Service Leute sind sehr korrekt und so aber alles dauert sehr lange. Das Essen wahr in großer Menge aber geschmacklich maximal Mittelmaß. Aber die Location an sich herbe seriös und so also insgesamt 3 Sterne

Die Burger waren OK aber halt nix besonderes....das Fleisch war nicht mein Geschmack....Der Laden ist mit den Figuren etwas Reiz überflutet

Wir wahren heute mit der Familie dort essen, wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, man hat die mühe und die Gastfreundschaft gesehen, das Essen war supper lecker ich habe zum ersten mal Afghanisch gegessen es war sehr köstlich und man hat gespürt das alles frisch zubereitet wird, die Bürger wahren für sich der Hammer 😋, ich empfehle den laden auf jedenfalls weiter vor allem an Familie mit Kindern, den ich finde das Personal spielt eine sehr große Rolle in einem Restaurant 💯%. Mittlerweile machen sie die Bürger besser als die Alten Besitzer man merkt deutlich den unterschied sowas gibts leider keine weiter lokale in Düsseldorf.

Hab Werbung im Briefkasten bekommen

Wir bestellten Grillteller und Brathähnchen. Das Hähnchen war okay, nur leider ungewürzt. Der Grillteller hingegen war ungenießbar. Er war total trocken und alt, offensichtlich nur aufgewärmt. Er sollte Lammfleisch enthalten, aber das winzige Stückchen Lamm sah aus wie ein Rest vom Essen anderer Gäste. Nachdem ich darauf hingewiesen hatte, dass das Essen kalt war und kein Lammfleisch dabei war, meinten sie nur, das sei eben der Grillteller, und unternahmen nichts. Sie verkaufen persische/daribische Gerichte, Burger und Brathähnchen. Wenn man etwas nicht kochen kann, sollte man es einfach nicht anbieten. Es ist wirklich enttäuschend. Ich musste gehen, ohne das Gericht anzurühren. Die Preise sind vergleichbar mit denen guter Restaurants.

Super lecker, toll dekoriert, sehr nettes Personal.

Kebab Kubideh war fantastisch und zu einem super Preis. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Das Koobideh war völlig versalzen, sodass ich nur den Reis essen konnte. Die Cola wurde direkt in der Dose ohne Glas serviert, und der Tisch war klebrig. Die Bedienung war zwar nett, wirkte aber selbst bei nur drei Gästen im Lokal überfordert. Trotz Beschwerde über das versalzene Essen wurden am Ende für die eine Portion Koobideh und eine Dose Cola 20 Euro abkassiert.

Über Afghanische essen kann man kaum reden wer Gegessen hat weiß wie lecker es schmecket mit hochwertigen Fleisch und Reis der Geschmack kaum zu vergessen

Sehr cooles Burgerrestaurant voll mit Superheldenfiguren und einer guten Auswahl an Burgern, die sehr groß und lecker sind. Die Burger kosten alle um die 10-15€ mit 5,50€ extra für ein Menü. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für den großen Burger und die leckeren Pommes.

Vorweg: super Ambiente im Laden, alles sehr Cool und passend eingerichtet. Die Bilder täuschen nicht. Im Essbereich war auch alles sauber. Hatte einen Beast-Burger, der war auch lecker. Die Preise fallen auch echt fair bis günstig aus, wie man ja in anderen Bewertungen auch lesen kann. Die Zubereitung lief auch ausgesprochen schnell. Fand die Karte allerdings etwas dürftig. Sie ist wie man auf den Bildern sieht zusammengesetzt aus Bild+Name+Fleischtyp und vielleicht noch 1-2 Worte wie "crunchy" oder ähnlich. Das hat die Wahl etwas schwierig gemacht, wie das ganze am Ende schmeckt muss man sich erahnen. Hätte geholfen, wenn man da vielleicht noch eine kurze Beschreibung bei packt. Ich konnte auch keine offensichtliche Kennzeichnung von allergenen feststellen. Negativ sind leider die Toiletten aufgefallen, 2/3 im Männerklo funktionierten nicht und es lag ein unangenehmer Gestank in der Luft als ich da war. Das hat die ganze Erfahrung nur ein wenig gedämpft, wäre aber schön wenn hier nachgebessert wird. Werde aber wohl allein der Burger wegen nochmal kommen.

