We ate at the buffet, which is always held on Tuesday evenings and offers a wide variety. Everything is freshly prepared and tastes incredibly delicious. Reservations are recommended.

We were regular customers and hadn't been there for quite a while! Now we're back and only eating there. But the food is top-notch.

The food was exquisite, the service incredible. I love Greek restaurants, but this one even more so because I learned a few words of thanks in Greek. The chicken breast was delicious. I recommend the place and its food. The service is very good, they are very warm, elegant, and I was wearing my work uniform. I'm from Colombia, I speak Spanish, and a little German because I live here, but they were very understanding.

The food is good but the manager cheats on his employees. An 8-hour day for €8 wages quickly turns into a 12-hour day for €5 wages, you don't get a tip at all and a reasonable conversation to address the problems is not possible because you will then be dumped in a very rude way. It's a shame

13.02.16 18 uhr , auf allen freien Tischen, Reserviert-Schilder Einziger Tisch ohne Schild, neben der Tür zum Außenbereich , Tür auf, Tür zu, hin und her, es ist Februar, draußen ist es kalt. Sind schon beim Vorgänger ( Santorini ) zu Gast gewesen. Über eine halbe Stunde hat man uns ignoriert. Mein Freund hätte gerne noch ein Bier bestellt. Irgendwann hat jede Geduld ein Ende. Seit Jahren haben wir hier Geburtstage gefeiert. Wir haben zum ersten Mal kein Tipp gegeben. Ich schäme mich für einen so schlechten Service. Wir kommen so bald nicht wieder! Übrigens: Es ist nicht üblich, das Gedeck des einen Gastes vorzeitig abzuräumen. Beiden wird es gleichzeitig eingesetzt und auch beiden gleichzeitig abgeräumt! Desweiteren darf man im Verlauf einer Bewirtung Regelmäßig das Weinglas auswechseln!

The best Greek in Berlin - and I've tried many. Not exactly cheap, but always tasty and quick. Seafood is fresh and well prepared. Meat dishes are very tasty. Mostly large portions... meat platter for two is hard to beat. The garlic potatoes and the gyros with spicy garlic are special - you don't have any friends anymore, but it tastes great. The only point of criticism that doesn't detract from the rating: the menu says that you can change side dishes free of charge. If you do that, there will be an extra three euros on the bill. Otherwise everything is great and always delicious!

Nice Greek restaurant with very friendly staff and we got a table on Sunday without a reservation. The menu also has a few special dishes on the menu. We found it completely comfortable and were very satisfied.

Finally go to the Greek restaurant again and don't get any ouzo... You order a salad and get fries. The salad that came was just cabbage with 2 tomatoes Order Spezi and get MezzoMix. You get food but no cutlery... You order an appetizer with OliveN and it's just... You order Metaxa sauce and it doesn't taste like Metaxa... One takes the order, another brings the food, someone else the drinks and the bill was gibberish. This is how you can ruin an evening

It was way too loud. You had to wait a relatively long time for someone to come, to order and also to pay. The ouzo didn't flow that well either, I know otherwise. It was also way too expensive.

Nea Politia is a cozy Greek restaurant with good food and fine drinks. The menu is very extensive and offers something for everyone. The service is personal, attentive and friendly. Even in winter you can sit outside in the tent porch. In summer there are places outside. On Tuesday evenings, an inexpensive and extensive buffet is offered, which is highly recommended. The parking situation varies, but I can always find one nearby. I like going to Nea Politia.

After years we ate here again and I have to say that we will now go back more often. The service was friendly and accommodating. The food was very good. We had 4 different main courses and everyone was satisfied, the lamb plate was my highlight. The meat was juicy and just perfect. The red wine opened at the table was very good and went well with the food. Thanks for the delicious evening.

