Die Burger waren OK aber halt nix besonderes....das Fleisch war nicht mein Geschmack....Der Laden ist mit den Figuren etwas Reiz überflutet

Wir wahren heute mit der Familie dort essen, wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, man hat die mühe und die Gastfreundschaft gesehen, das Essen war supper lecker ich habe zum ersten mal Afghanisch gegessen es war sehr köstlich und man hat gespürt das alles frisch zubereitet wird, die Bürger wahren für sich der Hammer 😋, ich empfehle den laden auf jedenfalls weiter vor allem an Familie mit Kindern, den ich finde das Personal spielt eine sehr große Rolle in einem Restaurant 💯%. Mittlerweile machen sie die Bürger besser als die Alten Besitzer man merkt deutlich den unterschied sowas gibts leider keine weiter lokale in Düsseldorf.

Wir sind aufgrund der Instagram-Werbung gekommen, in der der Preis für Adana/Kubideh mit 10 € angegeben war. Vor Ort mussten wir jedoch 13,50 € pro Person bezahlen. Das war enttäuschend, da der beworbene Preis nicht mit dem tatsächlich berechneten Preis übereinstimmte. Außerdem mussten wir etwa 1 Stunde und 20 Minuten auf unser Essen warten. Die Wartezeit war viel zu lang und es gab kaum Informationen oder eine Entschuldigung dafür. Leider waren wir insgesamt mit unserem Besuch nicht zufrieden. Ich hoffe, dass der Service und die Kommunikation in Zukunft verbessert werden.

Essen war komplett verbrannt, die Böden waren klebrig, die Tische voll mit Krümmel und super ekelhafte Toiletten. Lieber wo anders essen.

Hab Werbung im Briefkasten bekommen

Wir bestellten Grillteller und Brathähnchen. Das Hähnchen war okay, nur leider ungewürzt. Der Grillteller hingegen war ungenießbar. Er war total trocken und alt, offensichtlich nur aufgewärmt. Er sollte Lammfleisch enthalten, aber das winzige Stückchen Lamm sah aus wie ein Rest vom Essen anderer Gäste. Nachdem ich darauf hingewiesen hatte, dass das Essen kalt war und kein Lammfleisch dabei war, meinten sie nur, das sei eben der Grillteller, und unternahmen nichts. Sie verkaufen persische/daribische Gerichte, Burger und Brathähnchen. Wenn man etwas nicht kochen kann, sollte man es einfach nicht anbieten. Es ist wirklich enttäuschend. Ich musste gehen, ohne das Gericht anzurühren. Die Preise sind vergleichbar mit denen guter Restaurants.

Super lecker, toll dekoriert, sehr nettes Personal.

Kebab Kubideh war fantastisch und zu einem super Preis. Absolut zu empfehlen.

- Das farbige Burgerbrot gibt es nicht und es schmeckt nicht sonderlich gut. - Die Pommes waren dünn und trocken.

Das Koobideh war völlig versalzen, sodass ich nur den Reis essen konnte. Die Cola wurde direkt in der Dose ohne Glas serviert, und der Tisch war klebrig. Die Bedienung war zwar nett, wirkte aber selbst bei nur drei Gästen im Lokal überfordert. Trotz Beschwerde über das versalzene Essen wurden am Ende für die eine Portion Koobideh und eine Dose Cola 20 Euro abkassiert.

Über Afghanische essen kann man kaum reden wer Gegessen hat weiß wie lecker es schmecket mit hochwertigen Fleisch und Reis der Geschmack kaum zu vergessen

Sehr cooles Burgerrestaurant voll mit Superheldenfiguren und einer guten Auswahl an Burgern, die sehr groß und lecker sind. Die Burger kosten alle um die 10-15€ mit 5,50€ extra für ein Menü. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für den großen Burger und die leckeren Pommes.

Service war wirklich nicht gut. Das Hühnchen war trocken, Pommes waren lecker. Burger sind einfach nicht gekommen. Auf Nachfrage wurden wir gefragt ob wir noch Hunger haben überhaupt...

Vorweg: super Ambiente im Laden, alles sehr Cool und passend eingerichtet. Die Bilder täuschen nicht. Im Essbereich war auch alles sauber. Hatte einen Beast-Burger, der war auch lecker. Die Preise fallen auch echt fair bis günstig aus, wie man ja in anderen Bewertungen auch lesen kann. Die Zubereitung lief auch ausgesprochen schnell. Fand die Karte allerdings etwas dürftig. Sie ist wie man auf den Bildern sieht zusammengesetzt aus Bild+Name+Fleischtyp und vielleicht noch 1-2 Worte wie "crunchy" oder ähnlich. Das hat die Wahl etwas schwierig gemacht, wie das ganze am Ende schmeckt muss man sich erahnen. Hätte geholfen, wenn man da vielleicht noch eine kurze Beschreibung bei packt. Ich konnte auch keine offensichtliche Kennzeichnung von allergenen feststellen. Negativ sind leider die Toiletten aufgefallen, 2/3 im Männerklo funktionierten nicht und es lag ein unangenehmer Gestank in der Luft als ich da war. Das hat die ganze Erfahrung nur ein wenig gedämpft, wäre aber schön wenn hier nachgebessert wird. Werde aber wohl allein der Burger wegen nochmal kommen.

