Auf der Suche nach gut bürgerlicher Küche, sind wir hier fündig geworden. Am Vortag online reserviert. Wir haben wunderbar im Biergarten sitzen dürfen. Das Essen kam schnell und war überaus lecker.

Über Landvergnügen 1 Nacht sehr ruhig mit Womo gestanden. Am Vorabend sehr gut gegessen.

Sehr lecker und toll, besonders Freitags SCHNITZELABEND. Aber auch für Feierlichkeiten sehr zu empfehlen.

Da ist der Name Programm, ein echt toller Landgasthof. Interessante Mischung aus Tradition und Moderne. Toller Service, sehr leckere Schnitzel. Zudem waren wir im Ferienappartement, super sauber, Sauna und Ruhe. Es war super schön, wir kommen wieder.

Service war sehr freundlich, das bestellte Essen kam wirklich flott und schmeckte sehr lecker 👌🏻. Ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Überraschend war auch der Bella-Bot der beim Servieren der Speisen super unterstützt.

Gutbürgerliches Essen, leider war mein Tisch am Eingang etwas unglücklich, alle Gäste mussten an mich vorbei. Das Schnitzel war solide. Der Preis vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Location ist in die Jahre gekommen da hilft auch die Deko nicht. Der Service war gut. WLAN verfügbar, sonst schlechter Mobilempfang. Alles in allem guter Standard.

Wir waren Sonntags zu dritt dort und haben gut und reichlich gegessen. Man sollte reservieren. Es gibt auch Gläser mit selbst gemachten Gerichten, wie zum Beispiel Rinderrouladen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung.

Es ist nicht modern aber soooo gemütlich, hat fast schon Wohnzimmer Atmosphäre. Das Essen ist super lecker und die Portionen sind riesig. Das Schnitzel mit Bratkartoffeln ist das größte. Man sollte aber reservieren, es immer gut besucht. Für so kleines Geld 1a.

Waren zum Mittagessen. Das Essen ist Spitze. Super lecker. Kann es sehr empfehlen. Bitte Plätze bestellen. Bei uns am Wochenende war es sehr voll. Ich würde wieder dort zum Essen gehen.

Das Internet war sehr schwach, dazu kam noch kein Mobilfunkempfang... und leider war es in den Zimmern auch nicht warm.

Wir haben über Silvester uns im Apartment, vom Landgasthof bequem gemacht. Sehr ruhig und wunderschön mit eigener Sauna. Silvester haben wir auch gespeist und auch da gab es nix zu meckern. Die Eigentümer sind äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Waren zum ,, Schnitzelabend" im Gasthof und sind total begeistert. Super nettes Personal und absolut schmackhafte Schnitzelgerichte. Haben den Gasthof mehr oder weniger zufällig,, gefunden", werden aber, wenn wir wieder mal in der Gegend sind, definitiv ein weiteres mal einkehren.

Despite pre-ordering, the number of people was incorrect, and the food, including the meat and sauce, was unfortunately cold. The pork tenderloin was as tough as shoe leather, which is only achievable with tenderloin by repeatedly reheating it. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Wow, I wouldn't have expected that in such a small town. It was amazing what was going on there on a Friday evening. The guests changed every two hours, but that was plenty of time to enjoy the delicious food. Making a reservation is definitely recommended. With luck, you might be able to get a table for two without one. The food was authentic and incredibly tasty. I'd gladly come again.

It's very nice there. It's just a shame that it's not so easy for people with physical disabilities to get in. The selection was great and the prices were okay, only the salad could be better.

The country inn "Zur Guten Quelle" really surprised us. Located in the small town of Meimers, it offers a lot: an excellent inn, modern and well-equipped vacation apartments, ample parking, and even a small farm shop. We had reserved a table that evening. The staff was very friendly and prompt, without being intrusive. And the food... A Meimers XXL schnitzel with perfect fried potatoes. Everything is homemade and freshly made. We'd go back anytime!

We booked the apartment, and it was excellent. We didn't get to try the kitchen because it was on vacation at the time.

