Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben auf der hinteren Terrasse gesessen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unser Hund war auch herzlich willkommen. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Zunächst einmal möchte ich sagen, dass das Ambiente wirklich eine 10/10 ist. Leider wurde wir jedoch insgesamt vom Aufenthalt enttäuscht. Die Kellnerin hat leider echt lange gebraucht die Bestellung aufzunehmen obwohl es lange nicht voll war. Wir hatten beide Burger bestellt. Waren nicht schlecht aber auch nichts besonderes. Für den Preis haben wir allerdings mehr erwartet. Der Nachtisch wurde vergessen, auf Nachfrage nach 20 Minuten ist es aufgefallen und wurde dann gebracht. Insgesamt war es okay aber Preis Leistung hat enttäuscht.

Wir waren heute zum Mittagessen dort. Das Essen war sehr lecker, auch die Bedienung. Leider hat es mit dem Essen sehr lange gedauert, was uns aber nichts ausgemacht hat, denn das Restaurant war sehr voll. Wir hatten online reserviert.

Nach ca. halben Stunde das Pulled Pork erhalten es war total versalzen und keine Reaktion von der Bedienung, viel schlimmer ist nach 40 Minuten kam erst das Bier 🍺 ich war kurz vor dem Aufstehen. Nie wieder, Dankeschön

Es ist echt schlecht geworden. Über eine Stunde auf das Essen warten. Ich weiß nicht wo der Koch sein Handwerk gelernt hat. Nie wieder. Die Tische werden nicht abgeräumt und die Bedienung ist unterirdisch.

Schlechtes Essen ..nicht zu empfehlen

Das essen war sind zufrieden stellend mein Mann sein rosrbraetel war zaehne die Bratkartoffeln matschig sowie meine Rouladen die ich kaum schneiden konnte so hart war das Fleisch. Die brotwuerfel in Kloß sogar noch gefroren und von rotkraut will ich erst garnicht reden. Also dieser Laden sieht uns nicht wieder. Früher hat mann da besser gegessen.

Kurz zusammengefasst. Das Essen war wirklich null schmackhaft. Das Sauerkraut total zerkocht und leider direkt auf dem Kartoffelbrei verteilt, so dass man es kaum trennen konnte. Die Sauce schmeckte nach nichts. Ich bin in Thüringen aufgewachsen und lieber Thüringer Bratwurst und habe mir diese hier bestellt. Leider hatten die Würste nichts mit einer Original Thüringer Wurst zu tun, einfach fettig und geschmacklos. Die Röstzwiebeln, die ich extra dazu bestellt hatte, waren nicht wie beim Rostbrätel selber zubereitet, sondern mir wurden für 1,50 € fertige Röstzwiebeln darüber gestreut. Ganz erbärmlich. Der Kartoffelbrei hat geschmeckt, allerdings auch völlig ohne Butter, was nun mal dazugehört. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, weil ich sie wegen anderen Dingen ein paarmal angesprochen hatte. Allerdings wurde ich während des Essens nicht einmal gefragt, ob es schmeckt und auch nicht gefragt, ob ich noch Getränke nachbestellen möchte also freundlich aber nicht umsichtig. Trotzdem immerhin so nett, dass ich ja noch zwei Sterne verteile. Für das Essen selber würde ich gar keinen Punkt vergeben. Es fehlte auch ein bisschen Deko auf dem Teller. Wenigstens ein Salatblatt wäre schön. Ich muss sagen, die schlechtesten Thüringer Würste in meinem Leben und das zu 17,90 € was ich total übertrieben finde für so ein einfaches Essen. Besonders störend war auch das Lieferanten Fahrzeug von Getränken, was mindestens eine halbe Stunde direkt Gegenüber der Terrasse stand und die ganze Zeit wahrscheinlich wegen der Kühlung dem Motor laufen ließ. Es war super laut und unangenehm.. Freundliches Personal aber der Rest war einfach so gar nichts. Vielleicht noch das WC, weil das mehr als besonders sauber und hübsch aufgefallen ist. Ich musste dann auch zum Tresen gehen, um zu bezahlen, weil einfach mich keiner danach gefragt hat und auch kein Personal mehr zu sehen war, Wahrscheinlich, weil es schon am Ende der Mittagszeit war und kaum noch Gäste da. Dort habe ich die wirklich ekligen Röstzwiebeln angesprochen und mir wurde netterweise, die sofort von der Rechnung storniert. Dafür kann man auch kein 1,50 € nehmen. Wirklich absurd. Das kostet wahrscheinlich noch nicht einmal Packung. Und besonders diese schmecken überhaupt nicht. Ich finde an der Qualität des Essens sollte man arbeiten.

