Lautenberg 1 - TAPAS, PINZA Y BAR in Ulm

Can't say anything positive or negative about the food, service and ambience. I reserved an appointment online and received a confirmation by email. Then I wanted to check by phone a few days later to make sure everything was going well, since it was a dinner with work colleagues. I was told in a very unfriendly manner on the phone that my reservation was no longer valid and that there were no more available appointments. Then they just hung up without apologizing, not a single word that made you feel sorry. Rating: not recommended!

Order food here more often. Great taste and high quality. The Arabic dishes are excellent, but we were also absolutely thrilled with the burger (no frozen patties). Unfortunately there were no olives at the Fattosh. The hummus is to die for, the shawarma is outstanding. Delivery always goes smoothly, highly recommended.

Unfortunately I was served spoiled food. The mushroom cream sauce for the bread dumplings was completely sour and inedible!!! According to the waitress, this is always prepared the night before and may not have been covered, whatever that means……. It was offered that the chef would freshly prepare the dish again, but I declined because I lost my appetite. I thought it was a shame that my drink was charged; after this “culinary experience🤢) that would have been a small compensation!

I didn't eat here, but I found the menu appealing. The staff was very friendly, and the beer arrived quickly and cold. Plus, there was live music—I thought it was great! :)

Very nice location, the atmosphere and the service staff are very nice and cool. Personally, I tried the vegetarian quesadillas, although I had to say that they lacked some spiciness, acidity and punch... but visually they were very appealing.
