Wir sind Mexikaner und lieben dieses Restaurant. Wir waren schon öfter dort, und beim letzten Mal waren wir von den Carnitas-Tacos und dem Käse mit Chorizo ​​begeistert. Die Aguas Frescas sind sehr lecker, und die Enchiladas sind auch schmackhaft, wenn auch etwas klein. Der Service ist schnell (vor allem im Vergleich zu anderen mexikanischen Restaurants) und freundlich. Wir kommen bald wieder, um noch mehr Carnitas-Tacos zu essen. 🐷

Gestern hat meine Mutter dieses Restaurant besucht, und es war schlechtestes Fleisch (ich habe ein Gericht namens Tacos Alambre bestellt), das hat sie krank gemacht, dieses Gericht zu probieren. Dann wollten sie die Aufmerksamkeit vom Unwohlsein meiner Mutter ablenken und ihr ein kostenloses Eis anbieten. Das ist eine totale Enttäuschung als Restaurant. Ich empfehle dieses Restaurant überhaupt nicht.

Waren am Wochenende dort. Das Restaurant sieht echt schön aus und das Essen war auch richtig gut. Was uns aber komplett überrascht hat: Die Bedienung wollte partout kein Trinkgeld annehmen. Erst dachten wir, das wäre irgendein Missverständnis. Als wir später nochmal nachgefragt haben, meinte die Mitarbeiterin, dass die Besitzer wohl einen Teil vom Trinkgeld behalten. Ganz ehrlich, sowas hinterlässt schon einen bitteren Beigeschmack. Trinkgeld gibt man schließlich dem Personal und nicht den Chefs. Sollte das tatsächlich stimmen, wäre das wirklich ziemlich fragwürdig.

Ganz großartig! Ich habe zwei Jahre in Zentralamerika gelebt und das ist einer der besten und authentischsten Mexikaner die ich bisher in Deutschland gefunden habe! Das Essen war lecker, die Besitzer super freundlich und die Getränke großartig. Die einzige Tragödie war, dass das Restaurant irgendwann dann zugemacht hatte. 😁

Seit unserem ersten Besuch in Eriks Restaurant werden wir wie Familienmitglieder behandelt. Das Essen ist einfach fantastisch, und seine Gastfreundschaft macht jeden Besuch zu etwas Besonderem. Wir lieben seine herzliche Art und die Sorgfalt, die er in jedes Gericht steckt – es ist einfach herausragend. Mein Mann kommt aus Kalifornien, und dank Erik fühlt er sich hier immer wie zu Hause. Am liebsten würde er Erik und den Küchenchef als seine Privatköche engagieren!

Ein sehr gemütliches Lokal mit angenehmer, ruhiger spanischer Musik. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Meine Frau und ich haben hier unseren Hochzeitstag gefeiert und es nicht bereut!

Das Ambiente ist optisch gut nur hätten wir uns typische Musik gewünscht wie Mariachi, Salsa, Bachata, cumbia oder ähnliches. Klare Empfehlung weil man ja wegen dem leckeren Essen hingeht und das Personal super freundlich ist.

Der beste Laden für authentisches mexikanisches Essen in Nürnberg. Ich hatte die Barbacoa Tacos und die Carnitas Tacos. In einer Portion sind immer vier Stück, was eine perfekte Menge ist. Beide Varianten waren unglaublich gut. Das Fleisch war super saftig, die Tortillas richtig authentisch und die Kombination mit Zwiebeln und Koriander genau so, wie man es aus Mexiko kennt. Die Tacos haben wirklich geschmeckt wie direkt aus einer Taquería. Ich kann das auch ziemlich gut beurteilen, weil ich selbst schon fünf Wochen in Mexiko war und dort viel Tacos gegessen habe. Genau diesen authentischen Geschmack findet man hier wieder. Für mich definitiv der beste Spot für echte mexikanische Tacos in Nürnberg. 🌮

Easily the best Mexican place in Bavaria. The owner and the staff are great people and the food is simply amazing. The place is cosy and the guests are mostly internationals. If you want great Mexican food then come here.

