LIEBHABER in Vechta

⭐ 1 Stern Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht von meinem Besuch im LIEBHABER Vechta. Ich habe einen Cocktail bestellt, der geschmacklich überhaupt nicht überzeugt hat. Er hatte für mich praktisch keinen Geschmack und entsprach überhaupt nicht dem, was ich bei einem Cocktail für diesen Preis erwarte. Anstatt die Bedienung an unseren Tisch zu rufen und vor den anderen Gästen eine unangenehme Situation zu schaffen, bin ich bewusst selbst ins Lokal gegangen. Die Terrasse war gut besucht, und ich wollte mein Anliegen ruhig, höflich und respektvoll schildern, ohne jemanden bloßzustellen oder eine Szene zu machen. Ich erklärte der Mitarbeiterin freundlich, dass der Cocktail für mich überhaupt nicht schmeckt. Leider hatte ich sofort den Eindruck, dass sie gar nicht bereit war, meine Reklamation ernst zu nehmen. Für mich wirkte es so, als wollte sie nicht einmal in Betracht ziehen, dass bei der Zubereitung etwas schiefgelaufen sein könnte. Stattdessen erklärte sie lediglich, dass alle Cocktails dort so gemacht würden und ein neuer Cocktail genauso schmecken würde. Einen Ersatz oder irgendeine andere Lösung gab es nicht. Hinzu kommt, dass der Cocktail bereits nach ungefähr einer Minute fertig war. Dadurch entstand bei mir der Eindruck, dass er einfach schnell zubereitet wurde, ohne die nötige Sorgfalt. Für einen Cocktail, der fast 10 Euro kostet, erwarte ich deutlich mehr Qualität und Aufmerksamkeit. Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang mit meiner Reklamation. Die Mitarbeiterin wirkte auf mich unfreundlich, unprofessionell und teilweise sogar frech. Anstatt auf den Kunden einzugehen oder zumindest Verständnis zu zeigen, wurde mein Anliegen sofort abgewiesen. So sollte man mit Gästen, die höflich ein Problem ansprechen, nicht umgehen. Gerade an einem warmen Sonntag wollte ich einfach einen schönen Nachmittag verbringen, einen guten Cocktail trinken und mich entspannen. Stattdessen blieb am Ende nur Enttäuschung zurück. Für knapp 10 Euro pro Cocktail erwarte ich deutlich mehr Qualität und vor allem einen Service, der den Gast ernst nimmt. Leider war das mein erster und gleichzeitig letzter Besuch. Ich werde nicht wiederkommen und kann das LIEBHABER Vechta aufgrund meiner persönlichen Erfahrung nicht empfehlen.

