I was very disappointed with my visit to this restaurant. The food wasn't served until after a very long wait, even though the restaurant was almost empty. Furthermore, the waiter behaved unprofessionally when I didn't leave a tip – he didn't say goodbye and simply left. In Germany, tipping is a voluntary gesture, not mandatory. This behavior left a very negative impression.

Friendly staff and fresh, delicious food.

The food always tastes great, with a fair price-performance ratio and consistent quality. I especially love the half-and-half pizza offer and the "Build Your Own Pizza" option.

This restaurant was an absolute disaster. The food was cold, bland, and clearly not fresh. The service was unfriendly, slow, and completely disorganized. The tables were sticky, and the floor was dirty. The prices are far too high for what you get. On top of that, the restaurant was loud and unpleasant. I definitely won't be coming back and absolutely cannot recommend this place.

The atmosphere is great, the facilities are clean, and I ordered a pizza, which was huge. The pasta was also delicious.

Had dinner with the family. The atmosphere was fantastic!

The restaurant is located on the inside of the restaurant block; it's very large but really cozy. It's typically loud and crowded, as people love to enjoy the antipasti and incredibly large pizzas! They're even bigger than the plates, so there are large, round paper placemats underneath. For large families, the tables are pushed together. The service is excellent! You can watch the pizza chefs behind the glass as they prepare these delicious treats.

The food is delicious, but I find the music too loud; it can sometimes be unpleasant.

We came here on short notice Friday evening. We reserved a table. Large pizza. Almost impossible to finish. Delicious.

Unfortunately, we had to wait over 50 minutes for a pizza, even though fresh new ones were constantly being ordered, all of which were ordered after ours.

Unacceptable! Some of the staff are unfriendly, they quickly forget tables to serve, and the wait times are extremely long. The table next to us got their pizza after 10 minutes, we waited over 50 minutes, and finally left. They could have done a much better job. What a shame.

Ordered macaroncchini with butter three times; each order contained 15 pieces and was tasteless. Ordered a cold cut for €18. The dough edges were raw, not cooked at all in the oven. The canned mushrooms and canned ham were simply disgusting and not recommended at all.

The food is great. The service seemed a bit stressed, it was busy. Unfortunately, as always at L'Osteria, the music was too loud. So a relaxed meal wasn't possible.

I was served by Mohammad at Lostaria today and I was absolutely thrilled! He was super friendly, attentive, and took the time to answer all my questions. You can immediately tell he's passionate about his job. The pizzas were delicious, arrived quickly, and were of top quality. You rarely experience such great service. Mohammad is definitely one of the reasons I'll be back! We love you.

Had a very nice evening at Losteria. Mohammad, our waiter, was very attentive and friendly.

Unfortunately, the music is very loud there. Our request to turn it down a bit was immediately met. Unfortunately, it only lasted for five minutes. This happened twice that evening. We've been there many times, and it's just loud there. The food is delicious, and the drinks too, but we couldn't really enjoy it. We'll definitely come back, but in the summer. It's more pleasant outside.

Pizza as you'd expect from a chain: good, large, and always served hot. The same goes for the other dishes. Service is very attentive and mostly friendly. What absolutely doesn't work is the pickup and delivery option. They're clearly not prepared for the order volume, pickup times aren't adhered to, and no one can predict when an order will be ready. You're welcome to order and eat in, but unfortunately, pickup and delivery are no longer available here.

We waited over 30 minutes today before anyone came to our table – even though the place wasn't even full. The staff saw us but simply ignored us. When I called someone, they just told me to "chill out." The food is good as always, but the service this time was absolutely awful. Very disappointing!

It is of course a chain restaurant, however, the overall experience is probably superior than the better italian restaurants in town. Vibrant atmosphere, fast, friendly and efficient service, good food with good ingredients and well priced. This particular location seems slow paced as it appears to be off the beaten path.

The pizza here is so good and be sure a pizza is so big that you actually have to share it. I couldn't finish it alone. The pizza had such a beautiful browned crust that was so crispy and delicious. Wow!

The pizza was sooooo dry and very sparsely topped. In some places, there was just plain dough far below the crust. It's better to eat at the other Losteria in the Künstlerhaus. It's a thousand times better, there's a world of difference between them. And this isn't the first time it's been so stingy with toppings and so dry. Very disappointing!

We had a wonderful experience at L’Osteria yesterday! The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was very welcoming. A special thanks to our waiter, Mohammed, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. He made sure we were seated comfortably, checked in to see if we were happy with our meals, and even surprised us with a delicious dessert and cappuccino on the house. Just left the place. I came in with 2 kids, and special guest from Asia. For ca. 1,5 hours, i have been waiting the order. I gently asked twice to bring the order, because the kids were hungry. They promised me that the pizzas were in the oven, after 20 mins the pizza were not there. After complaining seriously, they promised me again, but still no results.... Lying to hungry kids, i find unacceptable.... and lost the face with my important guest. People arrived after us kept receiving their order, while my kids were crying for hungriness. Simply Ridicolously incomptents... Not coming any more

L'Osteria is our favorite pizzeria, and not just in Munich! The pizzas are simply legendary. Huge, thin-crust, and deliciously topped. You can share them or order them with two toppings, as you like. All the other dishes, including cocktails, are top-notch. Our absolute favorite!

We wait for about 20 mins just for someone take our order, when the waiter came he was so rude and disrespectful to us!