Optisch etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber sehr leckeres Essen! Und freundliche Bedienung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Supper laden essen wahr auch sehr gut und alle wahren sehr net

Es gibt einen einzigen veggie Burger und der war ausverkauft als wir da waren. Ansonsten ist das konzept möglichst viel Fleisch anzubieten und das möglichst männluch zu verkaufen. Das ist einfach nur traurig heutzutage. Die Pommes waren aber super gut. Die Toilette war sehr ekelig und drecjig und der Service war auch nicht gut.

Ich wollte dort einen Burger essen und habe versucht, den Rabatt aus der NeoTaste-App zu nutzen. Beim Bezahlen habe ich die App gezeigt, aber wir mussten trotzdem den vollen Preis zahlen, weil der Rabatt angeblich nur für Online-Käufe galt, obwohl auf der Website stand, dass er auch für Online-Käufe gilt. Nutzer der App hatten sogar Bewertungen hinterlassen, in denen sie die Nutzung bestätigten. Als wir den Kellner baten, das zu bestätigen, tat er so, als hätte er jemanden angerufen und behauptete, niemand sei rangegangen. Ich finde das einfach nicht in Ordnung.

Das Essen ist wirklich köstlich und frisch, der Burger ist einfach himmlisch! Und die Mitarbeiter sind superfreundlich 😘. Mein Favorit ist der Hulk-Burger.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Essen war von sehr hoher Qualität und das Personal war äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders begeistert war ich von Kabab Koobideh und Jujeh Kabab – einfach unglaublich lecker! Ich bin mir sicher, dass jeder, der einmal iranische oder afghanische Kebabs probiert, sie lieben wird. 😋 Nach dem Essen wurde der Tisch sofort gereinigt, was einen sehr guten und professionellen Eindruck gemacht hat. Das Restaurant hat eine schöne, nostalgische Atmosphäre für Erwachsene und ist gleichzeitig auch sehr kinderfreundlich. Außerdem ist es ein toller Ort, um schöne Fotos zu machen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team vom Restaurant Arya für den tollen Service!

Das einzige gute an dem Laden ist die Idee mit dem Helden. Alles andere ist leider eine Disaster. Nach dem wir bestellt hatten und eine lange Zeit gewartet hatten ,kam einer zu uns und meinte es dauert noch etwas weil sie erst jetzt wieder Fleisch haben. Die Burger waren auch nicht gut..das Brot hat komisch gerochen und die Mayonese seltsam geschmeckt. DieTische waren klebrig und die Speisekarten waren so sehr verklebt das man die Seiten nur schwer auseinader bekommen hat. Der WC Raum war schmutzig und es gab kein Papier zum abtrocknen und der Lüfter hat auch nicht funktioniert.Das Personal war ganz nett.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Die Burger sind extrem saftig, perfekt gewürzt und qualitativ auf sehr hohem Niveau. Dazu freundlicher Service und kurze Wartezeit – so muss ein Burgerladen sein. Komme definitiv wieder!

Das war leider nichts! Wir wollten nach einem Ausflug mit der Familie essen gehen und kamen aufgrund des Superheldenthemas und der guten Bewertungen. Das Ambiente ist auch gut angelegt, aber bei näherem Hinsehen ist alles ziemlich schmuddelig und man merkt, dass die Deko nur über die ursprüngliche Ausstattung eines normalen Dönerladens geschraubt wurde. Es war richtig kalt im Laden und die Tische schmierig, das ist sogar den Kindern aufgefallen. Das Personal war OK, aber beim Menü gab's nur eine (!) vegetarische Möglichkeit inkl. der Bemerkung des Kellners, mehr gäbe es nicht, weil das keiner kaufen würde (sorry, mein Fehler, ich Idiot!) Farbige Patties waren auch aus. Die Burger waren am Ende ok, aber zu teuer. Für den gleichen Preis kann man in anderen Burger-Restaurants besser essen. Die Toilette war total runtergekommen und das Wasser lief nicht richtig ab. Auf dem Weg dahin war allerlei Kram aufgetürmt, auch ein Strohbesen, das war hygienetechnisch alles nicht so vertrauenserweckend. Außerdem haben wir fast ne halbe Stunde aufs Essen gewartet, obwohl wir die einzigen Gäste waren und der Laden seit einer Stunde geöffnet hatte. Am schlimmsten war die Musik, die orientalisch klang, was gar nicht zum Thema des Ladens passt, und offensichtlich von YouTube abgespielt wurde, weil dauernd Werbeblöcke kamen. Insgesamt guter Ansatz, Ausführung total gescheitert, ich weiß nicht, wo die guten Bewertungen herkommen!

