Very good food, small cozy atmosphere, super kind people.

We booked Man Jok's catering for an event and were absolutely thrilled. The food arrived on time, was still hot, and tasted absolutely delicious. Our guests were completely satisfied. I highly recommend Man Jok for parties or larger events as well—reliable and incredibly delicious!

I don't understand the overall rating of 4.7. Some of the dishes taste quite good, but others have no taste at all. A total of 3.7 would be more appropriate. Hence only one star. Otherwise, three would be justified, because the service, for example, was very friendly and accommodating.

In my 20 years living in Germany, this is the first time I've had such a well-balanced dumpling stew. I enjoyed the dumpling stew with pig's feet. The pig's feet were a bit dry for my taste, but I still gave it a good rating. The restaurant is small, so reservations are a must!!!! 👍👍

All the menus were super delicious and very friendly!! Lovely👍👍 Everything on the menu was delicious.. I really enjoyed it. 🤣🤣❤️‍🔥🤭🤤 The kimchi pancake was especially delicious, and the edges were crispy!! Even I can't eat pig's feet because of the smell, but it was still delicious. And it paired perfectly with the makguksu we ordered! The steamed buns were moist and delicious on the inside and outside!! Overall, it was a very satisfying dinner!🩷 Even though it was my first time, the owner treated me like a regular and was always smiling, which made for a great atmosphere :) Highly recommended! The restaurant isn't very big, so it might be a bit difficult for groups of 6 or more to dine there.

Simply amazing! The service is exceptional, and so is the food! We traveled all the way from Cologne, and it was definitely worth it.

We came here all the way from Cologne to eat real Korean food for the first time, and it was incredibly delicious. The yangyeom sauce chicken was my personal favorite. My colleagues at work were also very impressed and said they'd never eaten anything as delicious as the dishes offered here! :) The service was also excellent and super friendly. A definite recommendation if you want to experience truly delicious Korean food!

It seems small and inaccessible, but the food and service are heartwarming. Our waitress also recommended the chestnut-flavored makgeolli, which was incredibly delicious. It's dangerous, especially because it's so smooth. 😉

I had spicy pork feet and Makguksu and it was so delicious. I like spicy pork feet more than regular pig's feet, so it was a choice I don't regret!! I want to eat it next time I visit Ppuu again.

If you like Korean food, this is a restaurant you should visit at least once! It's in the suburbs, but you can enjoy authentic Korean food as if you were in Korea. As the name suggests, it's authentic, with portions and flavors that will "satisfy" you! It has a relaxed atmosphere, so it's perfect for when you want to eat a hearty meal! It seems to be popular with locals, and judging by how crowded it is, you can expect good things. It's kind of nice to come across this kind of flavor overseas.

Fresh and authentic Korean food. The portions are OK. I can highly recommend the GOGI MANDU and the JAPCHAE, very tasty! The Korean herbal tea is also recommended. The service was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere: small family-run shop.

My visit to a Korean restaurant in Frankfurt was average. The kimchi and Korean fried chicken were okay, but not particularly outstanding. Overall, it was a solid but not great experience.

very authentic and delicious Korean food with a large selection. kimchijeon was very crispy and homemade mandu was amazing. jokbal and matguksu were also excellent. Unfortunately the shop is a bit small, but you can have it ordered. gladly again

They say satisfaction is an abbreviation for dumpling pig's feet, but this restaurant really lives up to its nickname. First of all, I ordered kimchi dumplings, but the seasoning of the dumplings was crazy. For the first time, just cut the dumplings in half, blow on them, and eat wagu wagu without soy sauce. The seasoning was exquisite. The five-hyang jokbal was also very delicious, but it was even more delicious when he said, “This is the last jokbal for today,” while serving it. It is a taste of Joseon that cannot be matched by the temperature that is not too cold and the temperature is just right.

Small Korean restaurant with authentic food and very friendly service. Reservation of the table was super easy online and a reservation is recommended as there are only a few tables. The menu is small but includes many classics of Korean cuisine and the dishes seem to vary, so unfortunately there was no kimchi jigae. The price/performance was right, except for the special “Mandu Hotpot” (at €48, too expensive for 10 mandus). Unfortunately we had to wait a long time, while some at the table had already finished their dishes. Some dishes, like the bibimbap, I've had better elsewhere, but not for the price. The Korean Fried Chicken was great! Unfortunately, the ambience can be improved and the famous Korean side dishes and the portions are not very generous.

I went to eat the Jokbal + Makguksu combination. The food itself was delicious and just like the picture. However, I was very disappointed that there were no vegetable side dishes to accompany it as I usually like the combination of meat + sweet and sour vegetable side dishes (salad).

Great little Korean with home cooked food. We live right around the corner and just wanted to try it out. Clear menu with classics, taste is A1. Since the shop is very small, it is best to reserve it on site, but takeaway is possible via Lieferando. The kimchi is mega!

When you take a bite of a steaming hot steamed dumpling from a steamer, your insides will become moist as if you are swimming in a cloud. The salty filling will fill your mouth, and its softness will quickly melt in your mouth. The moment I take a bite, the bustling sounds of an old traditional market, the warm salesmen, and the scent of a hot winter day come to mind. How can I feel that taste in the middle of Germany? As if I had traveled back in time, the nostalgic taste of the traditional market bloomed in the unfamiliar air of Germany. This was not just food, but the feeling of filling my mouth with nostalgia / A familiar taste in an unfamiliar place. It was truly an amazing discovery.

