Delicious food and great service! Currently running a #veganuary promotion; a whole page of vegan dishes on the menu; My choice today: both the appetizer and main course were vegan and absolutely delicious!

I'm happy to leave a review. I booked spontaneously while passing through because of the snow. We'll be back. The burger was a 10/10 without any reservations. It's at the top of my burger list :) The beer is, of course, excellent. The fries could use a bit more salt. Otherwise, there's nothing to complain about. The service is also okay. Unfortunately, the colleague who brings the food doesn't take orders.

We spent two nights at the Urban Art Hotel and also visited the restaurant. The hotel is very stylish and well-equipped. The included minibar was a nice touch. The sauna area is also modern and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. The food at the hotel (the burger and the pork shoulder) was delicious. The wide selection of beers was also a plus. We highly recommend a stay here.

The ribs are very tender. The T-bone is cooked perfectly. Unfortunately, the heavily reduced sauces are too spicy for my taste. But overall, a very good experience.

The food has a fixed price. However, if you also factor in the parking ticket, the value for money changes.

Try spare ribs and you will get a gastronomic orgasm. Very tasty, great and fun atmosphere, fast service, various dishes. One of the best restaurants in the city. Very beautiful girls work, they are helped by a cute robot.

The restaurant is beautiful. Very stylishly decorated. Classic, rustic, and modern all at once. Quality is paramount here, whether it's the drinks or the food. The beeramisu for dessert is a definite recommendation. There's nothing comparable in Bayreuth.

Located in the old Maisel brewery, this top-notch venue impresses with its clever concept and design. The exceptionally good service is also worth mentioning, and the kitchen delights with creative and incredibly delicious dishes. The extensive selection of beers from around the globe is unparalleled. The beer is poured and served with exquisite precision, both in terms of foam consistency and quantity. Paid parking is available directly in front of the building. The addition of gin to the menu is another welcome addition.

A great place with some elegant food and local history of Beer. My visit was business purposes. It has multiple floors with different food services. We were at 2nd floor. It can arrany 60/70 people sitting places. The food was sometimes multi national, natural test and good test. Though the quantity may or may not satisfy everybody. The service wa super. Most important, it has good number of local and multi flavor Beer collection.

Another hit in the Maisel World dining experience! 🌍 Delicious food – unique creations, a one-of-a-kind atmosphere, and real wooden barrels used as decoration (still in use). The food was absolutely delicious! I had the pretzel schnitzel and was truly surprised by the flavor. It was a bit noisy due to the large number of people, but the subdued lighting created a wonderful ambiance for dining. 🧀

Good beer, especially a very large selection. Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. However, and this is why I'm deducting two stars, you have to like the extremely loud club music. Having a conversation at the table is difficult. It's obviously part of the concept, but a beer lover doesn't need that... 😉

Cool location in both the hotel and the restaurant. The rooms are a bit too dark due to the lighting, but they have good and easy-to-use air conditioning. The beds and pillows are also very good.

The food and service were excellent; we were treated very kindly and surprised by how quickly the food arrived. Unfortunately, it was nearly impossible to have a conversation at the table because the music was very loud, and when we asked about it, we were told that this couldn't be changed as it was part of the ambiance. With that in mind, we'll remember to avoid Liebesbier on weekends and instead choose a place where we don't have to shout at the server to be heard over the music and take our order.

There were three of us for dinner at this location. The dishes we chose were absolutely delicious. The flavors were outstanding; we've rarely eaten so well. The chocolate beer was particularly noteworthy. And the desserts were simply irresistible... beer amisu, speculoos ice cream cake, and the innovative combination of activated charcoal/sesame ice cream and hemp ice cream made for a truly wonderful evening. A huge compliment to the kitchen and service! If we ever visit Bayreuth again, we'll definitely come back.

We received excellent service at Liebesbier, and all our pre-arranged requests were perfectly accommodated. The service was impeccable, and the food was of high quality. We are very satisfied and will definitely return to Liebesbier for personal occasions/celebrations.

We only ate at the restaurant. It was quite large, but still cozy. The noise level was reasonable, even though it was busy on a Friday evening. The food was delicious and the staff attentive. Because we enjoyed it so much, we went back for breakfast the next morning.

Liebesbier is a great place for me to go in Bayreuth. The food is excellent, and the service is always attentive and friendly. The huge selection of beers is particularly impressive; there's truly something for everyone. The interior is stylish and sophisticated, in exactly the modern yet cozy style that I personally love. The outdoor area is also tastefully designed, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. As a wheelchair user, I'd also like to emphasize that the entire establishment is perfectly accessible—a huge plus! Yes, there are a few steps here and there, but there's plenty of accessible space to find a suitable spot. I do have one small suggestion for improvement: the disabled parking space could be made more stable, as it's currently just gravel (paving stones or asphalt would be better). All in all: A fantastic experience that I highly recommend!

