Die Halle in Ulm

Die Pizza war in Ordnung und lecker, jedoch meiner Meinung nach zu teuer mit 13,50€. Die Pho Nudeln hingegen hatten wenig mit Pho zu tun. Normalerweise ist das ja eine würzige Brühe mit Gemüse und Nudeln. Hier war es jedoch nur das Salzwasser der Nudeln mit Kräutern, ein wenig Zwiebeln und Tofu. War leider etwas Fade und deswegen waren die 14,00€ viel zu teuer meiner Meinung nach. Die Churros waren super und preislich in Ordnung. Sehr voll und laut.

Wir kommen seit 2-3 Jahren hierher… Ich kenne mich mit authentischer mexikanischer, mittelamerikanischer und südamerikanischer Küche aus… Zum Glück konnte ich meinen Freund mit diesem Essen anstecken, dank des fantastischen Geschmacks hier. Alles ist köstlich – Pizza, Burger, asiatische Küche. Die Burritos sind unser Favorit. Jeder fühlt sich hier willkommen, egal ob Neukunde oder Stammgast. Alle sind super freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank, dass ihr eine so herzliche Atmosphäre mit so tollem Essen geschaffen habt, die Menschen jeden Alters und jeder Kultur willkommen heißt! Pizza, Burritos und Quesedillas sind perfekt. Würde ich immer wieder essen. Der vietnamesische Stand hingegen ist katastrophal. Rotes Curry bestellt und im Grunde nur Kokosmilch bekommen. Wenn man die einfachste Soße nicht mal hinbekommt zweifle ich am „authentischen“ Vietnamesen dann doch. Auch weitere Versuche mit dem Bun oder Frühlingsrollen waren mehr als enttäuschend.

Ich mag die Halle eigentlich sehr. Es gibt eine schöne Auswahl an Speisen, jeder findet meist etwas für sich und so kann man hier toll mit einer größeren Gruppe kommen, um alle glücklich zu machen. Es ist jung, urban und international. Ein besonderer Ort für Ulm. Die Mitarbeiter sind ebenfalls super nett. Jetzt kommt aber leider das "neue" Bezahlsystem mit SumUp, das bei mir einen schlechten Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Hier wird man praktisch zum Geben von Trinkgeld genötigt (10-20%), was ich in einem Food-Court, in dem ich selbst das Essen und Trinken bestellen und abholen muss, einfach nicht ganz nachvollziehen kann. Ich gebe gerne Trinkgeld aber wenn ich die Aufgaben des Services übernehme und dann beim Bezahlen so zum Geben von Trinkgeld angehalten werde, hinterlässt das keine schöne Erfahrung. Garantiert auch nicht bei den Mitarbeitern. Bei einem gehobenen Preisniveau sollten die Chefs die Mitarbeiter so fair bezahlen, dass diese Aufgabe nicht auch noch auf Gäste abgewälzt wird, die für einen nicht vorhandenen Zusatzservice bezahlen sollen. Ich komme immer wieder gerne her, weil ich es für einen schönen Ort halte und die Mitarbeiter dort nett finde. So ganz rund fand ich die Erfahrung mit dem neuen Bezahlsystem aber einfach nicht.

Keine Ahnung wie das Essen schmeckt, hier wird Samstag abends schon 2 Std vor den ausgeschriebenen Öffnungszeiten dicht gemacht. Küchen-Schließzeiten werden gar nicht erst genannt. Schade der Weg war umsonst und der Hunger bleibt.

Ich habe einen super Smashburger gegessen, aber ich rate davon ab, dort drinnen zu essen, da die Kleidung nach dem Rausgehen total stinken wird. Das deutet darauf hin, dass die Belüftung nicht richtig funktioniert.

Etwas laut, aber das gehört zum Charme. Bestellformular je Stsnd Ding unterschiedlich was einem keiner vorher sagt. Beim Essen war an einem Ssmstsg um 8 überraschend viel nicht mehr verfügbar. Die Supoen beim Thsi offenbar seit Jahren stehen sber noch auf dem Display. Dafür klappen die Getränke hervorragend . Also gediegen das Gsmze

