Unfortunately, the pizza was so large that it was impossible to finish. The cutlery used for the appetizer wasn't replaced for the main course! The pizza extended far beyond the edge of the plate and was lying on the dining table. I spoke to the waiter about it later, and he said he had forgotten to put a placemat underneath, even though the restaurant was very empty.

L'Osteria is like any other, and that's a good thing. On the plus side: the staff is incredibly friendly.

Huge pizzas, absolutely delicious. And you can even have them topped differently on each side and share them... fantastic! The kids' menu is great too; the placemat doubles as a coloring page and they even give you crayons.

The food is good and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere. However, the staff is increasingly arrogant and unmotivated. They act as if they're doing you a favor by serving you. They've even demanded tips. It gets worse every time we go. What a shame.

Delicious food, both pizza and pasta (currently they have a fantastic salmon pasta!), and the service is very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is beautifully designed and spacious enough for kids to run around. I always enjoy coming here ☺️

Our experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Initially, everything was normal – neither particularly good nor bad – but later the situation deteriorated significantly due to the waiter's behavior. My wife politely asked him to close the restroom door because a draft was coming out, and we had our six-month-old baby with us. A perfectly normal request. Instead of showing understanding, he insulted us and said we were being "rude." I clearly explained to him that he had also been unfriendly on our previous visits, but that doesn't give anyone the right to address guests in that manner. He then reacted even worse – arrogantly, disrespectfully, and completely unprofessionally. Such behavior ruins the reputation of any restaurant. The service was far below any standard. I cannot recommend this restaurant as long as they have employees who treat guests this way.

The pasta was delicious and a generous portion, and overall we had a really lovely evening. Ryan was particularly impressive. He was totally relaxed, friendly, and simply pleasant to be around. He took his time, gave us helpful tips, and made us feel completely at ease. Everything went smoothly, and we thoroughly enjoyed the evening. We'd love to come back.

I've been increasingly disappointed with each order. While the food was always great when I dined there, I've now ordered delivery three times. It arrived fairly quickly, but it seems like a different person prepared the food each time. Sometimes the pizza is bigger/thicker, other times smaller and paper-thin – so thin that two slices simply dissolved like oil on a pan. For an €18 pizza, that's outrageous! Sometimes there are more or less pasta, so you just can't rely on the quality. They could at least call ahead and ask who's preparing the food that day, or how it was when everything arrived well. It's a shame I can't order from them again because I don't know who prepared everything properly (in one out of three orders).

Dear customers, We've been regulars since day one and always enjoy coming back, but this time I unfortunately have to get something off my chest because nothing seems to be changing… The waiter, a young and always cheerful man, is perfectly fine, but the food has become a complete no-go. We ordered a pizza with salmon, which arrived after over an hour, was completely cold, and there was practically no salmon to be seen… It came with a salad with extra chicken and shrimp, both so cold they looked like they'd been frozen solid… The problem is, this has now happened three times in a row. We've reported it to the restaurant, but nothing is being done. If this happens again on our next visit, it will be our last… P.S. to the franchisee: perhaps as a business owner, you shouldn't skimp on staff. Really, really delicious! The only areas for improvement are the speed of service and the noise level. The pizzas are also huge and highly recommended.

The food was very good. Unfortunately, the service was very poor. The waiter didn't speak fluent German; his language skills were inadequate. I asked him for something, and he did the exact opposite. He was extremely rude and not at all friendly. I traveled all the way from Frankfurt because the restaurant has a good reputation, but I certainly won't be repeating this experience.

We were there for lunch. Service was good, but there was a wait. Food and drinks arrived quickly and were delicious. The open kitchen is great. You can watch the food being prepared.

The sounds of people cooking in the open kitchen were too loud for the guests. The cutlery was simply placed on the table along with napkins. I had to stop the window cleaning with glass cleaner right next to our table. The music was inappropriate for an Italian restaurant. The food was okay, but lukewarm. All in all, this time it was more like a fast-food place than an Italian restaurant.

Excellent food. Noah and Manfi were very charming, friendly, and attentive. We celebrated our friend's birthday and were all surprised with sparkling wine and tiramisu. We would love to come back.

L'Osteria in Konstanz is very large. Plenty of seating inside and outside. Service was really good. Something went wrong with my order, but I got a new pizza right away. We'll definitely be back.

We visited this location with 40 people during a weekend in Konstanz. The feedback from my guests was excellent: super fast service, good food, excellent pizzas, and very friendly staff. A real hit.