⭐ 1 Stern Leider war unser Besuch im LIEBHABER Vechta eine absolute Enttäuschung. Wir haben eine Piña Colada und einen Tequila Sunrise bestellt. Die Piña Colada war für mich mit Abstand einer der schlechtesten Cocktails, die ich je getrunken habe – ehrlich gesagt wirklich rotzig und das Allerletzte, was ich überhaupt getrunken habe. Sie war extrem wässrig, schmeckte kaum nach Rum und bestand gefühlt fast nur aus Sahne. Die Konsistenz und das Aussehen waren für mich so unappetitlich, dass ich den Cocktail kaum trinken konnte. Ehrlich gesagt wirkte er auf mich überhaupt nicht frisch oder hochwertig. Der Tequila Sunrise meiner Freundin war ebenfalls eine große Enttäuschung. Er schmeckte praktisch nur nach Orangensaft. Vom Tequila oder einem ausgewogenen Cocktailgeschmack war nichts zu merken. Meine Freundin ist daraufhin höflich zum Personal gegangen und hat erklärt, dass der Cocktail überhaupt nicht schmeckt. Dabei haben wir auch mit der Mitarbeiterin gesprochen, die die Cocktails gemacht hat. Anstatt Verständnis zu zeigen oder eine Lösung anzubieten, bestand sie darauf, dass sie sehr gute Cocktails macht, obwohl der Cocktail überhaupt gar nicht gut gemacht war. Sie war dabei richtig rotzig, sehr unverschämt und hatte ein riesiges Ego, als würde sie überhaupt keinen Fehler machen. Die andere Mitarbeiterin war dagegen korrekt und hat sogar gesagt, dass sie den Cocktail doch bitte noch einmal machen könnte. Doch die Kollegin weigerte sich und bestand weiterhin darauf, dass sie den Cocktail nicht noch einmal macht, weil er ja angeblich sehr gut schmecke. Auf eine Lösung ist man nicht einmal ansatzweise eingegangen. Stattdessen hieß es sinngemäß nur: „Wir machen halt so die Cocktails. Wir machen alle Cocktails so.“ Einen Ersatzcocktail oder irgendein Entgegenkommen gab es nicht. Das Personal war dabei sehr unfreundlich und respektlos. Besonders enttäuschend war außerdem, dass beide Cocktails bereits nach ungefähr einer Minute auf unserem Tisch standen. Das hat bei uns den Eindruck hinterlassen, dass sie nicht frisch zubereitet wurden und viel zu schnell fertig waren. Für knapp 10 Euro pro Cocktail ist diese Qualität aus unserer Sicht absolut nicht akzeptabel. Noch enttäuschender als die Cocktails selbst war jedoch der Umgang mit unserer berechtigten Reklamation. Freundlicher Kundenservice sieht anders aus. Wir werden definitiv nicht wiederkommen und können das LIEBHABER Vechta aufgrund unserer Erfahrung leider nicht empfehlen. Das Ganze hinterlässt leider den Eindruck, dass es sich um einen richtig dreckigen Laden handelt.

Ein wunderschönes Café mit einer tollen Atmosphäre! Heute war ein ganz besonderer Tag für uns, denn mein Freund hat mir hier einen Heiratsantrag gemacht. 💍❤️ Ein riesiges Dankeschön an das gesamte Team, das ihn bei der Planung unterstützt und alles perfekt vorbereitet hat. Eure Freundlichkeit, Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft haben diesen Moment unvergesslich gemacht. Das Café ist sehr sauber, die Getränke waren hervorragend und der Service war einfach erstklassig. Vielen herzlichen Dank – wir werden diesen Tag und eure Gastfreundschaft niemals vergessen. Absolute Empfehlung! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Freundliches Personal, gutes Essen und leckere Cocktails - ein guter Laden in Vechta der gerne weiter empfohlen wird.

Das Essen war sooo lecker!! Schnitzel und Pommes so knusprig, die leckere Sauce wurde extra gereicht, wie ich es liebe. Super. Wir sassen draußen, ich mag den Trubel....

Wir haben frühzeitig für Muttertag einen Tisch reserviert. Zwei Tage vorher wird uns gesagt, es gäbe einen Fehler, unser Tisch sei nicht mehr frei. Obwohl wir also zuerst gebucht hatten, wurde der Tisch weitervergeben. Es gab kein Entgegenkommen, keine Alternative, keine Entschädigung. Ah doch Moment, wir könnten bei 10 grad mit unserer einjährigen Tochter auch draußen sitzen… Man bekommt so kurzfristig nirgendwo mehr einen Tisch. Also haben sie mir meinen ersten Muttertag schön versaut, Danke. Super schade…

Ein fantastischer Ort! Zunächst möchte ich mich dafür entschuldigen, dass ich auf Englisch schreibe, aber ich spreche leider kein Deutsch. Ich möchte mich für die herzliche Betreuung von Anfang an bedanken. Ich komme aus Spanien und spreche leider kein Deutsch, besuche diesen Ort aber mindestens viermal im Jahr. Seit drei Jahren sind alle Mitarbeiter immer sehr freundlich zu mir! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Stina. Sie unterstützt mich stets beim Übergang. Dies ist mein Lieblingsort in Vechta!

