L'Osteria Konstanz Reichenaustraße in Konstanz

First of all, the pizza and the service were very good, but only the 2. There were three of us for lunch and we were all hungry. I order Pizza Rucula and my companion both order a salad with beetroot and chevre chaud. Unfortunately the salad dressing was so sweet that 3/4 of the salt was not eaten. The pizza was so big that I took half of it with me. Unfortunately, my companion didn't want me to say anything. This is my request for the future; asks the guest what dressing they want.

We were here for lunch today and ordered pizza. Unfortunately the pizza didn't turn out this time, the dough was very hard and much too thin in the middle. In my opinion (I make a lot of yeast dough myself) the dough blank had been exposed to air for too long and was therefore completely dried out. I suspected that they had changed the chef, because up until then I had always been very satisfied. When I commented that the pizza really wasn't good this time, we were immediately compensated with a little something. Thank you again for that :-) I also had the feeling that our complaint was taken seriously and no attempt was made to find excuses... That shows professionalism! So we left satisfied after all and there will be a next time :-)

I haven't found such huge/delicious pizzas anywhere else in the area. Attention ⚠️ I personally can only eat a quarter of it 🍕 at most! Perfect to share with your loved ones! I also think the salads are great! We always find a place, even without a reservation, but the staff is sometimes very overwhelmed. So it may take a while until your order is received! With a little patience and understanding for the waiters, some of whom have a lot of tables under their care, you can generally have a nice time here!

We like to go to L'osteria with the children when we are out and about and we want it to be quick and uncomplicated. That's why we know so many branches. Even if the menu is the same everywhere, this is the best food so far. Salad: Fresh, crunchy, good portion. Pizza and pasta were also very good. Staff as always very nice!

Ich war in den letzten zwei Jahren drei/vier Mal in der L'Osteria in Konstanz. Da die Kette in anderen Städten ganz gut ist, gab ich immer wieder eine Chance. Letzte Woche war es dann aber doch die letzte. Da man zum Abschluss jedoch immer mit netten Kärtchen aufgefordert wird eine Bewertung abzugeben, werden wir dem jetzt dann eben einmal nachkommen: - Es ist immer laut und ungemütlich. Viel zu viele Tische dicht an dicht ohne Akustikelemente oder Raumteiler. Wer das Vorgängerrestaurant noch kennt, weiß, dass die Lokalität eigentlich ein unglaublich schöner Ort ist. Leider wurden die vielen Raumteiler, Regale, Feuerstellen, Separees, zugunsten einer höheren Auslastung abgeschafft. Man fühlt sich wie in einer Bahnhofshalle. Die Lautstärke ist unglaublich. Selbst auf der schönen Terrasse ist es zu eng und zu indiskret geworden. - Was hier häufig zu lesen ist kann auch ich bestätigen, der Service wirkt unfreundlich und inkompetent. Ob es die Begrüßung ist, das an den Tisch führen , die Essenaufnahme oder der Service am Tisch. Es passt einfach nicht. Häufig scheitert es schon an Sprachproblemen, Gespräche am Tisch werden laut unterbrochen ohne Rücksicht. Gelerntes Personal ist hier definitiv Mangelware. - Auch die teilweise sehr langen Wartezeiten aufs Essen kann ich bestätigen. Bei einem Geschäftsessen am Mittag einmal über 1,5 Stunden ab Bestellung. Dass man uns vergessen hat wurde bestritten ;-). - Ja, die Pizzen sind gut, Dennoch gibt es bessere Pizzerien mit einem attraktiveren Pricing in Konstanz. Alles in allem leider absolut keine Weiterempfehlung. Ich vermisse nach wie vor das Brigantinus, was in diesem Räumlichkeiten über Jahre hinweg geglänzt hat.