As always, the service was very attentive. The appetizers arrived quickly. The main course took a little longer, but that was perfectly acceptable for a Friday evening in a packed restaurant. We come back regularly and will gladly return.

Great brewery with a restaurant and lots of eye-catching urban art. You can order a tablet with five different beers and do a beer tasting; there's also an on-site shop and tours of the brewery, malt house, and roastery. Great atmosphere.

Liebesbier in Bayreuth is quite different from what you'd normally find in the city – the selection of beers is particularly impressive. We also took a tour of the catacombs, which is definitely recommended and should be booked in advance. The food arrived incredibly quickly, even though the place was packed, and the staff regularly checked if we needed anything. Anyone visiting Bayreuth should definitely check out this unique establishment!

Tables are rarely given to families with children...preferably to 4 adults behind one in the queue.

A fantastic brewery tour – it's quite unique to visit a former brewery with a steam engine, followed by modern tastings of different malts and aroma tests of various hops. The good food and the huge selection of excellent beers are also top-notch!

The food was delicious, the waitresses were super friendly, and the atmosphere was wonderful. Only the music was a bit loud, and the ceilings could use soundproofing. The cheesecake was unfortunately weak; I would have made it more doughy. Instead, it was more of a cream with crispy crumbs.

An industrial-style restaurant with a lovely beer garden. The food is quite good. We were there with a larger group, and the tastes of the food varied. The prices seem to reflect the current trend toward ever-increasing fees. The beer is delicious and varied. You should go there at least once.

We actually just wanted to enjoy a beer and a small snack and were a bit disappointed that there was no food available outside. So we sat inside and were very pleasantly surprised. Great atmosphere, friendly service, and really, really delicious food. The small snack turned into schnitzel, salad, fish and chips, a burger, and, to satisfy my very slight hunger, sweet potato fries with a delicious BBQ sauce. The small beer tasting with five different varieties was great, and the selection was huge. We also found something we liked in the shop, and we bought our first Christmas presents. Highly recommended. Maybe even a guided tour next time.

A wonderful and relaxing time at Liebesbier From the super-interesting menu, I opted for the pulled shoulder of pork the night before, with a huge selection of beers, as well as delicious alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. The hotel rooms are exactly my taste. Wooden elements and colors combined with black or anthracite surfaces in a super-modern, urban style. A sophisticated bathroom, a walk-in shower with a rain shower, and everything spotlessly clean. The highlight the following day was the barbecue event "We love BBQ" with the world barbecue champion, a fantastic selection of dishes, including vegan options, with consistently high-quality ingredients. The event was accompanied by a friendly and cheerful DJ, whose perfectly chosen beats created an absolutely relaxed atmosphere. Special praise goes to the always attentive and courteous service staff, who were almost never empty-handed (chapeau!). The price-performance ratio is perfect!

We had a great time, even though we don't drink beer. There's something for everyone. The ice cream was very good. The beetroot dumplings were a dream. One minor drawback was that the sirloin steak was already cut into small strips. But that's a matter of taste.

Fresh, creative, and of top-notch quality. Whether burgers, steaks, or vegetarian dishes, there's something for everyone here, and everything is served with great attention to detail. The desserts are also a delight. The service is attentive, fast, and warm; you feel welcome from the very first moment. Super fast and friendly service, outstanding beer, and inventive and top-notch food. What more could you want?

As beer lovers, we wanted dinner for two. We didn't have a reservation, and the restaurant was busy, but not full. The lady at the reception explained to us that, according to instructions from "top management," she wasn't allowed to assign tables without reservations. If we just wanted a drink, that was possible. We left and find it a disgrace that guests who would bring in revenue are scared away with such comments from unfriendly, snippy staff.

Noisy place, neither the beer nor the food can be so good that you would want to go there in the evening 🥴

We were very hungry, but weren't allowed to order a starter until we knew what we wanted for the main course. The starters were very good. For the main course, I had steak fries. The medium steak I ordered was completely cooked, and the fries were way too salty. For dessert, we had Beeramismu in the form of a Black Forest cake. Unfortunately, everything just tasted like cherries. The cake batter and cream had no flavor. Our empty drinks were also constantly ignored. It's possible that the people bringing the food aren't allowed to take orders, but I ask anyway and send the right waiter over? For this price range, we expect more.

First time at Liebesbier. Awesome place. Super friendly service. Very good food. Prices in line with current prices. The restroom doors were difficult to lock. I also expected the ladies' area to have hygiene products... (since it's a young and hip place). I'd definitely come back – also to try out the outdoor terrace.

