Very long wait times despite restaurant being half empty

We spontaneously went to eat there today and we were just exhausted. Never before have I had such a great ambience, beautiful furnishings and a warm welcome and service. The food was of the highest quality and extremely tasty 😋 Absolute recommendation. A little constructive criticism: Marvel film music would have gone great with the ambience. As much as I like Turkish music, it actually didn't go well with the burgers and the ambience. The boss was also super welcoming and told us the story behind the products which was super interesting. Seldom eaten such delicious and juicy buns😋

A really cool boss and a different atmosphere. If you compare the price of a burger with other shops at the moment, it's really very cheap here. Unfortunately the taste of the patties wasn't entirely convincing, otherwise definitely 5 stars!

So we were very satisfied. The shop looks great, everyone enjoyed the burgers (there were 5 of us and almost everyone had something different), the service and the owners were very, very friendly and nice. At the end he shook hands with each and every one of us. So simply great for Marvel fans. We actually waited a little longer but we also ordered large burgers + there was a lot of work for the staff. Otherwise, you could do something about hygiene, perhaps invest a little more in more modern seats and tables. Toilets are okay but could be improved. In general, a second floor wouldn't be bad for eating either.

I reserved a table and everything went smoothly. Food was super tasty and fresh. Unfortunately no colorful buns, but the service pulled it off. Super friendly boss and also the employees. Simply great and highly recommended.

At first glance, the atmosphere doesn't seem very comfortable. But the food and especially the boss are absolutely convincing. Special requests are taken into account. Absolute heart recommendation.

But nice restaurant and perfect for Marvel fans because it is of course decorated with Marvel heroes! The staff/owners were very very nice. I absolutely recommend it, and it's sickeningly delicious! The burgers are good and have lots of tasty choices + homemade.

Was there for the first time today and have to say that it was the best citizen and the best fries I have ever eaten. The meat was very tasty and fresh. The conditions and employees were top. You felt very comfortable and they were very nice to you. Never before have I had such good service and that the customer is valued. Very nice and friendly people. The facility was very cool and nice to look at. An absolute must go for Marvel fans. I 100% give it all a 12/10

We haven't been to the House of Heroes ourselves, but we're planning a visit. The problem is that the burger maniac in our group has the principle of not going to a store with less than 4.3 stars... too often the disappointment was too great. So with this 5 star review I hope to increase the Google rating by 0.1 so that we can go out to eat at Spiderman & Co. 💪🏼

I've eaten there twice now. The first time I had a stomach ache and nausea, but I didn't think it could come from there, but now the second time I've had the same fries were cold, so never again, I paid for the nausea and stomach pain. Not recommended!!!

The best burger I've eaten in my entire life! The quality of the ingredients, the perfect preparation and the incredible taste completely convinced me. I highly recommend this burger place! The burgers are absolutely delicious and the selection is great. I was particularly impressed by the staff's customer service. For me it's the best grilled chicken I've had in Düsseldorf so far, the crispy wings are also really good and we often had more pieces in the box than we actually ordered. The people who work there are super nice and the store is definitely one of our favorite stores :) absolute recommendation!

Not an inviting atmosphere despite the superhero look. No proper service, more like McDonald's. The taste of the food was not good. Didn't taste homemade either. I can't recommend this as a burger shop. Fries very soft, sauces only include mayo and ketchup, not homemade either. Drinks also only standard offer. Unfortunately I can't think of anything good, even if the employees weren't unfriendly or anything like that

Really disgusting load. First I got a card that looked like someone had puked in it + 50% of the card was simply missing. When you spoke to someone, you weren't even listened to. Most of the tables were dirty, the bottles were greasy and dirty. Don't know why I didn't leave straight away. Once I reached under the chair to make room - everything was stuck there. Customers and employees sometimes shout. Bring 2 portions to the table while one portion felt like it only contained 3 fries. The rolls taste strange and really hard to chew, cheese and meat mccs quality. Please just leave it. I didn't even dare to go to the toilet... Other customers have complained. Preferably negative stars!

Hello, I don't think Landen is child-friendly. I wanted to have something to eat with my 3 grandchildren. And there were at least five tables free, and he told me that everything would be like that, that's what I heard from them. The toilets are dirty and all employees work unpaid hours

The Hulk Burger was tasty in itself, but there were far too few fries in the menu, which meant that the price-performance ratio wasn't right at all.

It was tasty but not enough for the price you pay here, compared to other shops.

The burgers were really delicious, but you really need to work on the hygiene and perhaps the interior design. Even the walls next to us had finger stains, the tables were made of a strange wood with a varnish that collects dirt between them, so even after wiping it still wasn't clean. There was also a lot of rubbish right in front of the restaurant. If you go out to eat in the evening it would be really nice if the ambience and space were also nice. Unfortunately, the bathroom was also pretty dirty. What I would like to add: I really advise the owner to work a bit on the space and cleanliness because he is very nice and the burgers are extremely tasty and the selection is really great.