Das Essen ist wirklich köstlich und frisch, der Burger ist einfach himmlisch! Und die Mitarbeiter sind superfreundlich 😘. Mein Favorit ist der Hulk-Burger.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Essen war von sehr hoher Qualität und das Personal war äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders begeistert war ich von Kabab Koobideh und Jujeh Kabab – einfach unglaublich lecker! Ich bin mir sicher, dass jeder, der einmal iranische oder afghanische Kebabs probiert, sie lieben wird. 😋 Nach dem Essen wurde der Tisch sofort gereinigt, was einen sehr guten und professionellen Eindruck gemacht hat. Das Restaurant hat eine schöne, nostalgische Atmosphäre für Erwachsene und ist gleichzeitig auch sehr kinderfreundlich. Außerdem ist es ein toller Ort, um schöne Fotos zu machen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team vom Restaurant Arya für den tollen Service!

Absolut empfehlenswert! Die Burger sind extrem saftig, perfekt gewürzt und qualitativ auf sehr hohem Niveau. Dazu freundlicher Service und kurze Wartezeit – so muss ein Burgerladen sein. Komme definitiv wieder!

Ich würde sagen das hier ist das am Amerikanisch wirkenste Restaurant in ganz Düsseldorf. Die Ästhetik ist spitze und an bekannte Superhelden angelehnt. Das essen ebenso. Die Bürger sind monstermäßig groß. Der Thanos Burger hat vier patties. Personal auch super Nett. Das Essen selbst ist in Ordnung, nichts zu späktakuläres aber kann man sich gut mit Freunden gönnen.

I have been going to this place for two years, and everything was always amazing, great burgers, cool decor, and good service. Solid 5/5. But when I visited in December 2025, things felt off. First, there was new branding, I thought if ownership changed, but the menu and prices were the same, so I ordered my usual: the Wolverine and Thor burgers, plus nuggets and fries. The food just wasn’t the same. The Wolverine burger had no jalapenos (it usually does) and came with a spicy sauce instead. The patties were stuck together and didn’t look fresh. The special sauce I like, maybe chipotle or cocktail, was missing too. I also specifically ordered without tomatoes, but got them anyway. The fries were quite thin but okay and nuggets were 3/5. Then the next day, both me and my friend got diarrhea. After that, we decided we probably won’t be going back. So I wouldn't recommend it further.

Ich hole hier seit ca. 15 Jahren meine Burger. Damals zufällig auf dem weg zur Arbeit entdeckt und zwei Cheeseburger für 4€ waren der Anfang. Seither immer die Entwicklung gesehen Jahr für Jahr. Das Marvel Konzept holt mich richtig ab! Das sind Kindheitserinnerungen und die Burger sind einfach genial! Ich empfehle den Spiderman

Adding music would significantly improve the ambiance and the overall impression. However, after going to the restroom, I felt sick. It was very unhygienic, and many things were broken. I hope the kitchen isn't that unhygienic... Please work on your hygiene; this could end badly!

I really needed to use the restroom and was looking for a snack bar or restaurant where I could ask if I could use their toilet – usually that's no problem. Then I saw this super cool place. At first, I thought it was a toy store or something, especially because they have a huge Batman statue in front of the entrance! 🐈‍⬛ But to my surprise, it was actually a restaurant. They serve American, Persian, Afghan, and much more. I'm Persian myself, so I was especially pleased. After using the restroom, I decided to get something to eat – why not? The staff was incredibly friendly, the food was delicious, and the prices were very affordable. Plus, the place is perfect for families or children because there are toys everywhere, and it has a great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place! 😊❤

Once and never again. The House of Heroes has a cool Marvel concept, but unfortunately, it's very poorly executed. We had to wait a long time for someone to arrive, and many dishes – including half a chicken and mashed potatoes – were already sold out by 7 p.m. The staff seemed disorganized, all in civilian clothes, and unprofessional. Hygiene was poor: dirty cutlery, napkins, and restrooms. The food tasted okay, but lukewarm and poorly served – instead of in a box on a cutting board. Many chicken wings were burnt and simply turned over to cover it up. After complaining, we waited over 10 minutes for replacements, accompanied by a casual "Sorry, bro, we were stressed." Conclusion: Good idea, catastrophic execution. Once and never again.

