Die Halle in Ulm

At “Abuelitas” in the hall you can get the best burrito in all of Ulm and Neu-Ulm. A revelation every time. Filled with delicious chili, guacamole, cheese, rice and what not, it's just amazing. Also highly recommended: the chili with nachos. Type for the icing on the cake: always a drop of lime on top - that's the final boost to taste heaven.

Landed here on a recommendation. Unfortunately it smells of commercialism here, the ambience if you can talk about it only underlines that. It's super loud, we had to wait a long time for the food and the vegan/normal burgers were swapped without comment. It didn't taste like anything and was supposed to be bacon/minced meat. It's the first and last time I've been here, it's a shame...

The Asian food here definitely cannot be called authentic. I had the red Thai curry and there was nothing Asian about the dish. Plus it wasn't even red, the rice was mushy and the vegetables weren't cooked through. It was also more curry soup than actual Thai curry.

We have been coming here for the last 2-3 years … I know authentic Mexican Central American and South American food … I got my boyfriend addicted to this food thankfully and with the help of the great tasting food here . Everything is delicious .. pizza burgers Asian food . The burritos are our favourite.. everyone is made to feel welcome .. new customers or repeat . Everyone is super friendly kind and helpful . Very nice location, the atmosphere and the service staff are very nice and cool. Personally, I tried the vegetarian quesadillas, although I had to say that they lacked some spiciness, acidity and punch... but visually they were very appealing.

Been here 3 times! one of my go to fav place in ulm🤩 good cozy vibes & music, decent food & drinks! They have 4 types of dishes: mexican, Us burgers, Italian, Vietnamese/ asian my favourite so far: - pork Quesadillas 9/10 - churros 8.5/10 - homemade lemonade himberee & holunder 8.5/10 - sweet potatoes fries 8.5/10 big big pottion! also tried: - vegetal quesadilas 7.5/10 its quite good but maybe add beans/ other fillings other than tomato corns only that during winter, it feels a bit cramped since the air from cooking is not coming out from window - so the circulation is better during summer time - hopefully they'll solution for this since i love going ther!

The concept is great, if you come with several people you may not be able to eat together because it comes from different cuisines.

Great shop, unfortunately you had to make a reservation on a Wednesday, so we waited half an hour for a place. When we wanted to order at the Smashburger store, we had to wait another 40 minutes. So if you come here, make a reservation in advance and order immediately when you go in. It's a shame that something like this isn't said beforehand at the entrance.

Simply the best ambience, especially if you get a sofa. Something for every taste and really tasty. I'm here every time I visit Ulm.

The idea is good, but it smells very strongly of oil in winter. (not known in summer). The clothes smelled strongly of oil. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was also not sufficient. The waiting times are also very long.

Amazing vibes, really helpful staff and great food. Lots of variety for vegetarians which was a pleasant change.

We were in the hall with the shift for the Christmas party. We were greeted super friendly. The food from the 4 restaurants was extremely tasty and the portions were plentiful and the price-performance ratio was right. You have to order the food from the self-service service at the respective counter in the restaurant and it will be freshly prepared and served to the table. You can get the drinks at the large counter, also in self-service. What is special to mention is the coffee in the hall. In my opinion, this is the best coffee I have ever had in Ulm. You can't get such good and delicious coffee even from a very good Italian restaurant. So the further recommendation from the hall is 100%.

The food was very tasty, you can't say anything against it, you just have to wait a long time. We waited about 40-45 minutes for the food but in the end it was worth the wait. The service is very nice and friendly

Went to the Food Hall for a relaxing evening with my girlfriend and I have to say: I can highly recommend the burgers! The taste is absolutely top – full five stars for the food and greetings to the Burger Prater team! The burritos were also very good quality, but the burgers are really the highlight here. I'm looking forward to the next time, then there will definitely be two burgers!

We were here recently for the first time. The ambience is nice and the idea behind it is really good. We had a burger menu and a pizza. The burger was okay, the fries were nothing special. The pizza, however, was a complete disaster. It was soggy and probably the worst pizza I've ever tasted... One slice was enough, we threw away the rest. We definitely won't be getting pizza here again.

Spontaneously after parking in the Sedelhölfe parking garage, we noticed the hall. After our visit today, I have to say we have found our new favorite shop. Very large selection: burgers, pizzas, Asian & Mexican Very cool concept and the store has a very pleasant vibe! The pizzas were mega. Implementation 10/10 mega We will come regularly.

Einfach schlecht. Und sehr schlechte Öffnungszeiten. Was ist da bitte besonders daran? Essen üblich burger umd pizza. Gibt es wohl überall genug im ulm! Dann solche besch... Öffnungszeiten. Markthalle ist für mich wen ich mal hunger habe und jede zeit spontan hingehen kann was essen kann. Man muss da jetzt auch reservieren wen man dort abends essen will. Sowas ist für mich kein Markt halle mehr sorry. Essen war am Anfang früher besser aber jetzt nix besonderes. Kann man ech den hasen geben. Dann hatte ich heute hunger wollte ne pizza essen dort. Dann hieß es "wir haben eine geschlossene Gesellschaft " das ist für mich kein Markt halle mehr. Sorry

We really enjoy eating here. Even in groups, everyone can find something to eat here. Whether Mexican, Vietnamese, burgers or pizza. All very tasty. The only small disadvantage is that you smell like food afterwards. It doesn't bother me, it bothers some friends.

