Le phat spezial restaurant in Cuxhaven

If I had an Asian restaurant like that near me, I'd definitely order from there once a week. It's super delicious and the quality is significantly higher than comparable shops.

We were very satisfied. The welcome was exceptionally friendly. The food was authentic and delicious. Highly recommended.

We ordered the platter for four people with an appetizer. Unfortunately, it wasn't as Asian as we've come to expect from other restaurants. The sauces all tasted strongly of Maggi, which you can hardly get out of your mouth, and the waitstaff was already very busy with the restaurant being full. All the dishes came with fried onions, which didn't always go well with the dishes (e.g., Peking soup). It's a shame, really.

We had a delicious meal here and will definitely be back. I even got a bowl and chopsticks to eat with on mine!

Delicious food with nice service. It should be mentioned that the starter soup is really a soup and not a soup. The only negative point is that the ventilation or the extractor should be better.

We had the set menu for two. We were full and satisfied at the end. Everything was perfect for us and we were surprised that the restaurant was so quiet. We also ate for less than the other evenings at Dunen and Döse.

The food is far too expensive for the mediocre quality! The atmosphere is in a basement!!! completely uncomfortable. The draft beer was flat, the rice was a kind of sticky, sticky mess, and the chicken in my really expensive and small H4 dish (over €20) was inedible. The sauce and beef in the dish, however, were tasty. But all in all, it's just not good and far too expensive. I wouldn't go here again, and where the 5-star reviews come from is a mystery to me...

The most underrated restaurant in Duhnen. Delicious and reasonably priced. Good service, and everything was very clean. We were the only customers on a Wednesday, even though this particular place is really good.

Zum ersten setzte man mich an die Theke, damit ich kein Tisch blockiere weil ich alleine war, da hätte ich eigentlich schon gehen sollen. Dann habe ich eine Gemüsesuppe als Vorspeise und ein Hauptgericht bestellt. Die Gemüsesuppe war so schlecht und lieblosgemacht das ich nur ein paar Löffel davon gegessen habe. Tiefkühlgemüse und Instand Gemüsebrühe mit Röst- und Frühlingzwiebel zusammen geschmissen und aufgekocht. Sowas schlechtes habe ich noch nie vorgesetzt bekommen und für sowas wird 5,50 € verlangt. Das Hühnchen im Hauptgericht musste man suchen, dafür war die Soße um so salziger. Also mich sieht da keiner wieder. Schade, für das Personal was sehr freundlich war.

I've eaten there very often. The dishes are prepared very tasty. No one-size-fits-all, always freshly cooked. Don't be confused by the fact that "Le Phat" is in the basement. If you don't try it, you're missing out.

Then we have spring rolls as a starter, main course duck with coconut milk and chicken breast in coconut milk with rice Everything was floating in the sauce on a cold plate!! We had lunch at "Le Phat" and really enjoyed it. Modern, simple and bright atmosphere despite being located in the basement. Very friendly service. The food was great. Very good quality, especially when it comes to meat, and large portions at reasonable prices. The glass noodle soup was particularly great and was enough for two people. We felt comfortable and will come back.

I had a wonton soup to start with and duck with asparagus, mushrooms, leeks, and onions in hoisin sauce. It tasted good (the duck dish was supposed to be spicy according to the menu, but it wasn't). Still delicious! The wonton soup was also delicious. Unfortunately, the draft beer was under-carbonated and not chilled enough! The restaurant is very clean and typically decorated, and the service was exemplary... I find it relatively expensive for an Asian restaurant. I paid a total of €30 for a draft beer, a starter soup, and a main course. Vacation spot or not... I pay less for more value at good Asian all-you-can-eat buffet restaurants 😉. Still, a nice change from the other restaurants in town every now and then!

Not recommended. Neither starter nor main course. Rarely have such bad Asian food been eaten. The duck was fatty and tasteless, the side dishes were overcooked and the sauce was unworthy of an Asian restaurant. The rice was a tasteless mess. I had to return the food twice because it was ice cold. NO apology, instead I was served the same dish only lukewarm the third time. The service staff was always trying hard. By the way, using Danish russet onions as an ingredient in a wonton soup...great movie. Absolutely not recommended

I'm on vacation and I like to come here several times. The food is very good and tasty. It's not easy to be so cheap in this location!! I am definitely satisfied and will recommend this restaurant

We had a wonderful dinner at the Asis Restaurant Le Phat in Cuxhaven. The restaurant is well maintained, clean and traditionally furnished. The food is very tasteful, visually, beautiful and freshly prepared. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. You can pay by card and there are parking spaces nearby. Many Asian specialties, including vegetarian ones, are available.

How do 4.5 stars come about?! Curious. We would have preferred to read the recent reviews. We fall in line. It doesn't live up to what Google promises. The food was neither authentic nor good, at best “sufficient”. What was also strange was that two of the same “hot plates” were seasoned quite differently. The fluffy rolls and wontons weren't homemade either. We also had the curry that was too sweet… more sugar than curry. We don't want to talk about the amounts of glutamate and baking soda that were used to soften the meat.

We like Asian food and thought while on vacation, why not give it a try? Oh well. Service is completely ok. But as far as the food goes, well. My daughter only wanted prawns and lobster crabs without rice and without sauce, so she asked for that and the waitress said that would be possible. What was there? 6 shrimp sauce and rice, the child was already served. My wife wanted chicken with sweet and sour sauce and noodles. Everything was brought there, but since when do corn, peas and beans come in? I always thought bamboo sprats, pineapple and peppers were included. My wife was also served. I had crispy duck with rice and everything was fine, so I give it 2 out of 5 stars. Unfortunately we won't be coming back.

