Super Steaks und Burger, für die Lage im Industriegebiet kann keiner was.

Wenn man aufmerksamen und netten Service sucht, sollte man dort nicht speisen! Auf Lebensmittel Unverträglichkeit bekommt man erst die Aussage, dass es nicht möglich ist und beim servieren bekommt man die Info, dass es doch geklappt hat ( besser kontrollieren). Bei 4 Stunden Aufenthalt wurden wir 1x gefragt ob alles passt. Und beim Abrechnen wird man auch nicht gefragt ob alles ok war. ( Zum Glück hab ich das schwarze Haar im Salat nicht erwähnt, weil die Fliege in der Himbeer Limo wurde abgewehrt mit: „Kann ich jetzt auch nicht sagen wie die da rein kommt.“ ) Leider nicht mehr empfehlenswert wert!

Ich habe dort zweimal gegessen. Es war köstlich!

Bestes Essen ever!!!!!! Ein Göttlicher Traum, man weiß gar nicht was man zuerst probieren soll. Jeder von unseren Bekannten schwärmt über das Essen und die Cocktails im LOFT. Freundliches Team. Weiter so, wir kommen immer wieder zu Euch zum essen und bringen ganz viele Freunde mit.

Das Essen ist wirklich sehr gut und deshalb ein besonderes Lob an die Küche. Der Service ist zum wiederholten Male nicht zufriedenstellend. Wir waren zu dritt am 20.04.2026 ab 17:30 Uhr im Restaurant und der Kellner kam nach der Getränke- und Essenbestellung, die wir sehr schnell bekamen, noch 1x vorbei und erkundigte ob alles passt. Und das war es dann für den ganzen Abend bis um 21:30 Uhr. Wir hätten gerne noch eine Nachspeise bestellt, war aber leider nicht möglich und genauso erging es uns mit weitere Getränken. Die Speisekarte wurde uns nach Anforderung noch gebracht, aber danach wurden wir ignoriert. Es wurde weder gefragt was wir noch bestellen möchten, noch wurde nach weiteren Getränkewünschen gefragt. Es war viel wichtiger dass er sich mit dem Handy beschäftigte, Tische um uns herum abzuräumen und wieder an ihren Platz zurück zuschieben, als mit uns weiteren Umsatz zu machen. Es macht den Eindruck, dass der Kellner kein Interesse an mehr Umsatz hatte. Sehr schade. Nachdem wir über 2 Stunden nichts mehr bestellen konnten, und vorallem sprichwörtlich „auf dem Trockenen saßen“ haben wir bezahlt. Nach dem Bezahlen haben wir dem Kellner sein ignorieren mitgeteilt und dass wir gerne bei ihm was bestellen wollten, allerdings hat er den Eindruck hinterlassen, dass ihm das egal ist. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht gegangen und werden vorerst nicht mehr kommen.

Wir kommen sehr oft allein nur wegen dem Surf and Turf Salat. Der Salat ist frisch und knackig, die Garnelen und das Rinderfilet auf den Punkt und das Dressing... einfach sooo sehr lecker. Unser Lieblingsrestaurant egal was wir dort essen.

Sehr leckeres Essen! Wir waren zu viert da und alle waren rundum zufrieden. Die Quesadilla war schön knusprig, gut gefüllt und perfekt gewürzt. Der frische Salat mit Dressing hat super dazu gepasst. Auch die Portion war genau richtig. Dazu ein kühles Helles – einfach top! Gerne wieder 👍

Das Fleisch und essen ist sehr gut aber ein bisschen schwer zum essen.

Einzigartige Möglichkeit, sich richtig gutes Essen schmeckt zu lassen. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Besonderes Dank geht an die mega nette Servicekraft die sich mit besonders viel Mühe um uns gekümmert hat. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ich war gestern Abend mit meinen Freunden dort. Ich bestellte ein medium gebratenes 400-g-Ribeye-Steak. Es war perfekt zubereitet. Ich hatte schon lange kein so gutes Steak mehr gegessen – vielen Dank dafür!

Ein Ort, an dem man hervorragend essen kann, in wunderschöner Lage und mit exzellentem Service.

We recently had dinner at this restaurant as a company. The food and the location were excellent. Unfortunately, the service was all the more disappointing. One of the servers wasn't very friendly and didn't seem particularly interested in serving us. When we wanted to pay at the end of our meal, we pointed this out to him, and he said he'd be right there. After about 20 minutes, we checked again, and he said once more that he'd be right there. After another 15 minutes, during which he chatted with other guests, he finally came to take our payment. After three people had paid, another group got up and left, and he stopped taking our payment because he had to finish the bill for the other group. (Why couldn't that group have waited a moment?) As I said, the food and the location are excellent, but the service (from that one server) unfortunately left us wanting.

