L'Osteria München Perlach Plaza in München

The pizza here is so good and be sure a pizza is so big that you actually have to share it. I couldn't finish it alone. The pizza had such a beautiful browned crust that was so crispy and delicious. Wow!

I spontaneously went to L’Osteria for dinner with a friend on Saturday evening. The staff was very friendly, the restaurant is modernly furnished. However, we were very disappointed with the food, we had Gnocchi Gamberetti and Risotto Funghi once, it was way too salty and just didn't taste good. In addition, we didn't feel so good after eating. Despite everything, we enjoy eating there and hope that this was just an isolated case!!! :)

Unfortunately the service here in Neuperlach was very disappointing Very unfriendly, long waiting times (there was nothing going on) and you have to be careful not to get ripped off. The best place around Neuperlach for an evening dinner. The pizzas are large and if you are medium eater, easily shareable by two or you doggy pack t he the rest. For 16€ the pizza is worth it. Very busy every night, would recommend a reservation.

Today, as we have done so often, we got a pizza half and half and a Pollo salad. We ordered on the spot and had to wait 40 minutes, the poor girl behind the bar had her hands full. We unpacked the pizza and salad at home in anticipation, but unfortunately the Pollo salad was a disappointment this time, a mini salad for €14.95. In the future, this means always checking ahead of time to see if everything fits.

Gorgonzola is missing from the monthly pizza. The spaghetti bolognese was too salty. The ham and mushroom pizza had no salt. You could drink the Crema di Fragola. The panna cotta is bombproof. If I pay money for my order and wait hungry for my dinner, I also expect everything to be there and the order to be complete. Almost every time something is missing, whether it's the chicken breast strips or shrimp that were paid EXTRA, to entire dishes that are missing, such as a whole salad with extras. Calling there and speaking to the branch management makes absolutely no sense and doesn't help at all, as they only put the blame on the Lieferando driver, because he is responsible for checking the order for completeness before taking it with you. Sorry, but in my opinion the restaurant where the order comes in, which prepares it and which ultimately collects the money for it is responsible for preparing and giving out a complete order. Shifting the blame onto others who are only responsible for the transport from A to B and basically have nothing to do with the completeness is outrageous and unprofessional. As a "compensation" you are offered that you can come by to pick up the missing order, but in my opinion that's not the point of a delivery... it's a shame, given the ambience on site and the quality of the food, it's actually quite okay, but The delivery of exactly this L'Osteria chain is an absolute disappointment, again and again. Not being full again and again is definitely not something that will satisfy a customer. From now on, people will avoid L'Osteria in the Plaza, preferring the one in Brunnthal. Too bad.

I often go to Munich. And every time I go, at least once I go to eat a pizza at the tavern. The restaurant is beautiful, the people who work there are beautiful... kind and I feel like I'm still in Italy when I eat here. I will continue to go there every time I stop in Monaco because it is a ritual for me.

We were there for dinner on a Saturday evening. The restaurant was well filled. We ordered 3 starters and 3 main courses. After about 50 minutes of waiting, our main course arrived, which is fine for a full, large restaurant. I kindly told the waitress that our starters were still missing. We were then told that the starters (2x bruscetta and 1x salad would be coming soon). When we finished our main courses, the waitress brought the starters to the table. Since we had been waiting for well over an hour, we declined the starters. Our waitress brought the starters back without a word and stubbornly. There was no apology. We weren't asked once if we wanted to eat or drink anything else. Some of our drinks were already empty before the main course. When paying, only the card reader was held out. The waiter didn't say a word to us. The food was still okay, but the service was very bad and rude (Revier: When you enter the restaurant, turn to the right and then back in the right corner).

Waited two hours for food until it was simply canceled.

I ordered via Uber eats. The order was a complete disappointment. One salad was completely drained, the others were so drowned in dressing that they were inedible. The pizzas were also unacceptable: hardly any cheese, the Margherita had no cheese at all - and all pizzas were delivered cold. The biggest annoyance, however, was that the penne arrabbiata, although paid for, simply wasn't delivered. Not only is this unprofessional, but it also shows a lack of respect for customers. Such poor service is unacceptable. I will think carefully about whether I ever order here again.
