Pasta was just almost without sauce. The noodles were so soft that I just threw everything away.

Ordered for delivery and waited over 90 minutes. The pizza was very, very dry and not even cut properly. However, the employees were very nice and polite.

I'm actually skeptical when there are too many dishes on the menu - here Italian, Turkish, Indian. Nevertheless, I wanted to give the restaurant a chance and ordered for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. The two pizzas and the pasta were there within just under 30 minutes. All dishes were hot, the driver was very friendly and everything tasted just right. I can only recommend it. Therefore: gladly again

The food is outstanding, the delivery time is great, the food is warm and there isn't really any better. My orders have never come as quickly as with them. I'm happy, thank you very much

The spring rolls and the sweet/sour sauce bacon were good. Unfortunately there is no bread with the salad and for the apple cake with caramel sauce I would recommend not making the caramel sauce so runny as it ruins the taste of the cake a bit. All in all, it was a solid meal.

Waited over 2 hours for the food and it never came

I ordered food, but it didn't come that hour, I called, then the kitchen was closed, my colleague said. And then just cancel my order. I can understand the system error, but the staff didn't tell me, because the kitchen is closed, you can no longer order, but it's still opening hours. The colleagues were really rude. And the boss spontaneously called me a day later and told me that if you gave me such a bad review, you won't be ordering from us anymore. The boss is also rude. No excuse just like that. It's a shame, I like their food. But personally it's really a shame.

I ordered a pizza at the Radisson Blu Hotel this evening and the delivery person was 30 minutes late and ended up wanting an extra euro for being late and still bringing us our food. When I gave him a tip of over four euros, he tried to use a trick to deduct my fifty. Furthermore, the pizza was ice cold and contained far too little pineapple for a pizza that is described as having pineapple

Really lousy phone service. The food wouldn't be bad and the delivery times are ok too, but this constant phone call to confirm what I know is horrible. I mean I order through Lieferando because I want to eat, then the guy calls me every time to confirm if I want to order????? Then always such unfriendly and confusing questions. Sorry, it's just not possible, learn a bit of customer service from you or go into an industry without customer contact.

I always eat the Calzone Orient as pizza here and think it's great. The owner is super friendly - I like coming to eat here :)

Our choice when ordering pizza! She's always there quickly and well, the last time we waited was just 17 minutes, crazy! And this happens regularly; we have never had to wait longer than 30 minutes. The pizzas are very good and in my opinion the price/performance ratio is right. When we're out and about, we also order take-out, get a discount, and we always get a call telling us when we can pick up the food. We will keep ordering!

Pizza tasted great and the delivery person was very friendly.

We ordered via Lieferando at 11 p.m. and the boss himself came and delivered a pizza that was still steaming. The food was super tasty, the base was crispy and the selection of pizzas was really huge. The vegan pizzas were really good too. All around good service and absolutely recommended👍

I ordered on Lieferando, then the gentleman calls me and says “you take the food as it comes”, with all the love, but what should you expect as a customer if you read the reviews beforehand... There is I mean €55 somewhere else! Never again Maraldo and mosaic!!!

Unfortunately the pizza seemed like a frozen pizza. Very dry and hard to bite.

Me and my friend had no expectations about the pizza since we ordered at 10pm. The pizzas were delivered extremely quickly and we were very positively surprised. Had the Sucuk once and the Pizza Spinaci once. Both delicious and well prepared! 👍🏼 Edit March 2024: I ordered 3 party pizzas here for my birthday. A significant number of house flies and an infestation of mice were found. The food produced, processed and marketed at the facility was exposed to a risk of contamination. Preparation (sales): Several objects that come into contact with food were contaminated (e.g. catering containers), and several objects were also contaminated with excrement from rodents/mice (e.g. meat scoop). The entire facility was also contaminated with rodent excrement. Storage area / office: Freezer: Perishable food was stored uncovered (pizza). The freezer was heavily icy. The entire facility was dirty and dusty. Kitchen: The ceiling was contaminated with grease residue. The silicone joint on the hand basin was contaminated with mold. There was a lack of means for washing hands and drying hands hygienically at the handwashing sink (e.g. liquid soap and disposable paper towels in dispensers). Several cleaning devices were significantly contaminated. Several pans and the cooking pot were contaminated. The floor was particularly dirty in the edge and corner areas, as well as under and behind the facilities (excretions of rodents - mice). The floor was also partly heavily contaminated with black deposits. The substructure of the facility was dirty and heavily dusty (heavily contaminated cardboard boxes, rodent excrement). Top cooling: Perishable foods were kept in stock at an inappropriate temperature and this interrupted the cold chain (cooked pasta/noodles, measured temperature + 14.2 °C). Food (spices) were stored in contaminated/damaged containers (cardboard boxes). Food was also handed out without indicating that it had exceeded its best-before date (ground spices/curcuma, best before: June 30, 2023 and sprats, best before: May 5, 2023). Preparation of dough / kitchen: Food was stored in contaminated containers. Freezer: Deep-frozen food was kept in stock without a name or indication of how it was frozen or where it came from, so that the age and thus the marketability could not be clearly determined. The freezer was heavily icy. Pizza oven / kitchen area: The drawer seals of the cooling table were contaminated with mold. The interior of the refrigerator counter was contaminated with heavy mold buildup. Perishable foods were kept in the refrigerated counter at an inappropriate temperature and this interrupted the cold chain (loose pieces of tuna, measured temperature + 11.0 °C). Washing area / kitchen: The interior of the hooded dishwasher was contaminated with old residue. Due to the serious hygiene deficiencies including pest infestation, the operator was prohibited from producing or serving food

The worst of worst pizza and service in the world. Unprofessional, unfriendly and unmannered. The delivery guy swore to me and the owner of this restaurant is busy deleting bad comments. He had to call me for days at 2 am to complain that I left a bad review. I hope nobody will suffer from this kind of restaurant.

