The food was fantastic, and the family who runs the place is incredibly welcoming. The freshly baked naans were perfectly fluffy and delicious—just the way I like them. The mixed platter and lamb dish were both outstanding. Loved every bite! Just a small suggestion: it would be great to see items like papri chaat added to the menu.

Het eten was zeer lekker. De pittigheid was aangepast aan de Europese smaak. De pittig heid was te doen voor onze kinderen. Ook aardig personeel.

The ambience wasn't great, but we were impressed by the food. We have eaten Indian food many times, but this was the best. Fresh herbs, fragrant rice, sophisticated starters. Great class!

I absolutely loved the Indian restaurant! The food was incredibly delicious - the spices were perfectly balanced and the dishes were authentic and freshly prepared. There is a variety of vegetarian and meat-based dishes. The service was quick, attentive and friendly. As soon as we ordered, the food was served without us having to wait long. If you value good food and smooth service, this is the place for you. Absolutely recommended!

A group of us visited this restaurant having looked at the reviews prior to booking. The staff were really friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English. The food was lovely, however, beware it was hot…even the dishes you expect to be milder eg chicken tikka masala. I would definitely return and recommend.

I can only speak about the food I ordered. The Mango Chicken is so delicious. This slight sweetness from the mango with the coarser rice, which absorbs the sauce really well, is pure enjoyment. The chicken is so tender and juicy. Service and ambience are also absolutely commendable. Nice relaxing music in the background. I will always come back when I am in Düsseldorf. Thanks Mayur :))

First of all I would like to thank the service. I felt very well looked after. We ordered the menu for 2. As a welcome, all guests receive bread with 3 dips. To start our menu we were given a mixed plate with lamb, tandoori chicken and various baked vegetables. Very very tasty. The main course is always a surprise. We had butter chicken, lamb and some kind of mint sauce, a vegetarian lentil sauce and palak paneer with homemade cottage cheese. The latter was our absolute favorite along with the lenses. There was also rice and naan, and we were able to order more rice. For dessert we were served Gulab Jamun, fried cottage cheese balls with sugar syrup. We had a wonderful evening with charming hosts and incredibly delicious Indian food.

One of the best Indian restaurants we tried. While there are multiple places that offer Indian food, but Mayur was exceptional in taste and service. One of the finest flavours, carefully balanced meals with supreme taste and quality. Loved everything!

Ended up here by chance. Luckily, in hindsight, the staff was very accommodating and friendly, the food was amazing, definitely try the chicken mango sauce. I have never had better rice with chicken. Absolutely recommended.

Very average food . Highly disappointing mango lassi which was watery at best . Naan was good but the food tastes bland . We ordered palak paneer , paneer tikka masala and dal makhni . All tasted average and not at all authentic . Please justify your ratings by serving authentic Indian food in future . Thanks

I had the pleasure of visiting the Indian restaurant Mayur in Düsseldorf and I can only say that I was completely satisfied. As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was greeted by a warm, inviting ambience that perfectly combines typical Indian decorative elements and a cozy atmosphere. The highlight, however, was the food. The menu offers an impressive selection of traditional Indian dishes, all freshly prepared and full of authentic flavors. I tried the butter chicken and a paneer dish and both were absolutely delicious - perfectly seasoned and beautifully presented. The side dishes such as naan and rice were also excellent. The service was attentive, friendly and very professional. The staff took the time to recommend dishes and ask about my preferences, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful visit to a restaurant that impresses with both its quality and its hospitality. I will definitely come back and recommend Mayur to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Indian cuisine in Düsseldorf.

I saw for the ratings in Google and went there for lunch with one more person. Although order was served pretty fast, we were hugely surprised by the meager quantity. We didn’t get our stomach full. On top of that, there were subtle differences between the price indicated in menu card and the bill. Overall, I will never go again and when asked, I won’t recommend others to dine here. It’s very less quantity for the price that is paid. Taste was ok, not bad.

Hoda Restaurant is beautiful and close to Kings Street. The food is halal. We tried the butter chicken. It was excellent. The owner of the restaurant is friendly and smiling. It is worth trying.

The food was delicious and different than any other Indian resturant.. all staff were polite, kind, friendly and very respectful. I highly recommend this restaurant👍🏻 Unfortunately, this is my last day at Dusseldorf otherwise I would come daily specially it’s Halal.

I had dinner at Mayur/Indian Restaurant with my friends and was so surprised at how passionate the owner and the employees were at work. The food was so delicious, I even had to order a second helping, I really have to praise the service, very friendly and accommodating and always checking to make sure everything was OK. That's why I think 5 stars are not enough, if I could I would give 10 stars, dear Mayur, we will definitely come back, we recommend something like this to you 🙌👍👍

Tall thin waiter name sakib sukran is the rudest waiter of all time. I never experienced a waiter like this: When me and my family first came and asked for recommendations he started to get annoyed and when my sister asked about the drinks he said: “I ONLY HAVE THIS TWO WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO” in the loudest scream ever. Then he threw all the menues and was screaming: “THERE ARE MANY INDIAN RESTAURANTS IN GERMANY YOU GO TO ANYWHERE DONT COME HERE” and when we asked for the manager he said: “Okay tell him when he comes” and after our meal we obviously didn’t give a tip and when we complained to the manager he started to scream at us and saying very racist things and he was very rude and the manager didn’t say anything to him☺️ what a weak management!!!!!!!!! not putting your employees in their places!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Food is good but you might get traumatized by this service. we paid 100+€ and it’s not worth the money

AMAZING The waitress are nice and the manager is nice the food was 😋So tasty and delicious too But after we finished eating the manger and a boy came to us and they told us that there is a family came to the restaurant and she said what do u have from this dish he told her and she said why don’t you have another flavor and he said because that all we have from this dish flavors I am so sorry and he kept saying I am so sorry and then she ordered after she finish she kept screaming at the boy about the food is not good and she kept screaming that the boy threw the menu at the table and he was mad to take the order. And the manger was almost gonna cry and she kept telling us the story then she finished talking we said to her don’t worry the food is good and she said I appreciate it thank you From:Noora

We were in this restaurant for the first time today and were absolutely thrilled. We had a mixed starter plate, the butter chicken and mango chicken. Everything tasted incredibly delicious, you could taste the spices in every dish and we received our food very quickly. The service was really excellent. We'll definitely be back!

I have been to many Indian restaurants in Europe. By all means, this is one of the best places to have a very delicious Indian meal! The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The only comment I have is that I have not received a printed bill, insteadI was told my bill sum :) I also would appreciate if they serve the usual snack before the order. However, the overall experience was wonderful 🙏🏼