We were with a large group at L'Osteria in Konstanz. The food was pre-ordered. It was served quickly, and if something ran out, it was immediately refilled. The dishes were all delicious. Worst experience in a long time! The service seemed totally chaotic. A waiter spilled water all over my pants and my phone, and apart from a few napkins, there was nothing! I wasn't offered a replacement drink, or a free espresso or anything else as an apology. The rest of the meal was also very disorganized. The appetizer came before the drinks, and a basket with three pieces of bread for four people arrived. Or was that supposed to be part of the salad? It wasn't clear. With the salad with roasted pumpkin, I expected warm pumpkin. But it was cold and partly raw. Never again!

All in all - very good choice. Food is great, service is poor

Parking is limited in front of the building, but there's a parking garage across the street at the Edeka supermarket. We were there on a holiday and were immediately assigned a space. The service was friendly and competent. My lasagna was good and piping hot! It was a good value for money.

The place is awesome. We ordered an Pizza it came in like 50cm pizza. Was shocked at first, then i asked is this normal. She was like this is our normal pizza. It was amazing!! I really recommend this place and the waitress was really nice her name is Ana.

The pizza was delicious. I ordered a Mezzo Mix and got a Coke laced with sparkling water. The waitress immediately brought a new drink. The restaurant wasn't full, despite it being late at night, but the friendly service seemed overwhelmed.

The pizzas are very, very large. The same amount of topping on a slightly smaller pizza would have been fine, too. Unfortunately, we also had to wait a very long time. 1.25 hours for the food to arrive. My pizza was unfortunately in the oven too long and had some black spots, which were obviously not tasty. The pizzeria is very large and was very busy that day. But when you have so many seats, you have to expect a lot of people to come, and the staff will have to be prepared accordingly.

This is our second time here; the service, freshly made bread, everything was perfect! Thanks Biran, we'll be back!

We had a very unfriendly waiter who, I think, was out of his depth! Luckily, Dan was off duty, and a very friendly waitress came to us! The food was very good.

Today, at Easter, the boss himself was there and wished everyone a Happy Easter. While it was a nice gesture, it couldn't make up for a few disappointments. First, some of the cutlery was unfortunately dirty – the waiter had brought it for us specially. That can happen and happens to the best of us. Upon request, we were immediately given new ones with an apology. Unfortunately, the Pizza Bó we ordered was served on one plate, contrary to our request, rather than on two plates for two people. That was fine, too. But the quality of the Pizza Bò, also known as Calzone, was, in my opinion, worse than usual. This time, it had much less filling, as it didn't even reach the edges, and we were left with dry dough in places. Furthermore, the dough didn't seem to have risen long enough – the Pizza Bó was flat and not at all fluffy. To us, it almost seemed as if they had saved filling and time in the wrong places and hadn't let the dough rise long enough. Pros: The BBQ pizza was very tasty. The meat was cooked to perfection and our server was very friendly. I can also recommend the L'Osteria Zero Iced Tea. Perhaps the kitchen and service staff were just having a bad day today. We were still a bit disappointed, as we've always been satisfied. Addendum (October 4, 2025) - we wanted to give it another try. What can I say? It backfired. We waited 58 minutes for our pizzas today. It wasn't even an hour ;) When we asked, we were told it was busy and that delivery and pickup orders had taken over. At least we asked the manager. However, as a guest who eats in and tips, I expect significantly more service orientation. While the waiter was extremely friendly, he couldn't really make up for my hunger and the resulting bad mood. A small digestif on the house was nice. The waiter can't be blamed for the apparently poor organization of the kitchen. We found it particularly annoying that guests at the next table, who arrived after us, received their food before us. They had also ordered pizzas. For this reason, we felt the service and coordination of the kitchen crew were lacking. On the other hand, the quality of the pizzas today was outstanding. The version with pumpkin, spinach, and delicious hard cheese, with chicken as an extra topping, was a solid 10/10.

The pizzas are great, and the value for money is excellent. The service is okay. The ambiance is dark, and the winter garden seating wasn't available.

Bilal Im. Was great! Polite, friendly, and very competent! The owners' children were in the restaurant, however, and they were walking on the seats with their shoes on, taking bread from the kitchen with their hands, and running around. That was a bit unprofessional.

We wanted to eat here – actually. According to Google, the restaurant was supposed to open at 11:30. So we parked in the parking lot at 10:45 and waited. Instead of hospitality, a man came from the trash can and immediately barked at us, saying we would be mercilessly towed away. No interest in the fact that we were guests, no courtesy, no respect. The opening hours on Google were wrong (it was actually only 12 p.m.), and the way they treat people like that – not just guests – is simply unacceptable. After such a welcome, we skipped eating there. It's a disgrace to treat people like that – someone here has clearly never learned anything about decency and social norms.

