L'Osteria München Perlach Plaza in München

The food wasn't bad, but my little one didn't get a happy birthday greeting like we're used to at Losteria's, even though I had spoken to the waitress several times. It's a shame, and it was obviously disappointing for the birthday girl.

We visited L'Osteria and were very disappointed. When we arrived, we waited for someone to show us a table. I politely asked the waitress if we could sit outside, as the tables on the terrace were already set, with menus and even candles lit. At first, she said "no," even though it was very stuffy and hot inside. After we asked, she finally allowed us to. As soon as we sat down, she came over and said it was "too far to walk" and that we should sit closer to the entrance. We found this incomprehensible – why would you set up tables outside if you weren't going to serve them? Unfortunately, it continued like this: The waitress (a young woman with white hair) wasn't particularly friendly. We had to wait a very long time for our order, even though there were very few customers in the restaurant. In the end, I even had to go inside to ask for the bill, as no one came to ask if everything was okay or if we wanted anything else. It's a real shame – the atmosphere could actually be pleasant, but this service leaves us with a negative impression of L'Osteria.

I've eaten pizza many times, but today it was particularly delicious. I highly recommend it. The food and drinks were very enjoyable. The service was excellent.

The ambiance definitely deserves 4 stars. Very nice, modern decor. The chairs and benches are very comfortable. The service was friendly, although it seemed a bit chaotic in places. I was there again for lunch last week and I have to say the quality was really impressive for the price. I don't think the price-performance ratio is right anymore. I had to wait a very long time for my pasta, and then there was a hair/thread in it?! The waitress brought me a new portion, but without a fork. Then I had to chase after my fork to even eat it and ended up having everything packed up because I didn't have any more time. It's a shame, since the location is actually ideal.

I ordered pizza and pasta, but only pizza came, and even though I ordered without spicy oil, it was extremely spicy. My pregnant wife couldn't eat it, meaning neither of the two dishes ended up being there. No one answers my calls. Absolute scam.

Unfortunately, the wait staff was understaffed, there were too many guests, and the wait time was too long. That's not what I'm used to at Lostaria.

We had zoodles with shrimp, prosciutto with mushrooms, and two small kids' pizzas; everything tasted very good. The service was really friendly, and the atmosphere was great. We found the drinks a bit pricey (€5 for a 0.5 Spezi and apple spritzer), so we deducted one star because the overall bill was also a bit too high.

As always, L'Osteria impresses with delicious food, a great atmosphere, and its famously huge, high-quality pizzas. There's nothing to complain about in terms of taste—everything you'd expect from the chain. The only criticism: the service was a bit slow this time, and we had to wait longer than usual. Otherwise, however, an all-around successful visit that makes us want to return.

I really do eat this pizza quite often, but today I was more disappointed than ever. I specifically mentioned that I'd like extra dressing on it, but there wasn't even a drop. Simply inedible.

Unfortunately it's crap when you boastfully say you're open until 11pm, but at 9.30pm the sidewalks are rolled up and the kitchen is already closed.

I just ordered something to eat, a pizza and pasta, with bruschetta. The pasta never arrived, the pizza looked like it was thrown together and completely misshapen. And then you wait almost an hour for it... Thanks for goarnix.

Absolute disaster. I waited almost two hours for my order. Without any notification. Then the order was simply canceled without comment. No call, no apology, nothing. That's not how you treat customers. Never again.

Ambience and service were good. So far, I've been quite satisfied with the food, especially the pizza. However, it's recently gone downhill... Due to rising prices, the dough is much too thin and often burnt, and a quarter of the crust is just charred. It's crumbling in places. Despite the price increases, the toppings are sparse and careless; a bit of spice and a touch of Italy would have been appropriate. The beer isn't cold enough. The desserts are too sweet... I hope business returns to its usual standard.

I usually really enjoy eating at L'Osteria (either in Essen, Bonn, or Düsseldorf), but that evening wasn't enjoyable. It took about 20-25 minutes for us to get a menu. Then the waitresses were quite unpleasant and avoidant. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't what I had imagined either.

We ordered tortellini with cream sauce and bacon, and a lasagna. The tortellini that arrived were completely green and without any meat filling, even though they had "Pasta Carne" written all over them. It wasn't stated anywhere on the menu that they were green. The lasagna was standard, but it was a child's portion for €15.25, and I didn't get full. I'm not even sure if they're really Italian, because the menu also listed carbonara with cream. So be careful if, like me, you're expecting authentic Italian food.

