A definite recommendation. It looks very unassuming from the outside, but our expectations were completely exceeded. A true insider tip in Cologne. From the service to the ambiance and, of course, the food, it's simply world-class. Thank you very much.

Good family-run pizzeria, not a fancy Italian restaurant. The food is delicious and the selection is quite large. We eat there often and also like to order something to take away. The service is good and very friendly. However, the boss does almost everything herself, so when it's full it gets a bit hectic.

We had a wonderful experience at this Italian restaurant. Just few steps away from the B&B hotel. The atmosphere is cozy, with the option to sit outside if you prefer. Inside, the air conditioning made it comfortable on a hot summer day. The service was very friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed throughout our meal. Food was great overall. The spaghetti carbonara was creamy and served at the perfect temperature. The tomato soup was very tasty, full of rich flavors. While the saltimbocca was OK, the real star of the night was the tiramisu – definitely one of the best we’ve ever had! We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for authentic Italian food and a pleasant dining experience.

Lovingly run ristorante! The lunch table with soup was very varied, from pasta, pizza and salads, everything was there and it was good 👍 Very well priced and the drinks are also well chilled! I'm already looking forward to the next calzone - with you!!

A very nice restaurant. We were greeted very friendly and served attentively. We even got olives, bread and cream in advance (where else can you get that). The menu is large and varied, everyone will find something. Lots of homemade food like stuffed ravioli. The food was great and NOT messed up with thick sauces. To say goodbye there was a limoncello (where else can you get that). We come from Hürth, but we will definitely come back. Thank you!

We found out about this restaurant by chance because we were a few meters away in the hotel and were very hungry. From the outside we thought, well... but then we went in and were pleasantly surprised. Everything beautifully laid out. Nice friendly service and nice selection of food. Sometimes special things too. And the food was so delicious and not as expensive as you would expect that we went back the next evening. And we weren't disappointed there either. The food doesn't take long to be ready either. Great Italian cuisine. If we were ever in Cologne again, we would eat there again.

A great restaurant, I was there alone, short hunger visit. Highly recommended, even for a longer stay. Very friendly staff. Super delicious ravioli filled with salmon. There was even pizza bread with olives and dip. Price performance really ok. One hundred percent recommendation for this inconspicuous Italian.

Everything clear and barrier-free

We spontaneously went to the Italian restaurant around the corner and were lucky to get a seat. Reservations are always a good option. The food was very tasty and in large portions. We all felt very comfortable. The atmosphere is friendly and warm, the staff is very friendly. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to be your guests again.

I discovered this restaurant when returning to my hotel in the evening because the door was open and the tables were full. I hadn't seen it when I went to town because the storefront doesn't necessarily attract the eye. The owner and waitresses are very friendly, you will be well received. The menus, mainly Italian cuisine, are very good and the prices are more than competitive. You can also go there just for a drink too. If I go back to Cologne I would definitely go back even if I am no longer in the hotel next door (B&B Köln city, 2 min walk).

We were looking for a pizzeria today and came across Lopez. The food was very good, I had a pizza Tonno, it tasted just great. My husband had a calzone, which was also very good. The service was super friendly and helpful. The prices are absolutely reasonable. The five of us paid €67 including drinks. We can only recommend this restaurant. Our dog was also able to get in without any problems. Thank you!

We were super satisfied! The owner and the rest of the staff are super friendly and attentive. We were there in a larger group and we all got the food at the same time, which was great and unfortunately doesn't always work. We were also very satisfied with the taste. Although the restaurant had already officially closed, we were allowed to sit a little longer and drink our drinks in peace👍🏼

Italian hustle and bustle. I was in Cologne on business and ate at Lopes one evening. Very friendly, lots of Italians, loud and busy, definitely not the best pizza in the world, but the overall experience is great. I would come again. Price/performance TOP!

From the outside it didn't look all that inviting. But the inside is friendly and well attended. We were served very friendly. There was delicious bread with olives and garlic paste for every guest. The food was also very tasty. It is advisable - as with every Italian - to follow the daily recommendations. Overall, it was also comparatively inexpensive. Can be recommended unconditionally.

Very tasty food! A must, especially for B&B hotel guests. The pizza was crispy on the bottom and had great toppings. The spaghetti carbonara was very tasty and the sauce was nice and creamy.