After returning from Crete the day before, we wanted to enjoy the country's typical flair one last time before everyday life took over again. We were welcomed with the typical Greek warmth that we had recently experienced in Crete and with Greek music, just as the appropriate ambience required. The menu offered something to suit every taste, making it easy to choose. Tzatziki at the forefront with a portion of olives (almost as good as the Cretan ones) and fresh, homemade bread followed by a grilled plate and chicken skewers, both with the typical Greek baked potatoes in tomato sauce as a side dish. The prices are not cheap, but they are appropriate for the quality of the food! My conclusion: Here you combine good cuisine with an inviting ambience and the feeling of being welcome. It wasn't the last time we ate there!!!

I have had Greek food in a few countries now and this was some of the best. Their portions are generous and the food was amazing.

Craziness! So delicious... we were with you for the first time 2 years ago and now we have finally come back to Berlin from Schleswig-Holstein and of course you are a MUST! It was just as delicious as last time and it couldn't be fresher! Please open another restaurant in Lübeck or Kiel! 😇 Unfortunately I can't find anything comparable there! Spontaneously something different... Picked up our child from daycare and wanted something new :) So off to Nea Politia we came in and a nice waitress showed us to a table for 4 where we had great space with 2 children. She asked us both / me and my wife / an ouzo and I said clearly > we don't drink :) Food was taken, the child was given something to paint, everything was fine.. and then.. it started.. I ordered the 72. Looked great, started eating, shared this with our daughter and my little one, 1 year and 4 months. On the second bite I noticed that something tasted strange... the mushrooms were completely sour! Soaked in white wine! The sauce had an alcoholic taste that was completely disgusting!! When I spoke to the waiter he found excuses after excuses, the most brilliant thing was the statement. Well, that's what it says in there. NO it doesn't! When I easily let over 70% of the food go back, we still got the full bill, which was a bummer! Never again that will have consequences from my side :). In this sense . Teach your staff to listen and be kinder!

Jamas from Rudow. Good place to go for all Gyros Gangsters. Here you can get reliably good Greek food. In the evenings it can get quite crowded which means everything takes a little longer, but who can you blame? Service is nice and knows the menu by heart. We ordered from the menu across the board and no one was disappointed. Unfortunately there is no longer a buffet. But we'll probably come back again amigos.

To the friends of good Greek cuisine: you have come to the right place here at Nea Politia. Why? Almost everything is right here. I've eaten here twice in a row and the restaurant passed my A and B tests. First of all, about the restaurant itself. It is well located in the south of Berlin, not far from the airport. There is really enough parking space both in front of the restaurant and in the surrounding area. The restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside. There are seats outside, some of which are protected from the weather. It's quaint inside, a little too dark for my taste. But the ambience is only part of the overall experience. The service can simply be rated as excellent and extremely hospitable. Every order is brought quickly, the staff is extremely friendly and they don't skimp on ouzo, both before and after the meal. The Ouzo is not a joke but is of the highest quality. The food is really excellent, good quality and the plates are generous. When making a bifteki, I pay attention to the spices, the quality of the fera, the roasted flavors from the grill and the quality of the fries. The tzatziki must also be creamy with a hint of fresh cucumber and not too much garlic. And that's exactly it. My benchmark is always the food at Delphi II in Heilbronn, the best Greek restaurant I know. In my opinion, the tzatziki at Nea Politia is better than at Delphi II because the yogurt is creamier and the taste is simply finer. The bifteki is better in the Delphi II because it is better seasoned there and the feta inside is spicier and more distinctive in taste. The quality of meat is excellent in both restaurants. The fries are also very good. The side salad is good - but the taste of the coleslaw is not spicy enough and the dressing is good but not great. I've been to many Greek restaurants in my life, but I'll just say that Nea Politia is one of the best Greek restaurants in Germany in terms of taste.

All I can say is WOW. The food was really, really good and it was fun to eat there. But I would also like to mention how child-friendly this restaurant is. My son got a "children's schnapps" while the adults toasted with an ouzo. And there was also a little activity during and after the meal. I haven't experienced something so great in a very long time. It's really worn off. The service is not really good, no more bread, the price is huge!!!! attracted. Food OK but nothing that blew me away. I didn't ask if I wanted to drink something else...my glass was empty. I don't have to go there anymore
