Update: Man hat versucht, diese Bewertung wegen Verleumdung zu entfernen. Es handelt sich um eine 3-Sterne-Bewertung, obwohl der Service mit 5 Sternen bewertet wurde. Daher gibt es jetzt nur noch 1 Stern. Traut diesem Laden nicht! Ich habe Einspruch eingelegt, da ich den Kassenbon habe. Originalbewertung: Gut gekocht, lecker, aber wer authentische, traditionelle indische Küche erwartet, ist hier falsch. Eher für einen milderen Gaumen geeignet.

Ich war letzte Woche dort und muss sagen, dass die Atmosphäre und insbesondere das Essen sehr lecker waren. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Das Essen mit meiner Gruppe heute war fantastisch.

Dieses Restaurant heißt in jeder Liefer App anders. Wir haben einen Gutschein bei Groupon gekauft und vorher angerufen um zu bestellen, und auch kommuniziert, dass wir den Gutschein haben, wo wir eine Vorspeise, eine Hauptspeise und eine Nachspeise bekommen hätten. Die meisten Gerichte hatten sie gar nicht vorrätig. Der Laden an sich sah sehr shady aus. Im Laden hat man unseren Gutschein nicht akzeptiert, weil der angeblich nur zum vor Ort verspeisen akzeptiert wird. Hatte man uns am Telefon so nicht mitgeteilt. Wir haben auch gesagt, wir bestellen zum abholen. Ne Rechnung hat man uns nicht gegeben. Die Nachspeise haben sie uns auch nicht gegeben. Das Essen schmeckte sehr schlecht. Und ich hatte danach Magenprobleme.

Achtung NICHT HIER BESTELLEN. Leider ist der Laden eine einzige Abzocke, zumindest was bestimmte Gerichte angeht. Hinzu kommen eine extrem lange Lieferzeit (> 1.5 Stunden!) wenn man das Essen bestellt, und Hälfte des Essens war verschüttet. Haben uns um Problemlösung bemüht, weil die Portion vom "Mirch Masala Spezial-Menü" (Warenwert 50€) so frech klein war für den Preis, den wir bezahlt haben. Besitzer war dabei nicht kundenorientiert. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Wie man an den Antworten auf andere Rezensionen erkennt, reagiert der Besitzer auch auf andere Beschwerden von Kund:innen defensiv und uneinsichtig.

Ich habe eine Bestellung bei Lieferando getätigt und Essen sowie Trinkgeld im Vorraus bezahlt. Nach einer Stunde hat das Restaurant die Bestellung storniert und mir nur das Geld für das Essen zurücküberwiesen, das Trinkgeld jedoch einbehalten. Der Fall ist in Klärung aber dieses Geschäftsgebaren finde ich absolut inakzeptabel

Das Essen ist durchweg sehr gut und wurde schnell geliefert.

Die Lieferung erfolgte sehr schnell und der Restaurantbesitzer sowie die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.

Die Kellner im Restaurant sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, es gibt keine Wartezeiten und die Lieferung erfolgt sehr schnell.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Das Mirch Masala Restaurant fühlt sich wie ein zweites Zuhause an. Die Mitarbeiter sind überaus freundlich, respektvoll und aufrichtig zuvorkommend, was den Besuch noch angenehmer macht. Das Essen hat authentische indische Aromen, die einen sofort an Zuhause erinnern, und die Gerichte werden gerne nach Wunsch angepasst. Herzliche Gastfreundschaft, hilfsbereiter Service und köstliches Essen... Sogar ein Lieferservice wird angeboten, was für mich ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt ist... hier stimmt einfach alles.

Ich war mit meiner Frau dort zum Mittagessen und es war ein sehr schöner Ort, um Zeit miteinander zu verbringen. Das Essen hat gut geschmeckt und war preislich genauso gut wie in anderen Restaurants.

Had the creepiest experience here. I went inside waited for 5 minutes, a guy came from the kitchen , looked at me and went back. I was hoping he would return with a menu card. 10 minutes later, he came back with a plate of food and started eating it on the table opposite me staring at me. I thought someone else might come with a menu card. Another 5 minutes passed and his creepy stare continued and I had to walk out 🙏

Da das Restaurant sich im Umbau befindet waren wir optisch erstmal etwas abgeschreckt. ABER, die guten Bewertungen zogen dann doch und wir können es auch nur vollumfänglich bestätigen: sehr gutes Essen und guter Service. Gerne wieder!

