"New Marin Steak & Fish" in Berlin

Hähnchenbrust, Reis und alles super. Auch die Köfte Spieße. Einzige Problem ist, dass die Spieße Fleisch nach Fisch schmecken und riechen. Wenn man kein Fisch mag ist das ein Problem. Vielleicht irgendwie ne Lösung finden aufm Grill? Deshalb 3 Sterne.

Wir waren das erste Mal dort. Haben im Wintergarten gesessen. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ambiente sehr schön, Essen klasse und der Service sehr Aufmerksam. Kann ich sehr gerne empfehlen & kommen wieder.

Alles war perfekt! Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier und wurden sofort herzlich empfangen, platziert und mit einem Kaffee vom Haus verwöhnt. Anschließend erhielten wir eine köstliche Vorspeise. Die Speisen waren hervorragend und wir genossen sie in einer sehr angenehmen, ruhigen Atmosphäre. Die Kellner waren stets aufmerksam, höflich und das Restaurant sauber. 100/5

Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Portion genau richtig. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Besonders positiv: kinderfreundlich und sehr saubere Toiletten. Alles in allem ein schönes Erlebnis – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hallo, guten Abend, liebe Marin-Manager und Freunde, ist es normal, dass ein Mann, der wie ein Ramadan-Trommler trommelt, in diesem schönen Lokal von Tisch zu Tisch geht und Geld kassiert? Er kam dreimal an unseren Tisch und ging erst, nachdem er bezahlt hatte. Als Gast fand ich das sehr störend. Ich werde nicht wiederkommen. Wir haben am Samstag Eintritt bezahlt, und dann drinnen kassierte der Trommler Geld, als würde er uns erpressen. 😡😡

Wir verbrachten einen schönen Abend indem Restaurant. Das Essen und der Service waren sehr gut. Das geht kaum noch besser.

Ich war angenehm überrascht von diesem Ort. Von außen würde ich ein so gutes Restaurant nicht erwarten. Das Gericht war sehr gut zubereitet. Was mich glücklich macht – es war nicht salzig – man konnte also die anderen Aromen des Gerichts spüren. Der Fisch hatte einen ausgeprägten Geschmack und die Kartoffeln waren zart. Der Service ist freundlich und professionell und die Einrichtung ist stimmungsvoll.

Sehr gutes Essen aber auch verhältnismäßig teuer

Wir waren heute als gruppe da zum iftar brechen wir waren um die 11 personen und wir würden sehr herzlich empfangen der tisch wurde so schön für und gedeckt die haben an alles gedacht wie wasser datteln usw. es gabs nachspeise aufs haus und kaffe war auch aufs haus was uns sehr gewundert hatte weil es selten sowas in irgendein resturant gibt das die sowas aufs haus machen die wasser falschen was um die 5-10 Flaschen waren auch aufs haus was wir sehr erstaunt toll fanden, die kellner waren sehr zuvorkommend haben ständig gefragt ob alles okey sei und ob wir noch was brauchen es wurde auf die zeit geachtet zum iftar brechen, alles im ganzen wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt es war ein sehrr schöner abend für uns und wolten uns nochmal sehr bedanken an das Restaurant und an dem service top arbeit geleistet ich kann das resturant nur vom herzen weiter empfehlen werden inshallah öfters noch kommen.

Wir waren gestern am Freitag dort . Leider entsprach mein Besuch nicht meinen Erwartungen. Die Dorade war auf einer Seite verbrannt, und der Salat war nicht frisch – die Tomaten waren welk. Auch der Service war enttäuschend: Der Kellner war ständig am Handy und reagierte unfreundlich, nachdem ich kein Trinkgeld gegeben habe.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker, das Personal sehr freundlich und achtet auf jedes Detail. Es ist zwar etwas teuer, aber gerechtfertigt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr leer und teuer. Es ist jetzt nichts anderes als ein Pavillon. Es hat sich sehr verändert. Nur Meze und Getränke, ohne Essen, kosten 300 €.

