Ich war gestern schon da und wir hatten Mac and cheese balls, waren sehr lecker. Auch die Getränke sind sehr gut und das Ambiente ist sehr schön. Die Kellner sind sehr lieb man fühlt sich hier einfach wohl!

Schöne Außenterrasse mit Blick auf die Kirche. Leider kein Live Fußball. Aber WLAN für Gäste vorhanden. Passwort "bushmills".

Selbst gebackene Buns, perfekte Fries, und ein super netter und sympathischer Service.

War zu einem Karaoke Abend da. War ein sehr schöner Abend. Komme gerne wieder.

Echt Irisches Ambiente, Getränke und Essen und das mitten in Ulm! Bedienung und Service: Outstanding!!! Bitte macht weiter so!

Wenn man Rückenprobleme hat darf man sich nicht an einem Tisch setzen mit Bank und Rückenlehne, nur weil man zu zweit ist und am Tisch darf man NUR mit 4 Personen sitzen!

Super Location. Gutes Essen. Immer was los. Selbst unsere britischen Gäste waren begeistert.

Ausgezeichnete Atmosphäre, gutes Essen auch. Schade nur, dass wir am St. Patrick's Day 2 1/2 Stunden auf das Essen warten mussten.

Klar, am St. Patrick's Day war das Pub rammelvoll. Dass da nicht alles richtig schnell läuft, dafür habe ich ja Verständnis. Aber es dauerte exakt eine Stunde bis wir Essen bestellen konnten und weitere fast zwei Stunden, bis unsere Fish'n'Chips - beides frisch aus der Fritteuse- geliefert wurden. Bei aller Liebe, das geht nicht. P.S.: Die Bedienung war bei dem ganzen Straß super freundlich!

Ein Stück Ireland in Ulm mit Personal die in Freundlichkeit und Flexibilität dem original entsprechen

Eigentlich ganz ok, aber die Bedienungen brauchen sehr lange. 20min zur Aufnahme der Getränke, nochmal 20min zur Lieferung. Bei Nachfrage kommt die Info, dass man ab jetzt nicht mehr bedient wird und nach dem Getränk das Lokal verlassen soll.

Eines der besten Irish Pubs, die ich je besucht habe! Wer Lust hat, einmal echte irische Atmosphäre zu erleben, sollte unbedingt hierherkommen. Der Kellner ist sehr freundlich und gesprächig und kommt gerne mit den Gästen ins Gespräch. Ich hatte ein richtig schönes Gespräch über Irland und die irische Kultur. Innerhalb von nur zwei Wochen habe ich in Ulm bereits meine zweite Location gefunden, an der ich gerne Gespräche führe. Als Schwarzwälder muss ich wirklich sagen: Die Ulmer sind sehr freundlich. Ich selbst habe zwei Monate in Dublin gelebt, und seitdem lässt mich die irische Kultur nicht mehr los. Genau dieses Gefühl bekommt man hier wieder – authentisch, herzlich und lebendig. Wer Cheesecake liebt, muss ihn hier unbedingt probieren! Und euer Fish and Chips – einfach unglaublich lecker. Es hat genauso geschmeckt wie damals am Hafen von Dublin, als ich frischen Fish and Chips gegessen habe. 10/10 – ich kann euch Kelly’s Irish Pub nur weiterempfehlen! 🍀

Sehr freundliches Personal trotz voller Tische.

