Enjoy your meal. It's quick .nice area ..cheap and nice service .. As a vegetarian, I would have liked the vegetables and delicious potatoes plus salad today.. (The vege alternative wasn't worth mentioning and was just as expensive as the giant schnitzel) But the bowls, breakfasts etc are very tasty!!!

A really nice restaurant with great cuisine. The dishes could use a little more spices. Although the restaurant wasn't fully occupied at 4 p.m. yesterday, the service team was apparently overwhelmed. There was a lack of a manager and everything seemed a bit unstructured. Our table and those around us all sat for a long time with empty glasses or waiting for the bill. It's a shame, for us there is more appearance than reality in this restaurant. Maybe I'll try it again for breakfast sometime, maybe you just had a bad day.

No recommendation. The location and location are nice, but the food and service are below average. We organized the tickets ourselves after a long wait, and after a total of 1.5 hours the food (just rolls and cold cuts) was there. The condition was consistently uninterested and uncooperative.

The two of us had lunch here about a week ago. Both dishes tasted excellent, prices were a bit more intense and the service was okay (everything took a long time). But I would come here again.

The food is not cheap, but it is really very good and always generous. Even those who eat a lot of food will get their fill here. You can sit very nicely outside or inside, we always like to come back, just like our predecessor Tomasa. There is a Tomasa-like breakfast menu and many dishes for the evening that I can fully recommend, especially the grilled dishes, where you can put together the side dishes and sauces as you wish. A really good idea. When it comes to starters, I would prefer a little more choice, including smaller appetizers. I have also taken professional contacts and foreign guests to the country house and celebrated small family birthdays there and have had no reason to complain. The service is sometimes a bit shabby as is typical of Berlin, but it is also uncomplicated, which is ok for me. But what is really, really not possible and what made me very annoyed was being served at a dinner that was supposed to be fine by a waitress who was clearly very drunk and who had considerable difficulty even when taking the order, dropping things, knocking them over, forgets and wanders around the restaurant all evening. Who knows what was going on with her that day, but that should really be an exception. Unfortunately, the Pils that we ordered from another waiter didn't arrive either (like the water). We preferred to forego dessert and espresso and they didn't ask for it. When it comes to service, the price/performance ratio is simply no longer right.

The food tastes good. The service (female permanent staff) is regularly very good, even with stressful guests. Already overheard and seen things. House bans would have to be issued. The quality of the store obviously also suffers from the different menus. I have often noticed that the waiting time and stress skyrocket when breakfast, lunch, recommendation cards, etc. overwhelm the crew due to the number of guests. Then it gets a little louder among the staff. It's actually a shame. In principle, however, recommended!

On Sunday September 1st, 2024 I was in the country house for the first time with my family, including my blind grandmother. The ambience seemed quite nice, except for the wobbly tables and the extreme wasp infestation. In some cases there were tables outside where there were up to 10 wasps (the tables were probably not cleaned properly, which means leftover food attracts the wasps) and the restaurant probably doesn't know that burning coffee keeps the wasps away. When I looked at the menu my eyes almost popped out of my head when I saw the prices. 15€ for a few simple cheese spaetzle and salads with prices that are cheeky. My grandma wanted a prawn pan, so when we ordered we asked if it was possible to peel the prawns as she is blind. The nice waitress agreed. My partner ordered a farmer's breakfast and separately a tomato salad. It took almost an hour for the food to arrive. When the food came and my grandma started eating, she noticed that the shrimp had not been peeled as requested. What we then noticed was that the accompanying side salad and garlic baguettes were completely missing. They also forgot my partner's separate tomato salad in the kitchen. In addition, his food felt completely unseasoned. There was a complete lack of pepper and salt. And what's even worse and an absolute "no go" was that the pickles that were part of his farmer's breakfast were already spoiled and had a disgusting aftertaste. After asking, my grandma got her new food, but suddenly only half the contents were in the pan. In general, she was very disappointed with the taste because the shrimp with the peppers had just been drowned in oil. Everything was swimming in fat and there was hardly any seasoning in terms of taste. In summary: -Lots of wasps on some tables -Long wait for food -Requests regarding food were not taken into account -Individual dishes did not arrive completely -Some orders were completely forgotten - Price-performance ratio is not right at all (for the price, we expected good food) All in all, it was our first time there and also our last time. I told the waitress the same thing, even though unfortunately she couldn't do anything about it. We paid €100 for 4 people, each of whom only had one drink and, apart from the small shrimp pan, we only ordered very simple dishes such as cheese spaetzle, farmer's breakfast and tuna salad. The two stars mainly go to the friendly waitress, who found the whole thing very unpleasant and who really couldn't help it.

