Easy to reach by car or public transport. Friendly staff. Good selection. However, prices have now risen significantly. Nevertheless, this location has a nice atmosphere.

A very great restaurant with delicious food. The Brauhaus Spandau is located in the middle of Spandau, not far from the old town. The food is very tasty and the beer is extremely drinkable. The rustic Bauhaus-style furnishings and great atmosphere invite you to linger. The price-performance ratio and the friendly service round off the visit. We'd love to come back.

A cozy and cool restaurant bar that doubles the pleasure of spending time with friends. Kind and funny staff who patiently took our orders. We will definitely come here again.

We took part in the beer brewing course. It was a great course, very educational and in a super relaxed atmosphere! We were able to try a lot of beer and the food was excellent. An all-round lovely day with a great program. After the course we checked into the hotel. Everything was super easy and relaxed. The double room was very spacious and equipped with everything necessary. We would definitely like to come back! The price/performance ratio of the course was very good.

We've been going to the brewery for many years, but unfortunately you can see the decline. There were three of us, we had chicken schnitzel, two breaded chicken pieces, probably from a package for 22 EUR, I had Leberkäse, a thin piece on a small dinner plate with two blobs of potato salad, for 15 EUR I wasn't even halfway full, my girlfriend had currywurst with pale fries. A lot of ready-made food for completely overpriced prices. We had cherry beer, delicious in itself, but not here, a cherry lhy was probably simply poured into the beer. We all felt sick after half a beer. Unfortunately I was here for the last time, unfortunately I have rarely experienced such a bad brewery. Very disappointing because we used to experience a nice evening with better food. The waiter was really nice, the restaurant was very loud as always and unfortunately there is still a toilet attendant there and wants money, a free pee should be included in the prices. Maybe someone reads the reviews and works on them and not only responds that they look forward to your next visit, the shop deserves it, the beer brewed was always good.

You wouldn't think it was possible given the location, but the rooms are very quiet. It's just a shame that there are only a few parking spaces and they don't seem to be reserved exclusively for hotel guests. Everything clean and nice. The staff is just great. We were in the restaurant. The starter is overpriced. Our group consisted of eight people. We got 5 pretzels and two breads including dips. This is charged at €7 per person. It's not justified for the amount. The bratwurst was OK. The fries mediocre. The schnitzel is deep fried and has not been breaded. The Cola is not an original Coca Cola. Service was nice, can't fault it. As a group you can only pay together; individual payments are not possible in this sense. Price-performance ratio is only moderate.

It's a shame, we (5 older gentlemen) have been regular customers at Brauhaus Spd for a good 25 years. and visit this place about 3-4 times a year, each time with a considerable beer bill (without food)!! Now we think it's a real shame that during Advent you can only reserve a table in a "Brauhaus" on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays with a contractual menu order in advance. We would have been happy to show up for a few beers during Advent even without a contractual menu order in advance. Unfortunately, this is not possible :-( SHAME

If I want to drink a good beer in the beer garden when the weather is nice, need a large selection of seats when the weather is not so good, appreciate friendly service despite the many visitors and need delicious food, I come here. And I've been here many times over the years. I won't be there on action days like Miss pageants, Halloween etc. because it has too much of an Oktoberfest character for my taste, but you know that in advance and go on one of the many other days of the year. And I will definitely do that often. 😀 The duck dinner was delicious again. 🦆

Go in there, it's evening, look for a place where I can eat something. The place is loud with party music - well then. After being welcomed by the waiter, I immediately get shit on for bringing my e-scooter in. Waiter: “Then everyone takes their bike in” (yes full because a bike isn’t extremely bulky, no difference at all… 🤦‍♂️) Me: “I can stow it away and fold it up.” Waiter: “You could have done it beforehand.” *Stares at me expectantly/aggressively* And then I left again. Maybe I got kicked out too. Don't know. I'm too stupid to risk it. What I do know, however, is that the service did justice to the term “Berliner Schnauze”. Why do some people always have to be so confrontational? Politeness is different. I found a restaurant next door so I could just put the thing in the cloakroom. No problem 🤷‍♂️

There is such thing as the perfect Brauhaus. Their beer is great and the food was really good too.

