Hello, I have to say the pizzeria wasn't good. One out of five pizzas had to be sent back because it wasn't cooked through. The Pizza Bambini Margherita had almost no cheese. The remaining pizzas were just about okay. For the price, you'd expect better. The service was great, though.

I'm not here very often, but when I am, it's wonderful! The pizzas are incredibly delicious, and there are some very unusual varieties. The two-half idea is brilliant! The branch at Pep has a very competent and friendly team – kudos to Mohammad!

Yesterday, I ordered one Pizza Tonno, one Conchiglie Pollo e Paprika, and one Pizzabrötchen Classic via Uber Eats. The Conchiglie Pollo e Paprika were missing from the delivery and weren't packed. So we called Losteria immediately, but they didn't apologize and just asked if we could pick it up. Sure, I order something for delivery and then pick up part of it. Makes perfect sense, right? *Irony* We were then told to cancel the order with Uber and place a new one. I hope I don't need to mention that this would incur additional delivery and service fees. The pizza that was finally delivered was cold and had to be heated in the microwave. After a good hour, the pasta we had ordered separately finally arrived. We would have at least hoped for a small apology, but I guess that was a long time coming.

Good service, cheerful staff, perfect food, pasta and pizza like in Italy.

My girlfriend and I often go to different restaurants, and I have to say this one was one of the best. We were very satisfied with everything. We'll definitely come back when we're in Munich again.

Our order was taken quickly. We "mistakenly" asked if we could also order an appetizer right after ordering our main courses. The waiter was friendly but firmly pointed out that we should have mentioned the appetizer first, as he had already entered the main course order into the system, which was causing problems. The food arrived quickly. There were seven of us. Three pizzas were good. One pizza had a hard, burnt crust. Two lasagnas were completely burnt on the bottom, and the cheese layer on top was rock hard. The pasta was good. The bruschetta appetizer was very tasty. After that, no waiter came by. We sat at the table for over an hour without drinks. We then decided to leave. To pay, we had to find a waiter ourselves and have him call us. The payment was then processed quickly. It was very crowded, and it felt more like a fast-food restaurant. It's a shame, because the food we ordered for pickup was always very good. We wouldn't want to eat in again.

Extremely disappointing – poor service, missing orders, and they simply hung up on me. I'm absolutely furious, and I'm not writing this review lightly, but because a pattern is repeating itself that is simply unacceptable. Today I ordered from L’Osteria Munich Plaza via Uber Eats – and once again, the ice cream was simply forgotten. "These things happen," I initially thought. So I tried calling. Three times. Result: Either no one answers – or they hang up immediately. Every single time. This kind of behavior is simply outrageous. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident. About a week ago, I was there myself, ordered takeout, and they also forgot the dessert. Yes, I probably should have checked right away – but honestly, I trusted that a well-known chain like this would process orders correctly. Of course, everything was paid for. When I called later: the same thing happened again – they hung up. Money gone, no one available. And that's precisely what's making me so angry: Mistakes can happen, but how you handle them says it all. Hanging up, not responding, and completely ignoring customers is simply unacceptable. Regarding the ambiance: Visually, the restaurant is generally okay and quite nicely done. However, there are clear points of criticism here as well. The tables weren't properly cleaned; there were still grease stains and food scraps from previous guests. In addition, the music was far too loud, making normal conversation nearly impossible. I feel especially sorry for the delivery driver. I spoke with him briefly, and it's clear he's completely blameless for these mistakes—yet he ends up getting the blame, even though the problem clearly lies with the restaurant. That's simply unfair. The bottom line: The same mistake twice, two times unreachable, no accountability whatsoever, missing orders, and inadequate service. This is absolutely unacceptable. This is how you permanently lose customer trust. Very disappointing.

These guys always want me to give them a 5-star rating when I go to Pep, this is the 5th time now.

A very good L'Osteria branch located in the Perlach Plaza shopping center in Munich. Nice and well-maintained interior, friendly and helpful staff, very tasty food – pizza, as always, a sure thing: hot, large, and delicious. Prices are fair.

A really lovely restaurant! We ate at L’Osteria and immediately felt at home. The pizza was huge, super thin, and absolutely delicious. You can tell that everything is freshly prepared. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy, just right for enjoying the evening. The service was very friendly and attentive. Overall, a truly wonderful experience – we'll definitely be back!

Our online reservation for 6 people on December 26th worked. However, the pre-ordered drinks were NOT on the table... A SHAME, if it's offered, it should actually work. We also refused the promised dessert for groups of 6 or more with an online reservation. A pity... The staff was friendly... The food was good...

