A must for craftsmen and coziness, for all who like good home cooking and good food simply prepared and delicious only recommended

Unfortunately, it was a disappointing visit. The fries were barely edible—mostly leftovers, dry and hard. They definitely didn't look freshly prepared. If you're paying for simple food, the quality should at least be good. It's a shame; I had hoped for more.

The staff is either overwhelmed or doesn't understand the concept of fast food. It always takes a very long time to get your food. Please work on your speed.

I'm definitely never eating there again. I ordered something at the drive-thru in the evening, and the employee didn't close the lid of my Fanta properly. What happened next was simply disgusting. The entire Fanta ended up on my jacket and on the center console, and not even an apology. No paper towel to dry it with. Never again will I eat there with such incompetent staff. If that had been coffee and I had been in the USA, I'd be rich by now.
