they taste great...

My aunt came to visit from North Rhine-Rhine Westphalia, drove 8 hours by car, we wanted to make her happy with food and got hard rice with rubbery meat for her. The sauce wasn't a sauce, but had a consistency like water. Soup half spilled... When we complained on the phone we were rudely offered that we should bring the food back and only then get our money back. So that was really the last time we ordered! We have never eaten so badly!!! Yes, that's right, we have already complained a few times, but not because of the food but because it was so expensive or because something was missing. You are making a fool of yourself here with your answer: I don't have a face account, the other account belongs to my husband. Delete my last name from your answer otherwise I will show you!

I used to be a very satisfied and regular customer here! Repeatedly, mostly when orders were placed on weekdays/lunch, the wrong food was delivered. This can happen, but unfortunately it has now become the norm. Really a shame!

I received the wrong spring rolls with two orders. When I called the supplier, they simply claimed it was correct. That was definitely the last time I'll order from them. The items in the photo are neither five nor shrimp rolls. That can happen, sure, but to simply claim it didn't is just unprofessional.

I've ordered it frequently – large portions with good quality. Delivery times are usually on time, too. It's best to order directly from the website rather than through Lieferando.