Relaxed, hip shop with four basic food stands: pizza, burgers, Asian, South American. Something for everyone. Prices and quality are okay. Lively, busy, music, self-service and good for groups.

Ambience and service top. The food is also good, especially the pizzas and the churros. On the way home we wanted to eat in Ulm and then googled for reviews to make a stopover and ended up at the hall :) . Since everyone suggested something different to eat, the concept with 4 different restaurants was super cool and absolutely fitting. Everyone ordered and ate from a Kitchen. I have to honestly admit that I've eaten better Asian food, but the staff is so great. Friendly and very helpful. The churros were even tastier than the ones I've eaten in Spain. However, I don't think the plastic baskets in which it is served are suitable... (sorry... just wanted to be honest :)) It's well attended and I didn't think the prices were overpriced. Dishes are constantly being cleared away. We were there with 2 young kids and felt very comfortable as a family. I think it has more of a bar feeling in the evenings. Overall we really liked it :)

Great option so that everyone can eat whatever they want, so far I've tried every dish and have always been satisfied.

The hall is worth visiting! Service is top, all employees are extra friendly. The food (today it was burgers for us) is fresh, tasty and gentle. You can also see that everything is prepared and prepared by hand. What impressed me today was that not only the main course but also the side dishes such as nachos and fries were incredibly tasty that it was impossible to stop!

Was there at the vintage market and it looks really nice inside. Unfortunately I wasn't able to try all of the dishes. But everything looked delicious and, above all, was from the region. Top shop, will come back. Update: The food is awesome. Highly recommend the burritos. And you can also order different food and eat together. I'll definitely have to come back to try the rest. The prices are super fair. The people are super nice. Only recommended.

I would even give more stars if I could. The location is simply kept simple but you feel very comfortable. You will find people from every age group there. I particularly like the games corner for small audiences. You will always be warmly welcomed at reception and even if you have not reserved a place you will be given a place. I've been there twice so far and we ate the burgers both times. And they are really mega!!! 10/10 The other dishes look great too. The prices are completely okay. You get full and go home feeling good.

To be honest, I don't understand the hype surrounding this store. We're not from Ulm and we googled for a good shop. The pictures looked good, the reviews were good. So quickly reserve a table and go. The place was packed with hipsters, it was endlessly loud, the music was crazy. The service was extremely overwhelmed with the "quantity" of guests. There are 4 different (fast food) stalls, but all of them had a waiting time of 20-30 minutes. If you consider that you could only book the table for a maximum of 60 minutes (in our case), that's a long time . The concept could only have been the brainchild of some hipster. Completely unstructured, prices completely overpriced. The food was at least warm, but not really tasty, nor really appealing. Luckily I never have to go there again :D

Absolutely overrated hipster store. I have no idea where all the reviews come from. Food at most a 5/10. Ambiance as the name suggests and service is simply non-existent.

Haven't been there for a long time, but will go back more often because I ate by far the best smashed burger, this one was excellent 🤤🤤🤤 It took a while, but it was worth it. The girls at the bar shortened my waiting time because they were very charming to talk to. The ambience has now become better than it was at the beginning.

Cool concept in otherwise not hip Ulm 😉. The vegan burger is great, but unfortunately the Asian dishes are not at all. Not in terms of taste and the cook is extremely unfriendly, somewhat rude and apparently doesn't understand German or English very well - all things that I wouldn't be used to in Germany, Thailand, China, Vietnam or Indonesia. I tried different things from her and was always very disappointed with both the dish and the behavior. Otherwise highly recommended store.

I'm not from Ulm and I'm always really happy when I can go to the hall. I usually eat at Chao em - delicious Vietnamese food. The idea or concept itself is also very cool - different food cultures in one place. Accordingly, it is a bit tight when the hall is busy because there are not that many seats available. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience today! Since I didn't check the internet beforehand and I was nearby, I wanted to try my luck - the door was open, so I assumed the hall was open. However, when I saw that there was no one there except a gentleman, I asked him whether the hall was closed today. This one completely pissed me off and was very harsh, along the lines of: are you blind? Do you need glasses or something? Etc. After I answered him that it could be said in a nicer way, he said that it was all fun. I like to make a joke every now and then, but hitting someone stupidly from the side is no fun! I'll avoid the unfriendly place and instead go to the Vietnamese restaurant next door!

The hall for all of us! Something for everyone. Cool, extraordinary location - designed with attention to detail. Staff very friendly, selection of food and drinks varied and tasty. Price level high and reasonable. Room temperature slightly below comfortable level due to good ventilation. Very cool location. I've been to the hall several times now and tried out different cuisines. Everything tasted very good. The highlight for me every time is the burgers. A soft brioche in perfection - two smashed patties - very good roasted flavors and rounded off with melted cheese and a sauce for the cheeseburger. I haven't had a better burger in the States. Absolutely recommended to sit with friends in the evening and drink a few beers.