Extra bestellt nicht scharfe essen und war extra scharf, in Menü war normale essen, nicht scharf, was hatte gekommen? Schon scharf! Pommes war von 2 std frittiert. Ah ja, und Soße in tüte...

Ich hab über UberEats bestellt und angekommen ist eine Pizza mit komplett verbranntem Boden. Die dachten bestimmt wir merken es nicht aber die Pizza war ungenießbar und wir warfen sie weg! Als wir im Laden angerufen haben sagte man uns ganz einfach sie können nichts mehr tun, statt vielleicht mal den lieferdienst um einen neuen Fahrer zu bitten um uns eine neue zu bringen (was tatsächlich geht, dass weiß ich weil ich selber und er Gastro arbeite). Also Service war jetzt nicht wirklich zuvorkommen und der Mann sprach einen auch nicht mal aus. Zum Essen, 1 Stern da die Sachen kalt ankamen und auch nicht wirklich gut schmeckt. Erstes und leider letztes Mal hier bestellt

Zügige Lieferung am späten Sonntag Abend. Die Pasta war ausreichend groß und lecker, die Frühlingsrollen top und das Essen war auch schön warm Netter Mann vom Lieferdienst hat wie gewollt angerufen bei Eintreffen am Hotel. Alles in allem ein gutes Geschäft :)

Ich kenne den Laden nur von diesem einen Besuch her, bei dem ich spät abends noch eine Pizza mit ins Hotel genommen habe. Die war essbar aber auch nicht viel mehr. Auf der Positivseite ist zu berichten, dass es noch abends spät etwas zu essen gibt.

Die Pizza hat mega gut geschmeckt. Schon lange nicht mehr so eine gute Pizza gegessen. Super freundliche Mitarbeiter! Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!

Die Pizza die ich nach meine Wahl selber aussuchen und gestalten dürfte war super köstlich

Haben mehrfach über Lieferando geordert. Lieferanten freundlich, Essen heiß und Lieferzeit vielleicht etwas sehr lange, dafür dass wir zu Zeiten bestellen wo kaum Verkehr ist. Beim Essen ist von gut bis schlecht alles dabei. Liegt wohl an der riesigen Speisenauswahl, da kann man einfach nicht erwarten dass alles gut ist. Der Tomatensalat ist einfach nur lieblos. Der Lachs toter als tot. Beilagensalat wurde vergessen. Bratkartoffeln sahen auch traurig aus. Die restlichen Salate waren bisher top. Pizza bisschen angebrannt, geschmacklich voll in Ordnung. Tiramisu und Nudeln auch okay. Ich würde sagen insgesamt Durchschnitt, daher 3 Sterne.

Welche eine Überraschung: Müde nach einem langen Tag in dem Imbiss gegangen. Räume nicht sehr gemütlich jedoch ausreichend groß. Wieder erwarten hat mein Auflauf hervorragend geschmeckt. Der Inhaber (?) sehr nett, hat uns noch einen Nachtisch spendiert. Wer preiswert essen und satt werden will, ist hier richtig.

Für knapp 8 Euro bekommt man hier eine fantastische Pizza, davor einen Salat, ein Getränk, sowie einen Espresso nach dem Essen. Da kann man nichts sagen, nur - jederzeit wieder! Auch die indischen Speisen sind sehr lecker. Das kleine Restaurant ist in einer sehr verwinkelten Wohnung untergebracht, was zusätzlich einen besonderen Charm hat. Die Einrichtung könnte noch etwas farbenfroher sein.

Tasteless fried salmon with burns, hard to bite. Over cooked potatoes fried with onion (there was no onion mentioned) and obviously when there are fried potatoes or fries to choose it’s obvious these potatoes will be deep fried too, right? Well not at Maraldo. Not to mention that I’ve ordered 10 spring rolls... received ONE and 6 nuggets?!?! Order arrived after over an hour of waiting while the restaurant is less than 1km from my location? This is simply a joke. Very sad, disappointing joke.

Spätankunft im nahe gelegenen Star Apart Hotel, dort lag eine Karte des Maraldo aus. Da es nur ein paar Meter zu Fuß waren, nutzte ich nicht den Lieferservice, sondern ging direkt zum Maraldo. Ich wählte Gyros mit Pommes und Zaziki zum Mitnehmen für 6,50 EUR. Auf dem Zimmer die Enttäuschung: die Menge an Pommes war o.k., Gyros dagegen gab es nur sehr wenige. Allerdings weiß ich nicht, ob das schlecht oder vielleicht doch gut war: es handelte sich nämlich um in der Pfanne gebratene Tiefkühl-Gyros, davon mindestens 25% in "Krümel-Form". Der Hunger zwang mir das Essen trotzdem rein, aber satt wurde ich nicht und zumindest dieses Gericht war sein Geld nicht wert. Einziger Pluspunkt: das Essen habe ich relativ schnell erhalten (es saß auch niemand im Maraldo - abends um 19:45 Uhr -> hätte ich vielleicht als Zeichen nehmen sollen!).