Ein wirklich super Konzept und ich würde so gern eine bessere Bewertung geben. Aber leider war under Erlebnis nicht ganz optimal. Das Personal ist freundlich, aber dadurch, dass man lediglich bestellt und ansonsten wenig interagiert kann man es weder extrem positiv aber auch auf keinen Fall negativ bewerten. Das Essen war leider an der Grenze zu genießbar. Ich will das auch überhaupt nicht für alle Stände sagen, sondern ausschließlich für die Burritos. Diese waren sehr geschmacksneutral und triefend von Öl. Mir ist ein Rätsel was hier schief gelaufen ist. Aber einen nassen Burrito zu essen hat kein Spaß gemacht. Dafür war das Bier sehr gut, da Berg Bier. Das Ambiente ist cool. Schöne Halle und man kann sich auch noch unterhalten. Ist natürlich nicht sonderlich gemütlich, was aber auch nicht der Anspruch sein kann. Vermutlich muss man der Halle noch eine Chance geben. Immerhin haben viele Vorredner das Essen als sehr gut empfunden. Nur von den Burritos würde ich definitiv abraten.

In der Mittagspause perfekt. Durch die verschiedenen Stände kann sich jeder aussuchen, was er essen möchte.

Gemütlicher Ort, gutbürgerliche Küche, kann etwas belebt und laut sein.

Ich war schon so oft hier! Einer meiner Lieblingsorte in Ulm 🤩 Tolle, gemütliche Atmosphäre und Musik, leckeres Essen und Getränke! Es gibt vier verschiedene Gerichte: Mexikanisch, US-Burger, Italienisch und Vietnamesisch/Asiatisch. Meine bisherigen Favoriten: - Quesadillas mit Schweinefleisch (9/10) - Churros (8,5/10) - Hausgemachte Limonade mit Himberee und Holunder (8,5/10) - Süßkartoffelpommes (8,5/10) – riesige Portion! Außerdem probiert: - Vegetarische Quesadillas (7,5/10) – ziemlich gut, aber vielleicht könnten Bohnen oder andere Füllungen außer Tomaten und Mais hinzugefügt werden. Nur im Winter ist es etwas eng, da die Luft vom Kochen nicht durch das Fenster entweichen kann – im Sommer ist die Luftzirkulation besser. Hoffentlich gibt es dafür eine Lösung, denn ich gehe sehr gerne dorthin!

Tolles Konzept und für jede:n was dabei! Hier ist immer viel los, Reservierung ist daher zu empfehlen. Einziges Manko: durch die offenen Küchen riecht das Gewand nachher stark nach Essen.

Wir gehen hier super gern zum Essen hin. Auch in Gruppen findet hier jede was zum Essen. Egal ob mexikanisch, vietnamesisch, Burger oder Pizza. Alles sehr lecker. Einziger kleiner Nachteil, man riecht danach nach Essen. Mich stört es nicht, einige Freunde stört es.

Streetfoodstore mit Auswahl an Pizza/Pasta, Burger/ Frites, Asiaten sowie TexMex. Da sollte für jeden etwas dabei sein. Das Essen und die Drinks waren gut und gab es zu zivilen Preisen.

Ein toller Ort für Gruppen, mit einer vielfältigen Auswahl an Gerichten. Es ist ein Food Court mit einem viel schöneren Ambiente, ganz anders als in einem typischen Einkaufszentrum. Ich habe jedes Mal die Burger bestellt und die waren echt super. Über die anderen Stände kann ich nichts sagen, aber an meinem Tisch hat sich nie jemand beschwert! Die Weinauswahl ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber Cocktails und Bier gibt es in Ordnung. Insgesamt ein schöner Ort mit toller Atmosphäre. Meistens gut besucht.

Eine sehr coole Idee, gerade wenn man sich nicht entscheiden kann. Es gibt viel Auswahl und das Essen hat eine top Qualität. Haben uns bei jedem Stand etwas geholt und waren mit unserer Auswahl sehr zufrieden. Auch die Köche und Bedingungen sind sehr nett und aufmerksam.

Richtig gut! Gehört aufjedenfall zu einem Ulm Besuch dazu!

Sehr tolles Konzept! Große Auswahl an leckerem Essen, schönes Ambiente und netter Service. Reservierung ist Dank dem Online Tool super einfach und gerade abends auch empfehlenswert. Hier findet wirklich jeder etwas!

Wir hatten 2x eine Phở Bò. Diese Brühe hat nicht ansatzweise nach Phở geschmeckt. Dort wurde irgendein Pulver benutzt. Man hatte gesehen, wie es in der Brühe nicht mal ganz gelöst war. Zudem war das Fleisch sehr zäh. Insgesamt ist die Phở dort absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Tolle Location und geniale Idee... so kann jeder Essen, was er/sie möchte und doch kann man zusammen sitzen.