The phone number that they uploaded in Uber eats is never answering, which is different from the phone number in this google maps. Funny thing is that, the employee explained to me that every employees are now in vacation. The respond from the Uber eats team was also awful that I ended up losing 28 euros of coupons and my time. It seems that it's not only me who had this experience from this restaurant, and I hope any other people would not have this experience.

Incredibly good food. Best samosas in town!!! Can't praise it enough. The bathroom could be cleaner. Otherwise, friendly and good service.

Ordered via Lieferando and the food took more than 90 minutes to arrive. Packages were leaking inside the small plastic bag, the containers were small and the food didn’t taste well either (and was partly cold).

That was the worst Indian food I've ever eaten. Only the Coke was tasty. The tomato cream soup was hoarse. I don't even want to start with the ketchup on the cauliflower soup. And the batourA bread was more like a wet rag. Oh, that was my actual Lieferando review. The owner of the authentic Indian restaurant, as it's called, called me the next day and asked me to remove the negative review. He would come over and refund my money. I was supposed to be home by 5 p.m. to wait for him. It was a Sunday. He didn't show up, and it took even more time. I waited for the whistle for nothing. Not recommended.

We order from there often and are always more than satisfied. The prices are perfectly reasonable, the food is fresh, prepared quickly, and absolutely delicious.

Ordered food through Liefernado because the reviews there were super good. In the end, we were seriously disappointed...the restaurant has a completely different name and there are 2x additional fees added to the bill. Just rip off! An item was missing from our order and we called a total of 5 times and were always told "delivery is coming soon". If I already have a flat rate service fee on the bill then I also expect a service. It can't be that we are simply ignored! simply dishonest, arrogant "Indians" who don't know how a telephone speaker works! Simply disgusting!

NAUGHTY AND RUDE!!! So we ordered and got 3 dishes first instead of four and ended up getting the fourth one but you really have to say that they complained to us on the phone so cheekily and very arrogantly and said we were kidding them and then he asked VERY cheekily if we had ever eaten Indian food and I really have to say that is OUTRAGEOUS behavior towards a customer which is simply not possible. I placed an order via Lieferando for Bhatura Chole, expecting the traditional dish that is typically served with Bhatura. However, the order arrived without the Bhatura, which was disappointing and not what we expected at all — especially considering the name of the dish clearly stated "Bhatura." I shared my honest feedback on the Lieferando app. Shortly after, the restaurant owner contacted me via WhatsApp and, rather than addressing the concern, informed me that they don’t serve Bhatura at all — regardless of the dish’s name or traditional preparation. He also mentioned contacting Lieferando to have my review removed and told me not to order from them again. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from or visiting this restaurant.

I ordered food there, my negative comment on Lieferando was deleted. Chapati arrived here rock hard and burnt. They called me the next day to ask if they could send the order again. It was agreed that delivery would be at 9 p.m. and nothing came. Shame on you. The only positive thing was the super nice delivery driver

I ordered via Lieferando chicken tandoori and butter chicken. Tandoori was not what we expect it to be at all. It was vegetables and super oily. Butter chicken was super sweet. I still gave 3 out of 5 star rating on Lieferando app. The owner from the restaurant contacted me on WhatsApp offering me to delete the rating for a free dish on denying the offer, he said don't order from us ever again! This is how these people earn "good ratings". I am person who relies on user ratings and reviews because there are 1000s of restaurents. So if this is how the reivews are being "bought" then I am gonna express it openly. I highly recommend not to buy or even go to this restaurant. I was gonna ignore the free dish but the last comment about not ordering really pissed me off.

One of the few places in Berlin where I still order via Lieferando, even though the wait could be a bit long: Delicious food every time and always hot on arrival. Mutton Saag and butter chicken are the right kind of spicy, and rice is never dry.

I ordered the food for my girlfriend who was very hungry. Unfortunately the sauce was so spicy that my friend had to dilute it with yogurt, but to no avail. She already had stomach pains and now I'm scared.

