The food is always very good, only the pizzas have room for improvement. Unfortunately, the restaurant is usually overbooked, so tables are not available or ready on the reserved date. There are also usually not enough service staff, which of course also affects the ambience and service. Hectic, long waiting times and no question as to whether you need anything else or whether everything is ok.

Unreserved recommendation from me. The food is simply delicious. We always like to go there, or have them bring the food.

Great service great food. A few days ago we had dinner with 10 people in the evening. The young, dark-haired waitress, whose name I unfortunately don't know, was very friendly, quick and tried to please everyone, according to the motto, quick sayings and a smile also calms complaining guests. Unfortunately, there were short-term discrepancies due to a mistake when ordering by a guest. The problem was quickly resolved thanks to the friendly manner of the waitress. To eat: Perfectly prepared, large selection of dishes and good daily specials. We would love to come back here. The manager of the house was also very friendly and helpful. We would be happy to recommend this restaurant to others and that is what we are doing here. We're already looking forward to the next time. Keep it up!

food is fine Pizzas are good baked in a stone oven, but things like schnitzel are thawed ready-made products I have to deduct points from service, difficult to reach by phone, always busy Ambiance is fine

Price/performance, top. Service was very friendly, but we would have had at least one more drink.. Starter was really a 5/5, unfortunately the salami on the pizza wasn't to our taste, but the ham was even more so. We skipped dessert for reasons of satiety. Will definitely come back.

Super delicious pizza! We have been here several times with larger groups and organized celebrations. The antipasti/starter platters are highly recommended. Likewise the pasta dishes.

We made reservations 3 weeks in advance for 8 people. After we waited 20 minutes, the owner said you have to wait longer for your reserved table in every good restaurant??!?? But since there was still no table available, we left. Organizationally catastrophic and the boss is completely overwhelmed and without a plan. He then got mushy after we were super upset, of course. We won't come anymore!

Very tasty Italian dishes with an unbeatable price-performance ratio. I've tried a lot of things there and have never been disappointed! My favorite are the Penne alle Nerone, you have to try them!

I was at Ristorante Via Berlino and absolutely loved it! The pizza was amazing. Crispy base, perfect ingredients and so delicious that you would have liked to order a second one. You can tell that there is real passion behind this. The service was super friendly and attentive without being intrusive. You just immediately feel comfortable and welcome. The atmosphere is really cozy and has that authentic Italian flair that makes the evening perfect. For me this is definitely one of my top addresses, I'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately, New Year's Eve wasn't very hospitable. You were simply "turned out" 1 hour before the closing time announced on the Internet. Too bad!

Not only does the advertising sign say Italian Restaurant, Italy is represented here with a chef, baker and service. All dishes ordered, baked, cooked and seasoned to perfection. The very friendly staff make the visit even more enjoyable.

The stay there was really wonderful from the telephone reservation to the service (waiter made our son and us laugh) and the food, cleanliness of the toilets and ambience. After a refreshment there and a delicious espresso, we were very well prepared for the 3-hour drive home to Karlsruhe :)

Italian with very good food and delicious, large pizza. Partly It is very crowded, so reservations are recommended.

We really enjoyed the appetizers and pizzas that were delivered! They arrived very warm and look great. I would order something again at any time. The prices are too low, for the pizzas we ordered you could also take 13.50 - 15.50 instead of the required 10.50€ per piece. The cheapest pizza currently costs €8 and the most expensive €12.50, which is a real bargain given the rising consumer prices and the staff shortage. The pizzas look great, the ingredients are of high quality, there is no fibbing about the ingredients, they are on top of the cheese, as a sensible pizza should be, and are not hidden under it! (Black sheep hide such inferior quality) The starter was freshly prepared and not drowned in oil, (house antipasto) even the bruschetta was warm and crispy (bruschetta is topped with olive oil and a tomato, garlic, basil mixture, which makes the bread quick spongy!), which is difficult to do, especially when the dishes have to be delivered and therefore take longer to get soggy than when visiting a restaurant. Strong performance! I can really recommend ordering something here, you can probably eat there too or pick something up, but I haven't tried it yet. Given the quality of the food and the prices, the staff would have to be extremely unfriendly to receive a negative rating. Five out of five stars!

Unfortunately I have to take my stars back. We rely on the delivery service, which is still friendly and worth stars, but unfortunately the quality of the food is no longer there. A meal for €16.50 with cold fries is simply not possible. After a telephone complaint, a new delivery was offered, but you miss the food. Maybe it's better there. We can't judge. The dish was a meat dish with fries and salad.

