McDonald's in Münster

It's difficult to write a review. The few staff that are there make an effort. Hygiene falls by the wayside. You didn't get coffee either. But if you pay MA so poorly, you shouldn't be surprised if no one wants to work there anymore. Everything gets worse, but the prices stay the same. So like everywhere else: there are savings in personnel. It would be great if no one went there anymore. Maybe management will then consider measures. But that probably won't happen.

Food typical mcces. You love it or hate it. People are very nice and the store is clean.

Food as always, staff nice. Unfortunately it was pretty dirty, no soap in the toilet and an unpleasant smell throughout the restaurant.

I had just experienced the most outrageous service at McDonalds with my son. We had placed an order at the counter and when paying my son wanted something changed, then she said she could do it and brought in another colleague who cheekily told us we could order something else to go with the existing order, something else wasn't possible. I then said it was a shame that they fobbed off customers like that and the answer came promptly, good.

The McDonald's on Weseler Straße is generally in a good location and, as you would expect from the chain, the food is okay. Unfortunately, the store wasn't particularly clean when I visited, which marred the overall experience. In addition, my ice cream was initially forgotten and only after I asked again was it brought to me. Unfortunately, this left me with a somewhat disorganized impression. With a little more attention and cleanliness, things could be much better here.

Great rewards, even if you just order a cheeseburger you'll pretty quickly get a free fries or something else for free. And I can refute the prejudices about eating this way. I've been eating almost exclusively fast food for years and I'm perfectly healthy. I am at my ideal weight and do sports.

I don't want to offend anyone, but how can it be now for the second time in a row that the employees forget to pack any sauces and napkins? Or is there an intention behind this in order to be able to save something? This branch has deteriorated so much in the last 2 years that it is no longer celebratory. There are 5 people standing in line at the checkout because the app or the terminal isn't working again and then you get shouted at when you ask when you'll be served. Coupled with the constant "forgetting" of certain products, this branch unfortunately only leaves a bad aftertaste.

I only ordered 2 cheeseburgers at the drive-thru. Unfortunately it was a little crowded. 3 cars in front of us. After 9 minutes of waiting from the entrance to the payment, the burgers were in the vehicle. The citizens were warm and there is nothing to complain about other than the waiting time.

Of course, the food was as usual, but no napkins etc. could be found. Overall, the store seemed untidy.

A very good McDonalds indeed. You can think what you want about McDonald's, but this branch has a very clean image, the food seemed to be fresh, hot and crunchy and the staff was also very nice. Nothing to complain about.

I am absolutely horrified by my recent experience at McDonald's on Weseler Str. 60 in Münster. I specifically ordered the McPlant nuggets, but was served real meat chicken instead. For someone who cannot eat meat for ethical reasons, but especially for health reasons, this is absolutely unacceptable! I ate the meat unknowingly, which not only violated my beliefs but also put a lot of stress on my stomach. Such a serious mistake should never have happened. The lack of care and consideration for special dietary needs makes me seriously question the quality and customer service of this branch. To make matters worse, there was no apology or anything like that in the subsequent phone call with the boss. He was very rude and didn't take me seriously. This experience has severely shaken my trust in McDonald's and I definitely cannot recommend this branch.

A burger was missing from the order on 10/07/24 7:12 p.m. I have now contacted customer service 5 times via the McD website. It is always pointed out that the case should be forwarded to the authorized dealer (McD Weseler Str. Münster). BUT NOTHING MORE HAPPENS. No suggestion for a solution... how can you if you don't even think it's necessary to respond to the case?! What kind of customer service is this? Just plain...

It's just a McDonald's. We were only there for the children. Many restaurants earn 5⭐️ because of the first-class food and service. In proportion, 3⭐️ is quite appropriate, I think.

Why it is usually so full here can only be explained by the long waiting times due to a lack of staff. 50% of the order automation doesn't work and McDonalds doesn't seem to want to order manually. At least I stood directly at the checkout for more than 5 minutes and couldn't order. At least there's an award for the worst McDonald's in my opinion.

I was there today and used the McDrive. A double pack meal and a chocolate McFlurry were ordered. As a vegan, I ordered this with Oreo. Unfortunately a normal one was made. When I went to the store to complain about it, I was told that I hadn't mentioned a word that I wanted chocolate and that I wasn't a real vegan because there was milk in Oreos. Maybe the employees should take a look at their products. Apart from that, the comment is absolutely disgusting.

Pretty much the worst McDonald's I know. The ordering terminals usually don't work, so you have to queue up. The cash desk is usually not occupied. You should check orders in the store because something is usually missing or the wrong products are included. It's best to avoid the place. The store used to be much better run.

How can you, as the owner of the store, be satisfied with such service? Every time the same. You can't order at the checkout. 2 of self-service machines defective. The one I was at after 15 minutes hardly responded or only reacted very slowly. Cannot scan code. (I have no idea if this is intentional to make more sales) The machine doesn't print out the receipt at all, if you're not careful you won't know its number. Everything was okay when it came to eating. Only the fries were half felt and not completely cooked through. Maybe you should really take an example from the other restaurants in Münster. They do it much better. But if you're just after the money, just keep doing it. At some point the customers will leave.

