Elenas Restaurant in Ulm

Can't say anything positive or negative about the food, service and ambience. I reserved an appointment online and received a confirmation by email. Then I wanted to check by phone a few days later to make sure everything was going well, since it was a dinner with work colleagues. I was told in a very unfriendly manner on the phone that my reservation was no longer valid and that there were no more available appointments. Then they just hung up without apologizing, not a single word that made you feel sorry. Rating: not recommended!

This was our second time there and unfortunately we were not treated courteously by the staff or the boss. Actually the food and service were good the first time. We made reservations online for the evening in the afternoon, but did not receive a confirmation until the booked time. Nevertheless we went. When we arrived we were told that reservations were not possible online and that getting a table on Saturday was also impossible. We were turned away very rudely and simply left standing in the conversation. I don't understand why online booking is offered if you can't manage it. Very unfortunate and unfortunately quite unprofessional.

Very, very tasty food, everything tasted great, the restaurant is beautifully decorated, we felt very comfortable because the service was extremely friendly and accommodating. In my opinion the best Greek restaurant I've been to!

Maybe a bit exaggerated for some, but we really liked it in this restaurant. We came especially once from Memmingen and Stuttgart. We definitely don't regret a minute we spent there. Very good food. Fast and polite service and above all a good atmosphere. Ps: You can't be 100% satisfied but I would like to see more Greek music at Elena's.!! We will definitely come again!

Very well-kept Greek restaurant with a good selection of food.

Stopped here for a short time. Everything from salad to grilled dishes was ordered. The dishes were very tasty and good. Prices a bit high. Dogs allowed. Music very very loud. Staff hostile but not very attentive. Long waiting time. Nevertheless we would come back.

Endlich mal ein Grieche der nicht diesen Einheitsbrei wie alle Griechen bietet. Geschmacklich alles gut angerichtet.

Service was very nice but the main course was unfortunately far too oily. The ambience is also rather below average. There are much better Greeks in Ulm (Elinaki, Meta,…)

I was there on Sunday at 8:15 p.m. and was told that the kitchen was already closed. I was wondering if I was supposed to show up for dinner at 5 p.m.?

Yesterday we were here with 10 people and celebrated my birthday. It was worth driving from Bretten to Ulm to eat. I only celebrate birthdays in Ulm. Photos will come later

I was here on September 10th, 2024 and the food was delicious, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was great.

We ordered two Greek shepherd's salads to take away. Opened it at home and was very disappointed. Lots of cucumber, about 5 olives per person, feta almost invisible, just a few crumbs. No onions. We won't order that again, in a pizzeria not far away you can get a salad for the same price in excellent quality and quantity. A pity!

Today, September 4th, 2024, we had dinner at Elena's for the first time and came especially from Memmingen. For us there was a grill plate + creta plate. Everything tasted great and lovingly decorated. The potato chips alone were great! Slightly soft on the inside, nice cross on the outside and the chips cut nice and thin. The restaurant and the chef/kitchen staff deserve high praise!!!

A very nicely decorated Greek restaurant. The outdoor area is cozy with a view of the rowing club next door. The price-performance ratio is good and the service staff are very attentive. The food tastes very good and the portions are sufficient. We'd love to come back.

The food was ok...no wow factor, but good. The ambience is nice and cozy, but the music was inappropriate and too loud. Drance - more suitable for a club or bar, but not a Greek for dinner. For a typical Greek restaurant, the typical side salad was also missing. Here there is only a leaf salad as a side dish. But this tastes delicious. The starter plate for 2 people is also expensive but also delicious. Everyone has to decide whether the 6 dips and a few side dishes are worth 35 euros. . Overall it was ok, but we'll keep looking.

Good afternoon everyone. Those who are satisfied with the lack of service are welcome. We were in this restaurant 2 months ago. Then I thought they were just having a bad day. We visited again a week ago...it turned out that this is the norm for them. There is confusion in the orders, they can bring drinks to eight people, but not to two. Bring it 10 minutes later, after the reminders, or whatever. Then, with ostentatious dissatisfied faces, go to change. Before they had time to eat half of the appetizers, they brought salads almost immediately with the hot ones, naturally creating a mess on the table. rake everything into a pile, etc. In the end, they began to openly tell us that we should eat quickly, because we still had cake. And the time was half past ten. At about 10 o'clock they stupidly turned off the lights in the hall, and we were left in a dark hall, with three lamps above us turned on. When asked to take the plate away, one of the waiters, the king of boors, said that he was not a hundred hands. And when we said that on your page it says that you work until 11, they answered us that this is if there are clients... well, let’s just... drink tea. Although, I understand that this kitchen is closed from 11. It’s like that in any run-down pizzeria. well, here it’s like a RESTAURANT. Untrained, unhelpful, lazy staff. Probably a person will remember his birthday for a long time. Oh yes... An account will be banned for a negative comment. Something like this.....

I don't know where to start... I have never eaten such delicious Greek food. Staff top. Food top. Everything is great. The service was very nice from start to finish even though it was very busy. I can only recommend it to everyone.

