Restaurant Zabo-Park in Nürnberg

After almost being forced to delete my review, I'm now rewriting it. We are probably too spoiled when it comes to meat quality. I have never been asked in a Greek restaurant whether I want squid tubes or rings because a plate of suflaki and squid is usually served with rings. Maybe the staff should point out to the guest that their platter is served with squid tubes and is not fried. I didn't eat anything except the saganaki, which was good enough to write something positive about.

An extremely good Greek. I had a rich lamb platter with fillet, chop and skewer plus fried potatoes instead of rice and salad for €21.90. My counterpart had half packed away. At the end there was free ouzo. The atmosphere is very pleasant. The boss greeted us with a handshake. Reserve your seats in advance! By the way: Afterwards, walk a bit in the forest and then into the cafe in the Wohnstift almost next door: great cakes and cakes and delicious coffee. All happy again!

Had lunch this Saturday. All in all: recommended. Starters: cold starter platter was very good, unfortunately the warm grape leaves didn't taste freshly made, slightly sour, I'm thinking glass/canned food here, that's not bad, but it contradicts the rest of the impression. The sauce over the grape leaves tasted very good. That's really a shame. The rest was very good. I would particularly like to recommend the veal liver. Thanks to the team.

Das Restaurant Zabo Park ist ein kleines aber Feines Griechisches Restaurant. Der Wirt ist immer bemüht das alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit ist. Finde ich persönlich schon mal sehr Sympathisch . Das Essen war Frisch und sehr lecker. Die Teller sind schön angerichtet . Auch das Auge isst mit. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, und man wurde Herzlich begrüßt . Dieses Restaurant kann ich gerne weiter empfehlen. Daumen Hoch

When we are in Nuremberg we love eating Greek food at the Zabo-Park restaurant. This is one of the best Greek restaurants in Nuremberg. The welcome is warm and familiar. The beer garden is great. Today we ate gyros gratinated in Metaxa sauce. Highly recommended. The prices are OK. Thank you Janni & team.

Tasty and friendly as ever. The portions have become a little smaller, but that's OK. However, I think the ouzo should be free, or at least it should be pointed out that they are charged if you want some before the meal (some came again after the meal, that was the misunderstanding). Diet Coke 4.90 is perhaps a bit exaggerated. But at least you can pay by card here, which is a plus point 👍

I visited the Zabo Park restaurant again. As always, it was a feast for the palate. I tried something new and wasn't disappointed. Delivered here again. This time I tried souflaki in metaxa sauce with cheese gratin. There was also rice. It was very delicious. If you like Greek cuisine, you should definitely come here. I would happily recommend this restaurant.

A strange restaurant in Nuremberg!

I have often eaten here with my wife and son, friends or relatives or ordered to be picked up. It's nice to sit outside. It can get very crowded in the summer, especially on public holidays, but also on weekends. I would recommend making a reservation in such cases. In the cooler seasons, indoors is also recommended. Very friendly owner and staff. You are served very quickly and portions are quite large. You can then have it packed up to take with you if you can't make it. In terms of price, I think it's within a good range.

Angelos and his team are great, always friendly and in a good mood, the food tastes very tasty, nice portions. Personally, I prefer sitting in the garden rather than inside.

War vor 2 Wochen da mit Freundinnen ...nicht das erste Mal. Das Essen war gut kleinere Portionen als das letzte Mal aber die Preise sind auch gestiegen. Der Service naja das Restaurant war fast leer leider. Ich glaube der Chef ist das und war sehr freundlich aber die Bedienung selber war nicht sehr freundlich zu uns und etwas schroff.

Selten ein so gutes griechisches Restaurant besucht. Üppige Größen, sehr gut gewürzt und sehr faire Preise. Hervorzuheben sind nicht nur die Hähnchen Nuggets, die mein Enkel gegessen hat (aus frischer Hähnchenbrust, kein TK), sondern auch das Schweine Tomahawk Steak das extrem saftig und zart war. Freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch

War gestern mit meiner Frau das erste Mal in der Gaststätte sind von der freundlichkeit vom Personal sehr angetan der Chef begrüßt Gäste mit Handschlag und immer mit einem flottem Spruch,das Essen ist gut gewürzt und reichlich und fürs Auge schön angerichtet kanns nur empfehlen gibt auch Essen für Kinder und Senioren

Keep watching for Updates, and see if they keep their High Standards throughout the Years. December 2022 I am back. Again the food was excellent and the Freundlichkeit super. Now to the wine, the price was great, this time I paid 5 euros. Everything was perfect! (can't wait to come again). I enjoyed the meal, it was very good. The service was great, and the wine was good but very expensive. Internet 2,99€ and I payed for the same wine and the same amount almost 10€ - Pleas check your price for the Mostra Wine again if that's the right politic. I would rather pay more for the great service as for a over priced wine.

Feierliche Anlass - sehr gut gegessen mit 16 Personen. Ging alles sehr schnell und war sehr lecker. Einzig der Lärmpegel war ziemlich hoch. Bevollem Lokal braucht man keine Hintergrundmusik. Bei passendem Wetter sicher auch draußen sehr schön

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en gastvrij. Eten was heerlijk en meer dan voldoende, krijg je het niet op krijg je het mee in een bakje. prijs/kwaliteit was meer dan oké. Kregen tijdens het eten een ouzo. Zouden er zo weer heen gaan. 1 woord top.