But first things first: Ordered via the McDonald's app, paid via PayPal and then drove to the drive to pick up. The fact that you have to wait is not a problem, but: Unfortunately, at this McDonald's it is regularly the case that two vehicles are asked to wait in one lane each, which blocks the exit, which in turn leads to wild honking from those who are no longer coming from the parking lot. This leaves me cold - since there is no way to get out of the way, there are 10 other people waiting besides me who have nothing to do with my order. Is this a sensible system? Hardly likely. Then an employee comes outside and wants to tell me that I still have 2.79 euros to pay. Of course I ask myself how this can be possible when I selected, ordered and paid for everything via the app!? I'm then asked to come in to clarify this - thank you very much, that's exactly what I wanted to avoid, that's the point of a drive. After some discussion and calling a manager, I don't have to pay these incomprehensible 2.79 euros, which I wouldn't have done either. The employee is harsh and unfriendly throughout the entire process. After the food was handed to me and mercifully sent me back to the car, I realized 5 minutes later that there was a completely wrong burger in the bag, which no one present liked. The fries are also absolutely inedible and taste like dishwater (how does that actually work?). Conclusion: Only one person has dinner, the other goes away empty-handed. So you end up standing at a checkout again to pay, which usually happens relatively grumpily and then of course suddenly you can do it with a card without any problems. The cleanliness of the entire store is also absolutely subpar. McDonald's has been at this location for quite a long time, but it used to be much better. I have no idea what happened here, but I strongly advise against visiting. If you want to go to McDonald's, it's better to take the detour to Rudolf-Diesel-Straße - it's the same franchisee, but strangely enough, everything works much better there.

Es ist wirklich sehr dreckig dort und ich würde auch jedem Vegetarier/Veganer empfehlen nicht die 20er Box Plant Nuggets nicht zu bestellen weil es eine Chicken Box war und das erst nach dem probieren gemerkt hab natürlich… ich finde das geht halt garnicht und diesen McDonald’s würde ich aufjedenfall meiden! Sie haben auch unsere Soßen vergessen also checkt nochmal durch aber geht da lieber garnicht hin!

Essen war eigentlich okay aber irgendwie dann doch wieder wie älteres fast food. War relativ fix da und mega nett.

Ich bin wirklich nicht empfindlich was essen angeht aber ich hatte Curly Fries bestellt und ich weiß nicht was da drin war aber es war ungenießbar und ich war kurz vorm erbrechen und konnte es auch nicht runterschlucken. Es hatte so geschmeckt als hätte man mit den Curly Fries den Boden geputzt o.ä. Die Servicekraft (augenscheinlich Indischer Herkunft) hat auch schön beim vorbeigehen während wir am Essen waren, sehr appetitlich ihren Schnodder hochgezogen, so dass man direkt keinen Appetit mehr hat. Ich erwarte wirklich nicht viel von McDonalds aber das war einfach nur ekelhaft.

Der Laden ist eine Katastrophe, Hygiene ist hier ein Fremdwort. Essen sowie verschüttete Getränke finden auf dem Boden ihr zuhause. Ganz geschweige von dem Gestank. Das Essen war kalt und wurde falsch herausgegeben. Tut euch einen Gefallen und kommt nicht her.

Wss n war jetzt nicht das beste, und der Kellner hat mein Essen auf den Boden fallen gelassen. Habe dann neues bekommen. Preise auch ein bisschen teuer

Nicht ganz besonders aber zum schnellen essen ist das ganze gut.Das Ambiente ist dreckig aber der Service probiert alles zu säubern aber das geht bei dem ständigen Besuch nicht.

Durch seine Lage einer der zentralen Dreh- und Angelpunkte, was Fastfood in Münster angeht. Zu Stoßzeiten wie auch an den Wochenenden ist hier bis spät Abends immer was los. Einen Parkplatz kriegt man immer - im Zweifel bis hinten durch fahren. Positiv zu bemerken ist die Priorisierung des Drive Ins, sodass man auch bei einer Fahrzeugschlange bis zum Eingang nicht so lange warten muss. Wenn sehr viel Betrieb ist, kommt schon mal eine Bestellung durcheinander, sodass man immer direkt nachschauen sollte, ob alles richtig ist. Dann kann es übrigens auch mal etwas länger dauern. Nicht so schön ist, dass die Kartengeräte veraltet sind. Es ist manchmal ein Glücksspiel, ob die eigene EC-Karte genommen wird, das konnte ich jetzt schon bei mir und vielen anderen Besuchern sehr oft sehen. Auch ist kontaktloses Zahlen am Bestellautomaten noch nicht möglich.

Naja halt MC. Nach meiner Meinung immer schlechter. Und viel zu teuer.

Essen zum mitnehmen und wieder mal zwei Sachen vergessen! Unbedingt kontrollieren !!

Wenn ich nicht ein Kind hätte, dann wäre McDonalds uninteressant für mich. Ein Schwarzes Haar im Bürger, da kommt dann Freude auf. Der neue Chicken Burger, da crunscht nicht viel und für 6€ schon eine Hausnummer. Allgemein ist es sehr teuer geworden, es schmeckt fast alles gleich und einige Sachen sind nicht verfügbar oder die Geräte sind defekt.

Essen leider die meiste Zeit so kalt das ich es zurückgeben habe. Sehr lange warte Zeit trotz viel Personal das war früher mal besser. Laden oft sehr unsauber das war auch mal besser. Und zum Schluss wenn ihr essen mitnehmen wollt schaut vorher bevor ihr fahrt in die tüte denn nicht immer ist alles drinnen was ihr bestellt habt. Entweder fehlt was oder ihr habt die Bestellung von jemandem anders.

Das man ausschließlich die verdreckten "Bestellterminals" nutzen muss zum Bestellen ist äußerst abschreckend. Bin wieder gefahren ohne auch nur einen penny dazulassen. Der McDonalds aus meiner Kindheit war um Klassen besser.
