Come here quite often with my love and we both love the food SO MUCH and people working here are so lovely… the biryani is mind blowing , everything is good !

I have rarely met such nice service, the friendly waitresses often asked us if everything was OK. The food was tasty and there are South Indian specialties that are rarely found, such as Uttapam. I wanted to try this and wasn't disappointed, delicious, hot, seasoned, mmmh. Matar paneer was also amazing. If you want to eat real Indian food you have come to the right place!!!

We ate authentic south Indian and surprisingly north Indian dishes too tasted good which is not the case with many other south indian restaurants in Germany.

I came here and I enjoyed the delicious food here. This point is very good and the staff and service here are very good.

The food is inexpensive and very tasty. I tried curry chicken and garlic naan. Cocktails and beer (draft and bottle) were also quite good. There is a seating area outside on the street and an indoor area with nice interiors.

The food wasn’t that great. But really appreciate the service and the feedback taken into account. The food sure needs a lot more improvement, it wasn’t the South Indian food I have had in Berlin itself. But like I said full marks on the service.

Friendly and quick service. Unfortunately, we couldn't eat the food we ordered due to the spiciness and we informed the waiter about this. He took our criticism into account and looked for a solution (substitute food, etc.) Thank you for your courtesy. As a starter we had samosas which were really tasty 😊.

The chef certainly has no idea how to make South Indian dishes, sambar and chutney were not really South Indianish. Idly and Dosa were okay

Recently I visited to Madras Cafe with my friend. We ordered Masala Dosa and Gobhi Manchurian which was extremely delicious . Moreover, Mosquito and Coconut kiss was also tasty. Service was also too good 👍

I recently had the chance to try Madras, a South Indian restaurant in Berlin and happy to say , I was really impressed! They offer a lovely lunch menu that both affordable and satisfying. The food was warm and delicious, packed with flavors that made me feel like I was enjoying a home cooked meal. The atmosphere was cozy and the staff were friendly, making it nice spot to relax for lunch.If you’re in the area and craving some authentic South Indian food, I definitely recommend checking out Madras.it’s a delightful experience!

We come here every week. The staff is so friendly and attentive, the atmosphere is chill with a gentle buzz and the food totally hits the spot. The dosa is sumptuous and the curries full of flavour, and we always get the Gobi Manchurian. Off the scale cauliflower dish with a pan-Asian twist. Great neighbourhood local where they always throw an apertif in to send you happy into the night. Thanks Madras Café, see you next week.

Really nice food with even better service and atmosphere! Their authentic South Indian dishes including dosa, idli, vada are a must try. We even tried their chat papdi and that was great, too! Overall, highly recommended!

Wow 🤩 Very delicious here! The best Dosa Masala and Lamb Madras I had in Berlin! The lunch offer menu is from 12h-16h and comes with a soup and a salad! Everything was spiced exquisitely! Prices are great! Very healthy authentic South-Indian cuisine, I especially can recommend for vegetarians. But also meat and fish lovers find what their heart desires 😊 The restaurant has a modern, fancy and stylish design 🤩 and is very clean. The Indian music in the back brings you in the mood and the very polite and friendly staff makes you feel so welcome 🙏🏻!!! I am dreaming of the food since I was here and will definitely come back soon😅 This dear people is THE PLACE to eat healthy food in Berlin with great atmosphere ! Go and try it 🫶🏻🥰😋

Really a good choice! The waiters are extremely nice and accommodating. A place for 3 people was also possible without a reservation. The food was super tasty and for around €60 we were all completely full - we'd be happy to go again! PS: Vegans will also find something good here :)

Very friendly service and advice on the menu, food very good and not the usual Indian food that you can now find on every corner and in every mall. Unknown dishes invite you to try them. (⚠️ spicy - but ok for us). Sweet made from lentils, butter and cane sugar to try at home - very good. Thank you very much! We will definitely come back...

After trying so many Indian restaurants, my journey ends here. The best indian food they have the authentic taste and service is too good the staff is friendly. I tried mysore masala dosa with masala tea the best combo.

Dosa was decent but the chutneys were too bland and very less in quantity. The potato filling was also so-so. Till now the most authentic dosas I found was only at saravanabhavan.

Very nice service and the dosas are incredibly tasty! You can also find vegan and vegetarian things here. Update: I've been here a few times now - and every time it's delicious! Especially the pani puri and dosas are my favorites!

I had a Masala dosa and a Tea. The masala dosa was quite sour and the Sambhar was dull as well. The dosa was not crispy at all. Tea was fine. Service was good overall. Except noone came to ask if I need anything or how is the food after my food was served. The atmosphere was good. Pretty good vibe and the place was clean as well. Maybe I'll try once again in the future but today the experience was okayish.

Great! The food was delicious and the service was very friendly. You can also get great cocktails there and occasionally you'll be offered a few mango shots to digest while a banger playlist plays in the background. I can only recommend it to anyone who likes Indian cuisine and good restaurants!

For me one of the best Indian restaurants in Berlin. Authentic selection of (South) Indian dishes. My friend swears by the Gobi Manchurian, which is rarely found on Berlin menus.

Very good and kind service. The food was also delicious and spicy. It was before a Russian restaurant and the decoration remains partly from the previous owner. Also, many other Indian guests were satisfied (at least what I noticed) with the food, which is a good signal about the taste and ingredients of the place.

We ordered pani puri, masala dosa, chicken Mughlai, and mango lassi. Everything was amazing and tasty. What stood out as well was the service. Jaia was super friendly and warm which made the experience nicer. I really liked the Indian music in the background as well. I would definitely visit again.

The service at this Indian restaurant consistently surpasses expectations. The staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The food quality is truly outstanding – every dish we've tried has been delicious. We are locals, and expats and we have been to this place more than 5 times and it's always great. The restaurant is incredibly tasty and authentic, with fresh ingredients and dishes that, unlike the common practice in many Indian restaurants in Berlin, differ significantly in both taste and consistency. Everything we ordered was absolutely on point. Dosa and dal makhni are simply amazing! It was amazing that there weren't that many guests in the evening, which was a big advantage for us as we didn't have to wait long for a table. Particularly noteworthy is the super friendly, attentive and caring service. We will definitely come back.

The food is decent. We ordered Vegetables Madras, Butter Naan which were good. But I was a little disappointed with the steamed Idli. The quantity of Sambar was too little for 2 pieces of Idlis. In general a decent place.

We more or less slid into the store because I needed a toilet 🙈😅that gave us the spontaneous idea to order food and take it with us. Amazing food and service. We ordered medu vada, masala dosa, panipuri and cauliflower manchurian. One of the best panipuri in Berlin. Medu vada was crispy and flavourful. Dosa and machurian were also delicious. Service is super fast and extremely polite. They offered us masala tea, perfect end to cold winter dinner 🙂
