McDonald's in Münster

It was very pleasant and not too crowded.

Hardly any employees speak German. The order was completely wrong. Typical McDonald's atmosphere.

Instead of a large one we got a medium drink. When asked, it was converted into a large cup and filled with ice cubes... unnecessary. At home we discovered that there was one burger too few... unbelievable.

MC muffin bacon egg really good

Now for the fourth time in the drive in. Again the ice cream machine is said to be defective. Are you going to break the thing extra? At Burger King we enjoyed the King Fusion!

The order didn't come, then it was cold and dry and the promised voucher for compensation wasn't included either. Just cheeky and at that price! Absolute disgrace

Unclean and cheap. It also felt like I was trimming maximum profit. Fries are weak and almost without salt, Cola tastes very watery.

A bottle of mineral water 0.5 for 3.99 + deposit. Staff unable to cancel it before table service! I find the price a little outrageous!

Food is very good in 9 out of 10 cases, Of course, there's always that one time when things aren't so good. But all in one of the best McDonald's in the region.

Unfortunately, the waiting time was very long and the staff was unfriendly.

Employees don't feel addressed, even though you look them in the eyes and talk to them. They just turn around and leave. The likely management of the day was very unprofessional and could not respond to customer requests. When you complain about how you are treated. Should you leave the branch and not come back? Making food is probably the easiest part of your job, but the employees can't deal with people. I'm disappointed, the worst McDonald's visit since I can remember.

Unbelievably I ordered 4 cheeseburgers and all 4 WITHOUT cheese!!! That was the last time I entered this McDonald's!!!!!

There is a lot that could be improved when it comes to service; it seems as if the employees don't feel like it. Food is good and so is the ambience.

Food was good, warm, and prepared quickly. The toilet was clean and the guest room was well maintained. It could have been a little warmer. That's the only flaw I noticed.

After a hard week of work that now ends in a well-deserved vacation, We thought we'd treat ourselves to a shake at the local McDonald's. While we waited for our order, we were surprised to see that the kitchen was like kindergarten. Not just because you can hardly communicate with the staff, but because there are two young people there who obviously love each other, throwing food at each other. Not very professional but still amusing if it hadn't been for the ingredients in my shake. (Ha ha :/ ) In a 3.5 star branch (as of before this review) that wants to complain about being a fast food restaurant, it's natural to have the peace and quiet to get the mop to wipe the cream and ice cubes off the kitchen floor before you place your order just ridiculous. There is still a bonus star because I took a balloon with me. You have to know Kind regards

Ordered the McSmart menu with Cheeseburger + McSundale, but canceled two ingredients for the Cheeseburger. Ordering took quite a long time (~10-12 minutes) given that only two people (including me) were in the store and waiting for the food. Thought: OK, it's late and therefore nothing is prepared and has to be freshly prepared - all the better. Pustekuchen.. Burgers and fries were only lukewarm despite the wait. I know this to be different at other branches. For the burgers, only one ingredient that was canceled was taken into account, the other one was still on it and I was allowed to scrape it off... Well... at least the order was complete and the ice cream was cold :) Table service was OK, the order terminals worked, the restaurant was quite clean and was being wiped down at the time.

The staff is not well trained technically and organizationally. If a cash register fails, chaos results with very long waiting times for customers. For example, the McDrive checkout didn't work - all customers were ushered into the store. You could have used another cash register in the meantime. Since the introduction of the self-service terminals, the cash registers have no longer been used to capacity. Instead of serving customers, an employee was just on the phone (probably because of the technical defect) Suggested solution: Temporarily close the drive-in to reduce chaos and have all employees attend to customers, especially at lunchtime

Waiters hardly responsive Very little space for eating

Absolutely dirty shop! The guys just talk rubbish and no one manages to clean the tables!!!

Worst McDonald's. Scoreboards have been broken for 6 months. Receipt rolls are constantly empty and you don't get any receipts. Everything is dirty, there is rubbish everywhere. Employees chill or chat constantly while working. I was once threatened at the drive counter because I asked after 20 minutes. And orders often simply aren't processed because they don't realize that the order has been placed. Some of the employees speak German poorly and don't understand you.

I've never had to wait 40 minutes for a crappy McDonald's meal. Is the meat still hunted or why does it take so long? Also really cold. If there were 0 stars, that would be justified

I made a mistake when ordering but immediately recognized it and got the entire order fresh again. That's reasonable service and deserves a good rating.

Good store in itself. BUT... I have a fat colleague who is still actively looking for a job. He weighs 150 kilos but is very agile and can cook well. I think he is the perfect (man) for the job. Feel free to get in touch. PS you can get a picture upon request.

This McDonalds is terribly bad when it comes to delivery via Lieferando. 90 percent of the time you can't order at all and when you can, the order comes either way too early or way too late. For example, if you order at 7:45 p.m., the delivery service may arrive at 7:05 p.m. It's currently 8:40 p.m. and I'm waiting for my 8 p.m. order. THANK YOU, McDonald's!

Fries were almost cold. There were men standing around watching the employees work.