September 2024 The best service person at Landhaus Schöneberg no longer works there!🥲 Kate, we will miss you so much!!! You were the anchor of it all. You had everything in view, knew everything about everything, ran the store professionally and with constant friendliness. Now the food will only taste half as good (which it already does anyway because the kitchen keeps failing). 😘 (2024) A year later, I unfortunately have to revise my euphoric opinion from back then. The country house has slacked off in everything. Why does something like this always have to happen after things are going so well? Maybe non-regulars don't notice it as much as someone like me, who eats there up to three or four times a week, especially in the summer. There are the following “subtleties” that always disappoint me: - The food varies in quality and presentation on the plate from cook to cook. Apparently this profession changes often. The good quality of the food is only guaranteed if the kitchen has time to prepare it. And if the order has not been forgotten and the guest is fobbed off with the not new excuse “the receipt printer is broken” and it takes EVEN LONGER (like again after waiting for over an hour on February 16th, 2024). Tip: If the store is really buzzing, go somewhere else. You will stay hungry. Or have a lovely evening drink. It works with the drinks. - The foul smelling problem from the basement has not yet been resolved and sometimes the smell gives the impression that you are sitting in a public toilet instead of in the restaurant. Recently the exhaust air in the kitchen doesn't seem to be working either. When you sit at the back of the bar area, the greasy smell of the deep fryer wafts towards you and clings to your clothes. - The service is still excellently attentive, friendly, competent and that makes up for a lot of what was written above. During that one year, a few employees were replaced until the current really good team was formed. So when Kate, Pauli and Co. greet you and serve you with a beaming smile, you feel like you're in good hands. - Conclusion: The Landhaus Schöneberg is still worth a visit. For me and my friends there is nothing comparable in the area. And in summer anyway. (2023) As a Tomasa regular, it was a pleasure to hear in December that Landhaus Grunewald was taking over the store. Yeahhh! The Tomasa didn't have much good left to offer. The owner had neglected this location, which had been apparent for a while. It's a shame, because over the years the opposite room had become a second dining room for me and my husband. And it is even more so now as a country house! Finally delicious food again! Finally an atmosphere in which you enjoy staying, sometimes for too long. What a difference a few small changes can make if you know how and have a tasteful touch! And the two new operators really have that. No artificial flowers on the tables (which are now set!), but fresh ones! The many ceiling lamps have been dimmed down (yes, there are actually dimmers) so that the candles that have recently been lit on the tables can provide a cozy light. More was changed and done in the first week than in the last ten years. It was worth it. The food is country house standard - very appetizingly prepared, always fresh (lately you can even see fruit and vegetable suppliers delivering!) and absolutely delicious! There's something for everyone on the menu. Whether breakfast or dinner, I can recommend both. The service is professional and has become established over the weeks. Always a friendly word, always courteous and polite, without crossing any boundaries. We are on a first name basis, but not friends. That's how it should be. It's fun to work longer again because you know that the best doesn't come in the evening. Opposite in the Schöneberg country house. PS: I'm looking forward to the coming summer on the large terrace...

A very nice restaurant in the middle of Schöneberg. Quietly located, you can sit outside and enjoy without much street noise. The dishes we ordered came in a reasonable time and were extremely tasty. There is a point deduction for service. A re-ordered bottle of water only came after the third request. Nevertheless, it wasn't the last time I was here. Thanks, keep it up!

I have been a guest in this beautiful, quiet restaurant several times and can only recommend it. The food is of great quality, at reasonable prices, both in the evening and in the morning. The country house breakfast for 2 or 4 people is particularly excellent. But what stands above all is the hospitality of all employees. I have rarely received such friendly and attentive service. New regular restaurant!

