13.50 euros for five shrimps, and a paella for two people costs more than 20 euros for two people. It is charged per person. The price/performance ratio is excellent.

The atmosphere was good and the food was very tasty. There was a serenade for our birthday child from the house musician on top.

Spanish restaurant with normal dishes and tapas. They are predominantly seafood-heavy. The price level is high. The food was very good. The service was ok. In summer you can sit on the terrace in front of the restaurant and there is some live music late at night.

Lovely dinner for two. Seafood tapas was great and so was the sangria!

Pleasantly located with an outdoor area and very friendly staff that is only surpassed by the food. I recommend the black paella pan for two. Not exactly cheap but the price-performance ratio is outstanding.

We were a larger group today, everything went wonderfully and everyone was completely satisfied. I was here for the second time, everything was great. Today again I had a very great experience, starting with the wine, starter, main course and dessert, everything to my liking. The service is nice and friendly, that's what I like🤗 There was some Spanish music with the meal, which made you feel like you were in a bodega. When the weather is nice you can also sit outside and enjoy the bar garden. It wasn't the last time I was here!

It was my first time at Centro Espanol and I was very impressed. Due to the nice weather we were able to sit outside. The service was very friendly and was happy to answer all of our questions - we found it difficult to decide because of the delicious sounding selection of tapas and would have preferred to order everything. The food and wine were also really tasty (dates wrapped in bacon, the pork belly...everything was great!)

It's hard to believe that you can find such good Spanish food in Munich! Everything is freshly prepared there, which you can definitely taste! Thank you for this taste experience!

Service is friendly and on point. Ambiance also nice. However, the tapas are too expensive and not of good quality. And the large portions of the tapas are still small...

The kitchen is still okay, even if I expected a lot more from the tapas. However, the service is bottomless. After we ordered at the beginning and drinks and food initially arrived, it was no longer possible to order more drinks (despite numerous efforts). We were ignored with an eye roll. When paying, my colleague was asked to calculate the pro-rata bill herself (“Do you have a calculator with you?”) If that's the level, I would suggest running a to-go or delivery service.

We like the uncomplicated nature of the restaurant, the food is delicious, fresh and our service is always friendly and competent.

We always like to come back for the authentic Spanish cuisine. Tapas, paella and mussels are our favorites, but the prices have increased enormously. Also, some tables are really close together.

We were a group of 4. The food was average and rather tasteless; the quality poor. The service was moody and not attentive. We ordered a bottle of wine and the wine was good. We oedered a bottle of sparkling water and were served a bottle of still water. We ordered bred and the waiting staff forgot the bread. It arrived after 20 minutes and, surprise, surprise they served some horrible white rolls. Then service started to become rude. When we asked for the bill, the wine that was put on the bill, was not the wine we actually ordered. We charged for a more expensive bottle of wine. We were charged 6 rolls, although only 3 rolls were delivered. We were charged 3 deserts instead of two. Our bill was approximately Euro 180. Very disappointing. A visit not to be repeated.

We were really looking forward to tapas! UNFORTUNATELY the quality was a disgrace. Olives were the cheapest I've ever eaten and not very tasty. Aioli came straight from the bucket 🥲 all other tapas we ordered (8 different ones in total) were tasteless and boring. Our bill was €94 (excluding tip) which was a complete waste (2 people)! This has nothing to do with tapas from Spain! The service was nice but nothing more. Ambiance is ok. Today on Valentine's Day it was very crowded, so there was hardly any space, but we expected that. Unfortunately, we can't think of anything else positive.

Great Spanish cuisine with original Spanish flair. Not chic, more rustic, but really successful, high-quality flavor compositions. Very good wines, the open Ribera del Duero is highly recommended.

Really nice Spanish restaurant.

The two of us ate here and were looking forward to a relaxing evening in a nice tapas restaurant. Unfortunately the visit was a bit of a letdown. The food: very below average and zero charm of Spanish cuisine. I've lived in Spain for a long time and I've never experienced tapas that tasted so boring. The service: very annoyed and forgetful. You didn't feel comfortable at all as a guest. The ambience: rather boring interior and no music, which meant everything was incredibly loud and you felt like you were in a youth hostel. My biggest point of criticism, however, is that we clearly ordered two glasses of tap water with the wine. I understand that restaurateurs charge a small price for tap water (but more than 50 cents is completely vague anyway). But that, like here, 0.2l (!) glasses of tap water (!) are put out and €2.50 per glass!! Being billed (and then being labeled and billed as table water) is a bottomless impudence. I will definitely stay away from this restaurant in the future. As a Spaniard, my heart bleeds

My favorite Spanish restaurant in the city :-) unfortunately it has become a bit expensive in recent years, especially the tapas. But the taste is very, very good 👌🏽

Wir waren am 20. Januar 2024 wieder einmal im Centro Espanol in der Daiserstraße. Die Gerichte, verschiedene Tapas und eine Paella mit Fisch und Meeresfrüchten, waren außerordentlich gut. Die freundliche Bedienung war flink und hat uns hinsichtlich der Tapas gut beraten. Überrascht hat uns, dass Weißbrot extra berechnet wird. Für die Paella wurden pro Person 27,50 Euro aufgerufen. Bei einem anderen Spanier in Haidhausen haben wir am 26. Januar für eine vergleichbare Paella 17,50 Euro pro Person bezahlt.

Im Lokal sehr laut, war aber auch randvoll. Vom Essen war ich nicht so begeistert, dafür war der Service sehr gut.

