The most incompetent Burger King I know. No ordering possible at the checkout! Order terminal doesn't work. King of the Month wasn't accepted.

The restrooms and restaurant area are dirty. Long waits at Burger King despite few customers. The burgers were poorly tossed. No tomatoes or onions, barely any sauce.

The term "fast food" desperately needs to be reconsidered. After a little over 20 minutes of waiting, we were served lukewarm lattes, fries, and a packed chili cheeseburger. The Coke was lukewarm, and without ice, which, in my opinion, was completely beyond the capabilities of the entire team (although chef's hats and gloves are obviously overrated).

I ordered a Brouwni and was disappointed. €3.99 for a tiny cake. It tasted like it had been microwaved for too long, and the chocolate center wasn't runny. I can't recommend it at all. The price-performance ratio doesn't match. Please improve this. The staff was nice and friendly.

The chicken burger was almost impossible to eat without making a mess; they didn't come with any napkins. In the middle, a giant lump of lettuce, like nuggets. It all falls out. It's a mess when you can only redeem one voucher. The receipt says free fries for a review. So I do it for what feels like 15 minutes. I get a code, and then the employee says they don't have that here. Why does it say that on the receipt? I know why I usually avoid Burger King and prefer to go to the other two.

Server forgot our dips and extra lettuce on the burgers. Then disappeared for 15 min, so we quickly ate and left. It wasn't tidy or clean either.

Probably the slowest “fast food” I’ve ever had. The employees looked like they’d rather be sent to the front lines than stand by and make our burgers.

You wait over twenty minutes for a few fries and nuggets. Absolutely terrible, other orders take priority. The ordering terminals also seem to be running on Windows 98. They keep crashing and don't properly register your selections.

Not recommended! Worst burger I've ever had!!! A long-aged, pre-prepared burger, where the lettuce and pickle were warmer than the now-dry meat, but the bun was pretty soggy! The fries were standard. The only crunchy part was the paper straw 🙈 Thanks, but not for me!

A small Burger King located in a rest stop. Unfortunately, this Burger King doesn't participate in the app's coupon promotions.

We ordered two special menus. After a very long wait, we first found a drink missing, then realized a burger was also missing. After we finally got both, we noticed in the car that the vegetarian nuggets weren't vegetarian, but made with chicken. Additionally, instead of the still water we ordered, we got sparkling water, and the sauce was also wrong. We've never experienced anything this bad, even at Burger King!

A disgusting, filthy place. The trash is overflowing, the tray carts are overflowing, and everything is covered in flies. The tables aren't even cleaned.

Too expensive, the app isn't accepted, and the wait time is endless. If I had a say at Burger King, I'd talk to the franchisee. It's not a flagship for the brand. On the other hand, it's Burger King's own fault if they allow these freedoms...

I ordered a reusable cup for an extra €2. I got a paper cup. When I asked, an employee was washing one of those reusable cups. So, they were stocked up, so they simply had no motivation to serve one. I only got the €2 back after a conversation, after I made it clear that I didn't want an extra drink and that the whole point of a sustainable cup was defeated anyway when I received a disposable one. My chili fries were regular fries with a minimal amount of chili and cheese. No coupons were possible. But the view was pretty good, and the store was relatively clean.

Actually, everything was just bad. No coupons, deposit charged but never delivered, and the chili cheese fries looked like a medical accident. Then being told by the employee that you have to be careful if you order deposit cups and don't get one was the crowning glory for this place. On the upside, things can only get better. By the way, we were the only customers 🥴

The fries were extremely oversalted, and the lettuce on the burger was very sticky. Well, what did I expect... But the employees were incredibly unfriendly. And not just to us, but to everyone. They moved as if in slow motion and, unfortunately, could only speak very broken English... You don't even need to think about German. For example, one machine was out of paper, and even after asking three times from different people, the employee just kept asking, "It doesn't work?" If you said yes, they shrugged their shoulders and just carried on with their work in slow motion... unbelievable 🤷🏻‍♀️. During the time I was waiting alone, three customers left in a huff after interacting with the employees. I won't be back...

Waited an hour for a burger and curly fries. But the burgers weren't curly, they came with regular fries. Don't go. It's quicker to eat somewhere else. (There are flies everywhere in the store... I mean, a lot of flies.)

