Masala - Indian Food Express in Hamburg

I've been ordering from Masala for many months now, and it's always delicious. The delivery man, Parvesh, always greets me with a friendly smile and makes it a pleasure to order again. I'm always happy to order again!

Tastes great, is very healthy, and the lunch prices are affordable....

The food was already delicious, but the welcome was hard to beat. There was a very calm and friendly man there, a person of peace and quiet. In the back, colleagues were working and joking around. It's a really nice atmosphere there!

We order food from masala often and find the taste good. The delivery person Parvesh is friendly and cracks light hearted jokes. Thanks!

I ordered, and the driver had to wait a bit for me. I'm so sorry about that. But Lieferando's estimated delivery time was 15 minutes later. Still, super nice and helpful. Very charming, fast, and the food was really hot and delicious! Thank you.

I order here often when I don't feel like cooking. Great Butter Chicken! Tender chicken and delicious rice, not too tomatoey. The yoghurt dip could be a little creamier, otherwise it was delicious with the naan bread.

The food always tastes very good, it is always hot and delivered quickly, the delivery person is the best, always laughing and always friendly. Pasvesh is the best delivery person!

We ordered both dishes “spicy” and “medium hot” and none of them were remotely spicy, really not at all! What’s the point of the selection then??? For us, spiciness is part of Indian food and yesterday that was nothing...

Mega delicious food. Depending on your wishes, you can choose the sharpness yourself. The food, both in the restaurant and via Lieferando, is always delivered very hot. Thanks to all the staff and Ms. Safi who is always friendly and nice.

Unfortunately the sauce is watery and transparent. Unfortunately, this means that the sauce doesn't really taste like anything. And Indian food depends on the sauce... Never again. ADDENDUM. And half an hour later, my stomach reported...

Were at the Fabrizius Straße location, where you can also (wonderfully) enjoy the food on site. I had the Masala Curry with Chicken and Garlic Naan with the Raita. The food was super delicious, my girlfriend and I like to eat Indian food very often, this shop is definitely one of the best experiences we have had :). Prices absolutely fair and cheap, keep it up!

I have been ordering here regularly for years and have always been extremely satisfied. Unfortunately, the quality has declined in recent months. The butter chicken is now really watery, barely creamy and doesn't contain as much meat as it used to, and the prices continue to rise. That's a shame! The samosas were as tasty as usual today!

We've been ordering here every month for over half a year, every time butter chicken with rice and naan. It tastes very good, the portion size is also great, the price is fair but it would be really cool if you had more options to order apart from Lieferando, like UBER Eats. Then we would order even more often!!

Ordered there via Lieferando, so of course the store has no influence on the delivery time (over an hour) and I can't say anything about the ambience. Unfortunately Lieferando did not point out that the scampis are made from pressed crab meat, but the card provided at least tells you about it. However, that didn't make me happy because the taste of the fake is simply disappointing. At that price I would have expected “real” scampi. The food was ok for a delivery service: however, the handling of my telephone inquiry where the order remained was less, hence the deduction in the service.

The food is always delivered quickly. Super hot. Now even with a menu where you can put together your own main course ingredients. This means that all dishes can also be vegetarian.

I love Masala Express, my work colleague recommended it to me. no joke, the food tastes so delicious, I always get matar paneer. If you pick it up yourself, it costs even less. the food is always warm, the people are friendly. But sometimes I have the feeling that the sauce is a little more watery on some days. Nevertheless, for the price, the taste, portion and heat are right. I can recommend it 100% and will go there again and again if it stays that way.

Wir bestellen gern und oft bei Masala. Die Portionen sind riesig, sie reichen oft auch noch für den nächsten Tag! Das Essen kommt immer pünktlich und ist sehr heiß. Das Gemüse ist frisch und knackig, das Naan Brot schön fluffig.

Zum Liefern bestellt, die Lieferung ist sehr schnell da. Der Mann ist unter Stress,aber trotzdem sehr nett. ..das Essen ist immer frisch und lecker. Vielen Dank an den den Koch und dem Lieferservice!

Amazing food in good quality and good price

Noch nie enttäuscht worden von unserem Stamm-Inder. Große Portionen, immer köstlich, sehr heiß serviert und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Ich schreibe selten Rezensionen, aber dieser Lieferservice hat 5 Sterne verdient!

Heiß und lecker, etwas späte Lieferung, sehr freundlich.... Eine weitere Bestellung nicht ausgeschlossen 👍

Das beste indische Essen , was ich je in Deutschland gegessen habe !!! Bravo weiter so. Und immer schnell da , nie lange Wartezeit.

Leider viel zu teuer geworden, für ein mango chicken mit gesüßtem Reis und naanbrot über 20€, das ist einfach viel zu teuer

Heute Fisch und Lamm bestellt, wie immer absolut lecker, heiß und schnell geliefert. Außerdem sind die Fahrer sehr höflich und freundlich. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen, jederzeit gern wieder, danke!

Das Essen war super lecker. Leider kam es heute zu einer Verwechslung, so dass ich als Allergiker trotz Hinweis Mandeln im Essen hatte. Nach Reklamation erfolgte sofortige unproblematische, kundenorientierte und freundliche Neulieferung. Wir bestellen sehr gerne wieder und geben alle 5 Sterne.

richtig leckeres Essen. Super nette Mitarbeiter im Laden. Man fühlt sich immer willkommen. Mein Favorit Lamm Korma mit lecker Rosinen und Cashewnüssen. Die Minzsauce ist auch sehr gut !

Preiswert, schmackhaft, nett einfach MASALA!!!! Nicht nur das Essen ist eine Indisch kulinarische vorzüglich gute Erfahrung, auch deren Lassi (Getränk) kann ich nur weiter Empfehlen. Mein Highlight des Tages war Halva, dass ist eine Süßwarenspezialität, die ursprünglich auch aus Indien kommt. Aber Nicht zu vergessen deren Service, familiär und zuvorkommend, sogar eine offene Küche (was mir persönlich wichtig ist). Im Großen und ganzen, hab ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Werde definitiv nicht nur bestellen, auch komme ich zu euch nach Mendelstraße in Lohbrügge zum essen!!!! Schöne Grüße, ab heute Stammkunde Mr. Ü! ;-)