Yang yumm chicken on the bone not that tasty and not much for the money

I ordered kimchi dumplings, dumpling soup, and ttukbul (tukbul without a picture because I ate it as soon as it came out...) and all three were really delicious!! The place isn't that big, so if it's a weekend, I recommend calling before going.

The place is very small and we waited a long time and after 30min we left . There were reserved empty tables... Reservations must be cancelled. It is first come, first served.

The shop is a bit small, which is why reservations are important, especially on weekends. But it's definitely worth coming by!!! The Kimchi Jeon were the best I've ever had and the main courses and rice were also very tasty. Despite the crowded shop, the service was very friendly and the food came to the table quite quickly. I've lived in Germany for a long time, but this is my first time seeing a Korean restaurant this good downtown, and I visit it often whenever I have time!! Not to mention the pig's feet, I also highly recommend the Mara Xiangguo. All menus are clean and very satisfying!! This restaurant makes me want to live in Ppu. I also highly recommend the bean noodles in the summer!!

The owner was very friendly and the food was delicious :) Although the price is a bit high, I was very happy to be able to eat such delicious pig's feet in Germany and it was worth it. *Reservation required When ordering, we recommend making it clear whether you want to pick it up or eat there. I tried kimchi pancake, fish-flavored jokbal, and buljokbal. Rice must be ordered separately! Sehr nette Inhaber und gutes Essen! A newly opened Korean restaurant. Small shop with nice staff, offering basic and simple food. It was a bit pity that the employees of the shop next door smoke at the doors so although sitting inside we still smelled smoke.

I wish I could rate with more than 5 stars. This year I tried several Korean restaurants and this one is top!! Small Restaurant that u d better make reservation in advance. Small menu , good prices , big portions and whatever we ordered was delicious. Many locals dined there so this is also good sign. I m looking forward visiting again.

We ordered some fried chicken, Kimchi Tofu Mandu and Kimchijeon. The fried chicken had a really crispy exterior but it was a bit too oily for our taste. It felt like the oil was too cold for the size of the chicken pieces. The kimchi dishes were lovely and this is really what we would be back for. It was delicious and not too spicy. Will try out some other dishes next time and update this review.

I went there because I heard there was a pig's feet specialty store. Since they just opened, the speed of food coming out was a bit slow, but it turned out that it was due to a mistake in ordering.🥲 Still, it was delicious and filling! It tasted like the pig's feet I had in Korea haha. Makguksu was also delicious~ I had to open the window to get the breeze in, so it was a bit noisy due to the noise from outside, but the bathroom was clean and the lady owner was friendly, which was nice. I know it's only been around for a while, but it seems like it's already becoming a popular restaurant for local residents👍🏼 I was surprised to see a high percentage of foreign customers☺️ It's a bit far from home, but I'll go again~ I have a lot of friends who want to go here haha.

I had a really delicious meal at a Korean restaurant I stopped by on my last day before returning to Korea. I ordered a lot of food, but it was large and delicious, so I ended up overeating. The server is also very friendly. There were more German people than Korean people. I will visit again next time I visit Germany~

We were there for dinner on Sunday June 1st, 2024. The restaurant itself is a bit small, but you can still sit there comfortably. Bibibamp with beef, there was hardly any meat in it, compared to Coco in the city center. Then we had the sweet potato salt, which was OK. The Korean chicken leg tasted OK, but it's still not great. What I found very unfortunate was the dish Ma La Xiang Guo, which was categorized as new on the table's menu. The dish cost 35 euros, but most of it was just vegetables like Chinese cabbage, German white cabbage, soybean sprouts, a few thin slices of tofu, lotus root, etc. There were about 8 pieces of small shrimp in it. Meat was more like the meat for hotpot, very thin slices, but there were about 5-6 slices in it. There were no other types of meat. At Lijianger Restaurant in the city center, you can eat a huge bowl of Mao Xue Wang for 19.90 euros. So I was deeply disappointed with this dish. The price-performance ratio is very bad, which I found to be a total shame. Overall, the restaurant makes a nice impression.

New Korean restaurant at Dornbusch. Very nice facility. All dishes are prepared homemade. The spicy fried chicken was delicious and authentic served with a rice wine. Very attentive and totally friendly service. We'd love to come back.

Is this a Korean restaurant run by Koreans? No, no matter who runs it, it has to be delicious. I ordered mapo tofu. Mapo tofu is a Chinese food, but I ordered it expecting Korean-style (gochujang-based) mapo tofu. When I received the food, it was neither Chinese nor Korean, just tasteless mapo tofu. What is a table setting with only kimchi and no side dishes at this price? If you want to do business with Korean food, I recommend you study more and put in more effort.

Great new place near the Siedlung. Do wish they had Korean banchan that’s usually served at Korean restaurants. Service was great with the servers checking to make sure everything was ok. Dumplings took a while because it was made fresh. Food was delicious. Will definitely come here again.

Taste, service and atmosphere Even... the pig's feet are moist, full of five-spice aroma, and plump, the mapo tofu is filled with a pot full of spicy soup and tofu, and the seafood and green onion pancakes, including thick shrimp, are crispy and even the soy sauce is not salty and greasy.