Some of the burgers weren't really warm and were rather dry. When ordering, parts were forgotten or included incorrectly. But it could at least be easily corrected after complaints were made. Unfortunately the tables were greasy and the toilet was unclean. There is an unpleasant smell of garbage/vomit etc. in front of the restaurant and in the outdoor area. Update 09/24: There was no unpleasant smell, tables were (somewhat) cleaned, but there were still incorrectly topped burgers that were very dry. No more straws for children, why?!

Cold food instead of potato chips I got leftovers from the fryer, the photos show the contents of the package I do not recommend taking the table numbers so as not to bring the food rude staff the game pad for children is turned off 3xno

The food is good like in every McDonalds restaurant. What I unfortunately didn't like was that the tables were all sticky and the floor hadn't been cleaned in a while.

Solid branch that makes a clean impression. One table includes a touchscreen monitor with fun games. There is a very small and slow slide outside.

Waited 20 minutes for food during moderate activity. Kitchen was full of young people who were more busy talking loudly than preparing food. After 20 minutes the burger arrived, which was prepared incorrectly despite the long wait. Fries were also too salty. New burger came about 5 minutes later, the same burger that I had previously returned, only without the ingredients I had ordered. Never again in this restaurant, the employees should all lose their jobs, terrible service.

Grotesque: Children out here have a. d. Rud.-Diesel-Str. nothing to laugh about! Pure smell of gasoline! You eat your food out here, full of autogas, and the children slide down the play tower while the cars close behind you in the queue at the ordering machine place their orders. The engines are running all the time. A pity! No driver complied with my request to turn off the engines. Then I went back in with the kids. You could at least put up a large sign with the request: "Turn off the engine"!

The chocolate ice cream tasted like it had already been eaten, there were neither tomatoes in the salad nor a fork. The tables were dirty and there was a lot of rubbish lying around.

The entrance is a bit difficult to find if it's your first time there. Otherwise good. Most of the staff are competent and friendly. Food perfect temperature.

I have been to this branch the last two times and both times I was absolutely disappointed. The first time I went to the drive-thru and redeemed coupons. The employee was absolutely incompetent and took ages and kept disappearing from the counter. The second time we waited 40 minutes for our order. McDonalds is a “fast food” restaurant. This is anything but almost. Plus the burgers weren't even fresh. Then why am I waiting so long? And another question: Why do half of the employees stand around and just wait? Maybe we should support each other and help with production.

Even though there wasn't much going on, I had to wait 35 minutes for my food. I threw away the hamburgers because the buns were hard and cold. The fries were partly cold, as were the nuggets, but no wonder if the employees preferred to talk about their working hours The last time they saw me there was when they were processing the order. It's a shame, but the store is steadily going down

We were there with my family and ordered the food and there were a lot of things missing and also very unfriendly when you said nicely that something was missing and the Indian woman who works there was very rude, you can see from her look that she doesn't feel like it and when you do said there were things missing and she was very annoyed about it so I would never eat there again!! Shame on you Food was also very cold!!

Dirtiest shop in the area, if you ask for oat milk you are laughed at and end up with cow's milk in your coffee! The health department has certainly not been here with its eyes open for a long time!

It's very loud and the staff is unfriendly and the food makes you sick. I'm also not happy with the price. For 2 burgers, 2 ice cream and 2 drinks we paid €40 for the price you can also go to a good burger restaurant

All good, as always at McD. Children's playground and game monitor integrated into the table make this branch perfect. Also enough parking spaces. So, absolutely satisfied!

I'm really very disappointed with the service with Lieferando. Apparently the employees don't read what you write as a comment. We wanted burgers without salad then the burgers are extremely fresh but they can't seem to manage that. We ordered without salad and they managed it earlier but apparently that's going downhill but in the restaurant itself on site they can manage it all

The visit to McDonald's was a big disappointment. The food tasted bland and carelessly prepared. In addition, the restaurant was extremely dirty and unkempt. No recommendation!

Saturday evening around 8 p.m.: the fries were scattered on the floor in the kitchen, the aisles were dirty and sticky, and the containers for the trays were all full. Looks like nothing is taken care of here, definitely the worst branch I've ever seen. Service was quite taciturn and overwhelmed, at least the food came fairly quickly, even if there were fake burgers. Complaining would probably have just taken longer, so we accepted it.

Unfriendly, don't understand German. Tried to order something 7 times (mc drive) and you weren't understood 7 times then my husband tried to order something and you weren't understood either. McDonald's was empty. That's not possible, people become unfriendly when they're too stupid to accept an order. The end of the story was that we didn't order anything anymore.

It's been a long time since I've had really good Mce's food. Everything was warm and fresh!

