Cool shop, great ambience, good music. The service is very nice and the bowls are visibly freshly prepared. Taste really delicious, we had a specially put together one and the Oahu Bowl. Absolute recommendation!

Almost nothing is as filling as a delicious Hawaiian bowl. Here you get them with everything that makes the dish so unique. The service was competent and gave very good advice on what should best be combined.

We can only say positive things. The selection and variety are absolutely top. You can either put together a bowl according to your wishes or choose one from the menu. I think paying around 14 euros per bowl for a main course is justified, considering that you are in the center of Mannheim. The ingredients in the bowl are absolutely fresh and ultimately have to be prepared fresh every day. It should not be forgotten that restaurants are not exempt from a nationwide price increase. And we are also aware that avocados and all vegetables have their price. The portion was great and we even had some wrapped up. Looking forward to next time.

Terrible. Instead of zucchini noodles there was spinach, the extra €1.50 avocado reflected 1/10 of that. The extra chicken for €1.50 was not included. impudence

This poke place is the best in Mannheim, I can fully recommend going there for a date and also there is no problem with the servers. The place is magnificent!

Very tasty and freshly prepared bowls, the inspiration for this comes from Hawaii. The service staff were super friendly and explained everything in detail. There is a base (sushi rice, whole grain rice, salad or zucchini noodles) and as a topping everything your heart desires (fish, shrimp, chicken or tofu) plus vegetables and fruit and delicious sauces. You can put everything together yourself or customize ready-made bowls to suit your needs. Clear recommendation for fast, healthy and fresh food in the heart of the city center.

Are you serious? Paid almost 30 euros for two bowls on Uber eats and the plate looks like the person who prepared it had already shoved half of it in? But the eco hipsters celebrate it and are happy to pay.

There is an opportunity to build your own bowl, but I advise you to try Vulcano Bowl. The establishment itself is very clean and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and ready to help. My tofu bowl was really delicious and the ambience was lovely Hawaiian, with iced tea from Elephant Bay a really great combination.

Were here for the first time today and were completely satisfied. And it's nice to have a delicious alternative to all the kebabs again. Gladly again!

Unfortunately, the visit here was a complete failure. A restaurant that at first glance invited you to linger for a delicious poke bowl, far away from the hustle and bustle of the market square. Now, at the behest of the service staff, when we were putting the bowl together, we were told that we could only pay by card, as there was no cash available, which was then converted into change on a €50 note. You ask yourself: “How can it be that a shop on Fressgasse in Mannheim no longer accepts cash?” Overall, there was no noticeable sense of service or understanding towards the customer. The ambience, which is actually quite nice, was marred.

Great food - unfortunately the staff was super unfriendly

Ingredients are fresh, but that's the most I can say. I've eaten here on occasion since the store opened, because I like the concept and sometimes forget what annoyed me when was last there. The quality has notably gone downhill though. My last order (delivery) looked like someone scraped all the last garbage into a bowl - squashed and messy. I never order sauce, because theirs doesn't taste like much to me. They ignored my wish to leave it out. Predictably, I was left with 15€ worth of watery, messy, weird looking veggie soup with some chunks of protein thrown in for good measure. I tried to drain off the excess and add some seasoning myself, but that was more cooking than I had planned tonight and didn't help. 15€ +delivery fee right into the trash.

There is a good selection available to put together the bowl. Salmon, tuna, chicken, fresh vegetables and other side dishes. Service was friendly and patient. It took me a while to decide. Only card payment possible. There are parking garages nearby. Get off the tram at Strohmarkt stop and walk into Fressgasse. Price performance is good. Will come again. greeting

Very tasty and healthy food. You can choose from a wide variety of options. Unfortunately we ran out of sushi rice, but it was also delicious with the whole grain rice! The staff could be much friendlier. They weren't unfriendly per se, but they were very taciturn and mumbled a lot. The price is absolutely okay. A finished bowl costs between just under €13 and almost €16 if I remember correctly.

I have a severe chicken egg allergy and asked the service several times whether the veggie chicken could be egg-free. As was assured: “it’s 100% vegan”, I still asked again whether she was sure that there were no eggs in it. Then I ordered the veggie chicken and after eating I felt everything but fine… The food was delicious, but such bad advice shouldn't happen.

Very tasty bowls. However, the “spicy” sauces are quite mild. Basically it tastes pretty bland but still good. Very fresh and healthy. Unfortunately, it was not possible to pay in cash unless you had exactly the right amount. Very quick service. Had the Peanutlover Chicken Bowl and the Vulcano Chicken Bowl. Recommended to both!

Unfortunately, some bowls were sold out and probably due to the great reviews there was no seat.

This place is definitely a returning destination for food lovers. Particularly noteworthy is the option to put together the bowls individually according to your own taste, which brings a personal and creative touch to the meal. The location is ideal and contributes to the overall positive experience. The ambience is attractively designed and invites you to linger, which makes every visit special.