This is the worst Burger King branch in Germany.

Another Burger King that doesn't support the Burger King app. Why then these promotions as they treat a chain like a private restaurant. Most of the service is absent. The ordering machines broke down, it took a while for the guy to come and fix it... I don't recommend

The slowest Burger King in the country! 3 people in the kitchen and just my order (2 burgers, 1 fries, 1 drink). The three employees drink coffee and gossip. So it takes a really long time until this small order is finally finished...

It's a really good place to eat there if you're on the motorway. Unfortunately, access isn't free. Unfortunately, I can't say whether there is extra access for wheelchair users. I haven't seen it. The toilets are connected downstairs in the Burger King and unfortunately only accessible via stairs as far as I could see and they cost 1 euro to use. ☹️

Burgers cannot be ordered individually, nor can nuggets - regardless of whether they are plant-based or animal-based. Orders are only possible from the menu.🙄 Not customer friendly!

The vouchers don't work here. The selection is also smaller. The atmosphere isn't particularly appealing.

Is in the Münsterland service area. Very expensive. Items used to cost the same here as in regular BK branches. Now it's hard at the border. Just under €7 for a single Big King (not an XXL) and around €14 for a menu is quite sporty.

After 45 minutes of waiting we got our overpriced meal. A burger was completely forgotten as well as ketchup once. When I complained that a burger was missing, they said they were busy. I then complained a little more explicitly, and then a burger was carelessly prepared and thrown onto my tray. So a lot of money for bad service and extremely unfriendly staff.

Coupons are not accepted, really incomprehensible. Terminals do not work due to the long loading time, but that can happen from time to time. Burgers were okay & warm.

We wanted to eat something on Friday evening, and the shop closed at 8 p.m. Food was ordered and we were able to eat it outside without a table. Not recommended, the store! Burgers weren't prepared well either.

Two menus cost €30 and the extra tomato costs €0.50 and was forgotten. There was no response to the question of whether you would get a discount on the brownie (with a liquid core) because of the missing tomato. The brownie (with a liquid core) was completely dried out. Absolutely dirty toilets with broken monitors, a Citizen King with overpriced prices, cheeseburgers 3.39 euros, hamburgers 2.99 euros. Unbelievable prices at a fast food giant. An employee of Chinese/Asian origin couldn't speak a single word of German. The employees are totally unfriendly. No coupons are accepted “because the price is different” and that’s why it’s not possible. Burger King is a franchise like McDonald's and there the prices must ALWAYS be the same, the food ALWAYS have the same quality and taste, and ALL branches must take coupons from the app. It was totally overcrowded! After eating you felt really bad and the food didn't look so fresh anymore. Absolutely not recommended unless you want food poisoning!

We stopped here on the way back. The first thing we disliked was that the coupons from the app were not accepted here. That's not possible as a Burger King branch. Whether it's a rest stop or not. My daughter's burger was lukewarm, my granddaughter's had a stalk instead of lettuce leaves, and the ketchup was forgotten. Which was delivered without any problems. My chicken burger was a bit dry and didn't have enough sauce on it. When I realized that the toy was also missing, I went there again, but the service person wasn't in sight. There were already some customers waiting. She then came out of the back room and had her cell phone in her hand and was typing. This was not a good shopping experience for us and we will not stop here again. If only we had looked at the reviews first. Unfortunately, this wasn't possible, otherwise we would have driven to the next rest stop. What we also disliked was that we had decided on a window seat and despite the hot windows it was drafting like a pike. Something urgently needs to happen at this rest stop if they want to have satisfied customers here.

Never seen a more expensive Burger King. Even for a motorway service station, the prices are outrageous. Around 15€ for a simple menu. The staff is overwhelmed. It takes three employees almost a quarter of an hour to prepare a burger, fries and nuggets. The atmosphere is also a disaster. Stopped somewhere in the 80s. The seating area is cordoned off and even at lunchtime there is a yawning emptiness. My recommendation: It's better to drive a few kilometers to the Autohof/Burger King in Ladbergen. The price/performance ratio is better there and the service is also more appealing. Will definitely be my last visit here…

Waited over 20 minutes for the food. Since the terminals are offline, we wanted to order at the counter. The employee, who was clearly not interested in working, directed us to the terminals.
