Unfortunately, the quality has declined considerably compared to a year ago. The chicken burger is no longer juicy and freshly grilled, but rather dry. The mayonnaise had a skin on it from sitting for so long. The fries were soggy, and the manti were lukewarm to cold. It's a shame, because a year ago it was really delicious. Now we had the impression that they wanted to get as many people through as quickly as possible. The atmosphere was like a noisy cafeteria.

I ordered an iskender. I wouldn't recommend it. The meat wasn't the usual doner kebab, but rather a kofte, and the iskender has nothing to do with a real iskender. Perhaps they should have mentioned this on the menu; I would have chosen something else. The portions are small and the price is too high, but the mercimek soup was tasty and the portion was adequate.

We used to have breakfast here every Sunday, but unfortunately the quality has declined significantly and we come here much less often.

We always came to this restaurant with our friends and recommended it to many of our acquaintances. However, our last visit was truly shocking. The burgers and the vegetarian burgers were not well cooked at all, even though we specifically asked the waiter for it. For dessert we had pistachio cake and baklava, but both were anything but fresh. The baklava in particular had an unpleasant greasy taste, which made it clear that it wasn't fresh. It's a real shame that the quality of this restaurant has deteriorated so much.

Quiet atmosphere, good service, food comes quite quickly. Some vegetarian dishes are possible, unfortunately not very vegan. Also no oat milk for the coffee.

The four of us spontaneously went to Naan for breakfast today. Portion sizes and quality of the food are totally fine. Unfortunately, it was extremely crowded in the restaurant - and due to the size and nature of the room, the number of people without sound absorbers (carpet, curtains, partitions) resulted in a really extreme noise level. We were very happy when we were outside again. The service also seemed overwhelmed and, for example, did not deliver multiple ordered items. There was also a maybe 12 year old boy running around (the boss's son?), whose job we didn't really understand... So I can't really recommend the restaurant.

Turkish restaurant where there is everything from kebab to pizza and also burgers and steaks. We had a pizza once, and Iskender, and Ali Nacik. Before that there was bread with eszme and garlic yoghurt. And before the main course there was a very nice salad that tasted really delicious. Everyone enjoyed the food and the service was friendly and top notch. A fairly large restaurant where they also have the best coffee or tea and cake in the afternoon. A clear recommendation of this restaurant! The restaurant is always busy.

The shop only runs thanks to the tourists staying in the hotel next door... no wonder they only come once! Ambiance is actually nice... if the noise didn't make you feel like you were at the train station... Overall, in my opinion, prices are inadequate for the treatment... You can definitely get the oriental taste somewhere else with better quality and actually at a more reasonable price...

Delicious food, very attentive staff and good value for money. We had three main courses, which we shared between the two of us (we had the manti as a starter, which was also really tasty). The food arrived absolutely perfectly on time and sharing was no problem, not even with dessert. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The restaurant itself is nicely furnished and also offers enough options for larger groups. But when there are louder people, it can be a bit difficult to have conversations. But for us everything was at a moderate volume and pleasant. The price was absolutely reasonable for the amount of food (perfect portion sizes). I would happily come back and recommend it.

The NAAN at Barmbeker train station is really an insider tip! I've eaten there several times and loved it every time. The staff is incredibly friendly, you immediately feel welcome. The prices are absolutely fair, especially for the great quality on offer. I would particularly like to highlight our visit on New Year's Eve: We were there with friends and the service was simply first class - attentive, quick and very accommodating, even though it was certainly a stressful evening. I can really recommend NAAN to anyone who wants to enjoy good food in a pleasant atmosphere. Many thanks to the entire team – I’ll definitely be back!

The service is top and always friendly The Kumpir are incredibly tasty and the pot of Turkish tea was also excellent. The music has a good beat, but a bit too loud for my taste.

Has nothing to do with Turkish cuisine, the food wasn't good unfortunately. Su Börek was already very old and dry and the Mercimek soup had nothing to do with a real Mercimek. The white cheese was rock hard, probably from the cheapest manufacturer. Looks good from the outside. Interior decoration also naturally attracts. Not recommended. Service was super nice, you can't say anything.

I ate at the NAAN restaurant in Barmbek and had a rather mixed experience. The burger was tasty and well prepared, but the sauces were used very sparingly. The Lotus Cheesecake looked visually appealing, but was disappointing in terms of taste as the cream predominated and the characteristic lotus flavor was hardly evident. A major point of criticism is the high prices for food and drinks. Normal soft drinks such as Cola or Sprite cost almost over five euros, which greatly affects the price-performance ratio. The service was also disappointing. Even though the store was relatively empty, you literally had to run after the staff, which negatively affected the overall experience. In summary, the food was edible and sometimes good, but the high prices and mediocre service lead me to vacillate between three and four stars. Ultimately I decide on three stars because the overall experience was not convincing.

We found the restaurant by chance, fortunately at the beginning of our stay in Hamburg that we were able to go there two more times. There is Turkish food at its finest, and we also enjoyed the Turkish breakfast, tea and mocha excellently. We highly recommend the cream cakes for dessert - if one fits in - or with coffee. Not only the chef, but also the pastry chef knows his craft. All of this is served by friendly staff, we would particularly like to praise the young lady who gave us very good advice.

Unfortunately very disappointing. Ordered food for several people today, the only side dish missing from the €24 main course was the announced salad. We called immediately and were told that Lieferando would ask where the salad was and then get back to me. Unfortunately, this never happened. I'm really very disappointed, especially for the money. Will never order there again.