We had lamb fillet (360g). We ordered it medium and that's what we got. Getting it truly medium isn't always a given, but here it was fantastic, beautifully pink. It came with crispy roasted potatoes and a heavenly red wine and rosemary sauce, which was absolutely divine. Unfortunately, neither the roasted potatoes nor the meat were seasoned. The dessert was divine! The Loft has a very pleasant, warm ambiance with soft background music. The service was good, but it lacked the warmth that the Loft exudes; it felt a bit too professional and impersonal. All in all, though, it was a lovely evening.

You definitely wouldn't expect it when you see the entrance... Behind it lies a modern yet cozy atmosphere where a fantastic team demonstrates their skills. They achieve this with delicious food at reasonable prices, good drinks, and truly pleasant service.

Chic ambiance, delicious food, and despite the loft's busy schedule, you can have a good conversation. The meat is high-quality and worth the price. The desserts are arranged very interestingly. PS: Great playlist; I haven't heard so much 90s/2000s R&B in a long time.

An unassuming gem. The Australian Rib Eye special was fantastic. The wine was suggested by the waiter and did not disappoint. The service was superb. Next time I need to try the aged options.

Simply wow! The food was truly amazing, the steak was beautifully tender and soft, and the sides were delicious. Everything was beautifully presented. The staff was very friendly. The location was beautiful. I highly recommend it.

The food was very delicious. 1. Beef Carpaco - 7/10, the meat definitely needed a cooler temperature. 2. Fillet Steak - 10/10, super tender and flavorful, the highlight of the evening. I'll be back.

This restaurant is excellent. I was in Augsburg looking for a good steakhouse, and I came across this place, and I have to say, I'm more than impressed. The steak was beyond excellent. If you want a good steak, this is the place for you. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We've enjoyed eating here for years. The quality of the produce is always excellent, and the service is always friendly and attentive. Steaks and skewers are served to perfection – a fantastic chef! I'd like to give him a huge compliment. Unfortunately, I took this picture after the skewer had been removed... it was obviously served much more attractively 😉

Have been here several times now and everything has always been great. Today was the first time on the roof terrace and we were thrilled, in the sunshine and the great food, what more could you ask for. One minus is the terrace, the street is noisy (trucks). The food was definitely good and staff was friendly and attentive. Without steaks and cocktails we paid 55 EUR for 2 people. After eating we left immediately because we didn't like the atmosphere to stay longer.

I was there for the first time today. For dinner I had a gaucho skewer with baked potato. My wife had chicken breast loft style. We were very happy with our choice. The sauces for my skewers were really good. What also convinced me was the dressing on the salad, as well as the sour cream on the potato. The service team is very friendly and quick. We'd love to come back.

4 people ate there. Table was reserved. Were welcomed very friendly and seated at the table straight away. Drinks and food (Ladyscut and 300g sirloin steak with wedges) were received quickly and came very quickly. Everything tasted really great. There is only 1 point deduction for service, someone may have missed out because unfortunately we couldn't order anything to drink except coffee because there was only 1 waiter there, the shop was full and we had to wait a bit until we could pay. Nevertheless, he was really very friendly. We would be happy to come back.

We ate there with family and children on March 28, 2025. The service was great. The staff is always on site. The menu is very good. There is something for every taste. I can only recommend it and would be happy to come back.

The food tasted incredibly good, I also speak from experience. But the service gave the country a real boost and brought a great vibe and climate. I can only heartily recommend it.

Were in the loft today on January 18, 2025. The food was sensational as always. The meat was extremely tender and very well prepared as requested. The sauces and salad were extremely well prepared. The portion was more than enough. The staff was courteous and friendly. Price/performance ratio was more than fair. An absolute 10 out of 10 for everything. Very nice restaurant. There were 5 of us here with a reservation, it was worth it, it was very busy. Food very tasty, really recommended. And the waiters, despite being understaffed, are fully committed and very nice. We'd love to come back, keep it up!

I was a bit disappointed with this visit because there were no more baked potatoes and we ran out at 8 p.m. on Saturday! Then nothing was set up, I didn't have a knife, my husband had a dirty knife. When such prices are called, you should also pay attention to these little things. This time I had the salmon, I wouldn't order it again, it was too dry for me and it was bland and there wasn't enough sauce, but that's a matter of taste! The meat from my companion was very good, fried to perfection!! Then I know what I'll order next time ;) Even though the store was packed, there weren't long waiting times!!