Great place, beer and food tastes good. We always enjoy coming back. However, I don't think it's OK to put a toilet attendant who is usually unfriendly and demands money, especially from men.

Everything about the store was great, but out of the three times we were there, two of them weren't very nice because of other very loud and drunk guests at the high tables

Been here for dinner. Atmosphere absolutely fitting for the name, lucked out with a place without a reservation. Food was tasty, but a little more expensive. But unfortunately that's normal for Berlin.

Kamm mit freund paar Bierchen trinken, niewieder komme ich hier oder empfehle einen Freund. Wurde vom service angeprugelt angemacht. Mein fehler? Ich und der Freund war der letzte gast und als wir angewiesen dass es zumacht wollten wir unsere 2 Bier to go nehmen und wollten eigentlich nach Heim. Währenddessen dieser keiner zwerg hat mich ständig provoziert und angefasst und ich als besoffener reagiert wie er wollte, ich 10€ habe trinkgeld gegeben und verstehe ist man gestresst aber das war keineswegs mit Menschen umzugehen und Vorteile ziehen weil die betrunken war.

The brewery is a rustic institution whose reputation extends as far as Scandinavia. First of all, there is a drinkable beer with nuances that change throughout the year. The dishes are deliberately rustic and southern German with a Berlin flavor. Seasonal festivals are celebrated all year round and seasoned with the dishes that fit. Unfortunately, there is no longer a self-service option that allows you to put together your own meal. The prices are reasonable, the food comes soon and there will never be a star for the tasty rustic food. As soon as the weather permits, there will be beer garden romance. The staff, who are always friendly, ensure that there is enough food, but are also not intrusive. The sanitary facilities, which are also entertaining, are constantly looked after and the employee is happy to receive a coin on their plate. At least on weekends it's worth reserving a table online. Not barrier-free, but there is also space for a wheelchair user. Just a note: if someone can't handle the online reservation, they should also be allowed to register by email. I was told by the restaurant management that all guests can do this online. That really pissed me off! Two years later, in October 2024, the plate photos would no longer be so pretty. Something has changed in the last few months: prices are going up and the food seems, let's say, a little less tasty.

I was only there to eat and drink beer. The beer was very drinkable and the service had a pleasant Berlin snout. I liked the atmosphere. The only suggestion I would make for improvement would be the fries, because they were too thin and too short in the deep fryer for me.

We stayed in a double room for one night on October 15th, 2024. The reason for the trip was a concert in the Admiralspalast... We were given a great welcome by your team. The help with getting a car/taxi or public transport was also great. It was simply, if short, a great stay with great food and an even better service team. Only to be recommended!!!!! Ein toller traditionsreicher Ort, wo es sich immer wieder lohnt herzukommen! Tolle Stimmung und super Team. Leckeres bürgerliches Essen und ein klasse Bier mit immer wechselnden Spezialsorten! Hier geht man super gerne hin.