Wir waren vorigen Samstag da, und es war wirklich sehr amüsant. Empfang = sehr schnell und freundlich Tisch Bedienung = sehr freundlich und auf einer sehr angenehmen Distanz Essen= gegrillter Lammrücken,♥️ Die selbstbewuste und elegante Sängerin mit ihrer tollen müzik Gruppe haben uns die nostalgie mit liebesgefühlen begleitet. Danken euch allen von der Mädchengruppe die vorne saßen ⚘️🙏🎊

Zuerst einmal das Positive: Die Bedienung war sehr, sehr freundlich und angenehm. Aber man geht ja vor allem in ein Restaurant um zu essen. Wir haben uns beide auf den gegrillten Octopus gefreut. Die Präsentation mit Salat und Kartoffeln in einer großen, ovalen Schale war sehr ansprechend. Dann aber die Enttäuschung: Der Octopus schmeckte nach …. nichts, es hätte auch Tofu sein können. Die Struktur war irgendwie weich, faserich, untypisch. Er schmeckte, als wäre er vorher solange in Wasser ausgekocht worden, bis auch der letzte Rest Geschmack und Struktur verschwunden war. Grillaromen gab es auch nicht - wahrscheinlich hat man ihn nach dem auskochen irgendwo gelagert und - wenn jemand ihn dummerweise bestellte - dann unter einem Infrarotstrahler „warm gegrillt“. Gutes Essen geht anders – besonders wenn man dafür stolze 60 Euro zahlt. Daneben kaum der Rede wert war, dass die sog. Ofenkartoffeln pflaumengröße hatten, sich nicht von der Schale lösten und eher geschmort waren. Man kann Kartoffeln zwar gelegentlich mit Schale essen ohne krank zu werden, es wird aber wegen der schädliche Alkaloide (Solanin) abgeraten und ist auch nicht mein Ding. Fazit: Da hat sich der Koch gleich mehrfach das Leben leicht gemacht und nach meiner Überzeugung bewiesen, dass er in einem höherpreisigen Fischrestaurant fehl am Platz ist. Wir waren an einem Sonntagabend zum ersten Mal dort, es war um 20:00 Uhr sehr leer. Eine halbe Stunde später fing dann aber eine Band mit dem Aufbau und Testen von Schlagzeug, Instrumenten und Verstärker an. Unser Gesamteindruck trotz netter Bedienung: never ever !

Wir waren das erste mal dort an einem Samstag und haben mein Geburtstag da gefeiert hatten vorher reserviert es sollte an dem Abend eine Live Musik Show um 22:30 stattfinden was nicht der Fall war und es war nur ein DJ da der um 00:00 erst ankam. 20€ Eintritt für nichts,das Essen will ich garnicht erwähnen ein Riesen Teller mit Grünzeug voll gepackt damit es voll aussieht und dermaßen überteuert. Ich komme aus dem Ruhrgebiet und bei uns ist es eine Nummer one was solche Location angeht! Das war ein Fehlschlag werde diesen Laden nie wieder besuchen und auch nicht empfehlen!!!

The food is very good. But… Unfortunately, you have to pay an entrance fee of €20 per person if you want to listen to live music. With raki, meze, and everything, you end up paying around €100 per person, which is quite steep. Now for the negatives. You have to pay an entrance fee even though I'm paying €100 just for food and drinks. The waiters don't seem to care about you, and you have to wave them around ten times to get your order. The waiters don't know which table each order is for, and it gets passed around from table to table, and by the time you get it, it's cold. The waiters are changing shifts, and you have to pay your bill while you're eating. Now for the best part!!! There's neither coffee nor tea. Dear restaurateur, everyone knows that where raki is served, there's tea or Turkish coffee. But apparently, there isn't any when there's live music. What a shame.

The appetizers were fantastic, and the meats were equally delicious. It was a wonderful evening; you can go without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend it. The only downside is that they stopped serving tea and coffee for those who don't drink alcohol; otherwise, it was perfect.

I went there for the first time and I really went on recommendation. It's a super restaurant both in terms of food and service. I celebrated my birthday there and their attention was amazing. I didn't ask the name of the waiter who served us, but every restaurant really needs someone like that. His attention and care were really great. Keep it up! We were very pleased and we are sure this won't be our last visit. Thank you very much for everything. Thank you for your hard work.

The food and atmosphere are amazing

The Best Fish in Berlin! We were there last week and had two different types of fish. OMG, the fish is one of the best I have ever had in Berlin! The vibe is perfect, and the food is just as exceptional. Highly recommended to spend time here for a special occasion.

The food is delicious, and the service is friendly and attentive. Prices aren't exactly cheap, but they're reasonable considering the quality. The decor and atmosphere are lovely and inviting. However, what's completely unacceptable is the fact that smoking is allowed in the restaurant. That's absolutely unacceptable!