Ich habe dort zwei Hamburger bestellt. Die waren richtig reudig. Noch nie so schlimme Hamburger gegessen. Kein Salat, keine Gurke, keine Tomate, das Brötchen auf der einen Seite hart und aufgeweicht auf der anderen. Ich habe zweimal in den einen reingebissen, aber der Geschmack war unterirdisch. Ich hab den Herrn hinter der Theke gefragt, ob er so einen Burger gerne essen würde. Er fand die Burger super. Vielleicht sind die anderen Burger ganz großes Kino, aber der matschig, harte Hamburger geht gar nicht.

Ich würde sagen das hier ist das am Amerikanisch wirkenste Restaurant in ganz Düsseldorf. Die Ästhetik ist spitze und an bekannte Superhelden angelehnt. Das essen ebenso. Die Bürger sind monstermäßig groß. Der Thanos Burger hat vier patties. Personal auch super Nett. Das Essen selbst ist in Ordnung, nichts zu späktakuläres aber kann man sich gut mit Freunden gönnen.

Ich gehe seit zwei Jahren regelmäßig dorthin und war immer begeistert: tolle Burger, cooles Ambiente und guter Service. Klare 5/5. Aber bei meinem Besuch im Dezember 2025 war irgendetwas anders. Zuerst fiel mir das neue Branding auf. Ich dachte, es gäbe einen Besitzerwechsel, aber Speisekarte und Preise waren gleich geblieben. Also bestellte ich wie immer: den Wolverine- und den Thor-Burger, dazu Nuggets und Pommes. Das Essen war einfach nicht mehr dasselbe. Der Wolverine-Burger hatte keine Jalapeños (normalerweise sind welche drin) und wurde stattdessen mit einer scharfen Soße serviert. Die Patties klebten zusammen und sahen nicht frisch aus. Meine Lieblingssoße, vielleicht Chipotle oder Cocktailsauce, fehlte auch. Ich hatte extra ohne Tomaten bestellt, bekam sie aber trotzdem. Die Pommes waren ziemlich dünn, aber okay, und die Nuggets waren mittelmäßig (3/5). Am nächsten Tag bekamen mein Freund und ich Durchfall. Danach beschlossen wir, wohl nicht mehr hinzugehen. Ich kann das Restaurant also nicht weiterempfehlen.

Ich hole hier seit ca. 15 Jahren meine Burger. Damals zufällig auf dem weg zur Arbeit entdeckt und zwei Cheeseburger für 4€ waren der Anfang. Seither immer die Entwicklung gesehen Jahr für Jahr. Das Marvel Konzept holt mich richtig ab! Das sind Kindheitserinnerungen und die Burger sind einfach genial! Ich empfehle den Spiderman

Adding music would significantly improve the ambiance and the overall impression. However, after going to the restroom, I felt sick. It was very unhygienic, and many things were broken. I hope the kitchen isn't that unhygienic... Please work on your hygiene; this could end badly!

I really needed to use the restroom and was looking for a snack bar or restaurant where I could ask if I could use their toilet – usually that's no problem. Then I saw this super cool place. At first, I thought it was a toy store or something, especially because they have a huge Batman statue in front of the entrance! 🐈‍⬛ But to my surprise, it was actually a restaurant. They serve American, Persian, Afghan, and much more. I'm Persian myself, so I was especially pleased. After using the restroom, I decided to get something to eat – why not? The staff was incredibly friendly, the food was delicious, and the prices were very affordable. Plus, the place is perfect for families or children because there are toys everywhere, and it has a great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place! 😊❤

After 25 years in Düsseldorf, I've never eaten such good Persian food at Arya - Haus der Helden. It was like being in Iran. A superb restaurant, everything very hygienic, and the service was perfect and very friendly.

Once and never again. The House of Heroes has a cool Marvel concept, but unfortunately, it's very poorly executed. We had to wait a long time for someone to arrive, and many dishes – including half a chicken and mashed potatoes – were already sold out by 7 p.m. The staff seemed disorganized, all in civilian clothes, and unprofessional. Hygiene was poor: dirty cutlery, napkins, and restrooms. The food tasted okay, but lukewarm and poorly served – instead of in a box on a cutting board. Many chicken wings were burnt and simply turned over to cover it up. After complaining, we waited over 10 minutes for replacements, accompanied by a casual "Sorry, bro, we were stressed." Conclusion: Good idea, catastrophic execution. Once and never again.