I was invited to a birthday party by a friend. The starters were very, very tasty and I made the mistake of not holding back. As a result, I simply couldn't manage the large Wiener Schnitzel. The lovely and professional staff were so friendly and helpful and got the whole thing wrapped up for me. You can't complain and I like to complain.

Nice place to eat really tasty food. We sat outside as a group and were able to enjoy the wonderful outdoor atmosphere. A friendly, competent service looked after us wonderfully. The portions were plentiful and tasty. As it got darker, small lamps were placed on the tables. Although in the middle of the district and close to an intersection, there was no noise disturbance and the well-filled open space was also very pleasant. I'm looking forward to the next meal. Unfortunately, the toilet in the basement means it's not suitable for wheelchairs, but maybe there's a solution that I didn't see.

The dark-haired waitress with straight hair, who is always there in the morning, didn't want to serve me recently because, in her opinion, I didn't order enough. I was there with my toddler and wanted a children's menu for the child and a latte for myself. Then she explained to me that I also had to order something to eat, otherwise I would eat from my child's children's menu. I said that I wasn't hungry and just wanted to have a coffee while my child ate something. Then she said in the original tone: "That's not possible - last time you also ordered soup." Absolute misconduct! I used to visit this store regularly but after this experience I keep myself and my friends away from it. The waitress wanted to promote sales, but she scared away the customers forever.

Incredible cheek and insulting behavior of the waitress!! I was at the Landhaus Schöneberg with my family last week. There was a special occasion, so we wanted to have a nice meal together... Although the prices are above average, we gave the country house a chance in the hope that the food would be accordingly. Unfortunately, not only was the food disappointing, but the drinks also left a lot to be desired (especially the beer). None of this could dampen our mood until it came time to pay. I would like to say that we had a bill of over €100 and, as I said, this is something special for us. I paid the bill when I used the toilet and gave a small tip. Every person who knows something and has perhaps ever worked in service knows: 1. Tips reflect customer satisfaction and 2. Small change is also MONEY - every little amount in the tip box counts! So while I wasn't back at the table, the waitress (an older, blonde woman with black reading glasses) came to our table and placed the tip on the table in front of my husband with the words: "So we don't need handouts here!" Not to mention her impossible tone, she deliberately did this in my absence. Why? Afraid of my answer? She disappeared so quickly that my family couldn't even say anything about it and were left completely stunned. Such behavior is highly unprofessional and insulting! You're welcome to think your part if you're dissatisfied with a tip, but to refuse it like that and behave so cowardly, not even leaving a chance for a dialogue, leaves me speechless. People could have asked if something was wrong, etc... before taking something like a tip as a personal attack, because until then the service was normal, just the food wasn't particularly good. Apart from that, the restaurant was not well attended and they should be happy about paying customers at all! Well, if you don't honor the cent... and the catering industry complains about the lower number of guests...HAHA It's better to spend your money somewhere else, where even small amounts still have value and people are treated with respect. At least not here!!

There's nothing wrong with the food - solid. The service can be expanded. It's best to take plenty of time with you for dinner or is it better to pre-order by phone? Perhaps. We waited more than 1.5 hours for the food, but at least not 2 hours. Well, sometimes something like that happens? On our first visit a few months ago it was slightly quicker and the service was comparable... It's unfortunate, but that was definitely the last visit.

The place is very pretty, the staff is inattentive, slow and the food is not worth the price. The cake was at least three days old and the strawberries were already completely soft and shriveled.

The ambience is nice. Unfortunately the service is unfriendly, slow and boring. I don't need arrogant waitresses who don't make a face. They don't even look at you when you pay. Asking for a glass of tap water when the outside temperature is 30° is too much for the team. It then took another 10 minutes, even though it was empty. Conclusion: I can't say anything about the food, but if employees are superficial and arrogant, that's a no-go and completely unnecessary. A pity.