Essen ist gut. Service leider schlecht.. die "ältere" Bedienung ist bemüht , die Junge vergisst Bestellungen , ist zu Faul jedem Gast das Essen an den Platz zu stellen , unfreundlich. Ambiente nicht warmherzig spanisch , größtes Manko: extrem kalt und zieht im Winter eiskalt aus der Lüftung. Gäste saßen nur Daunenweste, Schal und Mütze beim Essen. Auch die Musik war ganz leise, nicht sehr typisch für Spanien. Schade , trotz des guten Essens würde ich nicht mehr hingehen.

Die Paella für zwei Personen war viel zu wenig und zu teuer(39Euro).Wir sind nicht satt geworden.Außerdem war es im Lokal ziemlich laut.

Man kann sehr schön sitzen. Ansonsten ist das Essen eher durchschnittlich. Geschmack hat überall gefehlt. Und extrem teuer für Tapas! Patatas Bravas fast 12 €, Brot mit Aioli und Oliven 10 € ….

Netter Tapas Spot, mit schönen Sitzgelegenheiten draußen. Hatten einen gemischten Tapasteller für 2, eine Flasche Wasser und eine Flasche Hauswein ca 80€ gezahlt. Insgesamt gut, find nur bisschen übertrieben wenn man für ne Flasche Wasser knapp 7€ berechnet (und jeweils das Brötchen für 1€)…

Essen war etwas fad, in München schon deutlich leckerere Tapas gegessen. Kellner war bemüht - freundlich, aber konnte weder bei Essen noch Wein beraten. Das einzige, was saftig war, waren die Preise.

Leider muss ich die vielen negativen Kommentare bezüglich des Service bestätigen. Wir wurden mehr oder weniger den gesamten Abend ignoriert und immer nur auf mehrmalige Nachfrage bedient. Wie auch viele andere bereits geschrieben haben, stimmte am Ende auch bei uns die Rechnung nicht. Uns wurde unter anderem 1 l Wasser zu viel berechnet… Als wir die Bedienung darauf aufmerksam gemacht hatten, gab es keine Entschuldigung oder dergleichen. Wirklich schade, da die Tapas an sich eigentlich lecker waren… Wenn der Service aber so gar nicht passt, hilft aber auch das nicht!

Supreme paella!!! I had the mediterranean paella with fish only and it was only fantastic. Atmosphere is very cozy with also a bandolero.

Reservieren ist empfehlenswert. Zügige Bedienung, sehr freundlich und kompetent. Essen authentisch, gehobene Preislage. Jederzeit wieder hierher. Wir waren mit 5 Personen hier und alle waren zufrieden und glücklich.

Haben dort sehr leckere Tapas und eine sehr leckere Paella (wenn auch eine andere Paella als bestellt) gegessen. Leider ließ der Service zu wünschen übrig. Die Getränke kamen nach dem Essen und das wurde auch einfach ruppig durch den Service-Mitarbeiter mit “ist halt heute so” kommentiert. Ein Großteil des Personal war eher unfreundlich. Schade, denn das Essen ist echt gut, wenn auch eher teurer und der Service verhagelt hier das Gesamtbild.

Essen schmeckt gut, allerdings für 5 kleine Gambas in Oel einen Preis von beinahe 10 € zu verlangen ist der reinste Wucher!!! AUCH Tapasplatte für 2 Personen für 24 €, pro Person wohlgemerkt der Hammer. Schade, dass einem das den Besuch eher verleidet.

Wir waren am Samstag im Centro Espanol speisen. Das Essen war absolut vorzüglich! Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder!

Kleine authentische spanische Küche mit eingeschränkter Speisekarte, überwiegend Tapas, Paella und ein paar Vorspeisen im Angebot, für meinen Gaumen etwas zu eingeschränkt, da kann die spanische Küche eigentlich viel mehr. Das Essen war ganz passabel aber auch nicht wirklich ein Highlight, das bekommt man zuhause auch hin. Preislich sogar für Münchner Verhältnisse sehr teuer, hier passt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht so richtig. Der Service ist in Ordnung.

Super Tapas-Restaurant. Wir waren als Gruppe hier und haben vorab reserviert. Der Service war top. Das Essen hat sooo gut geschmeckt. Wir kommen alle gern wieder.

Esta bien. La comida es aceptable aunque un poco pesada. Hay que destacar que no esta gestionando por españoles.

Ein kleiner Spanien Urlaub in Sendling gefällig, Centro Español ist die Antwort. Die Karte ist klein, aber Alles ist frisch zubereitet, die Tapas in klein und Groß zu bestellen und die gemischte Platte für Zwei sehr reichhaltig. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm, der Service aufmerksam und hilfreich bei Essen sowie Wein Auswahl.

Very nice ambience, friendly and ofcourse delicious Spanish food. I loved it

Wir waren zu 3 dort. Haben uns eine Vorspeise zu 3 und ein Hauptgericht zusammen gegönnt. plus 3 mal Nachspeise. Alles im Allen waren es 170€ was wir schon für sehr Teuer empfunden haben. Die Paella war für 3 gestandenen Männern zu wenig. Als wir dann den Gitarrenspieler kein geld geben haben wurde die Musik immer lauter gestellt sodass man sich nicht mehr unterhalten konnte. Hey wir haben den Typ nicht bestellt. Die Aussage war, dann müsst ihr halt lauter reden. Resümee: Das Essen war gut aber zu teuer, der Service Schlecht.

The tapas were great! Everything was seasoned perfectly, deep fried stuff was perfectly fried and salted! The staff were welcoming and friendly as well!

Wir waren so ca um 18 Uhr dort. Es war ruhig und man konnte sich gut unterhalten. Der Service war freundlich. Das Essen hat auch gut geschmeckt aber die Patatas Bravas waren nicht so gut.