Tolles Restaurant mit leckerem Essen und super Service. Vorallem das Frühstücksbuffet ist top! Ich komme immer gerne wieder. Besonders Lina war als Kellnerin sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und hat den Besuch noch schöner gemacht😊

Sehr tolles, modernes Lokal. Guter und aufmerksamer Service. Wir hatten Burger und Pizza, alles war perfekt. Preis-Leistung stimmt auch zu 100%. Ich persönlich (über 10 Jahre in der Gastro tätig gewesen) kann die negativen Bewertungen absolut nicht nachvollziehen und nehme von diesen Abstand. Leute, besucht den Laden. Vechta's absoluter Gastro-Hotspot!

Bei so einem mittelmäßigen Wetter wie es gestern war, wollten wir gerne im Lokal sitzen. Im Erdgeschoss waren alle Tische belegt und die Bedienung hat uns in einem unfreundlichen Ton gesagt dass oben geschlossen ist. Bereits das zweite Mal war sie zu uns unfreundlich und hat uns abgewiesen. Schade um den schlechten Service.

Mega schlechter Service. Nach über 30 min Wartezeit immer noch nicht bedient worden. Oben stand jeder 2te Tisch noch voll mit leeren Getränken und Speisen.

Vor einem Monat war ich hier und das Essen und der Service waren gut. Nur leider wurde mir mein Mantel durch ein Missgeschick der Kellnerin versaut (Fettflecken sind geblieben). Auf die Erstattung der Reinigungskosten musste ich mehrmals hinweisen und sehr lange warten.

Ich kam hungrig. Ich ging glücklich. Das Essen war so gut, dass ich meinen eigenen Namen vergessen habe. Der Service war schnell und freundlich 💨🍕 Ich komme bestimmt wieder 🤩

Wir waren Ende Januar das erste Mal dort und waren positiv überrascht. Wir hatten nicht reserviert (wussten nicht das Vechta abends so voll ist) und haben trotzdem noch einen Tisch bekommen. Der Laden war brechend voll, aber wir haben nicht lange auf die Getränke oder das Essen gewartet. Das Essen war super!!!! Meine Freundin hatte einen Burger, der wirklich selber gemacht wurde und ich hatte eine Burrata Pizza. Wir haben gesagt, dass wir da jederzeit wieder hingehen würden! Und das Personal war auch immer freundlich!

Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Am liebsten würde ich gar keinen Stern geben. Uns wurde in der unteren Etage ein Tisch zugewiesen, doch dann wurden wir 30 min nicht bedient und haben das Lokal dann, so wie noch zwei andere Tische, kommentarlos verlassen. Neu besetzte Tische standen noch komplett voll mit dreckigen Geschirr das nicht weg geräumt wurde. Das Personal stand mit 4 Personen nur hinter dem Tresen und hat Bestellungen fertig gemacht und raus gebracht. Wirklich enttäuschend

Es ist einfach mein Lieblingscafé/-restaurant, wie auch immer. Ich liebe es dort hinzugehen, die Mädels machen einen super Job.

Leider muss ich mich darüber beschweren, dass die Mitarbeiter mich bei jedem Besuch ignorieren. Es wird nicht gefragt, wobei man mir helfen kann, stattdessen wird man nur angesehen und gleichgültig vorbeigegangen. Dieses Verhalten empfinde ich als respektlos und unangemessen

Es war wie erwartet und wir werden wieder reinschauen.

