Best market in all of North Rhine-Westphalia

Very good fresh counter (sausage/meat). Assortment very large, sometimes too large. Overall very large market. Could be modernized. But I'm satisfied.

The self-checkout clerk was very unfriendly

Very varied and large. The main problem is that you have to wait a long time at the checkout, to buy frozen products you better not do it.

Huge, but extremely narrow aisles in the food area. The arrangement of the goods is completely different than in other supermarkets and therefore the market is extremely confusing. Because drinks (apart from wine and champagne - for whatever reason) are separated from each other by the complete, oversized range of non-food items, there is definitely no market for people with walking difficulties or those with children... The staff reacted when asked where an item was desired is very irritated and unfriendly - which in turn irritated me due to the idiosyncratic sorting in the market. The parking lot is also quite confusing.

Great selection and friendly and competent staff

I was there today at the information desk because of my shopping basket (handle broke) that I bought there in March. I didn't have a receipt with me and couldn't find it at home. I thought they'd recognize it and help me!!! Butrrrr the interest in the information was so humiliated that I felt stupid! One calls the other and in the end an employee came who wanted to make it clear to me that nothing is possible without a receipt because the manufacturer also needs a document as proof! I told the employee that I could also buy a new one and show her the bong as proof.... she laughed and said yes, they could have done that?! It's not right to be honest then? Or was this whole show because I was wearing a headscarf? In the end, the lady told me that she had only been working there for 6 weeks and therefore didn't have much to say :))) . I'm so disappointed why, why, why? My shopping basket cost €18 is not the world but despite everything, not being taken seriously is hard!! I was there every week and from today on I didn't buy anything there anymore!

I have been shopping here regularly for years and am very satisfied with what is on offer. Mr. Pri**s from the technology department got my old smartphone (also from here) back into shape for me."Thank you very much." There is a star deduction for not enough seating. Many customers are not good walkers and don't want to "have to" buy something to eat when they just need a moment to take a breather. The cash registers are also chronically understaffed, which regularly leads to problems with Tk-ware. Innovation is appropriate here, ladies and gentlemen. Sales are also generated through customer friendliness and convenience. P.S. I'm looking forward to the new catalogue. Today is not every day. See you next week - no question. Update 2.8.24 I forgot my shoulder bag while repacking yesterday. All papers, money, cards, cell phone and keys gone. Scared on the bus. The police quickly helped. Good, extensive range. But unfortunately far too long walking distances and waiting times at the checkouts. This is no longer up to date.

Shopping, parking perfect. Toilets not clean. A pity.

It's just a market purchase, but the staff is very friendly. Especially the nice ladies and gentlemen at the meat counter.

You can get pretty much everything here, pleasant shopping atmosphere, clean, only a few checkouts open. The waiting time is therefore far too long. It's not nice when the prices in the cash registers are not updated.

Customers who are prepared to travel long distances in the store will find a particularly deep and wide range of products here. What is particularly noteworthy is the very well-organized organic department and the large selection of vegan products of all kinds. The embedded shops such as a bakery, pharmacy, bistro and an ATM complete the offer. There is a packing station outside and the option to charge e-bike batteries. Technically equipped with so-called “smart shoppers” and state-of-the-art cash registers for self-scanning, I still don’t understand what’s “smart” about the fact that I have to select each leek stick individually from a menu and insert it if I don’t I first want to find a team member who can fix the error for me. The only other thing to criticize is the very sparse bicycle parking spaces.

Very large, clean and well-arranged supermarket. Very large selection of non-food items and groceries. It feels like the market in Münster with the largest selection of vegan substitute products. There are also some branded products at permanently low prices that differ greatly from the competition. I think it's really good! Keep it up!

CAUTION! the pfand machines will scam you Good as it has a lot of options and variety, though can be expensive and the store layout is a bit awkward Edit: reduced to 1 star because the pfand machines are broken and are saying plastic bottles that I PAID 25c for are only worth 8c. I was shorted over 2€ because of this scam. There is no way to recall the bottles since they are stored immediately and I couldn't even call someone for help. They robbed me all because their machines are broken! What an absolute joke!

With a discussion from the boss we have to get people to go to the checkout themselves, so on Saturday there is only a normal checkout and then there is a trainee standing there alone. We had to wait for over half an hour, which is impossible

Big, impersonal. When Ratio opened the store a few years ago, the offerings were exceptional. The business is appealing and sophisticated. Since the takeover by Edeka, it feels like we've gone back to the Stone Age. What a shame!

Huge hustle and bustle, there is no cash register at the tobacco information center, a specialist saleswoman works as she wants, there is no cash register and I don't understand how she then sells the tobacco behind her, electronic self-payment cash registers that constantly block 3 times for me and a specialist hops between the customers so that the cash registers are running Large and too exclusive in terms of pricing. I have almost the entire show jumping service. Price differences to other shops are about 25%+ except for the smartphone which I bought cheaply about 2 years ago. It was so cheap that it runs like a 125 year old the Gibsbein. I now think about whether I want to shop there every time

I've been surprised the last few times that there are no Bauernliebe products at the fresh counter. Especially in this day and age, you should think about switching the entire fresh counter offering to farmers or organic food. Some products will be thrown out, but in the end the customer will buy what is presented! In the spirit of sustainability, the choice of products for our children and the healthy life of agriculture, I hope that I/WE are heard.. p.s. The prices are only slightly more expensive, so the majority of customers wouldn't even notice! Dare!

