Excessively expensive for a self-service restaurant.

The small salad plate was okay, except for the potato salad. The 0.5L Krumbach mineral water was outrageous, but the price was simply outrageous (€14.51). Unfortunately, I can't upload a photo.

We were there as a couple. My mother's cordon bleu and fries were absolutely delicious. I had lentils with spaetzle and was thrilled. Since the ingredients for the lentils were listed on a board in the restaurant, I immediately took a picture. I also gave the friendly chef some positive feedback while I was there. The other staff members were also very friendly. We'll definitely be back.

The salad is nicely presented but it doesn't taste good, and I paid over 10 euros for 4 to 5 tablespoons of salad with a 0.33 liter Pepsi, so sorry, once and never again.

I had a salad and lentils with Spätzle. The food was inedible and very overpriced. And I'm sure they didn't deduct the weight of the salad when they weighed it… I ate three forkfuls of salad, and that's nowhere near 800g of salad… Never again…

The food was cold and inedible, and the prices were absolutely exorbitant. Sorry, but someone should look into this.

Absolutely overpriced for this food

I went with my family to the breakfast buffet for €15 per person. Overall, it wasn't bad, but there are a few points to criticize. What I missed was that there were no fresh sausages like Lyoner, Paprika Lyoner, etc. (fresh sausage with cold cuts). The fried eggs were completely dried out from being under the heat lamp for too long, the soft-boiled eggs were hard-boiled, and the breakfast bacon was fried to death. What annoyed me even more was that you had to pay extra for the breakfast juices (orange juice) and the second cup of coffee was an additional €1.70. (If you calculate what a 200ml cup of coffee costs, with all costs included, that's less than €0.50 per cup of coffee.)

Absolutely disappointing – never again What has happened to this place? The food was a disgrace. The spaetzle looked like it came from the cheapest pre-packaged dish, the goulash soup was completely tasteless – not a hint of seasoning or quality, probably also from a can. The vegetables were bland and unloved. For these prices, it's simply outrageous. This used to be a good place, but now it's just a sad place. I certainly won't be coming back.

Never again... I ate about 4 tablespoons of salad and a 0.33l Spezi (a popular German soft drink)... 14 euros... My 3 girlfriends who were with me were equally appalled... The cashier had to listen to the complaint, but she can't help it. Absolutely outrageous.

The restaurant was great and the atmosphere was quiet and pleasant.

Not recommended, food is just warmed up, and they don't even keep their own offers. Beware of fraud, you'll pay for it!!! The view is positive.

Food was cold and very expensive

Today we had lentils with spaetzle, which is advertised on the board as a regional specialty. The lentils were, quite frankly, terrible; they had nothing to do with Swabian lentils. They lacked almost all of the right ingredients you'd expect from Swabian lentils. With lentils with spaetzle, you also expect a creamy sauce, but there was none. All in all, it was dry and not enjoyable. It was a disappointing experience.

Very cozy spot with a view of Ulm Minster. I love coming here for a coffee when I'm in Ulm.

Large selection of dishes, good quality and friendly service.

I was there today around 1:00 p.m. Pure chaos. 20 people waited and a single lady served and fried steak and fish. Waiting time approx. 15 minutes. In front of me, spaetzle had to be warmed up first. Then put spaetzle in the plate and a ladle of lentils on top. The lentils were already dry, but were removed without stirring. Consistency like a dry porridge. String sausages pale as an albino and done. No vinegar in the lentils and none to season yourself. Then pay 12 euros at the checkout. Ambiance like in the 70s. The recommendation?? Go eat somewhere else!!!

I just got some lentil spaetzle. The string sausages with no taste. There is an Asian spice in the dish that doesn't belong there. Tastes terrible...actually inedible. Just one star for that. I

Well organized, but unfortunately expensive, unfortunately it no longer has several cash registers, but you have to go to the main cash register on the ground floor, where there are also a lot of customers... really not well done. For the next visit, I wish there were more clothes for people with a larger body in the women's department, thank you very much. The toilets could also be a little cleaner so that you as a customer on the upper floor feel comfortable

A dream compared to the restaurant in Stuttgart. Here you choose your own food. Buffet and even very good. Chilled atmosphere and the best. There are no problems with paying like in Stuttgart where the boss yells at customers and staff. Keep it up and thank you very much

Disastrous food with no taste not really warm and everything is just reheated several times...unfortunately not recommended

The prices are a bit steep, but the quality is also good. The buffets are cleanly arranged and well sorted. The baked goods such as rolls, for example, could also be a little fresher at a later date. The warm cuisine has different offerings every day and the portions are perfect.

unexpectedly tasty! I go here all the time but the first time trying the restaurant. I've tried; - gemuse buffet ( cooked one) mix stir fry veggies, mushrooms etc 8.5/10 - snitzel 9/10 its perfectly cooked - chicken moist in the inside & crispy in the outside. the mushrooms sauce are also delicious & creamy texture on point - pasta & potato & Spätzle the Spätzle is definitely a winner here 9/10 its perfectly cooked - with cheese & u can put ur own dry onions the ambience is quite nice as well, especially in the window side - for a food court. ive spent 17 euro for 2 people portion

Today I went to the Kaufhof Galeria restaurant to eat and drink coffee. When I decided to eat lentils, spaetzle and wienerle, the service lady made a MEGA large plate for me. You could definitely see that I was very hungry

Nice atmosphere, varied and affordable offers

We've been to this restaurant several times before, but that day it was probably just newbies at work or there was a new policy. At the entrance there is a large poster for a lunch. But neither the employees at the counter or at the checkout know what it says. In response to my clear order, a dish was put together for me that corresponded to what was offered. At the checkout, however, I had to pay almost twice as much for it because the combination didn't correspond to what was offered.