We ate here as a family with our 3 little ones on January 15th, 2024 around 7 p.m. I ordered at the counter and wanted to pay CASH with a 200 euro note. The staff contacted the shift/team leader. Shortly afterwards I received a blunt answer from management without greeting: WE WILL NOT ACCEPT IT! I wanted to know the reason and was told that the banks don't accept it because it's counterfeit. So I assume that it was assumed that I could have fake money. In addition, a 200 euro note is still a means of payment and nowhere in the branch does it say that it is not accepted. I didn't have my debit card with me and I didn't want to go out because the little ones were happy. The shift management also had no need to suggest a solution. And then he also gossiped about me to the employees. I didn't want to disappoint the little ones, so I was forced to get the last little money together with my wife to be able to pay. That was definitely our last visit!! PS: the hygiene is a disaster! The table was greasy and we had to clean it again with cloths ourselves. The men's toilet was dirty, there was no soap in the soap dispenser and towels were also empty. There is 1 star because of the food.

Some of the products like strawberry milkshake were no longer available. I had to wait what felt like an eternity for my order, which is okay when it's busy, but what wasn't okay was that the burgers were served lukewarm. You couldn't burn your mouth while eating.

Leider sehr schlechte Filiale. Mitarbeiter total unfreundlich...nur lange Gesichter. Der Laden ekelhaft dreckig. Wir wollten dort essen haben aber keinen Platz gefunden der sauber war. Alle Tische total verdreckt. Der Fussboden auch. Da vergeht einem Mc Donalds.

Mitarbeiter war top. Freundlich und schnell. Der McRib dagegen war eine Frechheit. Kaum Soße, kaum Zwiebeln. Unmöglich! Bin Stammgast und weiss das ihr das auch besser könnt.

Mein Besuch in diesem McDonald's-Restaurant war eine ziemliche Herausforderung. Zunächst einmal war es schwierig, das Restaurant zu finden, da die Beschilderung nicht besonders gut war und es sich an einem eher versteckten Ort befand. Als ich endlich im Restaurant ankam, hatte ich gehofft, aufgrund der bekannten McDonald's-Effizienz schnell bedient zu werden. Leider war das Personal hier eher langsam und unorganisiert. Es dauerte eine Weile, bis ich bestellen konnte, und die Wartezeit auf mein Essen war länger als erwartet. Die Qualität des Essens entsprach zwar den üblichen McDonald's-Standards, aber die langsame Bedienung und die Schwierigkeiten bei der Suche nach dem Restaurant trübten das Gesamterlebnis erheblich. Insgesamt würde ich sagen, dass dieser McDonald's aufgrund seiner schlechten Erreichbarkeit und des langsamen Personals nicht unbedingt meine erste Wahl ist, wenn ich nach einer schnellen Mahlzeit suche.

Man möchte schnell wieder raus,da die Klimaanlage dort immer voll aufgedreht ist..... Milch Shakes gibt es schon seit Monaten nicht mehr😡so ein großer Konzern muss es doch mal schaffen die Maschine reparieren zu lassen,oder eine Neue zu kaufen..... Ein wenig sauberer könnte es auch sein.....

War alles wie immer. Allerdings stach ein Mitarbeiter, ein „Miguel“ heraus. Er war sehr laut und respektlos gegenüber seinen Kollegen. Fand ich unpassend. Dem Kunden gegenüber war er sehr nett

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich! Leider ist die Eiscreme Maschine oft kaputt. Der Laden ist nicht immer sauber, oft stehen noch Tabletts rum. Trotzdem kann man dort im Drive In leckeres Essen holen!

Ich habe zeitgleich mit einem Freund an je einem Terminal das gleiche Menu mit table service geordert. Sein menu kam nach ca 5 Minuten.....meins dagegen erst nach ca 15 Minuten und das mit kalten fritten und dem falschen Dip. Das geht auch besser!!

Alles soweit in Ordnung..... Essen okay, Service gibt es dort wenig wichtig war das es sauber ist und nicht so dreckig wie im McD in Dülmen

Die Qualität und Auswahl des Essens haben stark nachgelassen in letzter Zeit. Was mir aber hier sehr gut gefällt, dass man im Gegensatz zur Konkurrenz, das Essen nach der Bestellung, noch am Tisch serviert bekommt. 👍🏻 Das Team ist immer freundlich und der Laden sehr sauber.

Dauernd fehlt Ware bei der Herda KG (egal welches Restaurant von denen.). Man muss dauernd kontrollieren. Kann ja nicht sein. Eben bei meiner Bestellung fehlten auch wieder Artikel.

Es ist sauber, die Maschinen funktionieren immer und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich.

Mcdonalds halt, jedoch dauert es oft sehr lange bis das essen fertig ist, obwohl der laden leer ist.

Wenn es so aussehen würde wie auf dem Bild 4☆ Es gibt einen Tisch mit einer Art Tablett... Warum??? Es soll doch gegessen werden und nicht gezockt... Können Eltern sich denn garnicht mehr mit ihren Kindern beschäftigen? Wenn man sich da in der Ecke nicht auskennt, nicht so schnell zu finden. Essen war okay 3☆ aber der Rest sollte mal überdacht werden. Service nicht wirklich freundlich, ich kam mir vor wie🙊 sauber weder Tische noch Toilette... ja schnell Restaurant, aber etwas freundlicher und sauberer dürfte schon sein