The food was perfect. Everything came exactly as ordered. Price-performance ratio is great. Despite being understaffed, we were served very well. Despite everything, the waiters tried not to keep all the guests waiting long. We'd love to come again!

Nice shop. Good selection. A bit too expensive in terms of price. Unfortunately, the chef should take his job a little more seriously. 3x beef fillet completely raw inside!! Maybe change the shape, then it will be easier for the cook. Pork tenderloin was like chewing gum. Herb baguette no better than home. Desserts were great. Rump steak and beef rump steak were great.

Meal together!!! Anyone who knows my reviews from this or my old account knows that I am 100% tough and honest. For those who don't want to read much, here's a short feedback and then a long one. Conclusion: 5 out of 5 stars for the food. It was fried to perfection and tasted like a real treat. 5 out of 5 stars for service. Polite and very well-groomed service staff who greet and serve you quickly and with a smile on their faces. 5 out of 5 stars for the location from the inside. Very nice mix of rustic and modern. Lighting is warm and inviting. 3 out of 5 stars for the location from the outside. In the dark without a navigation system it would have been very difficult for us as strangers to find it. The entrance wasn't immediately apparent either, but it's worth it once you find it. 😅❤️ We were there on 10/28/24. When we arrived we were greeted very warmly and had a free choice of seats. (Except where they were sitting, of course) The order was taken relatively quickly and then we waited eagerly for the food. The service employee was able to give me good advice when it came to my order. The meal took less than 20 minutes and looked really tasty. Beautifully prepared with salad, our additionally ordered champions and the most important “meat”. OMG, that looked good!!!!! I ordered a medium rump steak with a small edge of fat "450g". As usual, I squeezed it and the juice came out gently. When I cut it, my mouth literally started watering. Perfect and when I say perfect, I mean perfectly fried and seasoned. The price is worth it just for this steak. In terms of taste, it's a roller coaster ride that doesn't end. I felt happier by the second with the flesh on my tongue. A dream for every meat lover. For me it is in the “top 5” of the best rump steaks in Germany. The chef deserves a medal and a raise. 😉 I already told the staff on site. My colleague had a skewer with a side dish of champions, which also looked and tasted fantastic. After the meal there was a little chat with the employees and of course a tip for this breathtaking meal. We had dinner with 16 people for a company outing in the evening. The food was delicious but unfortunately the waiter didn't seem to be in the mood that evening. At first we were reprimanded because we were there about 15 minutes earlier than reserved, and contrary to what was agreed, the table was set inside despite the nice weather. When we ordered the aperitif, when we asked for a recommendation, we were only told that there was "the usual" and an employee was forgotten because she wanted to take a quick look at the menu. Even when ordering the main course and dessert, the waiter didn't wait until some of them had placed their entire order. It was very difficult to reorder drinks because the waiter neither came to our table nor was it possible to make eye contact because he only looked down behind the bar and not into the restaurant. The highlight was the audible comments we heard in the direction of the kitchen when we asked for dessert ("now they want dessert too") and when we left the restaurant ("yes, they're finally gone"). We will no longer visit this restaurant as guests are apparently not welcome.

Very welcoming location with very pleasant music. The owner of the restaurant (at least I think) was very friendly and quick in serving the dishes which were very delicious and of high quality, especially the fillet served "English style" (in Italy we say rare). Recommended 😉

Das Fleisch war sehr gut, Kartoffeln und Salat haben nach gar nichts geschmeckt, Saucen wie schlechte Fertigprodukte. Bei den gesalzenen Preisen haben wir mehr erwartet! Der Hugo galt nicht als Cocktail und musste deshalb trotz Happy Hour voll bezahlt werden. Schade! Vor ein paar Jahren war das noch eine gute Adresse für ein hochwertiges Abendessen! Zukünftig gehen wir lieber zur Konkurrenz.

The food and service are very good and recommended. The ambience didn't appeal to me. I wouldn't spend a long evening there with a hearty meal. However, from my point of view, the restaurant is definitely recommended for a “quick steak”.

Wir waren das erste Mal da und waren total begeistert. Das Essen hat richtig gut geschmeckt. Preis Leistung passte somit. Die Preise sind nicht ohne. Wenn es aber so gut schmeckt, zahlt man dann gern. Netter Service und innen schönes Ambiente. Von außen aber total unscheinbar.

Cool, cozy loft restaurant with a great menu. Salads, steaks, burgers and much more, all really delicious. Cocktails are also highly recommended. We always enjoy coming here. Unfortunately, it is still difficult to reorder anything. We've also had the feeling lately that it's welcome to leave by 10 p.m. at the latest. Always a bad aftertaste at the end of an actually nice evening.
