We have been to the restaurant several times for lunch. The pizzas plus small special requests (extra garlic etc.) are so delicious and almost impossible to manage in size. But there are dog bags that the always friendly waitresses always have ready. The prices are reasonable and not excessive. We always enjoy coming back. Thank you very much for the pleasant hospitality. Espresso is also great.

Long service times and very loud music. In my opinion, the loud music is intended to quickly clear the space for new guests

Have food delivered today on 9/1/24. Unfortunately the portion of Gnocchi Gamberetti was far too small... There were 3-4 shrimps and very little gnocchi... That could only have been a mistake... Because for €17.50 the portions are always relative good...

I recently ordered a spaghetti arrabiata to pick up and had to expect a very long wait. When I got home and wanted to eat, I noticed that it was spaghetti Bolognese. I find that an absolute disgrace! Not good service at this branch near the Plaza

Although the restaurant was very busy, we hardly had to wait for our food - a big plus! The food was simply delicious and the service was first class. The portions were gigantic and really worth every penny. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely like to come back. A highly recommended place for anyone who appreciates good food and excellent service!

It's a franchise and it's better than e.g. the Osteria in Brunnthal. There was room for improvement with my Hawaiian pizza with spinach, but the overall composition was a bit weak.

The food in L'Osteria Perlach is of course the same as in other L'Osterias, delicious. Unfortunately, the service and especially the crowd in this branch are worse than in the L'Osterien in the city. Delivery services wait at the counter to pick up food, blocking places. Audience according to the district, some in sweatpants etc. Brunnthal is significantly better!

We received a very friendly welcome, very pleasant service. Food and drinks came very quickly. Service was very attentive when something was missing. Extra requests were taken into account.

BBQ pizza and zoodles were very tasty and the waiter was super nice! He even came back with the pizza and kindly cut it. Without complaining!! ;-)

I arrived with my friend on 17.08.2024 Saturday around 21:30. We picked a table on terrace and the waiter started to scream from inside that we can not sit outside. I called him and asked where is the problem, I saw that restaurant is open till midnight, he replied that terrace is open till 22 cause the neighbours are complaining. I said but we still have 30 min , despite that he was rude and did not allowed us to sit outside. Ok...we choose a place indoor. Then I've notice that he is still talking about us, screaming around but my friend was really hungry so she really wanted to stay and eat. They brough pizza to us btw I have never ate so bad pizza in L'Osteria. Usually overthere food is really good but there is a difference in quality between L'Osteria Bogenhausen and this one in Neuperlach. About the waitress I do not even want to talk. They served to us a bad pizza and a wine that was probably open for a few days. Despite all of that we paid but I am definitely never ever going to back again! That level of a bad service plus bad behaviour I never saw in my life. I will visit L'Osteria...but not this one in Neuperlach anymore. All the restaurants needs to remain at the same level of quality, despite of location.

Everything was fine, except when you ordered and specified a table online. What reason, if you mention a birthday, that it's a shame that it isn't somehow beautifully prepared for the birthday child

The Conchiglie di Fiume have a lot of foot crabs, the service is warm, attentive and quick - but the insider tip is for dessert: Affogato - it's not on the menu, but just order and enjoy. To kneel down!

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with the waiter at this restaurant. First of all, I wasn't allowed to sit at a table that was clearly not tidy, even though no reservation was shown. The waiter was unwilling to clean the table immediately, which was incomprehensible to me. When he finally came to serve me he was very rude. I smoke and would have expected him to bring an ashtray to my table instead of asking me if I needed one. That would have been the logical step. Instead, he began to argue with me and said in broken German that he had never experienced a customer like me. Overall, the waiter's behavior was unprofessional and made my visit very unpleasant. I hope management makes improvements here to provide a better experience for future guests. 08/03/2024 2:07 p.m. (terrace, right of the main entrance)!!!

We've been here several times because it's close and convenient, but unfortunately something always went wrong. Either a meal was forgotten and one of four people got their meal 45 minutes later, once our table was completely forgotten or, as now, the lasagna was out when we ordered for collection. You can prepare a pasta dish relatively quickly, but the location is quite chaotic and the staff seems overwhelmed As in many houses in Losteria, quite loud. The taste was okay.

Very good service, waiters always attentive and friendly, came several times and asked if everything was ok. The ambience was also really nice, the food was delicious!

2 tables outside could not be put together. 4 people sat at a table that was much too small. All the waiters were more concerned with themselves than with guests. Pizzas came before the salad. Pizzas were okay for that.

The food was very good and came after a short time. The service Mr. Ersin was very good and reliable and I will go there more often

At first we were impressed by the ambience, but that only had a short-term effect because after we ordered we waited over 1 hour and 20 minutes for our food. Unfortunately this was also cold. Unfortunately, the waiters were understaffed, at least until we noticed that at least four were standing outside smoking. Unfortunately the service wasn't good either. We got our own salt and pepper. We also cleared the table ourselves. Unfortunately, as a goodwill gesture for customers, there was no coffee on the house or anything like that to keep us happy. In general we are impressed with L’Osteria, but we certainly won’t be coming to this branch again.

I wanted to eat here with my wife today, and despite asking several times whether we could place our order, we were ignored and not served. After about 25 minutes of waiting, a waiter finally came. The food tastes average and I've eaten in other L'Osterias, but the service here leaves something to be desired.

I recently had dinner at this pizza shop with my friend and it was a great decision. The pizza was incredibly tasty, with a perfectly baked dough and fresh, high quality ingredients. The store itself has a very pleasant atmosphere, and the service was quick and friendly. We both felt very comfortable with the service from Önder and Birkan and will definitely come back soon. We recommend!