Hier findet jeder das passende Essen! Sehr schön gestaltete Halle mit ganz besonderem Ambiente. Wer in der Nähe ist sollte hier unbedingt mal vorbeischauen! Mein Highlight war das Sandwich von Stand eins. Glatte 10/10!

I tried the Vietnamese pho here. It's the best pho outside of Vietnam! I highly recommend it. We've often tried to find authentic-tasting pho, but none have truly convinced us. But this one is very close to the original in Vietnam. Definitely try it.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A really great concept in the hall in Ulm! There are four different stands or restaurants – pizza, burgers, Asian, and Mexican. The selection is extensive, and everyone will find something to their liking. We opted for burgers and were absolutely thrilled; they were really juicy, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. At the Asian stand, we tried Thai curry and pho, and they were simply delicious; both were a clear 10 out of 10. To finish off, we had churros, which were also fantastic. Overall, a really nice concept with a great atmosphere. Definitely recommended; we'll definitely be back! A little tip: It's best to make a reservation in advance, as it fills up quickly.

I think it's really great here! There's something for everyone, whether vegetarian, vegan, or meat-loving. The atmosphere is great, and the people are friendly. There's a great play area for babies and children.

Great location! Super friendly team and incredibly delicious food. They have the best burrito! Great location right in Ulm's city center. Usually always busy. We're happy to wait an extra five minutes for our food, as there are only two people working in each kitchen at a time. But we've always gotten our food quickly, and you can get drinks yourself at the bar. The prices are absolutely fair, too! A MUST-DO for us when we're in Ulm!

There is Mexican, Vietnamese or Thai food Pizza and one more thing whicj don't remember. Definitely try the burrito was 😋 delicious. Definitely recommend 👍🏻. As far as sitting it would be better to make reservations at rush hours.

Super friendly staff and a very cool concept. Unfortunately, the fries were nothing special; they could have been left in the fryer a bit longer. There's a good selection of veggie burgers, and the churros unfortunately tasted like nothing.

A bit overhyped, in my opinion. Too loud and a bit too disorganized. On your first visit, they assume you understand/know the concept and don't briefly explain how it works... For me, the customer service doesn't pose any "repeat risk."

There were 12 of us there, and there was something for everyone. We had a bit of everything. A bit too loud for me personally, but still OK. Perfect for a date, that's my impression. There were lots of couples between 20 and 28. At 47, I was above the average. 🫣 Overall, highly recommended.

We arrived relatively early for their evening opening and quickly got a table. Later, the place quickly filled up. The food was delicious. We had burgers, tortillas, and burritos.

It was a disgrace to have to wait 50 minutes for a burger, even though we were promised 30 minutes. It was the first and last time I visited there...

Definitely always worth a visit. They offer various burgers and fries, Asian dishes (also various dishes), and a South American restaurant that also serves typical dishes. The seating is also very convenient. We enjoy coming here.

We spontaneously went to the hall for dinner. We googled which restaurants were open and what kind of food they served. The hall displayed a variety of dishes. From pizza to burgers and Asian noodles to American street food. So we went to the hall. The two of us decided on burgers. One was cheese with bacon and the other was cheese smasher without a bun. Both were very tasty; it was the best and tastiest burger we've eaten. We bought drinks at the bar. Everyone was super nice. If we're in the area again, we'd love to come back. It's worth it.

Very good burgers and relaxed atmosphere

The concept is basically very cool – a small space where you can sample different cuisines from all over the world. Drinks are ordered directly at the bar, and the atmosphere is definitely lively and pleasant. However, it's quite crowded, and we sometimes had to wait 30 to 40 minutes for our food. So if you're hungry, you'll need to be patient.

We probably caught a bad day: The burger stand apparently had water damage in the cooling system, and the entire stand was lined with soggy paper towels. While they were cleaning up, burgers continued to be prepared and served. The employee from the Mexican stand then came over and, wearing plastic gloves from cooking, took away the full bags of soggy towels. I firmly believe that this unfortunate situation significantly compromised the hygiene during preparation that day... Overall, everything was a bit disorganized and hectic. Even at the stands that didn't have water damage. And the hall was only half full... The food was quite tasty. The pizza was definitely the best value for money. The pulled pork quesadillas were really delicious. The burger and fries tasted good. However, the portion of fries was very small, with a tiny dollop of ketchup. The meal (without a drink) was also quite expensive at over €15. An extra portion of ketchup would be an extra €1... Conclusion: You can give it a try, but don't set your expectations too high. Above all, don't think you'll get it cheaper than at a regular restaurant.