I was invited to a birthday breakfast at the restaurant and was unfortunately quite disappointed. First of all, labels for the individual items at the buffet would have been helpful – these were completely missing. Refilling the food took a very long time. You had to be especially quick with the scrambled eggs, as they disappeared again almost immediately after being refilled. Less than an hour after opening, both the wheat rolls and the small croissants were gone. When we asked, we were told that they would buy more rolls from the bakery across the street, but that they wouldn't be getting any more croissants. This surprised me greatly for a breakfast buffet at that time of day. There were also long waits for drinks: Our first order was delayed, and another one didn't arrive until we were about to leave. The biggest issue: I had a butter from the buffet whose best-before date had already passed by eight days prior. When I asked about it, the waitress explained that they freeze the butter, which allows it to be used for up to 14 days longer. I understand the reasoning behind it – however, I find it inappropriate to openly display such products in a restaurant. I doubt that this would be in line with the health department's guidelines. At home, I sometimes use products past their best-before date, but I don't expect that in a restaurant – and certainly not that a guest would be lectured about it. Overall, a disappointment for me.

The store has improved significantly since the renovation. Friendly staff, great food.

This gorgeous Cafe/pup located in the middle of Vechta has everything from beautiful coffee ☕️ and cakes 🍰 as well as a refreshing menu to serve all tastes and The Chef cooks all meals with passion thus the great taste and always fresh. It has a large local following telling me not only about the Quality but reasonable prices. It has a beautiful setting outside as well as inside and able to accommodate from two people to large groups. The decor is modern and exceptionally clean, just love the ceiling very unique. Their breakfast is fantastic and really worth trying (make sure you are hungry) as I loved the huge selection and fresh. Recommend booking as the locals love 🥰 it too, known to be booked out on sunny 😎days. All staff are exceptionally friendly and very accommodating to pleasing you the guest. And if Fenn is there he can whip up some great cocktails 🍸 with a large selection of drinks and beers 🍻 Highly recommend dropping in for a drink 🥃 or meal 🍽️.

The best value for money you can get in Vechta. Great drinks! Great food! Great service!

I came here to eat and we were asked straight away what we wanted to order, even though we hadn't had time to look at the menu. We were then left sitting for almost an hour without anyone taking our order, and the place wasn't even full. It's a disgrace. On top of that, the people next to us, who arrived half an hour later, got their food and something to drink, and we didn't even manage to order a drink. The waiters walked past us as if we were air.

The cheeseburger was cold and the fries were hard. The plate was placed at the edge of the table shortly after receiving it. The server never asked if anything was wrong. Only when clearing the table did they ask if anything was wrong. Afterward, they offered to pack the food. 😂

The breakfast buffet is simply great! It's very rich, with freshly baked rolls, beautifully prepared, all types of coffee included, so you can find everything your heart desires there. The selection is simply great. The staff is very friendly and attentive, which is no longer a given these days. The menu is also appealing and the food is very tasty, as are the cocktails! The pretty waitress was really unpleasant

We were there on a Saturday with 6 people for the breakfast buffet and were really impressed. There was a really large selection at the buffet and the service was simply great. Price-performance is definitely 100% right here! We particularly liked the fact that all hot drinks, juice, water and even prosecco are included as a flat rate. We will definitely come back again and can only warmly recommend it.

Order was not sent to the kitchen, staff unable to prioritize the food when asked for 40 mik in the kitchen. Sorry but no, the food cannot be rated because you could only see it at the neighbor's house. However, if the service is exactly the same again then things don't look good

I recently had a pizza... I'm almost 100% sure it was a pimped-up frozen margarita... and for the price they charged, I think it's pretty cheeky... 3 stars anyway, because the pasta was really good the previous time... The service is good and attentive...

If you are in Vechta, you can sit there well. The service is great and the location is modern and cozy.

Never been served so badly. When we entered the store we were rudely sent upstairs. The order was taken and after 40 minutes nothing was there. I then asked the waitress about the food and she simply replied that the kitchen had already been closed and the order had not been passed on - without any apology. As if that wasn't enough, it was only when we were paying that it was mentioned that the card reader wouldn't work and we were rudely sent off with comments about withdrawing money.

