Olta Fish House in Berlin

A good selection of fish in the display case. A rotating selection of fresh fish. Very tasty side dishes. The vegetables and potatoes are cooked to perfection and well seasoned. If you like fish, this is the place for you. Friendly and fast service.

Five of us went to this restaurant today. Two people had fish, one had chicken, one had an Adana kebab, and the fifth ordered a spoon salad and fries. The fish was perfectly prepared, very flavorful, and despite a roasted exterior, it was translucent on the inside. The Adana was super delicious, and the spoon salad also received high praise. The server was very attentive and courteous. If we're ever in the area again, we'll stop by again.

Small but fine fish restaurant. We had a very good meal. They also have fish on the daily menu.

Sounds promising, but it doesn't hold up. The oysters and mussels were wonderful, but the rest was unfortunately disappointing. The ceviche was boring. Very small plates, but high prices. It seems uninspired and random, with no real common thread. The service was too arrogant for me. There was no recommendation or advice about the wine and the plates were carelessly placed in a very strange sequence. If the tipping expectations are not met, you as a guest will be treated condescendingly. That hasn't happened to me in a long time. I expected a lot and unfortunately I'm not sad that I can't do it again here.