I usually really like Losteria, but when I ordered from Perlach recently, I was quite disappointed. I ordered a Margherita with three pizza rolls and dip (each dip costs €1.50). However, there wasn't a single dip in the delivery, and the pizza was just sloppily topped, making it quite dry. When I called briefly, they told me there was nothing they could do (they could have at least included the missing dips with a delivery driver who travels nearby) and that I should complain to Uber. Which I did, but Uber only refunded me €1.50 instead of the €4.50 I had ordered. It's a real shame, because I'll definitely think twice before ordering from them again.

I personally think L’Osteria is very good. We go there for every special occasion and also like to celebrate the upcoming holidays there after the last day of school. The atmosphere is always pleasant and it's always something special for us.

The sounds of music is horrible but food its so delicious and great service

I've read a lot of positive reviews, I have no idea how that's possible, but I have to say, unfortunately, it was the worst pizza I've ever eaten! Mine was called "Salsiccia piccante," which wasn't salsiccia at all, but some kind of salami I couldn't identify. To avoid making a big deal out of it, I absolutely cannot recommend this place. The place wasn't clean. The staff were friendly but completely inattentive. The food was a disaster. Save your money.

Too hectic and the music is too loud. The salad with chicken strips is overpriced, there's hardly any meat, and far too little salad. The restrooms are clean, and the staff is learning Italian. The service is friendly but very overwhelmed. The pizzas are delicious and huge 🫠. All in all, if there were more salad and the music volume was turned down, I could recommend it.

Disgusting. Why I'm writing this: My vitello tonnato on December 8th at around 8:45 pm arrived on a dirty, oil-smeared plate with various fingerprints, specks, and reddish food remnants around the rim. Disgusting. The waiter in charge, who was extremely helpful, took it back without any fuss. After that, I lost my appetite and ordered a small bruschetta. Again, a not quite as smeared, but still dirty plate. Then the owner came. He was embarrassed and paid for my drinks. He also said he wanted to train his staff for the future. Something that should be common sense??? Sad. And I remained hungry. Otherwise: The tables and menus weren't entirely clean, and the very loud, modern Christmas music isn't to everyone's taste. The uninspired menu is clearly aimed at maximizing profits. The only bright spot was the very friendly waiter. Unfortunately, you're served by several people. It's a shame, because the place could be quite cozy.

My wife and I were there today... We sat for 20 minutes without anyone serving us, even though they knew we were sitting there. People who arrived after us were served immediately, so after our wasted 20 minutes, we got up and left. That was our quick, negative visit to L'Osteria Munich Perlach Plaza. Thanks.

Really good food and fresh cold gardeners

The restaurant is very cozy, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The staff are very polite and friendly with customers. The food is delicious, especially the dessert. The best restaurant in this neighborhood. Mohamad is one of the best employees and is always polite to the restaurant guests.

The only thing one could argue about is the time; it feels like it takes longer every time for what was ordered to arrive.

We left five minutes after arriving after we had waited for someone to seat us, but no one came, and then we witnessed a melt down by an angry customer talking to other customers who were waiting to pay about the lack of attention he had received and length he had to wait for service. The place looked nice inside and there seemed to be lots of staff working in the kitchen. Perhaps it was just a bad day for them, but we left hungry and disappointed.

A fantastic atmosphere. The food was so good that I'm still dreaming about the pizza days later. Juicy cheese, crispy crust. A wonderful journey for my taste buds. Lilly, our waitress, was the perfect entertainer.

I was very disappointed with my visit to this restaurant. The food wasn't served until after a very long wait, even though the restaurant was almost empty. Furthermore, the waiter behaved unprofessionally when I didn't leave a tip – he didn't say goodbye and simply left. In Germany, tipping is a voluntary gesture, not mandatory. This behavior left a very negative impression.

The food was quite good. The employee Sami offers to take it in your mouth once in the disabled toilet for €10.

This restaurant was an absolute disaster. The food was cold, bland, and clearly not fresh. The service was unfriendly, slow, and completely disorganized. The tables were sticky, and the floor was dirty. The prices are far too high for what you get. On top of that, the restaurant was loud and unpleasant. I definitely won't be coming back and absolutely cannot recommend this place.

The restaurant is located on the inside of the restaurant block; it's very large but really cozy. It's typically loud and crowded, as people love to enjoy the antipasti and incredibly large pizzas! They're even bigger than the plates, so there are large, round paper placemats underneath. For large families, the tables are pushed together. The service is excellent! You can watch the pizza chefs behind the glass as they prepare these delicious treats.

Unacceptable! Some of the staff are unfriendly, they quickly forget tables to serve, and the wait times are extremely long. The table next to us got their pizza after 10 minutes, we waited over 50 minutes, and finally left. They could have done a much better job. What a shame.

Ordered macaroncchini with butter three times; each order contained 15 pieces and was tasteless. Ordered a cold cut for €18. The dough edges were raw, not cooked at all in the oven. The canned mushrooms and canned ham were simply disgusting and not recommended at all.