The visit was a success story: although we arrived a little earlier than planned, we were provisionally served the best at the bar. Then, at our table, the service was super friendly and relaxed – we weren't quick to order, especially considering the extensive menu with its many delicious items. And then there was the beer selection... We felt more than welcome, and as a reward, we were treated to great food, perfectly served. Unfortunately, due to geographical constraints, we only come here twice a year, so we're already really looking forward to our next visit!

We stopped at the Liebesbier Restaurant on our way through, and it was absolutely delicious. The ambiance is amazing, the staff super friendly, and the food was fantastic. We'll definitely stop by again next time we're in the area.

A distinguished and elegant hotel with a very beautiful visual identity, clean and a great location

ATTENTION! You have to pay to park on premise even if you are a guest of the restaurant. If you miss that you will receive a letter with a hefty fine from a contracted company which is never reachable via phone despite "opening" hours mentioned on the fine letter. This is the one-and-only restaurant parking lot that charges its guests that I know and it is not in downtown Munich or Berlin, but in the outskirts of provincial Bayreuth. Out of principle, I will avoid this "unique" place where you are charged parking fees by the bar while tasting a beer or two. Besides: Service very slow, but beers interesting and some very good, food not tasted.

We were there yesterday with my in-laws, and it was just perfect: the ambiance – totally charming with its mix of brick, modern industrial style, and cozy corners – perfect vibe from the very first moment. The service was very friendly and accommodating, attentive without being intrusive. To drink, we had a non-alcoholic and a regular beer. Particularly great: the half-and-half beer – my highlight of the evening, aromatic and perfectly flavored. I had the vegan chickpea hemp burger with house fries and BBQ dip – totally convincing, super tasty, and beautifully hearty. Afterwards, we treated ourselves to a chocolate cake and the beer amisu – oh man, dessert heaven! The online menu offers a pretty cool selection: "crazy burgers," the finest "best of veggie" dishes, and imaginative desserts – perfectly matched what we enjoyed. The attention to detail, regional ingredients, and creative ideas – you can feel them in every bite. For me, it was an absolutely perfect evening: a fantastic location, friendly service, super-delicious food, and a beer experience you won't soon forget. 5 stars, full marks!

The food isn't really my cup of tea; almost everything looked good, but the prices were also quite expensive. The service was good, and the beers were, of course, very good.

For wheelchair users: I feel very welcome here. Accessible room, everything at wheelchair height. Bathroom with grab bars. Plenty of maneuvering space. Great. Accessible restroom available in the restaurant. Very attentive staff. For everyone: Impressive street art. Good facilities. However, you should like black hallways and dark rooms. I loved it. Restaurant: Creative cuisine, very tasty. VERY! Good staff. Breakfast buffet good, but expensive. The music during breakfast was too overpowering and loud for me personally, especially since it's not to everyone's taste. I really enjoyed my entire stay and highly recommend it.

We took the brewery tour. This is only possible with a tour guide on your phone. This gives you the opportunity to stay as long as you like. 👍 It was very interesting and highly recommended. As a reward, we got a beer to take home 😉 and a beer tasting in the restaurant. 🍻 From there, you can also easily get to the city center. 👍👍👍

Yes, I can recommend this place, but at the breakfast buffet, there's a Mango, so you have to wait a long time to get a coffee. Two machines are simply not enough for the many seats.

One of the best restaurants in Bayreuth and the surrounding area. The food is very good and delicious. The menu changes seasonally, which makes it worth a visit. The steaks are very good, but the service is a bit more upscale.

The place is much bigger than we expected, so you can also celebrate birthdays and other events there with separate rooms. There's plenty of space inside and outside, and they even cater for kids. The menu has something for everyone, including vegetarian options, small or large portions, and everything is delicious! Highly recommended.

We'd really like to give it 5 stars, but we have to deduct one... I ordered a peach iced tea, which unfortunately tasted mostly like water. It also looked very, very clear... My husband had a pale ale, which was very tasty. My husband's burger was also good, and so was my spaetzle with mushrooms, but both dishes had almost no seasoning and simply tasted bland. After we added more seasoning ourselves, it was fine. The ambiance is great, and the service was super quick and friendly. We found the frequent inquiries about whether everything was okay a tiny bit annoying, sometimes when we were in the middle of a conversation. But it's better than no service at all. So, overall, it's great, but there are a few drawbacks. We'll still give it another chance. ☺️

We went there for dinner again today, and unfortunately, the evening wasn't that great. We eat there often, but today the service was very unfriendly, and the main course was cooked incorrectly. I complained politely, of course, but I found the statement that it was due to the lighting absolutely disgusting—sorry. One positive, though, was that they brought out a fresh serving. Regarding service, I simply don't think it's fair to say it's full and I should look around. In a business like this, I think customers should be served properly and be friendly.