We went there for dinner with the family. The burgers were delicious, and we also enjoyed the atmosphere. We received a friendly welcome and were served promptly. We'll definitely be back.

The House of Heroes is an incredibly beautiful restaurant that, as the name suggests, is themed after the heroes of the MCU and DC universe. The burgers are named after various heroes and all taste incredibly delicious. The aesthetic is also very beautiful and made with love. Overall, simply a great restaurant.

We ate there yesterday with the whole family. Great atmosphere with the Marvel and DC theme. My kids thoroughly enjoyed it. Super tasty burgers at a fair price. We'll definitely be back. Thanks also for the super friendly service; you feel really comfortable.

We ate burgers at Haus der Helden – absolutely delicious and super fresh! They also served homemade fries 🍟, which were really good. The cheeseburgers are only €2, simply unbelievable. Great value for money, absolutely recommended!

Disney Studios' official franchise, House of Heroes, offers excellent quality fried poultry. The chicken is truly amazing, and the lovingly pixelated JPGs on every surface make it even juicier. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves good chicken.

The burgers are delicious, but of course they look more impressive and larger on the menu. Ultimately, they're classic burgers at a fairly high price. You pay around €15 for a burger, plus a €5.50 surcharge for the meal (fries and a 0.3l soft drink). The fries are very thin and mixed with sweet potato fries. They were quite good and served with a kind of tzatziki. The ambiance is nicely decorated and furnished in a Marvel/DC style. However, it doesn't feel like a restaurant; it's more of a snack bar. Overall, a delicious meal with a good atmosphere at a fairly high price.

If you're into Marvel or other heroes, this is the place for you. I don't know how you can create such a cool atmosphere. And if you don't like that sort of thing, you still have to go here. No joke, guys, the burgers are huge, delicious, colorful, juicy, creative, and much more. I was here with my wife and two kids and spent €50 including drinks. Everyone was full and happy. We'll be coming here more often!

Went there today with the family, SUPER SUPER AWESOME, the kids were really happy, so much to marvel at when it comes to heroes, the food was super awesome, delicious, taste explosions, brutally full. Terrible place – Don’t be misled by the good reviews Unfortunately, the food was extremely disappointing. It was the first time I couldn’t finish a burger – the ingredients seemed low quality and the kitchen clearly uses frozen foodservice products. The taste was bland and greasy, and the fries were no better. Sauces were served in bottles directly on the table – unhygienic and unpleasantly greasy. You only get one napkin, which isn’t enough. The pictures used for advertising are misleading and don’t reflect reality. The interior feels very cheap and poorly designed – it honestly looks like something a child would have put together. The toilets were in a horrible state, like a scene from a horror movie. The male staff was unwelcoming and arrogant. A quick look at the owner’s responses to criticism confirms this attitude. I remained friendly throughout my visit, but didn’t feel welcome at all. The only person who acknowledged that was the woman cleaning the tables – she smiled back. A small moment of kindness in an otherwise disappointing experience.

Food was great, prices were great. Above all, the people are very nice and create a great atmosphere with the superheroes and will come by often.

Family trip! As always, the family was very hungry after a busy day and my dearest wife had the great idea of ​​going to the “House of Heroes” in Düsseldorf. Really a nice concept, especially for younger kids, but also for superhero fans in general. In addition to numerous dishes, each of which is assigned to a hero, there were many Marvel characters to see in a variety of sizes. Although the restaurant is quite simply furnished, it still has its charm. We really enjoyed the food and had a great chat with the owners/employees. We would definitely come back.

Difficult to have an experience, they should adjust their signposted opening times and those stated in Google or should actually be open during which they are stated.

At first we were really excited because it's very impressive for Marvel fans. The food was okay, my burger didn't match the color or ingredients listed as the burger that was served. The wooden board on which the burger was served was black on the sides and looked unappetizing. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities were shockingly unhygienic. We wouldn't go there a second time. It's a shame for the 3 hour journey. Luckily we connected it to other Marvel exhibitions, otherwise the disappointment would be even greater due to the many positive reviews.

I go to this snack bar regularly with my son and grandson. It's always wonderful to eat there. We really like the atmosphere, everything is clean and attractive. The food is delicious, rich and well prepared. The owner and the staff were super friendly and nice. The price-performance ratio is more than fair. We always enjoy going there. Unfortunately it was a flop for me. Chicken wings were not crispy, but very limp. Wouldn't like to go there again. Was a bit deceived by the good reviews. 1 star extra because they at least tried halfway.