Does the owner actually know how the people who work there want to ruin the place? I don't want to be treated as listlessly and ignorantly as I was yesterday (June 27th, 2024). I didn't force anyone to do their job, but if I do, it's so that the guest feels comfortable and comes back. Empty glasses call for a question! Food was ok. Service was bad. Ambience divided into two. The toilets stink.

A quiet corner in the Bavarian Quarter, so it's now very nice to sit, dine and entertain outside. The food is served very tasty and fresh. Good selection on the food and drink menu. The service could use a little training in how to deal with guests. Oh, a note on the toilet door would be helpful. Since I already knew the location from the previous one, no problem. My visitor, not from Berlin, had problems.

Unfortunately, the spontaneous visit to the restaurant on a Saturday evening turned out to be quite a disappointment! At least we were initially given a table for 4 people outside when we asked, even though it had actually already been reserved. The first order of drinks and appetizers went smoothly. Both were served relatively quickly. However, the starter (avocado bruscetta) was rather bland in terms of taste as it had almost no seasoning. The three small toasted slices of bread were okay, but not enough for the price (around €11). The reordering of our drinks took longer than average (approx. 25 minutes) and only took place after repeatedly speaking to the waiter. The waiting time for our ordered main courses was beyond reasonable! After asking several times, the waiter put us off and promised that the food would be “ready soon”. There were probably a few problems in the kitchen at the moment (which was obvious). Since the meal after a total of 90 minutes! Still not served (since entering the restaurant), we paid our bill and left the table with hungry stomachs. Unfortunately, there was no compensation from the restaurant (price reduction, free drinks, etc.), which in our opinion would have been absolutely appropriate. Unfortunately, due to the endless waiting time and the below-average service, the restaurant is not recommended!

My hosts wanted to show me a great restaurant at Pentecost and it wasn't all that crowded: The fillet steaks (ordered rare and medium rare) arrived after over half an hour, still well done at best, the salmon was dead and dry. This can happen if the cooks are distracted for a long time and the steaks have been swapped without any problems. As a host you feel a bit uncomfortable... The chimichurri is called sauce, the oil moistens the herbs - not the rest is poured with olive oil and sold in teaspoon portions as an extra. I would deduct the third star for that. And then there is no word of communication or even a small greeting from the kitchen for this service, but in the end there is the will to charge everything in full. Dear people, then make this service what you claim the prices for in your menu. Hmm? Everyone can have a bad day and something goes wrong everywhere. Then the service is needed to create a happy atmosphere with charm or generosity because food should bring joy and not leave frustration.

If 5 people order the same country house breakfast and 5 different plates are served and the only thing on everyone's plate is veal liver sausage - then there is something wrong with the kitchen. None of us got hot coffee and instead of carbonated mineral water we were always served non-carbonated mineral water - but the bill said carbonated water. You can also earn money this way by simply "forgetting" the ham on three plates, or not letting the fried egg end up on everyone's plate, or one gets horseradish with the salmon, the other doesn't have any sauce - it works without it too😉 . The price-performance ratio is not right at all.

Very unfriendly staff, all the waitresses seemed visibly annoyed. Bad coffee - food ok. It's a shame about the beautiful location, but we didn't feel welcome at all and will therefore not be coming back.

On April 13, 2024, as an individual, I was completely ignored by the two ladies from service from 7:50 p.m. to 8:20 p.m. Even though I was sitting in the outdoor area directly opposite the service table and the two ladies made eye contact with me several times and always had to pass me, only the four people next to me were served. Until I was forced to get up and leave. As a long-time guest, even during Tomasa's time, I will now draw my conclusions that individual guests are not welcome at your place. A pity

We've been there several times for breakfast, we really like it, prices are a little higher but ok.

The ambience inside is very pleasant and in a great location outside, especially in summer. Staff always very friendly, food a little more expensive but tasty and plentiful. The Wiener Schnitzel is absolutely amazing for me. The only drawback......interior ventilation doesn't work because it's broken. So you come out with a corresponding scent in your clothes. But no drama. Ventilate or wash and you're good. Conclusion: clear recommendation 👍🏼

Unfortunately very poor service - we waited 15 minutes until we could order. Then another 20 minutes for a lukewarm coffee and of course everything was super unfriendly... what a shame

Unfortunately, the Tomaso that was there before was much better in comparison. The breakfast was much more varied beforehand with one on the weekly menu. These strange coasters on the table take up an unnecessary amount of space and are now a bit disgusting. Unfortunately, the service is no longer as accommodating and the food used to be better. There is always something going on, but only due to a lack of options in the area. Please improve quality.