We were there for breakfast with 6 people. The selection of sausage and cheese was ok. €21 for breakfast with all drinks is great. We had reserved in advance and stated that one person only eats vegan. We were told that there would always be vegan options. Unfortunately we were disappointed, unfortunately we didn't know anything about it, apparently this information wasn't included in the reservation. Unfortunately, nothing vegan could be offered, apart from a baguette gratinated with vegan sprinkled cheese. So this guest had to be content with fruit and vegetables. But I think €21 is a bit excessive. We were not offered a discount.

the girl with white hair is a very good employee. She quickly took the order, made very good coffee + also convinced me that her pie was one of the best (it was really tasty). I also took a burger and fries, the burger turned out to be good. I ask you to separately note that this girl speaks English well, this is a big plus since in this city I do not often come across sellers who can speak English, for this special thanks

I can only warmly recommend the lovers in Vechta! From the moment you enter the store you feel welcome and in good hands. The staff is incredibly attentive, friendly and responds to every question or request, simply great service! The food? Simply delicious! Every bite was a delight. The portions are generous, so you'll definitely be full, and the prices are absolutely fair. You can tell that quality and freshness come first here. Be it a starter, main course or dessert, everything was perfectly prepared and tasted fantastic. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, so you immediately feel at home. No matter whether you come with friends, family or as a couple, everything fits here. Conclusion: Lover Vechta is a must for everyone who appreciates good food, excellent service and a great atmosphere. I will definitely come back and can only recommend it! Thank you for the wonderful evening!

I suspect that the pizza is unfortunately a frozen pizza. Trying to enhance the pizza with a herbal mixture of parsley and chives somehow doesn't fit at all. Then it's better to leave it out or use a few fresh basil leaves with a dash of olive oil. The bowls are absolutely fine. Bruschetta is also impressive. Service for us was always friendly and quick.

A very cozy restaurant, with comfortable seating and a great panoramic view of Europaplatz and the market on the first floor. The food tasted very good and the portion was very generous. The cocktail (Pina Colada) was also very tasty. It's also great that there is an elevator in this restaurant.

The waitress was very nice and was busy during my visit. Her colleague (or boss) saw that I had to wait a long time to order, but sat down and made a phone call instead of serving the customers. It didn't seem particularly customer-oriented and I can neither recommend nor would I visit there again.

Breakfast buffet is really great (21 euros including drinks). Great selection and other things too. Unfortunately the service was super bad. The buffet was not refilled and no drinks were asked for. Tables started being cleared away and they just didn't continue. It's a shame because the buffet is really great for the price.

The food was okay, we ate a baguette from the menu… unfortunately there was little sauce. The service was also friendly. The prices are mmn. After looking at the menu, it's a bit too high for the value you get.

I ate a bowl here that I found very tasty. The staff was very friendly. There is also a breakfast buffet here on weekends. I would eat here again.

A really nice shop but the prices are incredibly cheeky for the small quantities. Unfortunately, the cocktails there no longer taste as good as they did in Verace's days.

Delicious food and friendly service

We were there for breakfast. Great breakfast buffet: fresh fruit, fish, egg dishes, cheese, coffee drinks, orange juice and prosecco included. The service was very attentive and unobtrusively friendly. It was a very nice start to the day.

I would give 10 stars for the service, very nice friendly service. Can only recommend the breakfast.