We bought a menu for 2 people via groupon and reserved a table. On site we were told in a not particularly friendly manner that they would not accept the vouchers and that we should call them to get our money back. We were actually quite happy to be able to go. The ambience was not very appealing. Dirty tables and uncomfortable. We are now hoping to get our money back through groupon.

Prices do not match the menu. Incorrect receipts are presented upon delivery. And a supplier is charged via Lieferando even though you ordered there directly. In the end I was brought the wrong food. But food was delicious.

Well... We were the only guests the whole time, but we weren't taken care of. When we paid, all the empty dishes from the starter, main course and dessert were still on the table. Ordered via Lieferando, some of the food ran out of the restaurant. There was nothing in the curry except cheese and it tasted very sweet. The driver was totally rude, no hello or goodbye. We live in the attic, but for a guy in his mid-20s it should be just about doable, and he had also given a tip in advance via Lieferando. I will never order here again.

Das Restaurant hat sich ganz klar auf das Liefern eingerichtet, der Laden selbst ist nicht sehr ansprechend. Bier gab es keins, was jetzt nicht so schlimm ist, nur die Begründung war eigenartig (Wir verkaufen keinen Alkohol... Warum haben Sie dann Cocktails?...Ich weiß auch nicht). Das Essen selbst war leider für mich ein Totalausfall, nicht lecker und von Lebensmittelfarbe strotzend. Ich würde hier nicht einkehren...

Dieses Restaurant ist mehr für den Durchgangsverkehr und den Lieferservice bekannt, ist also eher nicht zum verweilen geeignet

Super leckere Gerichte. Große Portionen. Immer noch halbe Preise. Leider vor Ort kein Bier. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Bisher haben wir meist liefern lassen. Das Essen war immer gut. Es wurden immer mehr hausgemachte Brote geliefert als von uns bestellt, echt gut. Wer Ahnung hat wird es rausschmecken. Die Lage ist direkt neben S Spindlersfeld, daher das Foto, wir steigen da regelmäßig aus.

Wir haben das Restaurant durch Zufall entdeckt. Die Kinder waren kurz vor dem Verhungern und 50% auf die Hauptgerichte sind ein Argument gewesen. Es ist kein superhippes Bergmannstraßen-Restaurant aber ehrlich und recht preiswert und mit super leckeren Gerichten und Nachspeisen (indischer Milchreis) und der Garten direkt am Bahnsteig ist auch nett. Wenn Freundlichkeit und gutes Essen stimmen und dazu die Preise passen wie hier der Fall, kommen wir gerne wieder. Das Gewitter unter dem riesigen Sonnenschirm war jedenfalls ein Erlebnis und sehr gemütlich.

Leider eine Enttäuschung. Ich bin in die Nachbarschaft gezogen und wollte nun heute mal das Restaurant ausprobieren. Ich bin schon öfter daran vorbeigelaufen und es saß nie jemand drin. Mag vielleicht nur daran liegen, dass es keine Augenweide ist und das Essen kann ja trotzdem gut sein, hab ich mir gedacht. Die Kellnerin kam sofort mit der Karte und auch das Essen recht zügig. Auf das Abkassieren musste ich 30 Minuten warten, weil sie selbst zu Abend gegessen hatte. Die Qualität des Essens scheint zunächst solide, so wie man es von einem deutschen Inder kennt. Allerdings war das Fleisch nahezu ungenießbar, da weder Sehnen noch Knorpel, u.ä. herausgetrennt wurden. Ich musste mehrmals würgen. Der Mangolassi war klumpig. Durch das 50 Prozent Angebot, fiel die Rechnung sehr niedrig aus. Ich hätte lieber den normalen Preis bezahlt und dafür gut gegessen. Leider nie wieder. Schade, da es für mich gleich um die Ecke ist.

Wir haben bisher wegen der Pandemie nur liefern lassen und sind sehr zufrieden. Wegen des Vorkommentars: Unsere Gerichte bisher waren nie zu scharf, wenn überhaupt (aber wir essen eher vegetarisch). Sehr freundlich und wir haben schon so oft bestellt und sind immer wieder sehr zufrieden. Mit den anderen Indern in Adlershof waren wir da nicht so zufrieden.

Absolut leckeres und authentisches Essen mit gutem Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis und der Inhaber geht immer auf Extra-Wünsche oder Verbesserungsvorschläge ein ! Werde dort noch oft essen gehen ! 😊
