I love Mr. Misto. The value for money here is just right. The food is so delicious. My highlight is the doner kebab with cocktail sauce. But the baguettes are also great, as are the burgers and salads... And everyone is very nice. And the restaurant is super stylish. I love this restaurant.

Super delicious Again and again

The food arrives soggy, takes two hours to arrive, and the staff are unfriendly. I don't recommend it. I've ordered several times, and it's been like this every time. I haven't spoken to a single friendly staff member, no matter who I've encountered.

We ordered something home. The food was cold. The fries have been in the hairdresser several times. Not edible. We gave it another chance because we had already been disappointed several times, including the punctuality. But after this time, we won't order again. At the beginning it was good. Unfortunately, it has diminished significantly.

Super clean restaurant, top service, fast and delicious food

After a bit of a difficult call with the boss about a comment in my order, I was still satisfied after the delivery. That's how it should be and then we won't have any more phone calls or comments. Stay relaxed and don't let punctuation marks trigger you so much!

We had chicken and veal/chicken plate with curly fries delivered this evening. Waiting time was as stated, fine, the delivery person was very friendly. Both dishes were very good and therefore highly recommended. Greetings to Vedat and all employees.

Pasta was not edible, cheese sauce only consists of cream, pasta was completely overcooked. There were badly burnt bitter pieces in the kebab. The price is absolutely unreasonable for this quality

We (two adults with two children) just had dinner here and thought it was really great. The food was delicious, beautifully prepared and best of all, everything was ready at the same time. Super nice staff and chic furnishings. Highly recommended 🎉

The five of us had lunch inside. The place is very clean and very well ventilated (appreciable in the middle of summer). We chose various dishes: pasta, pizza, vegetarian kebab. Everything was good and plentiful. We were able to take away the dishes that the children had not been able to finish. The welcome was friendly. Good value for money.

We order here often - but yesterday I was extremely disappointed. The veggi bag is tiny, there's hardly anything on the kebab plate. And then delivery costs within Herzberg? Despite a high order value? That is bad. Next time we'll think twice about ordering here.

Ordered again today on February 15th, 2024 (after a long break) to test and what can I say? We were completely satisfied again. The food was as we were originally used to. Good quality and good in taste. We will be happy to order again in the future! Under the circumstances, I would be happy to take the old review out again.

In terms of taste, the meat was okay. Salad wasn't crunchy but soft and the fries weren't enough, as if they had been counted out. So I didn't get full from the portion. For the price there could have been more on the plate. Was the first and last time.

Super disappointed! We have ordered very often and even if it came 2 hours later or it was cold, we always wanted to support the store. There can always be reasons why it is like that. But being unfriendly in the shop, not making eye contact, being annoyed when you ask for sauces without garlic and of course assuming a tip is not possible at all! In addition, the food was simply cold. We're really not fussy if it's lukewarm, but it shouldn't taste like it's been left for 3 hours! Unfortunately it was the last time for us.

We are regular customers, I think it's super steep to add another €2.50 in travel costs to an order of €31! Sure everything has become more expensive, but at over €30 there are still travel costs?! So please!

Der Service ist sehr einnehmend, und die Auswahl an Gericht ist sehr vielfältig. Der Geschmack der Döner beispielsweise, ist der beste im Landkreis. Ich vergleiche beispielsweise den Döner von Mr Misto immer mit den anderen Döner die ich außerhalb Esse. Mr Misto hat da die Messlatte sehr hoch gesetzt. Der beste den ich bis dato gegessen habe. Nur zu empfehlen 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Lieferzeiten viel zu lang und das Essen ist ständig etwas falsches oder irgendwas wird vergessen.

Ich habe jetzt zum 3. mal dort gegessen. Meine Mitarbeiter und ich sind sehr überzeugt, von dem Laden. Sehr nettes Personal, sehr leckeres Essen. Ambiente eine 10/10. Super laden empfehlenswert !!

Das war der kleinste Döner den ich jemals gegessen habe. Aber kostet wie ein großer. Die Panade von gebackenen Feta nicht genießbar. Bei knapp 24 Euro Bestellwert innerhalb von Herzberg noch Lieferkosten find ich auch heftig. Denke das war die letzte Bestellung. Schade schade

Eins vorne weg: ich kann nur die Burger beurteilen, weil ich dort noch nichts anderes gegessen habe. Die allerdings, sind der Hammer! Bis jetzt die besten Burger die ich gegessen habe! Wir (ich und meine Frau) fahren extra aus Osterode hin und essen dort immer vor Ort, weil wir uns wohl fühlen. Die Leute sind nett, es ist sauber (auch Toiletten).

Das Essen ist lecker, war bis her zufrieden, aber heute waren nur 4 Falafel auf meinen Falafelteller, die falsche Sauce, & meine Fanta exotic wurde vergessen. Das alles für 10.75 € …

Sehr gutes Essen, geht schnell, Preise sind angemessen und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

schnelles essen, super lecker, gites angebot. nur im laden wars verdammt warm, da es schon tagsüber bestimmt 30°C waren und die Küche offen ist. haben dann draußen gegessen, kann mich daher nicht beklagen.

Das beste Döner Laden in Herzberg am Harz,vom Essen,Ambiente und Sauberkeit alles so wie es sein soll.

Mr. Misto hat mich mit seinem Lieferdienst vor dem Hungertod gerettet, als ich als Wanderer in Lonau übernachtete und das einzige Restaurant hier geschlossen hatte. Essen war lecker und es gab sogar Radler zu bestellen. :) Ich musste zwar ein bisschen warten, aber besser als gar kein Abendessen. Der Telefondienst und auch der Fahrer waren sehr freundlich.