Home-style cooking at reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

We had dinner in the hall with members of our volunteer fire department and our partner club, with about 55 people. The food and service were excellent. It's a shame that card payments weren't possible. However, this should be possible in the regular dining room.

Simply fantastic! We had been tipped off that this country inn was simply fantastic, with its home-style cooking and great prices. We were not disappointed! I ordered the "Franconian Schäufele" (Fränkische Schäufele) on two days. It was a really large piece of soft and very tasty meat, served with two dumplings and plenty of sauce, and the red cabbage served separately in a small bowl – of course, the red cabbage was also homemade. It takes quite a bit to finish such a huge portion! My wife ordered schnitzel, but she couldn't finish it all. Extremely tasty food, not too many dishes, but that's the secret of success here: less is more! The young waitress is extremely friendly and attentive. Absolutely fantastic! We'd love to come back, and it's worth the many miles! Please keep up the good work!

We were at the inn today and were, to be honest, a little disappointed. Simply too crowded for such a small place...consequently, the noise level was high. The wait was long, and the food...meh (schnitzel was dry and too salty)... Mediocre over quality...a shame 😒

At the country inn "Zur Guten Quelle," you can enjoy good food in a cozy atmosphere. Fridays and Saturdays are schnitzel nights, and it can get very busy quickly—we were lucky and managed to snag a table without a reservation. The dishes are perfectly reasonable for the price, and the taste is almost perfect. The service is friendly, although minor delays are inevitable when the place is full. Occasionally, local cats roam the outdoor area—another plus point.

The phenomenal offerings on Friday and Saturday – Schnitzel Day – are unbeatable! We were lucky enough to get a table even without a reservation, even though it was quite busy. Despite the hustle and bustle, the service was still top-notch: friendly, attentive, and always with a smile. The food was consistently delicious, but my highlight was the tortilla schnitzel with the phenomenally fiery sauce – a wonderful combination of spicy and creamy, simply delicious! We will definitely be back and can recommend this country inn to anyone who enjoys honest, delicious food and a cozy atmosphere.

Mönchhofs Radler also non-alcoholic ... very cozy evening, actually as always ... parking lot enlarged, enough space, everything top and friendly, schnitzel highly recommended, but everyone who knows this place knows that anyway, every visit is worthwhile, even for dogs 🐕 there are bowls available, at the back of the parking lot = farm shop

Very tasty food on schnitzel night, and a really large portion for the price. Very friendly service, child-friendly atmosphere. I'm really impressed and would love to come back.

The food was great but not enough (1 roulade). Due to the number of people (a large group), the service was slightly overwhelmed when it came to coordinating drink orders.

It's always best to make a reservation in advance. Especially on Fridays, when Schnitzel Day is served. Simply delicious. This definitely won't be our last time there.

We were able to spend 2 nights in the small, super renovated holiday apartment and were really happy. The bathroom with the sauna and the free-standing tub is a great highlight. The hosts were super friendly and the food was simply great. A great starting point to explore Bad Salzungen and Eisenach.

We were there for lunch with 15 people. Really everyone was enthusiastic about the great food and whatnot There is very tasty beer on tap. We'll definitely be back!

Had two beers here in the beer garden. So I can't judge the food. The staff is friendly and in a good mood. 3.50€ for a “half”. This is rare to find in Thuringia. We'll be back...

I'm here right now and I have to say, super great. The portions are generous and delicious. The absolute hit is the robot that brings the food to the table and blinks and talks in a friendly manner. The madness 👍👍👍.

Quaint restaurant with delicious food

There was a long wait for the food to arrive, more than an hour, and other tables that came later and ordered later had their food much earlier. Starter extremely expensive and not easy to read, was just asked. While you're waiting for your food, the waitress comes and asks if you want to order something, so totally......, after all, you're waiting. We ordered a table at 5:30 p.m. and finally got our food at 7:10 p.m. No apology from the waitress, on the contrary, it was full and they had a lot to do. But it's always full there and you always have to book a table in advance. And when you pay you don't get an invoice, you just get told the price and then, when you've paid, you also get an invoice. Can't recommend it!!! Especially not when there are children.