We discovered the restaurant by chance. We were warmly welcomed. The selection was clear but diverse. The food came very quickly despite the restaurant being full - we were very impressed. The small printing errors on the card caused a lot of smiles 🙏💯☺️

These were the best ravioli I have eaten. Super friendly service, great atmosphere and above all the prices are really great. You're great. Unfortunately I live 200km away and was only in Cologne for 2 days. But should I be in Cologne again we will come 100 percent

Das Essen war wirklich lecker und an den Preisen gab es nichts auszusetzen. Leider war das Restaurant total ausgebucht und die einzige Servicekraft mit einer Hilfe war total überfordert. Eine große Gruppe sorgte für die nötige Kulisse, und hätte schon alleine eine Bedienung gebraucht. Trotzdem wurden weiterhin alle freiwerdenden Plätze sofort belegt. Wenn ich dann auch noch 20 Minuten aufs bezahlen warten muss, was dann 30 Sekunden dauerte, unfreundlich passierte und der anderen Gästen angebotene Schnaps aufs Haus wegen Zeitmangel entfällt, kann ich keine Weiterempfehlung geben.

Reichhaltige und leckere Portionen mit freundlichem Personal

Auf meinen Rosmarinkartoffeln war zwar kein Rosmarin zu finden, aber mit dem Kalbssteak und der Zitronensoße war es dennoch ein absoluter Gaumenschmaus. Obwohl wir mit 12 Leuten dort waren war der Service sehr organisiert, freundlich und schnell. Das Ambiente ist ruhig und entspannt. Ich werde gerne wieder kommen.

Unfreundliche und patzige Bedienung. Die Portionen abseits von Pizza sind ziemlich klein. Man hat den Eindruck, dass vieles instant und eben nicht frisch gemacht ist, vor allem die Soßen. Die Gnocchi scheinen vom Aldi zu sein.

Ein typischer Italiener, normale typische Auswahl an Speisen die man so kennt. Tausend Tippfehler auf der Speisekarte aber sehr sehr freundliches Personal.

Ich habe schon mehrmals im Lopes zu Abend gegessen und kann das Restauramt ruhigen Gewissens empfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter:innen sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Speisekarte bietet typische an den deutschen Gaumen angepasste italienische Küche ohne irgendwelche Extravaganzen. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist dabei sehr gut. Achtung: Neben der eigentlichen Speisekarte gibt es noch diverse Tafeln an den Wänden bzw. auf den Tischen, die weitere Gerichte offerieren. Die Pizza Buffalina war gut. Während der Wartezeit erhält man ein bisschen Brot, Oliven und Aioli.

Ausgesprochen freundliche, zuvorkommende und aufmerksame Bedienung. Da macht das Essen gleich doppelt Spaß. Tut gut, wenn man in einer fremden Stadt ist. Ich komme sehr gern wieder.

Gutes Essen & Service. Die Menge an Lachs fand ich sehr wenig, bei Tagliatelle mit Lachs. Und Lokals sagten mir, das sei bei jedem Italiener in Köln so. Auch bei Nudeln mit Fleisch wäre wenig Fleisch dabei ... Die Pizza war sehr gut und auch gut belegt.

Wir waren in einer Gruppe von 13 Personen spontan essen. Platz haben wir locker bekommen. Die weibliche Bedienung war leider sehr forsch und unfreundlich. Das Bier war warm, sie sagte es ist so und es hätte sich keiner außer uns beschwert.Die Kühlung wollte sie auch nicht hochschrauben Bestimmte Getränke waren wenig oder gar nicht da. Wir haben fast 2 Stunden auf das Essen gewartet. Meine Pizza war von unten total schwarz, eine Entschuldigung gab es nicht, nur ein:“Kann ja passieren, alles andere passt ja!“ und weg war sie. Meinem Kollegen gab sie nur die Antwort:“Brauchst du eine Brille?“ Er hatte nur bemängelt das aus dem Salzstreuer nichts rauskommen würde. Wir waren schon sehr über den Service enttäuscht. Einigen Kollegen hat die Pizza aber ganz gut geschmeckt. Noch mal dahin??? Auf keinen Fall!!!

Essen und Service sind super. Qualität bisher bei jedem Besuch gleich gut gewesen. Inhaberin ist super freundlich erschafft eine sehr familiär Atmosphäre :).

Der Service war nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen teilweise etwas zurückhaltend gewürzt. Ansonsten aber gut! Die Lage ist mit Öffentlichen gut erreichbar, Parkplätze sind Glückssache.

Freundliche Bedienung, faire Preise, Mittagstisch inklusive Suppe oder Salat. Essen frisch, meine Pastasoße war aber vom Salz her an der Grenze.

Spontan mit 8 Leuten einen Tisch bekommen, trotz guter Auslastung. Ambiente nett, Service top, Essen auch sehr lecker, Portionsgröße ok bis sehr gut und preislich absolut fair. Es gab nichts auszusetzen und waren sehr zufrieden hier gegessen zu haben.