My reservation was no longer in their system. So we ended up sitting at an overflow table in the passageway between the entrance, the restrooms, and the bar. Things continued in a similar vein; the service was a disaster. Taking our order took forever, and the staff was completely overwhelmed and annoyed. My burrito was cold inside, and the cheese wasn't melted. I didn't bother complaining since, as I'd already described, it was chaotic. We then overheard them trying to locate the reservation of a group of eight. I don't understand how they can run a business like that. The food itself was well-seasoned and definitely has potential. But the organization is a complete mess.

Good Mexican restaurant. Food is tasty, and 2 for 1 Margaritas are great, but the size of the Margaritas is wayyyy too small. Would go to the La Lucha in Spardof instead next time as their Margaritas are big and also 2x1 drink specials are offered every day.

I had their carnitas tacos special which was five street tacos. Very little cheese, and no heat unless you put it on there what's the sauces they provide. The flavor was really excellent and they included the crispy pork skin as a German touch

We were there today to "test out" Mexican taco culture. Service: Fast and excellent. Erick, the owner, was very nice. Drinks: Fresh drinks, the best margaritas. Now I even know what happy hour means there and the difference between (Mexican) tequila and mezcal. Food: Fast and the tacos were very rich. The mix was very good, the birria was perfect and the beer with the Alhama beer was the best. Lovely evening, we'll be back. An important point about this place: El Jefe is a real Mexican from Monterrey, not some Turk, for example, who just happens to be cooking Mexican food. Conclusion: Authentic.

A real Mexican feeling! 🇲🇽🌮 Perfectly located – just 4 minutes from the subway station and on the way to the airport. The food is just like in Mexico – authentic, delicious, and made with lots of love. I highly recommend it! The only small "downside": The super-tasty sauces could be a bit spicier – but I understand that they're suitable for all guests. 😉

It is definitely a gem in nürnberg. The food is delicious, the boss is super friendly and the magherita is the highlight! Further, dishes were served with grilled meat on the day i went, which i understood is not always available. This of course makes the food very flavourful and has made my visit unforgetful. P.S. This restaurant is way more better than the one in city center, even though they have the same name.

The food at La Lucha was undoubtedly delicious – the taste was truly top-notch, no complaints there. BUT: The prices are simply absurd and, for me, have absolutely nothing to do with the concept of Mexican street food. A birria burrito for 20 euros?! Seriously?! That's simply outrageous. Please don't forget that burritos and tacos are an everyday, accessible food in Mexico – and not a luxury item. A shot of tequila for just under 6 euros is also completely overpriced. There aren't even fries or a drink included – just a single burrito. You really can't think of anything else to say. Such prices seem greedy – period. And that's exactly why so many restaurants in Nuremberg close after a few months. People don't want to pay such outrageous prices for simple food. It's like charging 20 euros for a doner kebab – even 8.50 is borderline excessive for a doner kebab. Conclusion: La Lucha, rethink your pricing model. The food is good, no question, but your pricing is unsustainable, not suitable for everyday use, and certainly not authentic to what street food is supposed to be.

Wir hatten einen Burrito und Enchiladas. Sowohl das Rind- als auch Hühnerfleisch waren gerupft, insgesamt wenig Käse und wenig Würze - was untypisch ist für einen Mexikaner. Das Klo war 1:1 wie in Lateinamerika - das ganze Klopapier im Mülleimer bzw. auf dem Boden. Ich hoffe, dass es in der Küche sauberer zugeht.

Very nice authentic taqueria & cantina. Also very nice staff. Can't complain. We made reservations via WhatsApp. Unfortunately, the map can only be viewed online. I didn't think it was that good. I like to have a card in my hand. Would have liked a Dos Equis XX beer, unfortunately they didn't have it. That's why there was a Bohemia. It was ok too. My wife had a hisbiscus iced tea. It was very tasty but unfortunately served in a plastic cup. They were nice cups with a logo on them, but I prefer a glass indoors and at the table. As a starter I had very tasty quesadias. My wife taco chips with Quacomole Dip. Also very good. I had a Burrito Pirata La Lucha. It was really really cool. But the tortilla was just folded shut. To my knowledge, a burrito is wrapped. Even though it tasted very good, I expected something different. My wife had mix tacos. They were also very good. Overall it was really good, but the menu was only online, the burrito was folded instead of wrapped and cups instead of glasses. Although there are enough glasses in the cupboard behind the counter. We would love to come back. In terms of taste, it was the best Mexican in Nuremberg for me. But I hope they take the criticism to heart.