We're currently sitting at L'Osteria in PEP and can honestly say: This is one of the best restaurants in all of Munich! 🍕 The pizza is perfect—size, crust, toppings, simply top-notch. The service is super friendly and attentive, with the waiters checking repeatedly to see if everything's okay. We were here last week (on our daughter's recommendation) and came back today—everything was perfect again. A clear recommendation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First of all: this is about delivery orders, not the service and the food on site! Once again: Instead of regular tomato sauce, the pasta was prepared with arrabiata sauce or chili oil! This has happened four times now. If I want spicy food, I'll order it. If I want regular, delicious pasta, then at these prices, I expect to get exactly that! Please check your kitchen and your chefs! This is absolutely unacceptable.

Rude employees (not all of them, the girls were nice), but the men were extremely rude! Impossible. I ate likes and got my salad without dressing?! Where are you? I was ripped off and cheated and had to pay more. If my review is deleted, I'll be charged... Also, one of the employees suffers from poor hearing! I recommend only female servers, and if male, then only those who can count and hear well! And with that, I hope this pizzeria can improve. Maybe I'll come again, but maybe not quite so kindly. A large room with extremely loud acoustics. Not really suitable for a cozy get-together.

Delivery took over an hour. The delivery time was quoted as 20-40 minutes. The pizzas were only lukewarm. I'll try somewhere else next time.

3 pizzas, 1 pasta, & 5 drinks for just under €100...eating here has become a luxury these days. The tip you can give when paying with an EC card starts at 10% and goes up to 15%... I find that pretty cheeky.

I generally find the bars too loud when there are a lot of guests.

The service and ambiance are okay, but the pizzas are honestly below average. They may be huge, but the toppings are so sparse. I had a Hawaiian with 10 small pineapple pieces and a bit of ham. The cheese was also significantly too small for the size of the pizza. Basically, you were just chewing on the crust. My companion's seafood pizza also had barely any toppings, and she wasn't particularly impressed with the taste either. What a shame! At these prices and the rather poor quality, I definitely won't be ordering this again!

Today, after two years, we finally went there. And as expected, it was delicious and friendly. And the interior is very chic. 5 stars are well deserved.

The food was good, although I've had better at other L'Osterien. Unfortunately, the beer was served below the bar, which is unacceptable. Since my daughter was there, she asked me not to make a fuss. Here, customers are insulted :( The atmosphere is okay, but we were there on a Sunday evening and it was as loud as a train station concourse, hence only 3 stars. Otherwise, we enjoy visiting the L'Osterien in Heilbronn, Ludwigsburg, and Esslingen.

I'm a regular here, but I feel like the service is getting worse and worse. Salads arrive wilted after the main course. Last time I visited, my lasagna was completely burnt and consequently dry! I won't be visiting this L'Osteria again!

Worst service I have ever experienced! Yesterday we were a large group of girls and we ordered food on site. When it arrived we immediately noticed a few hairs on the food... we left it alone for the time being. When one of our group started eating her pizza, she suddenly started clearing her throat and coughing violently as if something was stuck in her throat, and then she had to throw up several times! There was blood in her vomit! We immediately reported this to the waitress, who then sent the manager/boss over to us. He immediately started to abuse us, hardly spoke German and couldn't understand us. We explained the situation to him too, and asked him to please pass it on to the head chef, as there was probably something on the pizza that shouldn't have been. We just wanted no one else to get hurt and for the matter to be taken seriously. We didn't ask if the cost would be reduced or waived as a gesture of goodwill (although we were entitled to one given the hair that was on it, or at least replacements should have been provided). We were never taken seriously, and we received no help. The girl who was vomiting felt so bad that she even had to go to the emergency room. They then discovered that something had injured her throat so badly that she had even bled in that area! This is unacceptable service! I will never set foot in this shop again, and I definitely won't recommend it to anyone! You should be ashamed of yourselves!

Not good food, there was hair in the pizza. I personally spent 2 hours in the toilet to remove everything from my stomach and throat. The boss had no understanding for me. I had something sharp hanging from my tonsils. The boss made a fool of me and also the people who were with me. They were rude people. I don't recommend it to anyone. In my opinion it should be closed. The boss was incorrect.

The pizza was well-topped, but the crust was so thin you could almost see through it. And unfortunately, they raised the prices again, which, in my opinion, makes the pizza disproportionately expensive. What a shame.