We ordered Dalas, the meat came and it smelled like gum, everything took a long time.

While we were still eating the appetizers, they were trying to clear our plates away from us. When we told the waiter that we weren't finished yet, he would have thrown the main course at our heads if he wasn't ashamed, we've never seen anything like it!

We ordered liver today for about €20, but unfortunately it was inedible?!

An excellent dining experience at New Marin Steak & Fish! The food is fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor especially the steaks and seafood. The ambiance is elegant yet comfortable, making it ideal for both casual dinners and special occasions. The staff are friendly, attentive, and truly care about guest satisfaction. A must-visit spot in Berlin for anyone who appreciates quality food and great service!

The live music is at 80 decibels; it's impossible to hear each other; it hurts your ears. If you're just going to play, not to chat, maybe. Water shouldn't be 7.5 euros. There were two people waiting at the door, but one waiter did all the service. Kudos to the waiter, though, for keeping up with all those people, but he might have missed a few. Berlin used to be known as a poor but sexy city. They've brought Istanbul's culture of spending money to be "happy" and dressing up those who drink raki to Berlin. I don't think I'll go again. You can have a better time for the same price. The meat was good, the appetizers were mediocre.

Three women enjoyed delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere. All the meats were delicious. I had the mixed kebab, and the portion was satisfying. The appetizers and salads were also delicious. My only criticism was that the tea was a bit too strong. 😀 But other than that, everything was excellent. The price was well above average. But the service and quality were also on par.

The owner is wonderful, his food is even more wonderful, and the ambiance is breathtaking. I'd love to come by on a romantic date and enjoy a delicious piece of meat. Best regards

Simply amazing! We were there for dinner and a Raki night. The staff were very friendly, and the food and side dishes were delicious. It's a bit pricey, but it's worth it for a wonderful experience.

Food is very good, also attractively presented

Five of us went to this restaurant today. Two people had fish, one had chicken, one had an Adana kebab, and the fifth ordered a spoon salad and fries. The fish was perfectly prepared, very flavorful, and despite a roasted exterior, it was translucent on the inside. The Adana was super delicious, and the spoon salad also received high praise. The server was very attentive and courteous. If we're ever in the area again, we'll stop by again.

Wow! The service was super friendly, the ambiance outside (terrace) was a bit fancy, and inside, it felt more like you were sitting in an old fish shop! The atmosphere was super nice, both inside and out! The food was delicious, cooked to perfection. Except for the fish platter for two, in my opinion, the price isn't justified! Max. €55-60, but definitely not €80! Otherwise, we were all very satisfied!

Everything, appetizers, etc. are very good, but if we pay 49 euros for Niran Unsal's entrance and 130 euros for 70 glasses of raki, don't worry, they shouldn't charge for water either. For God's sake, what is 8 euros per water bottle?

The restaurant has a large terrace, which is closed in winter, where you can smoke. There is excellent food. The staff is extremely friendly even if you criticize something. I can only recommend this restaurant. Always a pleasure because of the great fish and meat dishes.

We were particularly impressed by the tender beef fillet, which was cooked to perfection. The wine selection was also excellent and perfectly rounded off the culinary experience. The prices are absolutely fair for the high quality offered here. We will definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant! A true highlight for all gourmets!

The service is zero, all the employees are very sullen and talking loudly, the food was not cooked, it's a disgrace, we made a reservation, they kicked us out for the concert, we couldn't even get to our table.

A wonderful restaurant with a large winter garden, which is also open on Sundays! You sit perfectly and both meat and fish dishes are very tasty!

The dishes were consistently very tasty and lovingly prepared. We were lucky because we came in without booking in advance and got a seat even though it was Friday evening. The service was very courteous and quick. The offering on the menu corresponds to the name of the restaurant: steak and fish and both of excellent quality.

