What a beautiful place and a warm welcome! I entered the venue and said I had come to a meetup event, but the restaurant manager was rude, raised his voice and insulted me by saying, "Have a drink first and then you can come downstairs." I told him that as a chef you could have warned him more politely. Then he grabbed my arm and asked, “What’s wrong?” He continued his rudeness by asking questions like "What is that?", kicked me out of the restaurant, continued making physical contact and accused me of being rude hahah! I have attended many Meetup events and was very disappointed that this event was held at such a second rate venue. I also found out that it is such a low category venue and that there is a restaurant hall manager in charge of it.

The atmosphere is stylish and modern, with a touch of luxury. The food? Simply sensational! Every dish is prepared with attention to detail and tastes an absolute highlight. The quality of the ingredients speaks for itself. There is also an excellent selection of wines that are perfectly matched to the menu. A real insider tip for anyone looking for first-class enjoyment and excellent service. I'll definitely be back!

Dishes and selection are great! Unfortunately, the waiter on duty was absolutely listless and seemed annoyed. So we forgot our orders 3 times. Luckily he has a young female colleague who corrected all his mistakes. We couldn't take his excuse that he had to take care of the VA's technology seriously - he was watching football on the screen. So a thank you to the good cuisine and the friendly service staff!

The quiet and relaxed location in a backyard makes this restaurant very interesting and cozy. The manageable yet varied menu leaves nothing to be desired and you can feel the love and attention to every dish. The service is super friendly and radiates positive energy to its guests. Bad service! First the waitress threw someone else's dirty cutlery into my lap and then she didn't even come back with napkins or a cloth. There wasn't even an apology. I then went to the bathroom myself to clean myself up. We were then allowed to come to the checkout to pay.

I have been to Lilium repeatedly and have not been disappointed. A clean restaurant with plenty of seats and a more than sufficient selection of food and drinks awaits you. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. There is a pleasant calm among the staff even during busy times. There are people at work here who enjoy their job and always strive to make their guests feel comfortable. The journey to Lilium is always worth it. Many thanks to the entire Lilium team for always having a great time with you in the restaurant. I can recommend the restaurant without reservation.

My overall impression is mixed, the schnitzel and fried potatoes were okay, but there were only four ridiculous pieces of mushroom in the mushroom cream sauce. There are generally no children's portions, so we had to order a regular portion of broth for a five-year-old, which also came to the table piping hot; By the time the toddler was able to eat the first spoonful of it, we were almost finished eating. A little more attention and family friendliness would make an enormously positive impression at this point and motivate people to come back. As a starter we ordered a portion of hand cheese to share, but there was no second plate. In terms of quality, the hand cheese was one of the best I've eaten in a long time.

We were greeted warmly at the beginning. The food was good too. However, we ended up having to wait in line to pay. That wasn't okay. The innkeeper then complained to me that he was at our table so we could pay. That wasn't true. It's clear that a restaurant is full on Christmas. But it would be good to have more staff available. If that's not possible, you shouldn't take so many orders. I didn't feel well that evening. Friendly service looks different to me.

This is my favorite place in Bockenheim. I don’t know where to begin. Botan, the owner, is a wonderful person who includes everybody and makes them feel at home. You really feel accepted and he and his fabulous staff cater to your every need. I have some dietary requirements that annoy other restaurateurs, but the staff at Lilium don’t even blink an eye. The food is always fresh and not overpriced. Staff are quick and attentive. You can’t ask for more. There is a very pleasant outside area that we enjoy in the summer. Highly recommend if you are looking for a local Mainhattan experience.

Lilium is the first place I recommend when asked. The sociable atmosphere and the staff, together with the food as a bonus, create an absolute oasis of well-being. I don't just visit the restaurant for a relaxed dinner, it's also always good to stop for a quick coffee every now and then. Larger private celebrations are also well planned and implemented. All in all a great shop!

We celebrated my birthday at the Lilium restaurant. Since there were a lot of us, I didn't want everyone to order a'la carte, otherwise it wouldn't have worked out to eat at the same time. So I ordered platters of beef and lamb, dumplings and potatoes and mixed vegetables. The food was amazing. All plates were very lovingly decorated. Unfortunately I forgot to take photos of these. My guests enjoyed it very much. The service was very attentive and nice. The price-performance ratio was very good. We always enjoy coming to Lilium.

Yesterday we had a private party at Lilium with 24 people. We selected the food and drinks in advance with the restaurant owner and discussed the course of the celebration. All of our wishes were wonderfully taken into account and implemented. The entire Lilium team gave our guests a very friendly and warm welcome and provided them with beautiful and delicious food. In addition, the guest room offers a wonderfully atmospheric ambience for such a celebration, which was immediately transmitted to our guests as a very pleasant and positive mood. This mixture of the warm and personal support from the team and the ambience of the restaurant contributed significantly to a very successful celebration, at which the guests all felt extremely comfortable. DANGER! I really can't explain the positive reviews. Reasons: Ordered schnitzel with boiled potatoes. Potatoes (about a potato cut into small slices and out of the bag) were almost cold. Schnitzel from the package tasted like cardboard (thick breading), far dry. Every fast food place is better! The prices: The schnitzel 16.90 euros, Hefeweizen: 4.90 euros, bottle of water: 6.90 (!) euros, sauce for the schnitzel: 3.90 (!) euros. The store doesn't look anything special either. The pictures on the homepage are immensely deceiving! The gentlemen there (one was always running around between the kitchen and the dining room with a high-visibility vest) of Turkish origin should concentrate on making kebab. No, I am NOT racist! Never this store again...!

For our wedding we were looking for a location that was atmospheric and cozy, where celebrations were possible indoors and outdoors as the weather was unpredictable and where the buffet was varied and international beyond Frankfurt cuisine. We found all of this in Lilium. Botan is a pleasant, warm person who was immediately enthusiastic about our idea. It was a celebration that we couldn't have imagined more beautiful. We are very grateful to the entire Lilium team for an unforgettable wedding celebration!

The Best Food & service in Frankfurt

I have been a regular at this culinary and social highlight for years: I have never seen any other pseronal in any restaurant that was friendlier. The food is always delicious and the prices are okay. This time I chose the lamb steaks from the daily menu, a very good portion, tasty, very good side dishes and, as always, beautifully arranged. Here we cook and serve with love!!! The waitress looked after us as if we were family. Simply to recommend!!!

Went there spontaneously and were just super happy. There was a delicious children's pizza and a schnitzel with mushroom cream sauce. The breading and the schnitzel were super tasty. The champions are fresh, the potatoes are just right and the salad beforehand is also fresh and delicious. Service was really nice and the atmosphere was super sweet. I can absolutely recommend it.