Das Empfangspersonal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Speisenangebot war zufriedenstellend. Es ist jedoch zu beachten, dass einige Zimmer im Untergeschoss liegen, was bei der Buchung berücksichtigt werden sollte. Diese Erfahrung war nicht optimal.

Hier war es wunderbar,nette Mitarbeiter und sehr,sehr gutes essen.

Das Ambiente, besonders außen, ist wunderschön. Über den Service kann man auch nichts negatives sagen, es hat alles gepasst. Was das Essen angeht: wir hatten Entenbrust mit Kartoffelgratin. Naja, das Essen war lauwarm, das Fleisch war zäh und die Soße passte irgendwie nicht zur Entenbrust. Für diesen Preis (25 Euro!) nicht zu empfehlen! Die Spargelsuppe war mit EINEM Stückchen Spargel bestückt... und das für 8,50 Euro. Sorry, aber dieser Preis rechtfertigt die Qualität bei weitem nicht.

Wir wollten einfach was essen gehen und sind hier gelandet. Also mehr als empfehlenswert ist dieses Restaurant. Selten so eine leckere und liebevolle zubereitete Speise gegessen. Mega top. Macht weiter so und beste Grüße

Chausseehaus Zur Einnahme GmbH Manchmal merkt man erst am nächsten Morgen, ob ein Abend wirklich etwas hatte oder einfach nur vorbeiging. Vielleicht fiel es mir diesmal auch deshalb so deutlich auf, weil ich am Tag davor keine hundert Meter weiter gegessen hatte und schon auf dem Rückweg dieses leise Gefühl blieb, dass irgendetwas nicht zusammenpasste. Nicht schlimm genug, um sich darüber lange zu ärgern – aber genug, um zu merken, wie schnell ein Abend an Kleinigkeiten kippen kann. Im Chausseehaus Zur Einnahme war dieses Gefühl erstaunlich schnell verschwunden, eigentlich schon mit dem ersten Löffel. Die Bärlauchsuppe wirkte zunächst angenehm schlicht, bis man einmal umrührt und merkt, dass hier jemand auf Dinge achtet. Die Konsistenz bleibt kurz am Löffel stehen, läuft nicht einfach weg, sondern tropft langsam zurück – cremig, dicht, weich, ohne schwer zu wirken. Und plötzlich schmeckt man Dinge, die oft irgendwo verloren gehen: eine gute Butter, etwas Frisches von Petersilie, den Bärlauch selbst, sauber eingebunden, dazu genau dieser Punkt zwischen Salz, Pfeffer und einer feinen Süße, die kaum auffällt und gerade deshalb funktioniert. Das war keine Vorsuppe, die verschwindet, sobald der Teller weggetragen wird. Eher so ein Geschmack, der später wieder auftaucht – auf der Heimfahrt, am nächsten Morgen oder irgendwann zwischendurch, wenn man plötzlich wieder daran denkt. Danach das Schnitzel mit Spargel. Locker und fast luftig, innen saftig, außen eine goldene Panade mit genau dem richtigen Halt – nicht fettig, nicht hart, nicht trocken. Genau diese Sorte Schnitzel, bei der man irgendwann merkt, dass man längst satt sein müsste und trotzdem weiterisst. Der Spargel sauber gegart, weder faserig noch wässrig, die Hollandaise separat serviert – vielleicht nur eine Kleinigkeit, aber oft ein gutes Zeichen, wenn etwas erst einmal für sich stehen darf. Irgendwann später noch ein Longdrink mit Erdbeere, Limette und viel Eis, frisch und genau passend, um den Abend langsam auslaufen zu lassen. Vielleicht bleibt am Ende weniger ein einzelnes Gericht im Kopf als dieses Gefühl, am richtigen Ort gewesen zu sein, während man anderswo schon beim Bezahlen wusste, dass etwas fehlt. Und genau solche Abende merkt man oft erst später. Erkenntnis des Tages: Geld kommt und geht – aber das, was man dafür bekommt, das bleibt.

Wir waren absilut begeidtert vom Essen und vom Ambiente.Ebenso auch vom Service.Alles supi wir kommen wieder.Das Kartoffelpüree ist mega lecker aber auch alles Andere.

Das Essen ist spitze, von guter Qualität und korrekte Portionen. Es dauert sehr lange, bis es kommt. Die Einrichtung ist aus den 90er. Das Restaurant würde ich renovieren.

