The vouchers don't work here. The selection is also smaller. The atmosphere isn't particularly appealing.

No coupons, unfriendly staff, microwave-like onion rings, and stale cola

I was very surprised because, despite the on-site coffee advertisement, it wasn't possible to purchase coffee in the store. The employee's explanation: "It's a BURGER King, they sell burgers here, not coffee. That's available in the rest stop's shop..." (March 20, 2025, approximately 2:00 PM)

Is in the Münsterland service area. Very expensive. Items used to cost the same here as in regular BK branches. Now it's hard at the border. Just under €7 for a single Big King (not an XXL) and around €14 for a menu is quite sporty.

After 45 minutes of waiting we got our overpriced meal. A burger was completely forgotten as well as ketchup once. When I complained that a burger was missing, they said they were busy. I then complained a little more explicitly, and then a burger was carelessly prepared and thrown onto my tray. So a lot of money for bad service and extremely unfriendly staff.

Coupons are not accepted, really incomprehensible. Terminals do not work due to the long loading time, but that can happen from time to time. Burgers were okay & warm.

We wanted to eat something on Friday evening, and the shop closed at 8 p.m. Food was ordered and we were able to eat it outside without a table. Not recommended, the store! Burgers weren't prepared well either.

Two menus cost €30 and the extra tomato costs €0.50 and was forgotten. There was no response to the question of whether you would get a discount on the brownie (with a liquid core) because of the missing tomato. The brownie (with a liquid core) was completely dried out. It's simply unbelievable how everything can be mixed up. One more incompetent than the other. Everything takes far too long - you sometimes have to wait 20-25 minutes for a cheeseburger.

Absolutely dirty toilets with broken monitors, a Citizen King with overpriced prices, cheeseburgers 3.39 euros, hamburgers 2.99 euros. Unbelievable prices at a fast food giant. I didn't buy anything there either, I'd be better off throwing money out the window. Unfortunately I have to give at least one star, but minus 2 stars would be appropriate. I will never stop here again.

We stopped here on the way back. The first thing we disliked was that the coupons from the app were not accepted here. That's not possible as a Burger King branch. Whether it's a rest stop or not. My daughter's burger was lukewarm, my granddaughter's had a stalk instead of lettuce leaves, and the ketchup was forgotten. Which was delivered without any problems. My chicken burger was a bit dry and didn't have enough sauce on it. When I realized that the toy was also missing, I went there again, but the service person wasn't in sight. There were already some customers waiting. She then came out of the back room and had her cell phone in her hand and was typing. This was not a good shopping experience for us and we will not stop here again. If only we had looked at the reviews first. Unfortunately, this wasn't possible, otherwise we would have driven to the next rest stop. What we also disliked was that we had decided on a window seat and despite the hot windows it was drafting like a pike. Something urgently needs to happen at this rest stop if they want to have satisfied customers here.

An employee of Chinese/Asian origin couldn't speak a single word of German. The employees are totally unfriendly. No coupons are accepted “because the price is different” and that’s why it’s not possible. Burger King is a franchise like McDonald's and there the prices must ALWAYS be the same, the food ALWAYS have the same quality and taste, and ALL branches must take coupons from the app. It was totally overcrowded! After eating you felt really bad and the food didn't look so fresh anymore. Absolutely not recommended unless you want food poisoning!

Never seen a more expensive Burger King. Even for a motorway service station, the prices are outrageous. Around 15€ for a simple menu. The staff is overwhelmed. It takes three employees almost a quarter of an hour to prepare a burger, fries and nuggets. The atmosphere is also a disaster. Stopped somewhere in the 80s. The seating area is cordoned off and even at lunchtime there is a yawning emptiness. My recommendation: It's better to drive a few kilometers to the Autohof/Burger King in Ladbergen. The price/performance ratio is better there and the service is also more appealing. Will definitely be my last visit here…

Waited over 20 minutes for the food. Since the terminals are offline, we wanted to order at the counter. The employee, who was clearly not interested in working, directed us to the terminals. There was no response to the answer that they were offline. Additionally, no coupons are accepted here. It's nice to pay over 20 euros for 2 burgers and fries + a drink.

You have to pay for toilets that aren't even clean. And by that I mean that not a single one was clean. We had to wait almost 20 minutes to eat. You can only choose ketchup from the menu; mayonaise is available, but costs extra. Vouchers are not accepted.

Zusätzliches Patty wurde vergessen und Wartezeit eher lang. Abends oder bei weniger Zulauf vielleicht zu empfehlen.

Als uns beim Rausgehen die Pommes runtergefallen sind, kam ungefragt ein netter Mitarbeiter und hat uns sofort eine neue große Pommes besorgt, obwohl es unser Fehler war. Top Service und die veganen Angebote waren super.

Alles wat donker, ik dacht dat het gesloten was, maar bleek dat alleen de toiletten en burger King open waren.

Wäre schön gewesen, wenn man auch alles bekommt was man bestellt und bezahlt hat...

Бургер Кинг при автостраде А1. Заказ можно осуществить при кассе и на нескольких экранах предварительного заказа. Парни готовят заказы весьма быстро, выдают чётко, без путаницы. Один раз в неделю тут бываю, и ни разу не было очереди. Мне нравится приезжать сюда. Burger King - так держать!

Eben ein Autobahn Burger King , alle paar Jahre mal Fast Food geht.

Völlig überteuerte Preise im Gegensatz zu anderen BK Restaurants und es werden keine Coupons angenommen. Somit gibt es auch keinen Grund dieses Restaurant aufzusuchen da hier mit Qualität auch nicht gepunktet wird. Essen war nicht schlechter als in anderen Filialen.

Kleine burger King met lekkere burgers

Nur 2 von 3 Bestellterminals funktionierten. Sehr langsame Essenszubereitung. Haben an unserem Platz gewartet zwecks Kinderbetreuung. Haben den Bildschirm mit dem fertigen Abholnummern im Blick behalten. Es kamen nur Nummern dazu. Würden dann stutzig nachdem unsere Nummer lange nicht auf fertig geschaltet wurde. Mussten dann feststellen, dass das Tablet einfach auf den Tresen gestellt ohne die Nummer weiterzuschalten. Danke für das kalte Essen, danke für nichts. Unfähig.

Warum macht ihr Eure Restaurants nicht gleich? Wenn ich in dem einen Burger King Coupons einlösen kann und in dem anderen nicht, bestelle ich im letzteren nichts mehr, da mir das Geld dafür zu schade ist. Weshalb sollte ich im letzteren Restaurant das Doppelte für gleiche Qualität und die Hälfte der Quantität bezahlen wollen?

Die ganzen negativen Rezensionen sind völlig ungerechtfertigt es ging alles trotz überfüllung und Personalmangel schnell und das Essen war warm und lecker wir haben sogar einen Burger mehr erhalten als bestellt. Ich bin zufrieden.

Burger King natürlich super ,aber die Schlangen zu lange und man wartet unendlich.....🙄🙄