Wir waren nach langer Zeit mal wieder im Brauhaus. Vorher hatten wir es gemieden, weil immer, auch nachmittags, gefragt wurde:Haben Sie reserviert? und Sie werden platziert, obwohl alles frei war. Das hat uns nicht gepasst. Wir kamen um 15.00 in das Lokal, alles leer, das hatten wir so nicht in Erinnerung. Wenig Personal, keine bekannten Gesichter. Wir nahmen uns die Speisekarte zur Hand und dann war uns klar: Bei den Preisen vergeht einem der Appetit. Eine Currywurst für 15,00 €, warum nicht gleich ins Adlon, da gibt es auch Kaviar dazu. Früher habe wir Haxe für 13,90, jetzt 18,00€ und Salat mit Putengeschnetzeltem für fast den gleichen Preis bestellt. Die netten Kellner:innen wußten das, sodaß es immer ein kurzer, aber schöner Abstecher war. Leider war heute alles eine Enttäuschung: Die Currywurst war keine Riesencurrywurst. die Knacker mit Senf auch imMiniformat. Wir waren noch nicht fertig, dakam die Kellnerin (auf Nachfrage eine Auszubildende)und wollte uns den Teller unter den Händen wegreißen, obwohl wir auf die kurze Frage, ob wir fertig seien, gesagt hatten:gleich. Diese Auszubildende war auch nicht inder Lage, zuzuhören, als wir Sie an den Tisch gebeten hatten, um sie über ihr unmögliches Verhalten zu befragen. Sie quatschte sofort dazwischen und wollte sich rechtfertigen. Da waren wir dann bedient. Dann der nächste Klops: bei Kartenzahlung mit voreingestellten Prozenten. Gott seiDank gab es auch eine Möglichkeit :Kein Trinkgeld! 1 Stern für das Bier, das war auch schon mal besser und das Besteck war schon mal sauberer. Ob wir nochmal wiederkommen, steht in den Sternen. Bitte keine Antwort vom Brauhaus Team mit immer dem selben Geschwafel (Preiserhöhungen, Personalmangel, Corona-Krise).

I not only evaluate the location but also the event. Food, drink, service, ambience all recommended. ONLY the fact that the music stops at 10 p.m. on a Saturday and the Oktoberfest is reduced to a boring visit to a pub is a bit of a disappointment.

Booked brewing course (the big one). Completely problem-free. From the start you felt welcome. There were good answers to all questions. Always casual sayings and we laughed a lot. The beer is amazing! People... Go there! You won't regret it. I will definitely repeat this!

The Brewery/Restaurant was a great experience. The house beer, which is brewed on the premises, was fresh and delicious. The pork knuckle was amazing (crispy on the outside and tender meat falling right off the bone on the inside) and probably one of the best meals I had in Berlin. Service was fine and the prices were reasonable.

I was there for dinner with my work colleagues and while the location looks pretty good and you could do a lot with it, I'm left with an uneasy feeling because you walked out with sometimes €40 per person for two drinks and a main course. I found this to be very expensive for the mediocre quality of the food.

We had reserved a table for yesterday's "Oktoberfest" start in the beer house. It was the first time for some of us to see a barrel being painted and then also by the mayor of the district 😁Some of them were very excited and took photos. The musical accompaniment of the evening (at least the part we were there for) was amusing and definitely worth a round of applause. The gentlemen have been accompanying the brewery and the Oktoberfest there for a few years (decades) and love what they do. You notice that. The barrel was a gift from the brewery (a nice gesture on the occasion of the anniversary) - the guests who drank alcohol were of course happy about it too. I was grateful that there was also non-alcoholic Hefeweizen and for me even with lemon (even though it's not on the menu!) Yes, there are also people who don't drink alcohol 🫣 But for the others there was a lot to choose from. The banana beer was e.g. B. very popular at the table. Most people treated themselves to Viennese-style schnitzel and were thrilled. Since I unfortunately can't tolerate breaded foods, I stuck with my baked potato and was very happy. They are available with salmon and without 🫶 Despite the high number of visitors, the ladies who served us were always friendly and humorous and were quick to serve us and ask for requests. We had a lovely evening and would love to come back.

The brewery has a great location in Berlin Spandau. The furnishings and ambience are also very nice. Unfortunately, the food wasn't our cup of tea.

We were spontaneously looking for a nice restaurant in Spandau and ended up there. And we were lucky again: a brewery as it should be! Fast and friendly service, delicious food and above all great beers! Recommendation! And best wishes to Artan!