Whether it's an opulent or small breakfast, a feast or just a small beer after work in the cozy bar corner... every wish can be fulfilled here. I enjoy my after-work beer here as much as I enjoy dinner with friends. Whether you prefer vegetarian or meat pie, your wish will be fulfilled. Maybe me Sometimes you just have to wait a bit...there's a backlog in the kitchen. But due to the super nice service with a friendly word of explanation and a small Bonmont (a glass of Prosecco or similar) for the waiting time, you are compensated and satisfied as a guest. The kitchen is certainly commendable, even if it sometimes shows weaknesses... I remain realistic. But one can only emphasize that complaints or even small criticisms are addressed immediately by the management. In any case, we try to view criticism constructively and make improvements. The staff is consistently polite, quick, friendly and also humorous. In my opinion, the country house is exactly the place that everyone has been looking for and can now find right on their doorstep. Even in autumn you can enjoy your coffee or wine with the fireplace on the terrace and warm woolen blankets...

Es war mal wieder ein fantastischer Abend mit vorzüglichem Essen & Service in sehr schönem Ambiente! Trotz etwas höherer Preise als im Schöneberger Durchschnitt, hat das Landhaus ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Mein neuer Stammladen, solange ich es mir leisten kann! 🌟 Am Wochenende empfiehlt es sich übrigens zu reservieren. Das geht online mit 2 Klicks.

Hatte einen Landhaus Burger, hat überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Die Pommes waren allerdings sehr gut. Aber für fast 20 Euro hätte ich was besseres erwartet.

Wir waren gestern mit 10 Personen dort essen und waren schwer begeistert. Das Personal war sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Das Essen war extrem gut und lange warten mussten wir auch nicht darauf, trotz guter Auslastung im Restaurant. Für die Kinder gab es auch zum Zeitvertreib eine Maltafel - perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Mein Essen war super lecker das Schnitzel meiner Begleitung sehr fettgetränkt und der Salat sehr fad. Wartezeit für einen Mittagstisch zu lange ansonsten sehr gut.

Jetzt - zur Weihnachtszeit - sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Essen war in Ordnung. Einziger Kritikpunkt war meine Gänsebrust. Ich mag keine Gänsebrust auf Rot- und Grünkohl und Soße, sondern mit Rot- und Grünkohl und Soße. Das heißt: Soße und Beilagen bitte in extra Schälchen/Schüsseln. Hervorragend war die Bedienung ( junger Mann mit Fliege ). Absolut ein Juwel in der heutigen Zeit. Sehr freundlich und angenehm.

Leckeres Frühstück und freundliches Personal.

Es war lausig kalt und dadurch ungemütlich. Wir hatten reserviert, bekamen aber einen anderen Tisch. Bestimmte Essen erst ab 15 Uhr. Es war teuer und die Portionen übersichtlich ! Wir werden nicht mehr wieder kommen.

Personal nicht Gäste orientiert im Gegenteil desinteressiert auch arrogant und mit blöden Komentare geantwortet keine Empathie gegenüber Gästen viele mängeln an meinem Lachsfilet auf Risotto.... der Lachs sehr trocken zubereitet das eisweis hat schon gestockt der frische Fenschel im Risotto faserig ( weil nicht richtig geschält) okey war ein Tagesgericht aber darf trotzdem nicht passieren im großen und ganzen sehr unangenehme Stimmung keine Begrüßung beim eintreten und weniger beim rausgehen die Bedienung war eher bemüht sich mit sich selber zu beschäftigen und über die Gäste herzuziehen und zu lästern schade .... hoffe es war nur ein schlechter Tag für die Bedienung 🙁🙁🙁 alles gute trotzdem

Das Essen war super ! Und die Kellner waren toll und liebenswürdig und guttsusehend! Wir gehen wieder hin