Ich frage nach einem Tee und werde abgewiesen, es gäbe keinen. Dreiste Lüge. Ohne Gastfreundlichkeit ist Gastronomie schlecht. Keine Empfehlung.

Ich kenne das Geschäft jetzt schon seit ungefähr 5 Jahren und ich muss sagen nicht nur, dass eine unglaubliche Entwicklung hingelegt wurde, sondern man merkt jedes Mal die Liebe, die in diesen Laden reingesteckt wird. Vor allem wenn der Chef Yilmaz abi vor Ort ist, fühlt es sich an als wäre man bei ihm im Wohnzimmer zum Essen eingeladen. Preis-Leistung ist sehr gut und andere Möchtegern hip Burgerladen können eigentlich nicht mithalten. Die meisten Burgerladen in Düsseldorf haben momentan mehr Schein als Sein mit einem viel zu überzogenen Preis. Hier ist jedoch selbst die Auswahl vielfältig, was mich jedoch gleichzeitig zu einem Kritikpunkt führt, nämlich dass die Burger nicht wirklich distinktiv voneinander zu unterscheiden sind. Höchstens in dem Fleischgewicht aber sonst hat man kein klares Bild davon was den einen Burger vom anderen unterscheiden soll. Es kann auch mal vorkommen, dass man denselben Burger in zwei Wochen bestellt und zwei mal einen anderen serviert bekommt. Sonst muss ich aber sagen ein Besuch ist es wert!

Der Cheeseburger war leider gar nicht gut und die Toiletten im Keller sind sehr unappetitlich. Die großen Burger sahen aber gut aus. Personal ist freundlich.

Das Hähnchen ist sehr gut und die Burger überragend. Auch die neuen Gerichte im Sortiment sind spitze. Darüberhinaus sind die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und der Chef ist super herzlich.

Die Burger waren sehr gut. Getränke Auswahl könnte größer sein. Spareribs hab ich nicht getestet, aber sie sind von Kalb, was etwas komisch ist. Das Ambiente mit dem Comic Thema ist super. Die Toilettenräume sind leider undicht, nass und kaputt, ohne Papier oder funktionierendem Handtrockner, da muss dringend was gemacht werden.

Amazing food! The staff was incredibly nice and treated us like princesses. The food was cheap and you got a lot of it. When we entered the restaurant we were greeted bij a kind Batman. We loved the theme of the restaurant, the burgers were even on theme which was hilarious and well thought through. Would definitely go again!

Ich bin auf die Empfehlung eines Arbeitskollegin hin hier gelandet. Das Essen war top, der Besitzer hat uns einen unglaublichen Burger gemacht und die Pommes waren perfekt gewürzt. Der Inhaber hat uns herzlich empfangen und war unglaublich freundlich, am Ende gab es noch einen frischen türkischen Tee, so einen leckeren türkischen Tee habe ich seit langem nicht mehr getrunken. Ich werde dieses Lokal zu hundert Prozent nochmal besuchen und kann es jedem ans Herz legen. Achja, das Marvel-Setting ist nochmal anders geil 👍

Das Essen schmeckt einfach nur geil plus das Fleisch ist Helal. Ist etwas teurer geworden vor der Corona Zeit war Preis-Leistung das beste was man in Düsseldorf überhaupt bei einem Fastfood Geschäft bekommen konnte. Es gibt viel Auswahl aber manchmal höre ich das es diese Bestellung nicht mehr gibt. Lokation sieht Marvel Style aus was nicht Standard aussieht wie bei anderen Fastfood Geschäften. Man kann auch draußen essen. Was ich euch empfehlen kann, nimmt den Leonidas Burger perfekt.

Einer der besten Orte, wenn man sich satt essen möchte und das zu vernünftigen Preisen. Die Burger brauchen in der Regel etwas lange bis diese Fertig sind, aber hinterher lohnt sich das Warten.

Das Ambiente entspricht einer amerikanischen Fastfood Kette. Der Service ist freundlich aber nicht gerade schnell und könnte etwas mehr auf Hygiene achten. Die Tische sind teils nicht mal abgewischt. Während man aufs Essen wartet steht das Personal rauchend auf der Terrasse herum, als gäbe es nichts zu tun. Eine Pause sollte natürlich jeder Mitarbeiter haben, aber dafür sollte es einen Pausenraum oder Bereich außerhalb des öffentlichen Gastrobereichs geben. Ich hatte eine sehr leckere Pita mit saftigem Hähnchenfleisch. Auch die ganzen Hähnchen auf dem Grill sahen sehr lecker aus. Zusammengefasst ein Schnellrestaurant bei dem man vielleicht besser doch etwas Zeit mitbringen sollte. Das Essen ist lecker und mit frischen Zutaten.

Habe Pommes und 2 halbe Hähnchen geholt.Zuhause habe ich festgestellt das die Pommes nicht ganz durch waren und die Hähnchen waren beide kalt.Die Bedienung war Lustlos und hatte kein Bock zu arbeiten.

Eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen Arten von Burgern, die groß, frisch und lecker sind. Mit einem Burger ist man schon zufrieden und Satt. Ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.
