MYLOS - Satzinger Mühle in Nürnberg

Leider nicht zu empfehlen für Griechisches Essen liebhaber. Essen schmeckt “Ok” , aber total teuer für richtig kleine portion. 20€ für zwei kleine Lammkoteletts und haufen sehr trockene Gyros und Reis dazu. Das Unternehmen sollte mal hier in Regensburg schauen was wir hier für große Portionen bekommen, für knappe 18€. Wir waren bei Mylos mit Familie und Freunden (11 Erw.), und leider waren alle wirklich enttäuscht.

We were super happy with the fast and friendly service. The food was super good: gyros, calamari, salads, suflaki and more. Finally, the pistachio tiramisu should not be missed👌

Great, quick service. Delicious food. No matter how busy the place is, we've never waited more than 15 minutes for our food and have never gotten anything we didn't like.

Today we celebrated my girlfriend's birthday with 10 people in the Mylos restaurant. A warm welcome, 5 steps up and we were shown the large table reserved for us. We spent the evening in a great ambience, marble tiles on the wall, modern decorations on the ceiling and a really stylishly furnished restaurant. The staff was very accommodating and fulfilled all of our wishes. We agreed with the boss that we wanted three large platters of meat and side dishes. After 10 minutes they served us the plates, it couldn't be faster. Very impressive. The food was very tasty and everyone loved it. The lava cake for dessert was also very well received and I can recommend it to everyone! ;) I give Mylos 5 out of 5 stars and we know where we will celebrate our next birthday! 👍🏻

Speisen im Restaurant sind sehr gut. Die Preise allerdings absolut überteuert. Ebenfalls ist der Preis der Weine viel zu teuer. Besuch im Dezember 2024.

Unfortunately, as always, the tzatziki has a flat taste and the garlic is missing.

Had dinner there with three people today. We called the day before and made a reservation, which was super easy and quick. Arrived and the modern but cozy atmosphere is very pleasant. After taking a seat and having a quick small take, we ordered. Not too much choice but enough. Typical Greek dishes plus a daily menu. Ordered and after a short time the drinks came. Food looks very nice and tastes great. The prices are a little higher but not excessive. Leave the restaurant satisfied, full and happy with, of course, an ouzo.

Always reliably good quality and an appropriate price-performance ratio. Friendly and attentive service staff and a great atmosphere.

I often walked past Mylos. An environment wonderfully enriched by the satzinger mill and the great ambience in the outdoor area were tempting. One online reservation later, we took our seats on Saturday and didn't regret it. The food isn't cheap but it's worth every cent. The calamari was hot, crispy and buttery. The gyro was crispy and the pita had a great roasting and grilled flavor. The service was quick and totally friendly. We felt great and would love to come back.

The environment is good, but the fish is not fresh, only the squid recommended today is okay

Nice ambience, but the rest was just ok. The food was good, but charging €7 for a 0.75l bottle of water is cheeky.

Delicious Greek restaurant with a great terrace

Nice ambience on the terrace by the river and the water wheel. Unfortunately very crowded and relatively loud. Despite ordering correctly, the wrong food was brought. But then swapped for the real thing. The bill then showed the more expensive meal, which was brought in error. Unfortunately, I only noticed it at home. I wanted to take the rest of my food home with me and asked to pack it up. Despite the affirmative, it wasn't done. Food itself was good

The Mylos is wonderful. The mill on the water immediately puts you in a holiday mood on the terrace. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The food was really excellent. We'd love to come back.

Based on a recommendation, we went there for dinner with friends. We got a nice outdoor space. The only problem was that after ordering we had to wait over an hour for the food. Many of the other guests - even those who came after us - had already had something. A work colleague came at the same time as us and left while we were still waiting for food. I think we've been forgotten. Despite asking, it was far too slow!

I actually wanted to eat there because of the beautiful outdoor area, but because of the rain we had to eat inside, which we didn't like It was very crowded and very loud, the food was okay, we had gyros and calamari, the salad tasted like ready-made dressing. On the whole, the food didn't impress us, especially as it was very expensive.

The surroundings of the Satzinger Mühle are beautiful. Also the restaurant and the large terrace. Unfortunately, the seating is so narrow that you can't get around to communicating with other guests to take your seat, stand up or... The food is delicious and the Jarte offers a good selection. The service is courteous By the way, there is a great, large playground not far from the restaurant

Absolutely recommended. The normal, more expensive food was great and of high quality, the service was super nice. However, the lunch menus are lacking in quality! The only thing that is really unpleasant is the smell of garbage outside from the well-filled garbage cans. That doesn't make a good impression because it smells very disgusting!!!!!