The House of Heroes is an incredibly beautiful restaurant that, as the name suggests, is themed after the heroes of the MCU and DC universe. The burgers are named after various heroes and all taste incredibly delicious. The aesthetic is also very beautiful and made with love. Overall, simply a great restaurant.

We ate there yesterday with the whole family. Great atmosphere with the Marvel and DC theme. My kids thoroughly enjoyed it. Super tasty burgers at a fair price. We'll definitely be back. Thanks also for the super friendly service; you feel really comfortable.

Disney Studios' official franchise, House of Heroes, offers excellent quality fried poultry. The chicken is truly amazing, and the lovingly pixelated JPGs on every surface make it even juicier. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves good chicken.

The burgers are delicious, but of course they look more impressive and larger on the menu. Ultimately, they're classic burgers at a fairly high price. You pay around €15 for a burger, plus a €5.50 surcharge for the meal (fries and a 0.3l soft drink). The fries are very thin and mixed with sweet potato fries. They were quite good and served with a kind of tzatziki. The ambiance is nicely decorated and furnished in a Marvel/DC style. However, it doesn't feel like a restaurant; it's more of a snack bar. Overall, a delicious meal with a good atmosphere at a fairly high price.

Terrible place – Don’t be misled by the good reviews Unfortunately, the food was extremely disappointing. It was the first time I couldn’t finish a burger – the ingredients seemed low quality and the kitchen clearly uses frozen foodservice products. The taste was bland and greasy, and the fries were no better. Sauces were served in bottles directly on the table – unhygienic and unpleasantly greasy. You only get one napkin, which isn’t enough. The pictures used for advertising are misleading and don’t reflect reality. The interior feels very cheap and poorly designed – it honestly looks like something a child would have put together. The toilets were in a horrible state, like a scene from a horror movie. The male staff was unwelcoming and arrogant. A quick look at the owner’s responses to criticism confirms this attitude. I remained friendly throughout my visit, but didn’t feel welcome at all. The only person who acknowledged that was the woman cleaning the tables – she smiled back. A small moment of kindness in an otherwise disappointing experience.

Family trip! As always, the family was very hungry after a busy day and my dearest wife had the great idea of ​​going to the “House of Heroes” in Düsseldorf. Really a nice concept, especially for younger kids, but also for superhero fans in general. In addition to numerous dishes, each of which is assigned to a hero, there were many Marvel characters to see in a variety of sizes. Although the restaurant is quite simply furnished, it still has its charm. We really enjoyed the food and had a great chat with the owners/employees. We would definitely come back.

The menu was particularly cool: creative, colorful and designed to match the theme. Something really special both visually and in terms of taste. Our visit was part of a superhero-filled day: first we went to the Superhero Museum in Düsseldorf and then to the House of Heroes. It just came together perfectly and made the day an unforgettable experience for my son and me. A must for all superhero fans and families who crave an exceptional meal. We'll definitely be back!

Were really disappointed as we had high hopes based on the seemingly good reviews. The food is well seasoned but the quality is poor and you can taste it. The young gentleman with a full beard at the counter comes across as very arrogant and cheeky, but the open view of the kitchen is promising. Today we were at the HOUSE OF HEROES with our eleven year old son and his best friend. We drove from Willich to Düsseldorf specifically to eat a burger in the cool atmosphere. But it wasn't just the ambience that impressed us, but also the delicious burgers, fair prices and the owners were so welcoming that you just felt at home. According to my son, his new favorite place. 😉 We'll be back after the renovation. 😆