Leider verlief unser Versuch Nr. 2 im Kellys noch negativer als unser erst Besuch bei welchem uns ein Verbrannter aber kalter Burger serviert wurde. Doch einmal ist keinmal und wir wollten der Sache nochmal eine Chance geben. Uns fiel zunächst auf, dass es auffällig kalt war und auch andere Kunden am Tisch ihre Jacken trugen, auf Nachfrage wurde uns lediglich mitgeteilt, dass auch der Barmann frieren würde. Die Getränke wurden schnell aufgenommen und das Bestellte kam im zeitlichen Rahmen. Eine der Beiden bestellten Hauptspeisen kam wie bestellt, jedoch nur lauwarm. Die zweite wurde ohne Beilage serviert. Ebenso fehlten für den gesamten Tisch das Besteck, Servietten und die bestellten Soßen. Die Bedingung betreute daraufhin lediglich die Bar bzw. servierte die von uns bestellte Beilage an einen Nachbartisch. Nach 5 Minuten fragten wir an der Bar nach, ob man uns vergessen habe (Beilage) und ob es möglich wäre, Besteck zu bekommen. Die Antwort darauf war unangebracht unfreundlich und alles andere wie Kundenfreundlich. Auch die dann zur Hilfeeilenden Kollegin war nicht in der Lage die Situation zu reflektieren und angemessen zu kommunizieren. Interessant war jedoch, das fehlendes dann innerhalb kürzester Zeit serviert wurde. Wie wir bereits vor Ort kommuniziert habe, kann dies, bei solch geringer Auslastung und bei den aufgerufenen Preisen nicht dem angestrebten Service entsprechen. Und sollte es wieder erwartend zu Fehlern oder Missständen kommen, muss als Servicekraft anders reagiert werden. ?Betriebsleitung? Schade, das Ambiente hätte eigentlich Potenzial, aber die Vorrangsetzungen für ein „wohlfühlen“ sind leider nicht gegeben, scheinbar braucht es mehr wie den Namen „Irish Pub“ Einen Besuch kann ich nicht empfehlen.

Lohnt sich definitiv sehr schön Live Musik Essen ok

Wir waren gestern, an einem Dienstag, vor Ort und haben zwei exakt gleiche Essen bestellt. Lediglich die Curly Fries waren in zwei verschiedenen Größen. Wir waren hier schon mehrmals und haben leider wieder ein sehr enttäuschendes Erlebnis gehabt. Diesmal waren maximal 20 Personen an etwa 6 Tischen verteilt. Zunächst: Ein Gastraum, in dem es keine 15 Grad hat, ist nicht gerade angenehm. Auf den Hinweis, dass es hier extrem zieht, wurde von der Servicekraft (m) lediglich erwidert: „Es zieht hier schon sehr, ihm ist auch kalt.“ → No Go! Dann haben wir zwei BBQ-Burger mit Curly Fries bestellt. Nach angemessener Zeit kam ein Burger mit Curly Fries auf einem normalen Teller. Mir wurde mein Burger auf einem Dessert-/Kuchenteller serviert. Auf die Frage, wo meine Curly Fries sind, kam nur: Er müsse in der Küche noch einmal schauen. Einen Burger mit Fritten für 21 € auf einem Kuchenteller serviert zu bekommen, grenzt schon an absoluten Irrwitz. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt waren beide Burgerbuns kalt – sie wurden offensichtlich nicht erwärmt. Nach weiteren 5 Minuten Wartezeit haben wir die Servicekraft gefragt, ob wir vergessen wurden. Wir hatten kein Besteck, keine Servietten, kein Ketchup und keine Mayo bekommen. Daraufhin kam eine weitere Servicekraft (w) an den Tisch und brachte dann einen Krug mit Besteck etc. Die Dame sagte zu mir: „Brennt heute hier etwas!“ Daraufhin fragte ich, warum die Fritten mittlerweile seit über 10 Minuten fehlen. Es kam nur ein pampiges: „Was soll ich jetzt daran ändern?“ Ganz einfach: Man kann keine Gerichte auf einem Kuchenteller servieren, wenn die Hälfte der bestellten Speisen fehlt. Das wäre, als würde man Spaghetti Bolognese servieren – ohne Spaghetti. Vor allem hat uns die pampige Art der weiblichen Bedienung sehr gestört. Das ist absolut unprofessionelles Verhalten. Für 26 € inkl. Getränk habe ich dann meinen Burger auf dem besagten Kuchenteller gegessen – der mittlerweile, vermutlich durch die Kälte im Restaurant und die fehlenden Fritten, kalt war. Das Lokal war sehr leer. Trotzdem hatte man das Gefühl klassischer Überforderung bei Servicekraft (m&w) und Küche. Nachtrag: der Restaurantleiter ist leider ebenso derartig unverschämt. Mittlerweile kamen „Beweise“, dass es normal sei, dass der Burger auf Kuchentellern kommt wenn man eine Beilage hat. Ich war hier schon x-mal, da war es nie so. Aber das eigentliche Problem wurde hier nicht erkannt. Schade! Weder wollte ich Geld zurück noch sonst eine Leistung. Hier sollte mehr auf Kundenorientierung geachtet werden. Vermutlich Kommerz vor Kundenzufriedenheit.