Die leckeren Getränke ließen einen guten Abend erwarten. Leider wurden wir vom Essen enttäuscht. Die Mängel möchte ich nicht alle aufzählen. Nur soviel. Traditionelle Gerichte sollten auch so zubereitet werden und ein fast roher grüner Spargel wird durch kalte Entenbrust nicht besser. Schade!

Wir waren hier in der Region Urlaub machen und haben uns spontan entschieden hier was essen zu gehen. Wir konnten dann doch noch spontan auf der Terrasse sitzen und essen, obwohl die Kellnerin die Terrasse schon abbauen wollte. Die Karte ist umfangreich und von den vorherigen Rezensionen hat man auch gesehen, dass es zu mindestens lecker aussieht. Ich hab mir die Garnelen bestellt, dann hatten wir noch zwei Burger und einmal ein Kinder Gericht. Ich muss sagen, dass die Portion der Garnelen schon recht klein ausgefallen Hallo ist. Fünf Garnelen für 16,50 € ist schon übertrieben, Knoblauch Öl konnte ich auch überhaupt nicht rausschicken und ich hätte mir Salz Pfeffer noch auf dem Tisch gewünscht zum nachwürzen… und leider kam der Burger ohne Beilagen. Auch wenn diese als Extras serviert werden oder bestellt werden, hätte ich es gut gefunden, dass man diese noch mal abfragt… Preise sind schon happig 5,50 € für Pommes noch dazu, wo der Burger schon 16 -17 € kostet… Wir haben über 70 € bezahlt und satt waren wir nicht… Nichts, desto trotz ein tolles Lokal, und die Bedingungen waren auch alle sehr freundlich!

Das Essen war einfach köstlich! Die Portionen sind riesig, also unbedingt etwas essen! Der Service war exzellent, das Restaurant sehr sauber und ansprechend. Absolut empfehlenswert! 👌

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ein absolut großartiges Restaurant! Die Kombination aus mediterraner und deutscher Küche ist hier perfekt gelungen. Die Gerichte sind unglaublich geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet. Besonders begeistert hat mich das wunderschöne Ambiente stilvoll, gemütlich und gleichzeitig sehr einladend. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl und kann den Abend in entspannter Atmosphäre genießen. Auch der Service war hervorragend, freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr professionell. Man wird herzlich empfangen und bestens betreut. Was ich außerdem besonders bemerkenswert finde: hier wird darauf geachtet, dass das Trinkgeld fair unter dem gesamten Personal aufgeteilt wird. Selbst die Spülkraft wird daran beteiligt. Ich finde es großartig, dass dies sogar offen kommuniziert wird dies zeigt Wertschätzung gegenüber dem gesamten Team hinter dem Restaurant. Alles in allem ein rundum perfektes Erlebnis. Ich komme definitiv wieder und kann dieses Restaurant jedem empfehlen.

The Christmas food was excellent, we'll be back next Christmas and also for other occasions in between.

We went for Christmas dinner today. We had a reservation and waited 45 minutes outside, which I understand is normal at Christmas time, but then we waited over an hour for the food to arrive. I ordered crispy duck breast with dumplings and red cabbage. I had to order more gravy right away; there was far too little on the plate, but it tasted okay. The dumplings were alright, they tasted fine. The duck was anything but crispy; the skin wasn't crispy at all, it was soggy, and the duck itself was tough as rubber. I just wanted something special, not my usual everyday meal, and it was a complete disaster. Never again will I order duck. The server was friendly, nice, and efficient. That's all.

Large groups are no problem here with a reservation. The autumn menu is unusual and varied. The DIY iced tea is a nice touch... unfortunately, mine was a bit bland (perhaps not enough syrup?). Since the menu consisted mostly of burgers and steaks, I ultimately opted for something vegetarian. It was a nice change and tasted good enough. It would have been better if our food had been served at a more simultaneous time. The service is attentive and friendly. If you find the menu appealing, then it's a good choice. The atmosphere, especially on the terrace in summer, is very pleasant.

We had lunch here today. First off, the service was incredibly friendly and attentive. We had reserved a table online. The food arrived at the table at the same time, which was fantastic. It was simply delicious and beautifully presented. It was a wonderful, tasty lunch with great service and a lovely atmosphere. Superb!

Our annual meeting for funeral directors took place this year at a colleague's home in Bad Salzungen. Our fellow funeral director, Solefleur Bestattungen, had reserved a table for nine people. The food was excellent, and the service was prompt and attentive. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the meal, and we had a wonderful and pleasant evening.

My meal was relatively tasty; my mother even thought hers was delicious. The service was very friendly. The only downside: Wi-Fi is only available to staff, not guests.