Because of the good reviews and because we had an appetite for Asian cuisine, we went there yesterday. What can I say? Somehow I'm speechless. Unfortunately, the food was completely atypical, the vegetables were overcooked and the sauces were all the same. The beef wasn't good quality, chicken was okay and the prawns too. The restaurant is clean and the service is friendly and helpful. All in all, it's no longer an option for us.

We like to eat a lot of Asian food, I had read the good reviews, so our route in Duhnen also took us to Le Phat. Unfortunately, I wasn't really impressed with the food. The portions were generous, unfortunately my beef was very tough, the vegetables were overcooked and the coconut sauce was way too sweet. My husband wasn't really impressed with his chicken dish either, which is a shame

We went here for dinner based on a recommendation. Great food and very friendly staff. Great price-performance ratio. I often can't tolerate the flavor enhancers in Asian food. You can see where these are included in the menu here. We'd love to come back.

It was our first time at the restaurant for dinner and it will stay that way. The food was a disaster. The Peking soup tasted bland. The main course was partly oversalted, the fried rice was mush. The service was very friendly, but the food didn't taste any better. So it's an absolute failure.

Food is OK, actually plenty of choice and the portions are very generous. Unfortunately, German is spoken a bit poorly but the little son does a great job as an interpreter. Nice little guy.

Box to go cannot be recommended. Duck felt like there were leftovers, even just a few pieces. Rice stuck, felt like it was from yesterday too. And all of this for just €9.

Very very bad I ordered 40 euros for 4 to go boxes. There were four pieces of meat in there. Then they wanted to tell me that it would have cost 32 but I had to pay 40 and I have a receipt. And then they said the sauce had to be paid for extra without anyone telling me to discuss it with me. Very very bad never again

Hello everyone, I had dinner here with my family today and I have to say it was fantastic. The service is very nice and you feel like you are really in Asia. I ordered the 16 (spring rolls with chicken and pork) and the R1 (egg fried rice with chicken). The spring rolls were very crispy and simply perfected with the sweet and sour sauce. The egg rice was nice and lumpy and therefore very easy to eat with chopsticks, and there was also a large slice of orange. The orange made the rice even more delicious, fruity and fresh. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the crust was a dream.😍Unfortunately we couldn't manage dessert. The entire evening was great!! Of course you come to the North Sea to eat fish sandwiches etc. but you should definitely make a stop here. Only recommended!!!! Ps: They are very happy when you try to eat with chopsticks See you then

We're out and about on holidays in Cuxhaven and we got hungry so we decided to go to Le Phat. When we arrived, we were greeted friendly and were seated directly and we received our menus. The staff was friendly and the beverages were brought quickly, just as the food. We had waited maybe just 15 minutes. We had two different soups and some baked fish and chicken. The dishes tasted fresh and tasty. The serving size was alright. On the huge plates it looked just average in size at first glance, but once we had finished, we were actually full and content. A long story short, we've enjoyed the food and agreed that if time permitting, we'll go there again because - as the customers at the table next to us put it correctly - "this was excellent tasting food."

Very nice staff. :) The restaurant is also beautifully decorated and has enough seats to eat comfortably on site. Prices are very fair. We enjoyed the curry, duck and noodles.

We picked up fried noodles with baked chicken and spring rolls as a to-go box. It was not good. Small box. Very little chicken and we didn't like the noodles. There was also a lack of bean sprouts and spring onions. There was also other chicken without breading in the noodles. Price performance is not right here. Overall it wasn't good. Taste and price performance.

The food was delicious. The price-performance ratio was good and the service was quick and very friendly. The peanut sauce tasted like coconut to me, but I don't know if that's common in Vietnamese. I like coconut. My husband and children were also very happy with their meal.

We came here spontaneously during the week and found a place straight away. The hind under the table in the restaurant wasn't a problem. The food was very tasty and freshly prepared. The portions didn't disappoint either, so we'll be happy to come back.

Box To Go, unfortunately almost no vegetables in the noodles, which were also very thick and more reminiscent of spaghetti. Otherwise ok - it may be that the other dishes for consumption in the restaurant are better...

We have tried different dishes and all of them were very tasty. Even extra requests were no problem. Service very friendly. It's worth it even if it's a bit hidden. Prices very fair.

Great but inconspicuous Vietnamese / Chinese restaurant in Duhnen. Unfortunately not barrier-free in the basement but with a great kitchen. Prices are extremely reasonable and quality is at the top. Also very clean and friendly. The contrast between the Chinese snack and the fine taste of the food is remarkable. One of the best Asian restaurants I've ever visited.

The vegan offer explicitly mentioned on the website does not exist. Unfortunately, there were massive language difficulties and it was not possible to adequately communicate with the waitress and cook.

Inconspicuous but delicious; have been to Cux.-Duhnen several times and have always walked past this restaurant and always thought it was a “normal” fast food restaurant. Then we tried it out and were very impressed and surprised by the quantity and quality! Fast and super nice, friendly service. We'll definitely be back.

Ein völlig unscheinbares asiatisches Restaurant in Duhnen. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt, das Essen (Ente und ein Mischgericht) war erste Sahne. Beste vietnamesische Küche. Wir wünschen den Besitzern alles Gute und hoffen, dass wir bald mal wieder vorbeischauen können....

我在Cuxhaven吃到最好的亚洲菜了，价格当然有点贵，但是还是有所值得。点了一份虾炒饭，能在炒饭里尝到虾油的鲜香，并不只是搁了几个虾。我点了一份汤粉丝，非常遗憾没有河粉，但是汤头也不只是放了方便面调料的汤头，明显是熬出来的。店面非常小，价格比较贵，但是总体还是值得来此品尝！