Weil ich ein gutmütiger Mensch bin gebe ich 2*, diese sind aber nur für das Ambiente. Das Essen schmeckt überhaupt nicht und ist viel zu teuer. Die Damen hinter der Theke haben im negativen Sinne die Ruhe weg. Ich denke Sie wissen dass nicht viele Leute kommen. Das Essen hier war mal lecker.

Das Essen ist immer frisch, der Geschmack des Essens ist sehr gut, alles ist sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die neue Köchin hat immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht und genau die richtige Würze an den Händen.

Leider nicht (mehr) zufrieden. Mein Essen war lauwarm und hatte im groben Pürree nicht ganz durchgekochte Stücke. Es ist einfach nicht mehr das Galeriarestaurant, das ich mal kannte. Für den Preis hätte ich 1 3/4 Kebap im Fladenbrot essen können und wäre übersatt gewesen.

Wir waren als eine sehr große Gruppe zum Frühstück dort und hatten das Angebot mit dem Buffet für 12,50 €. Der Preis ist echt absolut in Ordnung für die Vielfalt. Die Reservierung hat wunderbar geklappt. Es gibt Müsli, frisches Obst und Gemüse, Rührei, Speck, Wienerle, Lachs, verschiedene Marmeladen, hartgekochte Eier, Spiegeleier, weitere Brotaufstriche, O-Saft, Croissants, Brezen und Semmeln. Zu dem Angebot gehört ein Heißgetränk. Leider standen neben dem Automaten die falschen Tassen, in die nur der Kaffee passte. Die anderen Heißgetränke liefen drüber. Des Weiteren wurde ich etwas unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass das Fotografieren vom Buffet nicht erlaubt ist. Daher gibt es nur ein Bild vom Angebot. Ansonsten kann ich das Frühstücksbuffet wirklich empfehlen.

Sehr leckeres Essen. War früher oft dort. Was für ein schönes Erinnerung.

Der Herr an der Kasse vom Restaurant super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Extra großes Lob und ich hoffe die Geschäftsführung schätzt so tolles Personal. Soviel Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit ist nicht selbstverständlich.

Sehr schönes Restaurant zum essen und Frühstück. Waren bis jetzt immer sehr zufrieden mit der Frühstücks,Auswahl. Gerne wieder.

Hier schmeckt es für eine Großküche immer ganz gut und es gibt eine ordentliche Auswahl, im Moment wie überall halt nur zum Mitnehmen.

Überraschend gut und mit WLAN War unterwegs und musste ein geschäftliches Telefonat inkl Online-Zugriff machen. Dafür ist es hier nahezu perfekt: viel Raum, so daß man ruhig sitzen kann plus kostenfreies WLAN. Und das Mittagessen danach hat auch geschmeckt.

Finde das Essen dort super, auch nicht zu teuer. War früher ganz oft mit meinem Vater dort essen, ist eine schöne Erinnerung

Wir sind dort an einem Samstag zum Frühstücksbuffet gewesen. Eigentlich sind wir ganz gerne Samstags schonmal zu Ikea Frühstücken gegangen. An diesem Samstag war uns aber echt zuviel los, außerdem ist dort das Frühstück gefühlt immer teurer geworden. Also auf zu Kaufhof ins Dinea Restaurant. Parken im angrenzenden Parkhaus völlig problemlos. Das Angebot von Dinea ist für Familien mit Kindern genial. Wir haben für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder unter 10 Jahre 21,98 Euro bezahlt. Das war wirklich super. Man kann bis 11:30 Uhr sich bedienen wie man möchte. Die Qualität und Auswahl ist gut und übertrifft Ikea deutlich. Angenehmen Shopping Tag kann man so Ideal starten.

Für ältere oder beeinträchtigte Menschen schwer zu händeln, da man an den Theken mit seinem Tablett stehen muss und dann an der Kasse nochmal das gleiche .Von der Kasse zu den Plätzen ist es dann relativ weit und ich finde das müsste geändert werden oder man bringt es den Kunden die es schwer haben an den Platz- Service geht anders. Das Essen selbst ist gut ,deswegen immerhin 3 Sterne von 5

Schön zum Ausruhen und freundlich.

Für "Kantinenessen" in einem Kaufhaus durchaus gut. Wir gehen hier gelegentlich gerne mal essen. Besser wie immer nur Schnellimbiss

Gute Auswahl an Essen, etwas überteuert aber ansonsten gut. Sehr nettes Personal, v.a. an der Kasse. Der Herr ist immer für einen kleinen Scherz zu haben

Essen hat angemessene Qualität, ist leider aber fast so teuer wie im Restaurant. Sitzplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden und immer sauber gewesen.