I honestly don't understand the hype. We ordered a burger and paid €12 for a small burger, which simply tasted like a Burger King burger. For €12 it's not worth it. Go to Burger King and buy a whole meal with fries and a drink. At first you didn't understand that you had to get up yourself and order your own food, which I find really stupid. We weren't informed about this and sat at the table the whole time until we noticed that the other customers were in line. You also have to get your drink yourself.

My brother in christ let me tell you a tale about one of the best places to eat in this city called die Halle. There are 4 different stations so you'll surely find something for yourself and the food is bussin, no matter which station you choose it's just insanely good. Can we talk about the burger stand? This place has, in my opinion, the best burger in town. Not even the burger places can defeat the power of the burger stand that die Halle offers, It's basically god level meal and yes, you have to try it. The staff in this place is giga chill, love these guys. 5/5, would eat another powerful burgir. Damn, I love die Halle.

In this hall you will find four food truck-like stands where you can easily order your food using self-service. We decided on the “burger stand”. The burgers were very tasty. The deduction is the hall itself. Rustic is all well and good but the hall is too rustic. In winter it is very cool and there is a constant draft. You have to queue separately for food and drinks, which is quite a hassle. Service is therefore hardly available and the price is a bit high for that.

Almost as quick as cooking it yourself, but at least you can eat one after the other.

Had a spontaneous meal there. Didn't have a reservation and was lucky to get seats. The concept is casual. You are assigned a table and then go ahead and order drinks and food yourself, stating the table number. The food is then brought to you. We found the things very tasty. Ambiance is a bit run down, but somehow has its chic. Reservations are recommended.

The hall is a great “restaurant” in which there are four different kitchens with Mexican, Italian, Chinese and American food. We ate Quesadilla Con Carne which was very tasty, we will definitely eat here again and try out the other delicacies 🤤 In the middle of the restaurant there is a bar where you can get various cocktails, beer and soft drinks. Staff was also very friendly 👍🏽

Viel zu lange nicht mehr auf dem Schirm gehabt. Hier gehen wir jetzt öfters hin. Lecker und eine sehr tolle Auswahl, asiatisch, Pizza, Burger, Burritos uvm.

Wir waren hier zum ersten Mal und wurden leider etwas enttäuscht. An unserem Tisch herrschte ein derartiger Durchzug, dass wir mit Winterjacken am Tisch saßen. Das Essen war lecker und wir rechneten nicht damit gleichzeitig essen zu können, dass jedoch bis zu einer Stunde zwischen dem ersten und letzten fertigen Essen liegen war dann doch sehr überraschend. Unsere Tische musste wir teilweise selbst abräumen, da kein Platz für weitere Getränke vorhanden war. Vielleicht haben wir einen schlechten Tag erwischt aber überzeugen war diese Location leider nicht.

Lecker, toll,superlecker, cooles Ambiente

Das Essen war sehr lecker und auch das "drumherum" war top 👍

Waren schon mehrfach hier und kommen immer wieder gerne! 😊 Die Location ist einfach was besonderes und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles was wir bisher probiert haben war sehr lecker: smash burger 🍔, Quesadillas mit Pulled Pork, Pizzabrötchen... auch die Getränke sind immer top. Empfehlung: Limonade Minze, sehr erfrischend & nicht zu süß. 🍹 Der Service ist auch super und mega kundenorientiert. 👍 Abends am besten reservieren.

Personal ist freundlich, teilweise hatte ich das Gefühl als wären sie überfordert, das Essen war gut, leider ist es im Gastraum sehr laut.

Von außen sehr unscheinbar, die Atmosphäre drinnen ist aber toll. Wie in einer kleinen Markthalle gibt es fünf verschiedene Möglichkeiten etwas zu essen und zusätzlich noch eine Bar.

Hat sich, im Vergleich zu den Anfängen, zum Besseren entwickelt. Die Auswahl ist zwar nicht mehr so groß mit "nur noch" 4 unterschiedlichen Essensständen, aber dafür ist es gemütlicher und atmosphärisch besser geworden. Wir hatten von allem etwas und fanden alles lecker... Die Pizza war lecker, der Burger war super, die Quesadilla waren mega und das asiatische Essen war auch lecker. Wir kommen wieder.

Zwangloses Ambiente, welche zum Abschalten einlädt. Die Buns der Burger sind innen kross, außen fluffig weich. Das Fleisch ist aromatisch und saftig, die Pizza schmeckt wie in New York. Die Churros sind für Kenner und Masterclass. Auch die Getränketheke bietet eine top Auswahl. Klar, jede Küche hat auch mal schlechte Tage, habe ich hier aber noch nicht erlebt! :)

Hab am 06.10.23 dort gegessen. Die blonde Asiatin an der Bar konnte mir eine sehr gute Empfehlung geben und hat einen sehr guten Mojito zubereitet. Die Gespräche der Barkeeperinnen waren sehr unterhaltsam.
