A McDonald's like any other, the food is mostly fresh, but rarely is it soggy or a little cool 🍔... However, cleanliness is always present! Here, people often forget something when ordering, almost every single time, but it's no problem to make up for it and the staff is very friendly or if you want a different toy, you can often keep the other one. Waiting times at the ordering screens when there is a lot going on, but preparations are actually quite quick.

The food tastes good 4 out of 5 times, and it's the same with the guarantee that everything is always in the bags. So, always check when driving through the drive. The bottom line is that you can't go wrong with a visit here 😉

But if you pay MA so poorly, you shouldn't be surprised if no one wants to work there anymore. Everything gets worse, but the prices stay the same. I had just experienced the most outrageous service at McDonalds with my son. We had placed an order at the counter and when paying my son wanted something changed, then she said she could do it and brought in another colleague who cheekily told us we could order something else to go with the existing order, something else wasn't possible. The McDonald's on Weseler Straße is generally in a good location and, as you would expect from the chain, the food is okay. Unfortunately, the store wasn't particularly clean when I visited, which marred the overall experience. I am absolutely horrified by my recent experience at McDonald's on Weseler Str. 60 in Münster. I specifically ordered the McPlant nuggets, but was served real meat chicken instead. For someone who cannot eat meat for ethical reasons, but especially for health reasons, this is absolutely unacceptable! I ate the meat unknowingly, which not only violated my beliefs but also put a lot of stress on my stomach. Such a serious mistake should never have happened. The lack of care and consideration for special dietary needs makes me seriously question the quality and customer service of this branch. To make matters worse, there was no apology or anything like that in the subsequent phone call with the boss. He was very rude and didn't take me seriously. This experience has severely shaken my trust in McDonald's and I definitely cannot recommend this branch.

A burger was missing from the order on 10/07/24 7:12 p.m. I have now contacted customer service 5 times via the McD website. I was there today and used the McDrive. A double pack meal and a chocolate McFlurry were ordered. As a vegan, I ordered this with Oreo. Unfortunately a normal one was made. When I went to the store to complain about it, I was told that I hadn't mentioned a word that I wanted chocolate and that I wasn't a real vegan because there was milk in Oreos. You should check orders in the store because something is usually missing or the wrong products are included. It's best to avoid the place. The store used to be much better run.

But first things first: Ordered via the McDonald's app, paid via PayPal and then drove to the drive to pick up. The fact that you have to wait is not a problem, but: Unfortunately, at this McDonald's it is regularly the case that two vehicles are asked to wait in one lane each, which blocks the exit, which in turn leads to wild honking from those who are no longer coming from the parking lot. This leaves me cold - since there is no way to get out of the way, there are 10 other people waiting besides me who have nothing to do with my order. Is this a sensible system? Hardly likely. Then an employee comes outside and wants to tell me that I still have 2.79 euros to pay. Of course I ask myself how this can be possible when I selected, ordered and paid for everything via the app!? I'm then asked to come in to clarify this - thank you very much, that's exactly what I wanted to avoid, that's the point of a drive. After some discussion and calling a manager, I don't have to pay these incomprehensible 2.79 euros, which I wouldn't have done either. The employee is harsh and unfriendly throughout the entire process. After the food was handed to me and mercifully sent me back to the car, I realized 5 minutes later that there was a completely wrong burger in the bag, which no one present liked. The fries are also absolutely inedible and taste like dishwater (how does that actually work?). Conclusion: Only one person has dinner, the other goes away empty-handed. One could actually suspect intention behind it, as often as this problem occurs. So you end up standing at a checkout again to pay, which usually happens relatively grumpily and then of course suddenly you can do it with a card without any problems. The cleanliness of the entire store is also absolutely subpar. McDonald's has been at this location for quite a long time, but it used to be much better. I have no idea what happened here, but I strongly advise against visiting. If you want to go to McDonald's, it's better to take the detour to Rudolf-Diesel-Straße - it's the same franchisee, but strangely enough, everything works much better there.
