Ludgeri-Eck in Rheine

The food is delicious, especially the Sunday breakfast is amazing. I just don't know what this place has against me in the evenings. Every time I go there and order dinner, I don't get the dish I ordered as it says on the menu. A few times I've had the wrong dish, and other times half of what was described was missing or incorrect. I haven't had any special orders or anything like that. Everyone else's food is always perfect :D. So far, my food hasn't even been right. Often, the food comes out of the kitchen relatively cold. The acoustics in the restaurant are also not good. If you're there with a large group, it's hard to have a conversation. Otherwise, the ambiance is really nice, the location is amazing, and the staff is really good.

I have to say it's very disappointing. The lettuce isn't washed, it's just chopped into small pieces and put in a box. How disgusting is that, seriously? Today there was more soil in my salad than lettuce. Rolls are always soggy too. Where is the quality these days? I don't understand, and then they charge €5 for a roll...

The owner of the place, Ali, is a sweetheart. I went there as a guest and he welcomed me very well. Ali treats everyone who comes in the same way and does not discriminate. May God bless him.

I wouldn't give it a star if it were possible. My group and I have been sitting outside the restaurant for almost an hour. Twice, an order from another table has been brought.