The meat is very well prepared. There were three of us, and unfortunately, none of us could eat it all. It's a shame that the price is correspondingly high. I would have preferred a more sizable portion and paid a few euros less for it. I've heard several times that several guests have experienced this.

Very tasty and cozy. And very cute outside. The Grumbach stream runs right through the village and right across the terrace. So sweetly done.

Four of us came for lunch. The waitress let us choose a table. The menu was surprisingly diverse. We tried a variety of dishes and were all completely satisfied. The waitress checked several times to see if everything was OK. Such attentive service is rare. We can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

This was our second visit because we enjoyed the food the first time. However, we waited a long 1.5 hours for our food. Unfortunately, the first experience repeated itself again. We were seated in an area with an unpleasant, peeping draft and waited another hour for the food to be served. Is the kitchen staff overwhelmed? What a shame! We won't be returning for a third visit.

The flank steak was well cooked, but cut incorrectly. It was cut with the grain instead of against it. This made it difficult to eat.

We had a nice evening here with a group and were glad they were able to make room for us. The food was okay, although the fries and ice cream were the best. The service was unfortunately a bit disorganized a few times, but it was nice and friendly. This was probably due to the number of people in the restaurant. I should order something I know next time, then everything will definitely taste good.

We live about 40 km from Bad Liebenstein and have often strolled past Altenstein Castle. This time we wanted to have a bite to eat in Bad Liebenstein and, after walking past several restaurants, luckily settled on this one. The service was very friendly and attentive, and the menu was varied. Our meal was very good and beautifully presented. We will definitely be back.

Very nice ambience, but prices are steep

We were in Bad Liebenstein over the weekend to explore the area. After a lovely motorcycle ride to Saalfeld, we were looking forward to our pre-booked table and delicious food. But no luck. We had to wait almost two hours for our food, which was lukewarm, and then we had to listen to some excuses about it being a family celebration and not being able to go any faster. So you have to host a private party and just forgo a few euros. Completely unacceptable from me 👎🏻👎🏻

The prices were far too high for the portion sizes, and the food tasted only "okay." The meat, but only the meat, was good. The drink selection was good and very tasty. The staff was friendly, and the wait was perfectly reasonable. Due to the mediocre food and the tiny portions, I wouldn't recommend it!

Went there to eat as usual. Unfortunately it's not what it used to be. My burger with double meat was supposed to be cooked medium, but the meat was cooked completely dry, which wasn't great. The rest of the burger was great. We waited a long time for the food, and after the meal we had to wait again for a server, only to get a crème brûlée that tasted of nothing. At least my wife's meal was great, but maybe it just wasn't the chef's day. To then have to wait again for a server so we can pay is a shame. The staff seem overwhelmed, even though it wasn't that busy on a Monday. For the money, I don't know if it's worth another visit.

The food was truly excellent – top-notch in taste and beautifully presented. Unfortunately, the rest left a lot to be desired. We were there with two children and had to wait 1.5 hours for our food. Other guests who arrived at the same time had long since finished, while we were still waiting. After asking, the children's plates arrived a little earlier, but our food continued to arrive late – without any apology or explanation. It seemed as if our table had simply been forgotten. In the end, we wanted to have a dish we hadn't finished packed up – for which we were charged extra, even though we had already tipped beforehand. That seemed petty and inappropriate after such an event. So…very good food, but the service was disappointing. Unfortunately, it left a bad taste in our mouths – a shame!

I was very disappointed. My steak au four tasted very good, but I was already full before. This time, the price was just too high, and waiting over an hour for the food despite pre-ordering the day before is unacceptable. What a shame!!!! 😔

We spontaneously stopped by for dinner on Sunday. We easily got a lovely spot by the watercourse, the server was very nice, and the place was heavenly. They served dumplings with roulades. Unfortunately, we'd just come back from eating ice cream, and we only had room for a little something. I had bratwurst with mashed potatoes and sauerkraut, very tasty 😋. I highly recommend the water, which they serve in a carafe with various delicious ingredients. All in all, it was a very successful evening 👍

The ambiance is excellent, and the service attentive (if slightly overwhelmed). The food would have been excellent, too, if a medium-rare beef fillet for around €42 hadn't come out of the kitchen after a nearly 1.5-hour wait, a gray, dry mess. The other steaks at the table were also a notch or two too cooked. They offered to redo it, but after such a long wait and a bedtime-ready child, there simply wasn't time. The alternative excuse (an espresso) is simply a joke given the price. A real shame—I really wanted to like this place.

Beautiful ambiance, cozy and chic inside and out. The food was excellent.