LOVER??? I think there needs to be a name change very quickly!!!!! My girls and I went for a cocktail at the so-called “Lieber” yesterday. We had a really nice day UNTIL we ended up at the Lover, we ordered our drinks, chatted, waited and just had fun. Then the waitress came and poured the drink on my cousin. I would like to emphasize that something like this can happen EVERY time BUT that the waitress blames us for it??? That's not possible, sorry, there wasn't even a reasonable apology from her. Well, apparently the young lady had no education. Nevertheless, we laughed about it and tried to look at everything positively. And of course, that was also a topic for us and we chatted about the incident. Then the next bombshell comes, the second waitress comes in all seriousness and shouts at us why we are “blaspheming” about the staff. 1. It is not gossiping if we talk about it while maintaining eye contact. 2. Since when do other customers' conversations matter to you? 3. simply quacking in between is totally disrespectful. We asked that the boss come and we would sort it out. This didn't happen either, so we got up and asked the boss about it while we were paying for the drinks. I found the day on June 23rd, 2024 to be absolutely terrible!!! We felt uncomfortable, watched and not safe!!!!! Drinks are spilled on us and it's our fault??? No apology??? Where are we? Then the next aunt comes out of the corner and shouts at us because we are supposedly gossiping about the staff. We don't even know who you are or what your name is. We exchanged information about what happened. I think we can do that too!!!! The other guests who noticed were equally shocked by the behavior of the waitresses. So you'll have to take another look, lovers, to find out what kind of staff you prefer.

The waiters are super nice and quick. The drinks also taste good and the food is also completely okay for the prices But! It's extremely loud, people are running in groups and out to the counter (probably friends and colleagues of the employees, as can be heard after conversations), employees are running up the stairs with a cigarette in the store, it's really not that nice to smell smoke while you're eating and the door is permanently open so that cigarette smoke comes in.

Lover or should I say hater. I'm outraged, I was wearing an expensive dress today and the waitress threw a cocktail at me. SHE SERIOUSLY DIDN'T APOLOGIZE AND TURNED ON ME. I would have touched the tray, which is not true at all. I will never eat there again!!!!!!! Don't go there, everything is overpriced and the staff is terrible. The little blonde should be fired for something like that!!!!!

I had the pleasure of visiting lovers in Vechta and I was thrilled. The fries I tried here are some of the best I've ever tasted. They were also served warm. The cocktails were also excellent. The friendly staff even served us well shortly before closing time. Highly recommended!

Very nice, cozy place. The drinks didn't arrive until half an hour later. It was great to go out to eat, but it wasn't possible to sit for longer. There was a really loud noise in the background. You couldn't have a conversation at all except for having to shout at each other. I went home annoyed. .the staff, on the other hand, was very nice and helpful

We stopped there spontaneously to grab something quick for dinner. The shop is decorated very chic and the service was friendly. Everything fit. We'd love to come back again.

Went there for brunch on Easter Sunday, despite there being a lot of people, there was a good atmosphere. The staff was very nice and had everything under control.

I recently ate there while passing through Vechta. My impression was so positive that I definitely want to write a review. The food was plentiful and really tasty. The ambience/decoration was very pretty. The service friendly. And - what is actually really important to me - the toilet smelled pleasant and everything was clean. A great restaurant and I fully recommend it.

The Lover restaurant offers an appealing selection and the food looks really great. The taste was okay, but not outstanding. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not quite optimal, as the prices are slightly higher compared to the quality offered.

Sehr schönes Ambiente. Vor allem in der oberen Etage ist es sehr gemütlich und schick. Ich vergebe nur drei Sterne, weil mich die beiden Restaurantbesuche nicht ganz überzeugt haben. Von der Antipastiplatte habe ich mehr erwartet, die in anderen Restaurants definitiv hochwertiger waren. Beim letzten Besuch gab es Süßkartoffelpommes und ein Salamibaguette. Beide Speisen hätten mehr Zeit benötigt, um knusprig zu werden. Die Pasta mit Lachs soll lt. meiner Freundin sehr lecker gewesen sein. Die Menge bei den Süßkartoffelpommes und dem Baguette waren gut, bei den Nudeln wurde man durch das Brot im Endeffekt auch satt. Die Süßkartoffelpommes lagen bei 7,00 EUR, das Baguette bei 9,50 EUR liegt eher im höheren Preissegment. Ein Aperol kostet auch um die 7,00 EUR. Das Personal war durchweg sehr nett, doch leider sind die Speisen ja letztendlich mit entscheidend. Daher gibt es "nur" 3 Sterne. Es wird dennoch ein weiterer Versuch zum Thema Frühstück folgen