We didn't have a reservation. Although it was very busy, we only had to wait about 10 minutes and got a table right next to the pizza counter. It was very interesting to watch, and it allowed us to overlook the long wait for the pizzas to arrive. They were good, but I've had better L'Osteria pizzas. The only downside was the very high noise level that evening.

Giant pizzas! One is enough for two people. We (two women) ordered the pizza with arugula. Absolutely delicious! And some wine/rosé.

We wanted to order pizza. After being kept waiting for over an hour past the delivery date, we were told it wasn't being delivered. The worst place. Not only did our food not arrive, but we were also lied to several times. Never again. We should boycott this kind of service.

Really guys? The restaurant was empty. You are a gazillion people going up and down. The guys in the kitchen seem coordinated the service though is of the worst I have seen. Waiting 20 min to order. Then the soup that is always ready took like 40 min to arrive. Asking to be attended… one was showing the other that will come. This lady was soooo rude. They are all trained not to see you and not to listen to you. The pizzas take for ever while the restaurant is empty as there is a lot of internal conversations. It seems so busy as they are doing km up and down but not attending people, then it got busier they had excuse to take for ever to have the bill. One guy, curly blond hair, must have been new because he was attentive polite and seemed as he cared a bit.

Yesterday, three of us went to eat at L Osteria. Everyone ate something different, and the pizza, soup, spaghetti, and salad were all delicious. The service was attentive. All in all, it was a satisfying evening. We'll tell others about it and come back.

A child's portion of gnocchi was charged as an adult portion, plus a surcharge just because they wanted it with gorgonzola. They paid triple the price for this plate, and they weren't even informed. On top of that, the wait was very long. An absolute disaster.

Not recommended! From our seats, we saw our ordered pizza slide off the plate in the kitchen. The waiter then scooped it all back with his bare hands and brought it to our table without a word. When we asked him about it, he apologized, but the entire process is an absolute no-go! We sent the food back.

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience here today. The service staff was friendly, and drinks and appetizers arrived within the normal waiting times. However, we then had to wait 1.5 hours for the main course... this was probably because they were taking too many delivery orders. If online customers count more than in-store customers, then that speaks for itself. The manager left the staff to bear the brunt of the misery for many of the affected tables. Absolutely pathetic leadership skills. Since the apology dessert was listed on the bill (but didn't have to be paid for), I assume the staff paid for it out of their own pockets. I would run away from this management immediately. I personally won't be going there again for a while.

We were there for the first time and had a wheelchair with us. I would like to emphasize that the restaurant is completely accessible. We were there with a group of people with physical or mental disabilities. We were able to access the restaurant from the back using a stairlift. There was also a wheelchair-accessible restroom there, which was actually suitable for wheelchair users. The staff was very friendly and patient. The pizza was huge but very tasty and crispy. We would gladly come back.

Stay away! This meal was a disaster! There were three of us and we were initially greeted warmly. We were able to order quickly and the food arrived within 20 minutes, but the cutlery, which was brought to us by a waiter in sweatpants, was dirty. I quickly received new ones with an apology. We ordered two pizzas and a salad. The pizzas looked great but were dry and rather hard, although edible. However, the salad should have been referred to the health department. The top was beautifully presented but the bottom was rotten lettuce leaves; that should not be served in a restaurant. When I showed the waiter the rotten leaves, he offered me dessert on the house, but after dirty cutlery and rotten salad, I didn't want to eat anything else. I would have expected at least a reduction in the bill, but the full amount for the salad, almost 17 euros, was charged. When I didn't leave a tip, the waiter got even more rude and slammed the change on the table. An absolute case for the health department!

The food wasn't particularly good, but it was okay. The service was terrible. The dark-skinned young man was very rude, indecent, and cheeky. I won't go into details, but we will never go there again.

We ordered something to be delivered. It took about 1.75 hours for the food to arrive (even though they said it would take an hour beforehand), and then they forgot something.

This was the worst restaurant experience I've had in years. The service was chaotic, we waited over 30 minutes for our soup (which was completely average), which was finally brought out only to complain about. (But there were tables that waited even much longer.) The salads were soggy and covered in some horrible dressing, even though we said we didn't want any dressing. The waiter was even inpolite when we paid.

Cold food, wrong drinks, and wrong food other than what was ordered. The waiter couldn't even clear the table. Disappointing.

We've been to several L'osterias and I have to say that NOWHERE was the staff as sweet, accommodating and nice as here ❤️ the food was great, we even got a tiramisu afterward - unfortunately I don't know the names of the two nice employees - but I think they know who I mean 🥰

The pizza was huge and delicious! The Primitivo was a flop! The service was excellent for one person, but okay for another. The location is top-notch, the atmosphere is good!
