Bavaria Stuben in Nürnberg

I ordered food (Saganaki and Calamari) to take away today, it was ready very quickly and delicious, I would definitely go back 😀 The ambience is good, homely and it was not busy, with a wheelchair you cannot climb the five steps at the entrance

It was the best experience I've ever had. The food was so delicious, and the waitress was very nice. I would highly recommend it.

The interior, though a bit dated, was tidy and clean. On the day of our visit, most of the guests were around 60 years old. The wait after ordering dinner was about 20-30 minutes, which was perfectly reasonable. Our order was for five people and included: cordon bleu with fries, gyros with and without Metaxa sauce, with rice or fries, and a side salad each. As mentioned several times in other reviews, one dish was a bit too salty, but the others were fine. Overall, we can describe this restaurant as good, traditional German cuisine and recommend it. Other guests that evening had carp on their plates, which looked very appetizing.

The portions are generous and reasonably priced. Anyone who enjoys German or Greek cuisine will be in good hands here.

Light and shadow at the Bavaria Stuben. The restaurant is a top-notch family business. The staff is always friendly. The ouzo is always on the house. It's a matter of honor. The cook has been cooking here herself for decades, constantly. She's been happily in love for at least as long. But Cupid's arrow didn't strike a man or a woman. Instead, it struck a mineral: sodium chloride. Better known to the guy who sits at the regulars' table every day, always on his third wheat beer, as: salt. Generally, a visit is recommended for athletes who sweat a lot and therefore need to replenish their salt reserves. Likewise for retirees who used to work in the salt mine and want to experience a touch of nostalgia. And finally, of course, for anyone in Nuremberg who lives so far from the sea that a visit to the Bavaria Stuben is the next best thing. All in all, the Bavaria Stuben is a true gem. A local pub. The beloved substitute for the canteen while working from home. A second home. No matter how long it's been since I've been here, as soon as I return, I get incredibly thirsty again. You can't help but love them. Because one thing is for sure: you always come back. And it's just as salty as the last time. As long as I can remember. Some things never change. Hopefully.

Very nice service, very tasty food; authentic Greek... Homemade tzatziki, delicious fish plate! The best Kalimari rings I've ever eaten👍🏻thinly pounded schnitzel meat (including the cordon bleu) and it was simply comfortable in the economy. 😀👍🏻 If the four of us lived closer, we would definitely eat there more often.

Sagt eigentlich schon alles, wenn das 0,5-Liter-Bier (Getränkekarte) im 0,4-Liter-Glas (Realität) daherkommt. Über das Essen möchte ich lieber schweigen. Habe seitdem Gastritis.

Gemütliches und familiär geführtes Lokal mit guter griechischer Küche in herzlicher Atmosphäre. Hier kann man gelegentlich auch saisonale Spezialitäten wie Ziegenfleisch verköstigen.

Sehr leckere griechische und fränkische Küche. Personal sehr freundlich. Gemütliches Ambiente. Ich geh seit Jahren hierher und kann die Bavaria Stuben nur weiterempfehlen. 5 Sterne!!!

Einen halben Stern würde ich abziehen wollen, die Köchin scheint mir etwas verliebt gewesen zu sein Aber vielleicht ist man in Nürnberg etwas deftiger!