Leckeres Essen einfach aber fein zubereitet. Habe mich nie mit irischem Essen befasst. Werde aber sicher wieder gehen. Wir wurden freundlich bedient. Irish Pub flair ist auf jeden Fall erfüllt.

Als Faschingszunft gekommen, vom Kellner aus der Narrenfreiheit geworfen. Ruhig, freundlich, zahlend – offenbar zu viel für diesen Irish Pub. Nicht empfehlenswert!

Einmal und nie wieder. Wir haben heute einen richtig unverschämten Kellner erlebt.

7,80 für 0,2 Lillet ist sportlich...

Es ist eine wirklich nette Bar, um sich mit Freunden zu treffen. Die Live-Musik trägt zur Atmosphäre bei und ist angenehm laut, aber nicht so laut, dass man sich noch unterhalten kann. Die irischen Biere sind gut, richtig gut sogar, wenn man es gerne etwas kräftiger mag. Die Pommes waren auch lecker. Ich muss unbedingt mehr von der Karte probieren. Snake Bite und das klassische Guinness waren gut. Aber ich empfehle das Hop House 13 Lager. Ich war überrascht, wie gut es war. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder, um mehr zu probieren.

Ich war hier spontan zum Essen und wurde freundlich vom Kellner empfangen. Leider war mein Burger samt Pommes nicht richtig warm, habe das sofort gemeldet. Der umsichtige Kellner hat top reagiert und meine Beschwerde ernst genommen und entsprechend gehandelt. Erhielt ein neues Essen, sowie das Getränk auf's Haus. Fehler können passieren, die Reaktion darauf macht es aus. Das Essen war lecker, Burger war reichhaltig belegt. Foto zeigt das Essen, das zurückging.

Sehr guter Service, Essen kam schon nach 15 Minuten und war super lecker. Bedienung war total aufmerksam und freundlich.

Great place to have a so called "Irish car bomb"😋 but we made a reservation, we were on time, but didn't get a table, but "it has already been taken". Worst service ever..

I came in late on a Monday night and as a solo travelling Irishman going through all of Europe, I’ve yet to feel a warmer welcome at an Irish pub. It has a very traditional feel and doesn’t feel like a gimmick. The prices are reasonable this far from home and they even serve Irish Mist. They host a hell of a pub quiz on a Monday night run by Harris who is happy to translate any question, making anyone from anywhere feel welcome. Special shout out to Killian who went out of his way to make me feel accommodated. 5 star service. If anyone is staying or passing through Ulm, give this place a visit. A home from home. The Guinness is cheaper than Trinity Bar and tastes just as good. Not surprised it was the busiest place in Ulm on a Monday, the locals tell the story with their attendance! Sláinte!

Two fitness steaks were served lukewarm. After complaining, the steaks were taken to the kitchen to be reheated. After some time, I asked the server where the steaks were. They were then brought out, still lukewarm. The fries were cold by then. I was charged full price! After complaining to the manager: "There's nothing I can do now, send an email." I did! A week passed without any response! Absolutely disappointing. Update: The pub owner contacted me the day after my review and apologized for the staff's mistake. He also offered to leave vouchers for two main courses for us if we visit the pub again.

Very laid-back, that's for sure. Very pleasant atmosphere. We only had drinks, so I can't comment on the food. But an away win like this can be celebrated very nicely here 🦁

The slightly annoyed manager warned us that he would close an hour and a half before the end of opening hours. I also drank better Guinness. But there was pleasant music playing, the atmosphere of the establishment was pleasant.

Nice place to properly unlearn your native language.

Never met such a rude waiter. He came over and took our orders. One person hesitated briefly, but he didn't let them finish and went back behind the bar. During the next round, he asked what else we wanted. We didn't have a chance to answer him, even though some of us knew right away what they wanted. He left the table without comment. He didn't come back this time either. Unfortunately, that gave us the impression that he wasn't interested in his guests or his work. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.

A good Irish pub near Ulm Minster. You can sit outside in dry weather. Inside, it's a typical Irish pub. A long bar, all sorts of Irish decor, and plenty of small tables. A delicious menu with the expected and appropriate pub grub. The burgers are good, the sides are just as good, and of course, the star of every Irish pub: the wonderful Guinness!

A very nice pub with two floors and an outdoor seating area. An excellent and extensive whisky list, including some unusual and rarer single malts.

