Mövenpick Restaurant Frankfurt City in Frankfurt am Main

Not recommended for vegans! If you order a vegan buffet, there's nothing vegan except beans with onions, and the staff tells you, "There's salad, what else do you eat as a vegan?" (The salad dressings weren't vegan either), I wouldn't go back to that restaurant. I find that absolutely rude.

Breakfast is extremely expensive at €32, and the selection is only partially good. There was no salmon and only a few types of sausage. The rolls are tiny. However, there were plenty of hot dishes, so it's more of an international buffet than a German one. However, the service and location were good, commensurate with the price.

Ubicación perfecta a 3 paradas de metro de los mercados de Navidad gran centro comercial justo enfrente de una gran selección de comida. Horel bar qas razonable para las bebidas y el hotel estaba impecable no dude en recomendar

Slowest place in Frankfurt, we waited 2 hours for food and the place is understaffed beyond belief. We left the place with a huge cancelled order the staff didn’t do anything about it just acted as the pace was the regular, cannot recommend

Plates looks beautiful and taste is good, shrimps were unfortunately not fresh. On service the waitress was so busy taking care of all the tables while her colleague was chatting with the chef even if he noticed we where calling her several times, maybe that’s why she seem overwhelmed and not helpful.

La nourriture est correcte mais le temps d attente est hallucinant. J ai été seul dans le restaurant pendant la plus grande partie de mon repas mais malgré tout plus de 30 minutes d attende pour le plat et la même chose pour le dessert qui n’avait vraiment rien d extraordinaire. Habitué des hôtels accor et de leur restaurant je déconseille celui ci J ai hésité avec un 2 sur 5 mais la nourriture était correcte malgré un prix élevé.

We went to the Mövenpick Restaurant in Frankfurt today for Easter brunch. We really enjoyed it; the food was really delicious and the selection should suit every taste. I was particularly impressed by the fact that the food wasn't as blandly seasoned as is unfortunately sometimes the case at other buffets. The staff are very attentive and really try hard to fulfill all wishes. Mövenpick just needs to work on its advertising; it was very quiet today and it would be a shame if the offer were to be discontinued due to insufficient demand. But Mövenpick really has only itself to blame for this, as it's more of a secret when you visit the website and there's no information about events anywhere, which is a shame! The price of the parking garage is a punch in the gut; they should be a bit more customer-friendly! All in all, we will come again because it really was very good.

We love to have brunch regularly as a family event around Frankfurt. The Mövenpick ranks high in the rankings for its quality and service. The service is extremely courteous and attentive; even my father's exotic request for a banana wheat beer was promptly fulfilled. The buffet leaves nothing to be desired; the food is truly well-seasoned and prepared; it doesn't feel like a sloppy hospital kitchen, but rather a truly aromatic and savory selection. The ambience is modern and tasteful. Only the extremely high parking garage fee of €18 for 3 hours of parking gives us a hint of toothache. All in all, we really enjoyed it and will definitely be returning.

O atendimento do restaurante do hotel deixou muito a desejar. Demoraram muito para vir nos atender na mesa, cerca de 20 minutos, e quando vieram informaram que a cozinha havia fechado.

Christmas dinner was good... Unfortunately the wine was better than the menu... But the starter was outstanding.

Door lock was broken (card reader)! Got a new room and the TV was broken and the shower hose was cracked. Also, the staff wasn't really helpful!!

Everything was great, the atmosphere and the staff were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, there are some defects in the room, such as silicone in the bathroom, which no longer looks very appetizing. And the iron and ironing board should also be replaced.

Mit keinen grossen Erwartungen besuchte ich am Abend das mövenpick Restaurant zum Abendessen. Schon die Begrüssung war trotz guter Frequenz äusserst freundlich und diese Herzlichkeit des Personals begleitete uns durch den ganzen Abend. Die Essenskarte beinhaltet für jeden Geschmack etwas leckeres. Wir bestellten die Tagessuppe, welche frisch zubereitet war, exzellent schmeckte und auch von einem Sternekoch nicht besser hätte hingekriegt werden können. Das wienerschnitzel folgte dann zum Hauptgang, wunderbar zubereitet dazu ein marktfrischer Salat und natürlich Pommes......Alles von sehr hoher Qualität. Siri , die Servicekraft rundete mit Ihrem Charme, Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit dieses Erlebnis imMövenpick Restaurant ab. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr bestimmt wieder!

El hotel es muy confortable y la decoración moderna. Las habitaciones son cómodas y amplias. La atención del personal es muy servicial y la limpieza es muy buena. Está ubicado frente al shopping Skyline Plaza y cerca de la estación del metro Festhalle Messe. En el área que lo rodea hay centros de convenciones y de exhibiciones. Muy recomendable.