That was the last time we ate there. In the middle of us eating, the waiter suddenly wants to pull our table away and has already lifted it and pulled it halfway away. Is it still okay?? We're never going there again. My girlfriend also got a tablespoon instead of a teaspoon yesterday. We were really very annoyed after the whole disaster, it was supposed to be our annual meeting and then something like that.

Well, I'm there quite often, but last night on a Friday, I bought backlava for €15.90, I've never had such bad backlava! Sabschig about sweet and old. I used at least 5 types, it looked so fresh and delicious, but it sat in the soup for easily 3-4 days.. well, nonetheless, I'll never buy my baking lava there again, it's a shame.

The location looked very inviting. Delicious cakes/pie pieces in the shop window. Most guests enjoy their breakfast or lunch. For me there was only a lemon cheese cake with latte macchiato, but it looks and tastes different. But definitely delicious 😋

Well, I haven't been there yet, but that's coming =). We and my brother had previously ordered two sweet dishes through Lieferando, one was Künefe, the other was Fistikli Burma Kadayif, and we also received cookies. Both the sweet dishes and the cookies were so delicious, so delicious! Künefe was also very warm. Everything was packed very neatly and with love. The delivery also came on time. After a long time, I was craving an authentic Turkish breakfast and decided on Naan, a place that had often caught my eye because of its location. I entered the restaurant with a certain amount of anticipation because I know Turkish cuisine in its entirety from Turkey and had high expectations of taste and quality. As soon as I looked at the menu, I got my first shock: the prices seemed unreasonably high. Nevertheless, I decided to give the place a chance, hoping that the quality of the food would convince me. I ordered the simit menu and menemen, which was served with tea. Unfortunately, the disappointment continued: the taste of the menemen was far from what I'm used to. It had more of the consistency and taste of a soup, with hardly any pepper pieces and without the typical, savory scrambled egg taste. The Simit menu was also disappointing: a small bowl of six olives, two cherry tomatoes and a tiny piece of shepherd's cheese - an extremely meager portion that in no way justified the price. For this breakfast I paid a total of 18.20 euros, a price that is simply outrageous given the subpar quality of the food. Although the atmosphere and service were fine, these aspects cannot compensate for the poor quality of the food. Conclusion: For me, the visit to Naan was a disappointment. The price-performance ratio here is absolutely not right, and there are definitely better options for a Turkish breakfast that are both good in terms of taste and price. I definitely won't be coming back.

This place offers the best Turkish breakfast in Hamburg with incredibly tasty dishes and exceptionally fresh bread. The "family breakfast for one" is generously portioned, sufficient for two unless you're extremely hungry, allowing you to try a wider variety of dishes. Convenient parking is also available nearby.

The ayran was not foamy and tasted like water. There was no real service, no meze, salad and bread as we actually know it. There wasn't a piece of potato in the mantı. Unfortunately, overall it didn't meet our expectations

The food was OK. The main courses were brought 2 minutes after the starter. So you couldn't enjoy one or the other. It is extremely loud. Then tips are counted and distributed even though the customer is sitting next to them. All in all not recommended.

We've probably eaten at Naan a hundred times and it was our favorite breakfast spot. Which of course is, or was, a very good sign, as the last few times didn't convince us and we left the restaurant disappointed at times. Service and portion sizes have deteriorated. It's understandable that the service has a lot to do and that things are forgotten as a result, but more people should simply be hired. If we have to remember something about 5 times, that's often... There was also an ambiguity that was not answered satisfactorily even after repeated inquiries. For example, if you order the Serpme Kahvaltı for three people, you will only get 2x scrambled eggs. But if you order for 2 and one alone, you have three again. It's not listed anywhere and it doesn't make any sense. So we asked and were told that this is how the kitchen does it. We then thought that the portion might simply be made larger. That wasn't the case either... so we asked again and were told that it was normal. That was and still is incomprehensible to us. Furthermore, the tea coaster with tea light was forgotten another time. Which was only brought after repeated requests and a long waiting time. Yet another time, the Serpme Kahvaltı was ordered for 2 and another person ordered a particular scrambled egg. She was then simply brought the egg. Here we asked again and we looked at our Serpme Kahvaltı. (Vegetables etc are all included). But the other person doesn't just pay for the egg either. Tomatoes, sheep's cheese etc. are also part of it. We then referred to that too and got it later. We have now looked for another restaurant because it no longer satisfies us. We really enjoyed being there until about 6-8 months ago.

Spontaneously went there for breakfast on a Sunday and had very tasty and rich food. The time between orders and the finished food is also really good. However, in terms of noise, it was more like a train station hall and when we wanted to pay, we had to ask several times and wait around 35 minutes until someone came to cash. I would definitely visit the restaurant again because of the food and what the atmosphere and service look like.

The food has deteriorated a lot. The mante were undercooked and drowned in yogurt, Gözlem was very salty and the meat dishes only had very thin pieces of meat, the salad was swimming in balsamic vinegar and was inedible. The price-performance ratio is unreasonable. It is very nicely decorated, but was so loud that you could hardly speak to each other. Our boss de Rang was super friendly. What stands out from the entire concept is the pastry chef. *****Stars for the sweet treats.

The tarts are actually very tasty and the team is friendly, especially the young woman who sells the cakes in Barmbek is super nice. However, I recently had a moldy cake, unfortunately there was no response to my complaint and no apology. I complained via email, social media and also on site and said that my cake was moldy, no response, no money back, no new cake. Too bad!

I was there with two other people and I had a burger menu with a drink. My friends twice Künefe with two teas. I paid €41 for everything. I only realized later how much that actually was? Total rip off...