So we celebrated a friend's birthday, and everyone was super nice and often asked if we needed anything else. The service was amazing. I had a bean soy pie, and it was really delicious :) I would definitely recommend others to go there. The music is great, too.

Great Irish pub. The food was very good, but the bartender really needs to learn how to make a Lynchburg lemonade 🤔 but it was resolved well.

We're absolutely thrilled with Kelly's. The service was so incredibly friendly and relaxed, the food was soooo delicious, and the ambiance gives you an idea of how wonderful it is during the cooler months. We'll definitely be back.

I judt have to say that I don't like to be seated for food on a small table for two when the whole place is basically empty. The sentence "I want to have the 4 seaters free, because it will fill up pretty fast!" and then sitting on a small table is pretty customer unfriendly. The food was ok, but nothing special. What I disliked was a sticky table and sticky floor.

My wife and I took a short trip because we had some unfinished business in Ulm. Around lunchtime, we walked toward Münster and, on the way to the Danube, we spotted Kelly's Irish Pub. It's not usually our thing, but my wife loved the atmosphere, so we decided to stop there for lunch. The menu looked promising, and I ordered a beef pie and my wife had fish and chips. We were both extremely surprised! My pie was an absolute feast for the palate, and the fish and chips, according to my wife, were the best she'd had in years! The server was also in a great mood; you can't beat the price-performance ratio for this meal. What was also amazing for us was that we could have tap water upon request! You can't get that here in Baden!! So, folks, if you're ever in Ulm and want to eat really well and inexpensively, head to Kelly's!

Mediocre cafe, staff not very active. Beer was lukewarm, very wasteful.

Everything was simply fantastic. Very friendly staff and delicious food. Plenty of choice for vegetarians, too, and nothing run-of-the-mill. 😁

Friendly staff, delicious Irish beer, but there is also delicious light beer. We didn't eat there, so I can't comment on that. Overall, we liked it and would like to come back.

Nicely done, good ambience and Guniess good as always. But after the Guinness was served we were ignored for half an hour. Originally wanted to eat there too. The blonde waitress probably didn't feel like it today. After we were finally allowed to pay (basically only because the next table got attention) she left straight away without saying goodbye or anything. Service therefore -5 if it were possible. It was not possible to express criticism on site.

Even 4 years later, consistent and good quality. Steven deserves special mention :)

The beer prices are outrageous (there is no beer under €5.10) People kept holding the door to the smoking area open, so there was always a disgusting smell of cigarette smoke. Unfortunately, the service staff was hardly visible on the evening of the pub quiz, so it was difficult to order drinks.

I did a number of training courses in Ulm and was looking for a cozy place to eat and drink beer after work. Great pub! The food is delicious, the staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is also very nice. It's a shame I won't be able to come by as often in the future! We miss a pub like this in Hamburg!

A super cozy bar on two levels. The food and drinks were very good. The food took over an hour and a half to arrive (it was a Saturday night), which was a bit of a shame. The staff was super friendly. The music level was a bit too loud, which isn't ideal if you're in a larger group (you have to speak a bit louder). 😜 Otherwise, a great bar for drinks in the middle of the city. 👍

The burgers were nicely presented, but all of our burgers were very dry. The meat was completely overcooked. The side of coleslaw for €2.70 fits in a 4cl shot glass. Sides like fries were very generous and tasty. Service was good.

If you like a rustic atmosphere and food, this is the place for you. The service is very friendly and the onion rings are really tasty. If a Guinness is too strong for you, you will also find other types of beer here that are tasty and not so strong.

Seit langem sind wir mal wieder im Kelly's in Ulm gewesen. Wir hatten den Irish Pub eigentlich in guter Erinnerung. Gestern Abend waren wir mit Freunden dort und hatten zwei Steaks und zwei Burger bestellt. Die Steaks sollten medium rare gebraten werden, waren aber beide völlig durchgebraten (Well Done). Es verwundert nicht, da die Steaks vorgebraten werden und bei einer Bestellung in die Mikrowelle gelegt werden, um sie wenigstens ein wenig anzuwärmen. Das Fleisch war zäh und kaum genießbar! Die Burger waren beide kalt, die Pattys "totgebraten" und die Buns waren eher mit einem Schwamm vergleichbar. Schade eigentlich, denn vor Corona (wir waren dort am letzten Tag vor dem Lock Down) war das Restaurant sehr gut.