We wanted to reserve a table for a larger group, 16 people. Unfortunately, from 11 people onwards you have to. sign a contract that includes a set table with small appetizers such as pretzels, obazda, bread, lard, etc. Per person f. €7.70. The guests are therefore faced with a fait accompli and may not even want these starters. Even after a phone call, nothing else was discussed. So I canceled the table again and chose another restaurant. They asked for €5 per person as security for the reservation, which was then offset against the bill. Everyone could also pay individually. This is no longer possible in the brewery. There is a total bill and then the guests can see how they come to terms with the bill. Apparently the brewery no longer needs to respond to the wishes of its guests. Not recommended for large groups.

Wir hatten uns viel vom Brauhaus versprochen und wurden teilweise enttäuscht. Das Bierangebot war mit lediglich zwei verfügbaren Bieren sehr begrenzt, beide Biere waren naturtrüb und eher schwer, ein sommerliches IPA oder Pils nicht vorhanden, auch schwarze Biere suchte man erfolglos. Das Essen war unterschiedlich schmackhaft, empfehlen können wir das Biergulasch. Der Service war am Tisch freundlich, viel aber an der Bar und auf seinem Wegen eher unangenehm auf. Für ein stilles Wasser (eigentlich als Leitungswasser bestellt) wurden uns 8 Euro berechnet, ansonsten sind die Preise für das angebotene in Ordnung. Wir waren schon in zahlreichen Brauhöusern, die meisten davon haben durch Bierangebot und Gesamteindruck mehr überzeugt.

Very traditional area with a matching brewery. Parking space in front of the door. Nice garden. Can also be visited with larger groups. Reservations would be an advantage. We had a special class suckling pig. Very tasty and enough for 22 people. The home-made beer is tasty and tastes like more. Unfortunately we had to leave the table “already” after 6 hours because everything had already been reserved.

Nice brewery with a beautiful beer garden on the edge of the old town of Spandau. Home-brewed beer on tap, a good light beer and a Weizenbock which might be a bit heavy for the hot summer days. Food was good and portions were very large. Large beer garden with lots of shade. The service was very courteous and nice, we never had to wait long for the next beer. No review of the rooms as I was only there to eat.

Their brew is not bad, although I expected a wider than just two (!) selection of styles: 1.Havelbräu - lightbodied, hazy & fresh type of unfiltered and unpasteurized lager with very little hoppines and more distinct malt flavour, and 2. Havelbräu Spezial - darker, a bit more flavoursome and stronger, but still not very hoppy, more "malty" lager. But what stroke me in the first place was that on a very hot day (30 °C) the beer served in the beer garden wasn't refreshing cold, it felt like just under room temperature, some 16 - 17°C - WAY TOO WARM! as for sunny & hot summer day and lightbodied styles, which should be always served bit colder than heavier-bodied styles. The other thing - as sun was moving in the sky my table was more and more sunbathed, which I obviously didn't like. The customer next to me for the same reason moved his small table and two chairs more into shade, which operation the waitress accepted. When I also asked to move my table into shade she replied that she's not supposed to move all the tables (not all, just two) and guided me more to the front, where I expected similar small one-person table in the shade - which it wasn't. That was a big table with umbrella and only a bit of shade, which I didn't like. Not very friendly of her, what did she care? I had Schnitzel nach Wiener Art, which was good, although not that good as original which I had last year in Vienna - much better breading. The potato and cucumber salad to go with that veal cutlet was fresh and good. My advice: COLDER BEER & MORE FRIENDLY STAFF.

Bier ist zwar leicht überteuert aber geht noch. Zum essen gab es den Brauhausteller für 24 Euro, das Kassler war fast kalt und trocken, ein Würstchen, 3 kleine trockene Rippchen, das Sauerkraut war völlig zerkocht und die Bratkartoffeln ein nur matschig und weit entfernt von lecker , eine Frechheit sowas als Koch rausgehen zu lassen.Für den Toilettengang auch nochmal abzukassieren ist unverschämt für ein Lokal mit Ausschank.So schnell erstmal nicht mehr.Schade hätte ein schöner Abend werden können

Great good and great beer. Service was friendly and tentative. Schnitzel was very nicely cooked and portions were big.