Elenas is definitely recommended. The food at “Elenas” was very tasty. As a starter I had the breaded sheep's cheese (Saganaki), which as a cheese lover I found very good. The starter was a small, unspectacular mixed salad. For the main course I ate the gyros gratinated. There was also rice and potatoes. My friend had the grill plate, which also looked and tasted very good. There is only one star deduction for the ambience, as it was nicely decorated but had less of a Greek flair.

It was incredibly delicious! The restaurant's interior, live music and restaurant service were simply amazing! Thank you very much for such a festive evening! :)

Sehr freundliches Personal, zuvorkommende Bedienung und LECKERES Griechisches Essen. Recht geräumiger Speiseraum und angemessene Preise. Reichlich Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus und auf der Straße. Sehr empfehlenswert !

Wir waren bereits letztes Jahr am 26.12.22 zu unseren Stammtischtreffen das erste mal mit der ganzen Truppe 22 Personen hier. Da alle so begeistert waren haben wir es dieses Jahr wieder gewagt. Was sollen wir sagen. Wir waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und flink. Die Gerichte mega lecker, eine tolle Atmosphäre. Wir sind wieder zufrieden und begeistert geblieben, so das wir nächstes Jahr unseren Stammtisch unbedingt wieder hier verbringen möchten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können Elenas Restaurant 100% weiter empfehlen. Schaut einfach mal rein und staunt selbst. Vielen Dank Elena und an dein gesamtes Team. Ihr seid großartig. Wir freuen uns auf das nächste Treffen mit euch.

Были в ноябре нам все понравилось, в этот раз были неприятно поражены ,ощущение, что пришли бесплатно поесть, надо было говорить по несколько раз заказы, просить то одно то другое, ни кто особо посуду не убирал, были два молодых официанта которым явно было не до гостей, то в телефоне, то в фойе курил с другом, то ни так я позвала , оскорбила честь и достоинство, убирали бы сами, ни кто бы не звал, в конце совсем был апогей, сказали, что в понедельник свадьба и им надо зал украшать, типа давайте уже по домам, в следующий раз надо будет подумать идти или нет

Das Essen und Bedienung waren auf dem höchsten Niveau

Das wichtigste vorab, unbedingt vorab reservieren! Hochwertige griechische Küche, Fischplatte für zwei Personen ausreichend und sehr vielfältig. Mein persönlicher Tipp Vorspeisenplatte und dazu einen Salat und Pitabrot , reicht voll und ganz als Mahlzeit für eine erwachsene Person. Leider einen Stern Abzug da wir mehrmals vergessen wurden und u.a. bei der Fischplatte eine Stunde warten mussten. Kommen aber gerne wieder

Ich habe meinen 30. Geburtstag bei Elena gefeiert und bin immer noch sehr begeistert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Alle Gäste haben das Essen nur gelobt. Die „Planung“ der Feier hat auch super geklappt. Elena stand mit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Restaurant ist an sich schon so schön, dass man dort kaum etwas zusätzlich dekorieren muss. Einfach Top! Die nächste Party ist schon in Planung :)

Essen war ok . Leider war das Essen nicht wirklich gesalzen und die Metaxasauce schmeckte mehr nach einer Sahnesauce leider . Die Freundlichkeit mancher Mitarbeiterinnen ließ auch stark zu wünschen über. Preis und Leistung nicht ganz stimmig in meinem Fall .

Eine Restaurant was man immer besuchen muss.... Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr höflich und zuvorkommend....Sie passen sich jedem Gast an und das nenne ich Professionalität.... Meine fleißigen Kolleginen und ich besuchen dieses Restaurant schon seit Jahren.... und es ist immer ein wundervolles und herzliches Willkommen .... Die negativen Rezensionen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, aber diesen Kunden kann keiner was recht machen.... egal wo sie zu Gast sind.... Ich lobe in höchsten Töne die Chefin und das gesamte Team, von der Küche beginnend bis zum Servicepersonal.... Macht weiter so und lasst euch nie von negativen Menschen demotivieren.... Nette Atmosphäre! Nach dem Essen im Innenbereich riechen die Klamotten sehr nach Fett. Leider ist das Personal oft sehr unhöflich, ohne dass es seitens der Gäste Anlass dazu gäbe.

Sehr gute Küche, ein guter Service, man fühlt sich in diesem Lokal sehr wohl. Man kann es Guten Gewissen weiter empfehlen und auch Familienfeste feiern.

Eigentlich fing es ganz gut an. Bedienung war freundlich. Das Essen schmeckte gut. Dann aber wurde die (Tanz-)Musik für die russische Geburtstags-Gesellschaft dermaßen hochgedreht, dass man sein eigenes Wort nicht mehr verstehen konnte. Wir haben dann entnervt das Weite gesucht und werden das Lokal nicht wieder besuchen!

Nach anstrengendem Badetag im Donaubad spontan hier gegessen. Beilagensalat sehr fein. Gyros etwas trocken, hatte wohl etwas Pech mit der äußeren Schicht am Spieß. Suflaki war lecker. Portionen angemessen groß. Bedienung war wohl neu, wusste über Details nicht bescheid. Definitiv 2. Chance verdient