About the food wow, how delicious was this pizza yesterday, and the tortellini just delicious. I already knew your restaurant from my restaurant in Berlin, and after all these years I finally managed to eat there yesterday. I will or we will always come back.

Das Familienlokal ist immer wieder ein gutes Ziel für eine entspannte Einkehr von mittags bis abends. Das Essen schmeckt (und wurde auch uns eingepackt weil so üppig), der Service ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Reservierung ist auch unter der Woche eine gute Idee für einen sicheren Tisch!

We had two pizzas to be delivered. The two salami pizzas were excellent, great base and very tasty toppings. The service on the phone and the driver were very nice and helpful.

The food was absolutely top notch and the service was impeccable. The pizza in particular was incredibly good. Although the restaurant is located directly on a street, the atmosphere inside and in the winter garden is super cozy. Definitely worth a visit.

There are pizzas that give you a certain tingling sensation in your body and soul. The PIzza bakers at Via Berlino know exactly how to make such a pizza. The Pasta Al Forno was definitely edible but not quite my taste, a bit weak and money was saved in the wrong place on the bacon. 5 minutes longer in the oven wouldn't have hurt the pasta All in all, a delicious dinner

Recommended! Pizza super good. The dough is amazing, baked perfectly. The ingredients are high quality and delicious. One of the best I've ever eaten :) The pasta, such as the tortelline, holds up just as well. The ambience is nice and the service is attentive and friendly. We had my nephew's communion there and despite the larger company, our food arrived at the same time so we could all enjoy a warm meal together. We were very satisfied .

Food was a solid 10 out of 10. The dark-haired waitress seemed a bit overwhelmed and therefore a bit unfriendly. But everyone else in the restaurant was very nice and accommodating. We'll definitely be back.

Lecker essen,nette Atmosphäre und super sympathische Bedienung

Wir waren in der Woche mit 7 Personen Abends essen. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und nett. Die bestellten Getränke kamen sehr schnell,auch das bestellte Essen kam sehr zügig. Bestellt haben wir Pizza,Salat und Nudeln. Die Portionen waren nach unserer Meinung sehr üppig und auch sehr lecker. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Gibt keine bessere Pizza wie hier. Lecker aus dem Steinofen. Die Pasta ist immer frisch und sehr sehr lecker. Wir kommen meist öfters hier essen und daher... Immer weiter zu empfehlen 😉 Was auch Top ist der Mittagstisch hier nur zu empfehlen Top Preis Top Service. Reinschauen und essen lohnt sich.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Leider wurden unsere leeren Teller und leeren Gläser schon abgeräumt, obwohl einige noch gegessen und getrunken haben. Es war leider dadurch hektisch und ungemütlich. Die Kellnerin war genervt, als wir nach einem fehlenden Getränk nachfragten (Da wir in der Gruppe mit allen anstoßen wollten) Es war sehr voll. Deshalb werden wir künftig nur in der Woche dort essen gehen, da es dort wirklich gut schmeckt.

Wir essen sehr gerne im Restaurant Berlino das Personal und die Inhaber sind immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, selbst wenn es sehr gut Besucht ist, bekommt man immer genügend Aufmerksam auf Getränke u.s.w. und das immerzu mit einem freundlichen Lächeln im Gesicht. Das Essen ist Mega lecker 😋 gerade eben hatte ich die Canelloni mit Spinat und Riccaroni überbacken in Tomatensauce das perfekte Weihnachtsmenü 🤩 Danke an euch, dass ihr uns auch am Weihnachten verzaubert habt. Leckeres Essen, netter Service, komme gerne wieder

War diesmal enttäuscht vom Essen. Hat lange gedauert. Die meisten Muscheln waren kalt. Getränke hat auch sehr lange gedauert. Und die Vorspeise Brusccetta war das Brot 🍞 eiskalt. Brauchte nicht bezahlen war eingeladen.

Super Leute! Sehr gastfreundlich und lustig. Das Essen ist sehr, sehr gut und die Portionen muss man auch erst mal schaffen. Immer wieder gerne. 🤌🏽

Ristorante adatto per serate con amici o famiglia. Il menù è adattato logicamente ai gusti tedeschi, ma le pietanza sono buone e ben servite. Il personale è davvero gentile e ben disposto verso famiglie con bambini.