We visited the restaurant and reserved 2 seats in the garden for Monday lunchtime. You should do that to be on the safe side, even if we both got a place like that. You sit under large umbrellas in a rustic and beautiful way. The staff was friendly and we were served quickly. The selection of food and drinks was as good as their taste. The prices were acceptable and we were very satisfied.

We watched the European Championship final, about 1 minute after the final whistle the screens were turned off - when asked by about 50 people the answer was "yes Spain won, we now know." "Just do my job, then you can keep watching" With several hundred euros at the large tables / lots of guests and full glasses, you expect something other than stroppy hosts! When asked about the award ceremony, the invoice was refused. unbelievable behavior... we won't be coming back -

We actually only wanted to stop here briefly on our bike tour, but that turned into several hours. It's just too beautiful in the beer garden and the waitresses were also great, friendly and on the ball. The in-house beers and schnapps are a real treat. Luckily we had a good foundation thanks to the delicious vegetable strudel and the XL currywurst with fries. Conclusion: We were allowed to push the bikes back to the campsite afterwards, it was worth it for us🤪 A wonderful place☀️

The food was okay. The friendliness was little outstanding. I found the bread I bought for 6 euros remarkable. Because in terms of size, this could be described as a large roll at most. Product too small or price too high.

It was around lunchtime. We wanted to eat something. The beer garden was already well attended. However, we wanted to sit inside and told the service that. We then sat at the table for 25 minutes and no one came to at least accept our drink request. We went.

Location top, building top, food and drinks cannot be rated because we were not served. Are on June 29th. In the early afternoon, especially before the Switzerland: Italy football game, we came here to eat, but were told off despite there being many free seats, and we were even refused a drink that we had paid for immediately. Apparently everything is reserved/fully booked. Subterranean service, it's a shame that there are no negative stars!

We wanted to stop in for a beer at lunchtime. This request was rejected because the terrace was full. We then suggested drinking the beer inside from the bar, which was very rudely rejected. The entire communication was very arrogant on the part of the service staff, which really alienated and annoyed us. Even if it looks inviting, we definitely won't go there again.

Large brewery with an attached beer garden and hotel, for which I cannot give a review because it is not in use. The two types of beer produced are great, although I liked the light one better. The food on offer goes perfectly with the beer.

I had an absolutely wonderful time at Brewery Berlin-Spandau! The beer is exceptional—unfiltered and incredibly tasty. It was a delight to savor each sip. The food is equally impressive. The pork knuckle is amazing, and the sausages are delicious. Visiting in June was perfect as the weather was just right, making the whole experience even better. I liked everything about my visit and can't wait to come back!

It was totally full because of the European Championships and good weather and we mentally prepared ourselves for a longer wait - the food came after 5 minutes! The madness and has us with ours really made life a little easier for a small child 😅. Food was very tasty, waiters were all quick, attentive and extremely friendly, including to our child! Beer is pretty good. Unfortunately the seats are very uncomfortable. So I preferred to go somewhere else to eat.

Wir besuchten an einem Samstag gegen 20.15 Uhr die Lokalität und erhaschten einen Tisch im Biergarten. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und das Essen seh zügig da. Alle waren damit zufrieden, nur leider nicht so ganz satt. Ein Kritikpunkt sind die Gläser. Ich konnte nicht recht erkennen, ob es einfach nur dreckig oder viel zu abgenutzt ist und habe dann kurzerhand aus der Flasche getrunken. Das Restaurant verfügt auch über einen kleinen Spielplatz, welcher jedoch auch offen zum anliegenden Park gestaltet ist. Nur leider ist er vom Biergarten null einsehbar. Ich hatte leider kein gutes Gefühl unser Kind (5) dort alleine spielen zu lassen. Vielleicht lässt sich hierfür ja eine Lösung finden (Hecke an der Stelle niedriger, Zaun erweitern...). Ansonsten kann man es für ein rustikales Essen mit Biergartencharakter locker weiterempfehlen.

Super friendly service despite the full beer garden and delicious pork knuckle. The beer is always a pleasure.