Yesterday we ordered schnitzels to pick up for a Christmas party. You shouldn't do this, or rather they should still be working on it. There was no food labeled and so we had to spend half an hour looking and sorting out who owned which food, which unfortunately didn't do much for the taste and warmth of the food. So the pick-up service can still be expanded a lot and I wouldn't order there again if there were so many!

The schnitzel was super tasty. The staff was very friendly and the surroundings were also very idyllic. I'd love to come back :)

I knew the inn from the products that are sold in the Rewe in Bad Liebenstein. So we went to the website and reserved seats. We will go there more often. Reservations are always necessary. The food was great. The time between ordering and serving the food was reasonable.

Pre-ordered for 18 people at 12.30pm many weeks ago. With 5 children. Drinks came after 15 minutes, food for the children, who all ordered children's schnitzel, after 1 hour, little by little the remaining food until everyone finally had their food after 1.5 hours. The schnitzels were ok, my roast beef was too small, not buttery and far from peppery sauce. Dark beer goulash made from beef, dry and very spicy, with chilli in the sauce. Even if there weren't enough staff and there was a party of over 30 people in the next room, then I wouldn't accept so many guests just for the sake of profit. Definitely not recommended under these circumstances.

The ambience, of course, in the eye of the beholder. The other criteria are much more important, great hosts with support from AI, the food is homemade and top notch.

Well, I have to be honest, I've eaten better in swimming pools. The slightly older service person came across as very unsympathetic right at the beginning, as we preferred to sit outside. We also brought some food with us for our son, who didn't want to come with us. Schnitzel with fries. There were 12 fries in the pack, which cost €1.50. That was definitely the last visit.

Das Lokal ist beliebt für seine Schnitzelgerichte und eine Reservierung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Portionen sind richtig groß, satt wird man in jedem Fall. Vom Ambiente her ehr rustikal und gemütlich. Wer Schnitzel mag, ist hier goldrichtig.

We actually made a reservation for outside. Since the weather was unfortunately unbeatable for rain, we managed to get a seat in the restaurant thanks to the friendly service, despite the place being packed (schnitzel day). Short waiting time, delicious schnitzel. Pleasantly full. Highly recommended & it's best to reserve in advance so that your seat is secured.

We had lunch. 2 adults and two children (11). The food was very tasty, the portions were adequate, the service was friendly and pleasantly quick. Upon request, the children were given a double dumpling with sauce. I would say we will definitely come back when we are in the corner of Bad Liebenstein.

Rustic atmosphere. Advance reservation necessary on Schnitzel Day. This is possible online. It was delicious. The normal schnitzel size was sufficient for me. But there is also the XXL version. After ordering, the food was available quickly.

In a nutshell SUPER delicious schnitzel is a dream A porcini mushroom soup as a starter and an ice cream with hot raspberries as dessert were really wonderful. Service was very friendly and super quick in a lovely, rustic atmosphere that defies a recommendation.

Im Landgasthof ist am Freitag und Samstag Schnitzelabend. Man kann dort unter verschiedenen Varianten von Schnitzeln wählen. Die gibt es mit Pommes, Kroketten, Kartoffelspalten oder mit Bratkartoffeln. Das kostet 9,90 Euro, Salat ist dann extra. Die Schnitzel sind so riesig, da sollte man schon einen Bärenhunger mitbringen, ansonsten schafft man es nicht. Ich kann den Landgasthof nur empfehlen. 👍👍👍

Wir waren mit 5 Personen dort essen. Ich habe Gänsekeule gegessen, war einfach lecker. Auch die anderen waren sehr zufrieden.

Hier findet man eine absolut umwerfende Hausmannskost. Der Service ist sehr nett und auch liebe Hunde sind herzlich willkommen. Wenn wir wieder in der Nähe sind werden wir hier auf jeden Fall wieder einkehren.