We took advantage of the weather and wanted to go out to eat with friends. Reservation went well, drinks and starters too, but the actual dishes only arrived after an eternity and two requests. The food was tasty, but it was already late…

Great Greek restaurant with an attentive team and online reservations.

This was our second time at mylos. What's particularly nice here is the extremely friendly staff. You will be served very courteously and no wish will be left unfulfilled. The food is also very delicately prepared. The furnishings are very high quality and comfortable. There is nothing to complain about at all. We will be back.

Four of us were celebrating a birthday. The food was very good, portions generous. You had to wait a relatively long time for little things like pita, but the main course was served quickly. For the first time with a Greek in Germany there was no ouzo on the house, despite the rather high prices. Now the crisis is actually here.

Weird shop. The food was acceptable. 5 people working outside. Eating took an hour, tables were served before us and those who arrived after us. At the end there was the bill, to which I just say: Old Swede! :O There are better Greeks in Nbg.

We had a great evening with a large group. Everyone was very satisfied. Quality of the food was very good.

The MYLOS is a very nice, authentic Greek restaurant with a great beer garden with a view of the Satzinger Mühle. As starters we can recommend the zucchini balls and the saganaki. The main course was also super tasty. We had the fish platter (grilled) and the plaka plate (suflaki was delicately pink - a dream!). The service was also not objectionable. Very accommodating and friendly.

Top! It's particularly nice to sit outside, the staff is attentive and the food tastes good too.

Since the last renovation, the restaurant has really been impressive. I've eaten there a few times now and was pleasantly surprised by the service and the food. Even my Greek colleague likes to eat there with us - her insider tip is the lamb shank with okra! In addition, it is a good place to go for lunch with a lunch menu at moderate prices.

The ambience is very nice, although personally it would be important for me to remove the spiders on the umbrellas that sit directly above you!!! Service staff were very different, one stood out a little because he was very stressed! The food was okay, although I think the fish platter was rather poor apart from the salmon (see photo) A very unpleasant experience was my wine glass, which had several of my predecessor's lipstick marks on it. When I pointed this out to the waitress, he was visibly uncomfortable; the question as to whether I wanted a new glass could have been avoided! The price was very expensive, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was nice, but I wouldn't go there again.

The Mylos is immediately noticeable when walking. The beautiful terrace with a view of a water wheel invites you to linger. Reservations are recommended. The restaurant is also very tastefully decorated inside. Football was broadcast live on a screen outside. The sound of the water and the freshness were very pleasant. Conversations from the neighboring table couldn't be understood and you were left alone without it getting too loud. Food and service were great.

Excellent place to have a lunch or dinner, a very beautiful surrounding by the river which can be seen from the balcony. In the midday you can find a table without reservation, although it is always smart to make reservation so you can have a table with good view.

Nice ambience both inside and outside. Fairly priced, good service. Dogs are also allowed in.

You can taste the quality really well, last year it was 4/5, now a clear 5/5 has improved!

We spontaneously went to Mylos on Saturday around 8 p.m. without a reservation. It was very busy, but since the restaurant has a lot of seats, that wasn't a problem. We ordered vegetarian moussaka, Greek salad and the fried eggplant. The food came pretty quickly and tasted great! The portions were very large, so we couldn't finish it. We took the remaining moussaka with us because it was just too delicious. It almost tasted better warmed up. The price performance ratio is very good! What was also noticeable was that there were a lot of waiters, all of whom were extremely attentive and hard-working! At the end you got a wonderful ouzo. It was an unplanned, wonderful evening there! We can only warmly recommend the restaurant and will definitely come back! Before that we were there for coffee. The cappuccino is also great and the cakes are very tasty. If you get a place on the terrace on the Pegnitz, that's great anyway! - Also recommended for drinking coffee in the afternoon!

Would I come back???? I don't know, I wasn't impressed with the service, but the second waiter was quick and friendly.

The ambience inside and outside on the terrace is wonderful 5 stars. The service was very good when the restaurant was full, a bit hectic and confused, a little more routine and organization was missing. The dishes have room for improvement, the salads are bland and boring with too much dressing. The gyros are completely drowned in a thick sauce, there is no cheese gratin left. The grilled meat was very good. The ouzo at the end lifts the whole thing. Adequate prices.