Das Essen kann man sich individuell zusammenstellen oder schon eine vorgefertigte Bowl bestellen. Die Auswahl ist sehr groß, egal ob man vegetarisch oder vegan isst. Das Ambiente ist sehr gut und ruhig. Im Hintergrund läuft immer Musik in einer angenehmen Lautstärke.

Das Ambiente einer eher am ein günstiges Fast food Restaurant. Die Gerichte können selbst zusammengestellt werden und sind dann entsprechend teuer. Die Idee ist sicher gut, das zusammenstellen der bowla ohne Ahnung etwas herausfordernd, dich die Bedienungen geben für Hilfestellungen.

Ich bin begeistert, ich liebe die Vielfalt an Saucen und Zutaten und die Möglichkeit, meine Bowl selbst zuzubereiten. Ich kann die Bowl mit gegrilltem Hähnchen wärmstens empfehlen, sie ist sehr lecker und perfekt für Leute mit großem Appetit. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und werde weiterhin bestellen.🥂

Seit 4 Wochen in Mannheim oft bis zum letzten Platz besetzt . Mit Schlange vor der Tür . Besser liefern lassen mit Lieferando .Unter der Woche kein Sitzplatz zu bekommen . Samstags und Sonntags mal hingehen...

Sehr leckere Bowls, wir sind von Anfang an treue Kunden. In letzter Zeit wurde der Take away Inhalt glaube ich etwas reduziert - man wird aber immer noch gut satt. Klare Weiterempfehlung von mir.

Ein weiterer Bowl-Hipster-Laden, diesmal unter Hawaiianischer Flagge, wo Gemüse-Sammelsurium in großen Pappbechern für teures Geld verkauft wird. Schmeckt leider, auch mit den verschiedenen Soßen (ich hatte vier verschiedene Bowls mitgenommen) recht fade. Gut ist, dass es sich immerhin um gesundes Essen handelt, da überwiegend pflanzliche Bestandteile, Ballaststoffe und Protein. Freundliches Personal.

It is one of the only Poke restaurant in Mannheim so far. It offers a lot of good options to create your own poke as well, good recipes that you can choose. The choices of sodas could be better, but they also have nice options of smoothies and other healthy and natural drinks. It is a bit pricy, mainly considering that they could put more protein, which normally is the most expensive part of it. Depending on what you choose on your poke, it can easily cost between 15-20 euros. The staff is very friendly and often can speak a good english. One very negative fact, from my point of view, is that it closes too soon, mainly on fridays and weekends. 20h is very often the time people are going out for dinner, and they are already closed.

Einmal und leider nie wieder…Essen super…aber keine Kasse und Bargeld Zahlungen nur passend möglich…somit für mich tabu in Zukunft…

Super Restaurant. Schnelle ziemlich gesunde Zubereitung. Die Mitarbeiter sprechen fleißend Englisch und Deutsch. Im Restaurant hersch Selbstbedienung. Das ist eigentlich kein Problem, da die Zubereiter zügig arbeiten und alles schnell abgehandelt wird. Preislich ist es eher höher angesiedelt. Die vorgegeben Speisen liegen preislich zwischen 14 und 15€ Komme gerne wieder

We made our own bowls and it was so good. The ingredients were really fresh - perfect for the summer heat. The staff is friendly and the place is decorated nicely. We will definitely come back.

Ich war zum Mittagstisch dort, einen richtigen Mittagstisch in dem Sinne gibt es aber nicht. Preislich natürlich auch nicht immer was, um mal mittags was essen zu gehen aber Qualität und Konzept überzeugen dann schon! Ich habe mir meine Bowl selbst zusammengestellt, was aber nicht günstiger war als eine vorgefertigte zu nehmen :D Das Restaurant hat genügend Platz für rund 20-30 Leute und man kann auch draußen sitzen. Das Essen holt man an der Bar ab, so bisschen wie bei Subway :)

Bowls schmecken sehr lecker, jedoch sind die Portionen vom Preisleistungsverhältnis her, viel zu klein. Es wird extrem am Fleisch gespart.

An sich war die Bowl sehr lecker, jedoch stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Für so eine Bowl 15,40 € zu verlangen ist meiner Meinung nach viel. Und bei den "guten" Zutaten wie Thunfisch wurde gespart. Was mich jedoch am meisten ärgert ist, dass an der Wand für die Bowl 14,40 € steht, jedoch von mir mehr verlangt wurde mit der Begründung, dass Thunfisch 1 € mehr kostet. Das hätten sie dazu schreiben müssen, denn ich möchte bevor ich bestelle wissen was zu zahlen habe.

Auswahl an Bowles vorhanden. Die Bowle welche ich hatte war okay. Hat mich nicht wirklich umgehauen, aber war okay. Für über 14 Euro fand ich den Preis für die Bowle nicht gerechtfertigt, aber kann ja jeder selbst für sich entscheiden. Kann man mal essen. Das Ambiente war ganz okay. Ich denke, eine Bowle werde ich noch probieren.

Äußert schönes, Hawaiianisches Restaurant. Die bowls sind äußerst lecker und die Atmosphäre super gemütlich. Sehr empfehlenswert für eine gesunde und ausgewogene Ernährung.