At lunchtime, the food takes a very long time. I recommend pizza and Mexican food; the Asian rice tasted a little lacking. It's also quite loud.

We came across this food hall via Google Maps and thought the concept was really great, it immediately reminded us of similar places abroad that we know from different countries. We thought the burger was really good and juicy, it was really convincing. The Pho, on the other hand, was unfortunately not our cup of tea; it was made very simply and we found it quite steep to charge around €15 for it. What we also didn't like was that the outside area was just being set when we were waiting for food and even though everything outside was already full, waiting guests were not allowed to sit down at tables that hadn't yet been set. We were traveling with a stroller and couldn't sit inside anyway, so we would have liked a little more accommodation or friendliness from the staff.

I swear I've eaten a lot of burgers in my life, but in my 18 years in this world I've never eaten a burger like the Oklahoma Smash Burger. I swear to you, I was even in a good mood again after I ate it. If I had the money I would eat it for every meal. Absolute recommendation

Unfortunately, I only have to give one star because of one person - a certain Asia. I had a city tax card and wanted to go to lunch with it. I wanted to order the second Asian dish from the right. Since there were many dishes like pho, rice or fried noodles and it was my first time there, I didn't know what dishes were available with the menu. So I asked if I could order Pho or what dishes were generally available. All I got was the answer: "There's no Pho. Put your card here and go away. I'll take you with me." The person didn't say anything else. I asked again which pasta or dish I could get specifically, but I got the same answer again: "Pho doesn't work. Just put the card there. You don't have to do anything else." A conversation was impossible. There was no willingness to understand my questions or even try to help me in a friendly manner. I then politely declined to order. How can you be so condescending and rude over a simple food order? It's completely incomprehensible to me. I was really looking forward to my lunch, but was very disappointed by this disrespectful treatment. It was an extremely unpleasant experience - I will definitely never come back.

Great hall, great food selection

Modern, great atmosphere and very tasty food.

At “Abuelitas” in the hall you can get the best burrito in all of Ulm and Neu-Ulm. A revelation every time. Filled with delicious chili, guacamole, cheese, rice and what not, it's just amazing. Also highly recommended: the chili with nachos. Type for the icing on the cake: always a drop of lime on top - that's the final boost to taste heaven.

Landed here on a recommendation. Unfortunately it smells of commercialism here, the ambience if you can talk about it only underlines that. It's super loud, we had to wait a long time for the food and the vegan/normal burgers were swapped without comment. It didn't taste like anything and was supposed to be bacon/minced meat. It's the first and last time I've been here, it's a shame...

The Asian food here definitely cannot be called authentic. I had the red Thai curry and there was nothing Asian about the dish. Plus it wasn't even red, the rice was mushy and the vegetables weren't cooked through. It was also more curry soup than actual Thai curry.

Very nice location, the atmosphere and the service staff are very nice and cool. Personally, I tried the vegetarian quesadillas, although I had to say that they lacked some spiciness, acidity and punch... but visually they were very appealing.

The concept is great, if you come with several people you may not be able to eat together because it comes from different cuisines.

Great shop, unfortunately you had to make a reservation on a Wednesday, so we waited half an hour for a place. When we wanted to order at the Smashburger store, we had to wait another 40 minutes. So if you come here, make a reservation in advance and order immediately when you go in. It's a shame that something like this isn't said beforehand at the entrance.

The idea is good, but it smells very strongly of oil in winter. (not known in summer). The clothes smelled strongly of oil. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was also not sufficient. The waiting times are also very long.

Super. There should be more of that

We were in the hall with the shift for the Christmas party. We were greeted super friendly. The food from the 4 restaurants was extremely tasty and the portions were plentiful and the price-performance ratio was right. You have to order the food from the self-service service at the respective counter in the restaurant and it will be freshly prepared and served to the table. You can get the drinks at the large counter, also in self-service. What is special to mention is the coffee in the hall. In my opinion, this is the best coffee I have ever had in Ulm. You can't get such good and delicious coffee even from a very good Italian restaurant. So the further recommendation from the hall is 100%.