We were there on a Saturday evening and would like to share a few pointers. The live music starts at 9:30 p.m. and you have to pay an entry fee of 10 euros per person. Unfortunately, this information wasn't available online, which was a bit confusing. You can leave the cloakroom, which is practical. I would definitely recommend making reservations, especially on Friday or Saturday evenings, as it gets very busy. As for seating, I wouldn't recommend sitting directly under the speakers or near the bass - it was extremely loud. For people who are more sensitive to noise, the seats in the middle or on the sides are more comfortable. The overall sound quality of the music was good, and we also liked the transition to live music. The food was really fresh and high quality. We had anchovies, which were not on the menu but were served upon request. The fish and vegetables were very tasty. The only point of criticism: the prices are slightly higher on the live music evenings (Friday and Saturday), which is mentioned online but is not listed separately on the menu. A negative point was the parking situation. We had to look for a free spot for about 20 minutes. If you can, it's best to take a taxi. Conclusion: The ambience, the music and the food were great, but a little more transparency regarding prices and information would be helpful!

Literally live massacre, music and I ate fish or burnt ashes, I didn't understand, they are sullen, from the lady working at the entrance to the waiters, it is never a place to go again, there are better places in Berlin.

The waiter was actually a very careful and respectful boy, I think he had just come from TR, but whatever I wanted did not come, everything I wanted throughout the night was wrong 😅🥺 the environment is extremely loud and you can never chat with the person in front of you, even during the breaks, the music is at full volume. When I went there, Ms. Esra was on stage, but she was shouting so much that my ears were throbbing at the end of the night as if I had just left a wedding 🥹🙃 So let's say it's one of the places we had to go to since there weren't many alternatives in Berlin 🫤

This Turkish restaurant impressed on every level. The meat dishes were all delicious and the portions were generous. The dessert was first introduced by the extremely friendly and courteous waiter and we also liked it. The inviting atmosphere rounded off a successful visit. We'll be back.

Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was a bitter disappointment. There was an event that evening, which apparently left the staff completely overwhelmed. The service was extremely poor - it took forever before we could even order anything and then we had to wait another very long time for our food and drinks. The entire ambience was disorganized and chaotic, and the chaos continued at the end of the evening: we received a false bill that charged significantly more than we actually consumed. Unfortunately, we didn't notice the error until later, so we ended up paying far too much. Such an experience is simply not acceptable. A restaurant should be able to at least keep track of events, even during events. For us it is clear: We will not visit this restaurant again.

A wonderful restaurant with lots of very tasty dishes and starters. I would actually like to give it 5*, but I was so disappointed by a very overpriced fruit salad for dessert that it only gets 4*. So everything was great, only the fruit salad, which seemed to consist of 3 apples, was definitely worth the price! not worth it. We always enjoy coming here and look forward to the next time

A nice, cozy shop, the food was very tasty and the service tried to please everyone, which wasn't easy given the number of guests but was still managed well. I can't say anything about prices because it was a party where I was invited. Parking spaces are difficult and yesterday when we were there, unfortunately the air conditioning wasn't working so it was just too warm because the store was very full. All in all, it's worth a visit at any time if the ambience and food are right

We had steak late, around 11 p.m., we were served great, the food came very quickly and everything was tasty, octopus salad and Dallas steak fresh from the grill. Gladly again

On Friday/Saturday evenings you pay €10 entry. The musicians were good, but it was way too loud. Therefore conversation among each other is not possible. The Adana was pretty solid and tasty. The cold meze tasted good and was quite small for €5.50. If you dip it in 3-4 times the portion is almost empty. The waiters were nice.

We had a very nice experience, the food was delicious and the service very good and friendly. The only thing was the smoke that was coming into the main room (from the smoker room). Probably not as noticeable in the summer when the windows are open.

The food itself was tasty, but too expensive. (I would also prefer to have a real salad as a side dish instead of mainly onions. Then you probably wouldn't miss any sauce or something similar. So it seemed a bit dry or not round enough to me.) We were there on an evening with live music and therefore had to pay 10 euros entry. But we were there at 8:30 p.m. and the music didn't start until around 10 p.m. So it wasn't really worth it for us. What we didn't realize was that smoking was allowed there. (But maybe only from 10 p.m., after dinner?)

We were there for the concert and actually had a nice evening.. But...I think such prices are overpriced for this quality of meat dishes, not to mention the drinks!! And the service is an absolute disaster!! Very unprofessional, standing in groups in front of the guests' tables. They're just joking around and sometimes gossiping about their customers. I also saw arguments among employees...unfortunately... And constantly pulling out your cell phone in front of customers is not possible!! It's a real shame because I find the location very chic.. And, if you have one, turn on the air conditioning!!

For years it has been one of the best (fish) restaurants in Berlin that I know. Excellent food, top service (Can), and great ambience. We'd love to come back after a short break. Thanks!
