They took a while to serve the food, but a nice atmosphere and delicious flavor.

Great food, host was very professional and helped. We had paella valenciana and it was as good as in Valencia. We will definitely come back. 100% recommend!

The starters were good, but the main course was just okay. You also had to wait a relatively long time for your food. However, the leftovers were packed up very understandably. All in all an ok experience

A place from times gone by where you can feel the atmosphere of home in the true sense of the word: it's all a bit old and messy but it feels great! The cuisine is excellent and, like the place, it feels like home. The service is friendly and always home-style. Recommended for a leap into the past.

We stopped by by chance and it turned out to be a very pleasant visit. Quality food, it's a shame I didn't take a photo of the pork stew. The owners, super friendly, are Galician and prepare authentic Spanish and homemade food. A pleasure to have dined here. Good value for money.

Cozy restaurant in Schwabing. We reserved a table in advance. It is recommended on Sunday. The staff is super friendly. The selection of food is really good. There isn't much for vegetarians, but I had a huge tortilla de patatas that was super tasty. The sangría tastes excellent.

The ambience is most likely something for those nostalgic for the 80s. In the men's bathroom there is even an original wall ashtray with original ashes in it. Don't worry, everything is very clean and well maintained. The food was very tasty, hearty and, in my opinion, 100% authentic. To have a show like this in Munich! So if you want it to be cozy and not fancy, you can have a good time here. An absolute insider tip for a species. There are clearly a lot of regular guests, which is a good sign in itself. It could be that round reservation would make sense. When everything is full and there is still space at the bar, you come and ask if tapas are served there.

My boyfriend and I dined here last night and it was such a lovely experience. Very delicious and authentic Spanish food, served in a cozy atmosphere. We devoured the seafood paella, grilled sardines and the Galician style pulpo (no pics of the tapas because they didn’t survive long…). They also had two different bottles of Albariño, one of the best Galician white wines in my opinion and not terribly common to find! Thank you to the hosts who made us feel so welcome.

At the Los Faroles restaurant we repeatedly experience the warm hospitality of the team in service and in the kitchen. Perfectly prepared Spanish specialties are served to us attentively. Even if we just want to have a drink at the bar, with chilled cava, Rioja, sangria or a cool light Benedictine on tap, in conversation with an international audience, and in neighborly exchanges, we feel like we have arrived at home - in the authentic Iberian flair Peninsula. Unfortunately paella wasn't good at all. Rice was hard and the taste was also very poor. The rest is ok but unfortunately not earth-shattering.

Awesome Spanish restaurant, very authentic with some minor excpetions, possibly the best in Munich. I'd recommend the Sopa Castellana. The Pulpo a la Gallega has garlic and almost no potatoes, rather unusual. Very friendly service, Spanish speaking of course. Cozy atmosphere.

I was in Munich last month(March 2017), and I bumped into this spanish restaurant. They speak little english but they served go food and provide fast service. I tried their's stuffed mushroom and rabbit meat. Excellent taste! Price is reasonble.

Essen war lecker und gut. Die Portionen durchaus groß. Die Bedienung durch den Wirt super, durch die Kellnerin naja. Man sitzt typisch maxvorstadt auf dem Gehweg. Leider fährt hier die Tram vorbei, so dass es ab und an lauter ist.

Ein unbedingt empfehlenswertes spanisches Restaurant! Das Wirtsehepaar lebt gewisser Massen die spanische Küche und das schmeckt man sehr. Ein gelungener Abend, super!

3,8 Sterne. Nette Bedienung, guter Service. Rustikal gemütliches Lokal. War aber etwas enttäuscht vom Essen. Oliven eher fad, Paella geschmacklich gut, nur ein etwas seltsamer Geruch, den ich von einer Paella nicht gewohnt bin, hat mit ein wenig gestört und die Muscheln waren ziemlich angetrocknet. Gambas waren gut. Hatte mir etwas mehr erhofft, bei den guten Bewertungen, da ist noch Luft nach oben.

Wir waren gestern nach langer Zeit wieder mal im Lokal. … Sherry Tio pepe, Gambas al ajillo, Paella marisco, vino tinto rioja, crema catalana, cafe solo doble e cardinal Mendoza. Alles einfach unschlagbar gut und absolut authentisch wie in Espagna. Nach den ganzen Italienern, die wir sonst so besuchen, war das genau die willkommene Abwechslung. Wir haben beide selten so gut gegessen. Dazu kam auch die wirklich nette und zuvorkommende Bedienung, die uns alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt hat. Muy, muy bien.

Sehr gemütlich und familiär mit sehr leckerer, typisch spanischer Küche. Besonders freundlicher Service.

Vera e buonissima cucina spagnola preparata con amore. Abbiamo preso zuppa di pesce, paella di pesce, agnello e crema catalana, tutto delizioso. Ambiente molto accogliente e atmosfera familiare calorosa . Una perla a Monaco da preservare.