Lots of choice. There are enough parking spaces available. I didn't have enough choice at the fish counter. Smart shoppers are still too complicated if there are errors with the scanner.

I find the fruit and vegetable department very extensive. Vegetarian options are particularly interesting. Employees are friendly and try the best. My motto is and remains: the way I treat my employees is how I will be treated. Stress when shopping is bad for me (I think many people have this too)

Competent advice with a good overview of the product range. Short and quick processing at the checkouts. Very nice staff in every department. Ideal for a bulk purchase. We always like to go to Marktkauf.

The parking lot and market itself are totally confusing. Unfriendly and apparently stressed employees, as well as the obvious tendency towards self-service checkouts, cannot be compensated for by the large product selection. The market is so big that you can't seem to keep up with the cleaning: sometimes there are layers of dust on the goods in the home & decoration area. Once and never again.

Cash registers are a disaster, the poor employees who have to listen to the anger of the customers should put the boss there.

Unfriendly, fruit vegetables not very inviting. If you bring this up, you will be insulted.

Good shopping opportunities, it wasn't that crowded where I was

Pretty big, you can apparently get everything here. However, the parking lot is a bit uncomfortable to cross if you don't come by car.

A place where there is everything, usually very, very well attended, long queues at the checkouts but also at the self-service checkouts...Staff are friendly, prices are ok...

It's a shame, we used to enjoy shopping here, but not anymore. Very unfriendly staff at the vegetable counter and at the checkout the cashier was also very stressed. Unfortunately there are probably few staff for too many customers. Shopping is no fun and you feel like a customer who can only pay.

The best supermarket store. Everything you need is here. The food is always fresh, lasts longer than other stores. Very clean, well organized and has places where you can sit down and have a quick meal and drink. I highly recommend this store.

Today we went to the marktkauf in Münster. Took a detour to the bakery and café. We sat in the comfortable armchairs. Unfortunately, I reached into the sides of the chair and noticed that there was a lot of leftover food all around the chair. And in every chair that was at the table. How can it be that they don't clean there? A very disgusting thing.

Wide aisles, colorful offerings and standard prices - top! Unfortunately, I miss the tasting stand where Jägermeister would be served in hospital quantities 😁 I was in the market 9 times on that day alone because, strangely enough, I always "forgot" something.

Shopping at the market in Loddenheide is really great! Everyone gets their money's worth here. There is a wide range on offer in all areas. Above all, the selection and quality at the meat and cheese counter is top, as is the range of drinks. For me it's number 1 in Münster!

I was very happy about the service of the employee who got me a shopping cart, since I was fully loaded, a popcorn machine in my arm and other goods in between. .Thank you☺️

I am extremely satisfied with the shopping experience at Marktkauf. Here you will find a wide selection of products that are always of good quality and offered at reasonable prices. The variety of products is impressive and it is easy to find exactly what you are looking for. I would particularly like to highlight the self-service checkouts, which significantly speed up and simplify the payment process. All in all, Marktkauf offers an excellent shopping experience with perfect quality and excellent service. We recommend!

I like to combine shopping with them and always eat a currywurst at the snack bar afterwards. I've now noticed that they open and close as they please. I don't think it's right. Maybe they should rent it out to people who also want to work

The market is very huge and offers a lot of choice. However, there seems to be a method behind it. Having only 4 checkouts on a Saturday morning with an unbelievable volume of customers... I left cool things there because the waiting time at the checkout would have been far too long. (We stood at the checkout for 40 minutes and the cashier's shoes could have been soled in a walk) Not again for me. A pity. Apparently you should only go shopping with the carts where you can scan yourself. But they weren't visible at all in the parking lot.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, gestern (Donnerstag, 21.12.2023) war ich im Marktkauf an der Loddenheide und benötigte Artikel aus der Elektro-Abteilung. Vielen lieben Dank an den dort tätigen Verkäufer. Ich habe in einem Warenhaus lange nicht mehr so einen kompetenten, freundlichen und kundenorientierten Verkäufer erlebt. Ich bin sehr dankbar dafür, dass es so ein fähiges Personal noch gibt.

Großer Marktkauf, mit typischen EDEKA Sortiment. Die vorgelagerten kleinen Geschäfte (Bäckerei, Apotheke usw.) runden das ganze ab.

Saubers Geschäft nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Auch kann man jetzt hier digital mit Tablett oder Handy einkaufen, was zur Folge hat das man nicht mehr lange anstehen muss. Dafür 5 Sterne 🌟 extra.

Gute Auswahl,sehr aufgeräumt, aber leider seit geraumer Zeit nur noch zwei Kassen geöffnet und deshalb riesige Schlangen.

Großmarkt mit tollen Angeboten, auch der Backshop ist sehr zu empfehlen. Zur Zeit gibt es in einigen Abteilungen Engpässe mit dem Warennachschub und das schon seit Wochen.

Gerade zu stoßzeiten viel zu wenig Kassen. Gefrorene Artikel sind aufgetaut bevor man es schaffst aus dem Laden zu kommen.

Die Auswahl ist wirklich klasse, einzig die Besetzung der Kassen am Wochenende könnte besser sein, allerdings kann man mit dem smarten Einkaufswagen viel Zeit sparen