Authentic mexican food ❤️. One of my hobbies is trying the food in mexican restaurants abroad, even more if they're specialized in tacos. In my not so humble opinion, "La Lucha" is by far the best I've ever tried in all the countries I've been to. Special mention to tacos carnitas (when available), tacos barbacoa, and tostadas pollo 😊. The only "not mexican" thing there is the beer, which is German (ofc they also have mexican beer), but... Why not having the best food on Earth + the best beer on Earth? ❤️ Also, if wanting to be closer to mexican culture without drinking alcohol, I'd highly recommend aguas frescas (specially Jamaica). Service MIGHT get to be slow in peak hours, but believe me: every single minute is worthy, as you'll feel like visiting Mexico in every single bite. Do not forget to ask for mezcal (Or Tequila). The variety of food and drinks is quite nice, and prices are fair. PS: the margaritas they sell there are THE BEST you'll get ;)

Best Mexican restaurant in whole Germany!!

We have been to various Mexican restaurants. But La Luca absolutely convinced us. A restaurant that completely captivates you with its ambience and food. The staff is really attentive and makes you feel like friends. The food was simply delicious and demonstrated the craftsmanship that we know from Mexico. The boss's recommendation was a 100 percent precision landing. God, did we enjoy the food. I give it 100 out of 100 points. We are already looking forward to the next time. It will mention that we actually come from Düsseldorf. La Luca is simply worth a R permit.

We had dinner here and ordered quesadillas as a starter, which unfortunately didn't impress us with the taste. For the main course we had the Tacos Alambre with beef steak, peppers, onions, guacamole and cheese. The meat was really excellent – ​​well seasoned and very tasty. Important to know: The tacos here are served in a typically Mexican way with soft tortillas, not with the hard taco shells that are often common in Germany. However, the tortillas didn't impress us in terms of taste. Since the portion with the tortillas delivered was quite small, we ordered two additional tortillas, which were charged €1 each. At a price of €18 per dish, we would have expected the portion to be large enough or at least to include six small tortillas. The service was friendly and attentive, the restaurant is nicely decorated and has a pleasant atmosphere. If we go back, we would rather try the enchiladas or burritos.

The carnitas and the 100% recommended tomatillo green sauce, juicy, with intense flavor and adding the freshly cut cilantro give an aroma of home, fresh and delicious food, a good place to visit with friends!!! The portions are large enough to order for two and try several dishes!!

Previously my favorite Mexican, since they have duplicated their restaurants, they are unfortunately no longer worth visiting and have become rather soulless compared to before. Some of the best food in Germany I’ve ever had. Carnitas tacos had plenty of meat(pause) and they were well seasoned. Surprisingly, the restaurant wasn’t packed like I thought it would be. The best day to go there would be on a Thursday.

We have had the opportunity to try La Lucha's dishes at the Latainamerikanisches Wochenende and as home delivery dishes and they have always been very good. Visiting Nürenberg we thought about stopping by to enjoy dinner. The service, speed and portion size was good. The clamato and the tortilla chips were good. The hibiscus water was not sweetened. The taco mix and the pirates, and a single sauce without much flavor. Perhaps they have had to adapt the recipes to the European palate. The toilets do leave a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness. I preferred that my daughters not use them.

It would be cool if you adjusted your opening hours. There's no sign at the restaurant that it's a holiday? Just too at 6 p.m

Los tacos y la comida son muy buenos y frescos. Sin embargo el ambiente es nulo. La terraza exterior necesita plantas frescas, no plástico. Cubre la pared de cemento con un poco de vegetación. Algunas luces de mesa o velas ayudarían. Por favor, retire los trapeadores de limpieza, manguera de jardín y paletas del área del cliente. Dentro necesita atención. Este ya no es un lugar alemán, así que actualiza la decoración y límpiala. Si desea atraer a una clientela más grande, entonces tendrá que poner más esfuerzo en el ambiente y la música. Absolutely authentic Mexican food. You immediately notice that it has not been adapted to the German palate. And that's a good thing. Finally you can taste Mexico in its purity. Ambiance was great. Nice service. Music could be a little bit quieter. The portion sizes are perfect in my opinion. You go out full without being overcrowded. We are already looking forward to the next time and with this in mind: A barriga llena, heart contento. Viva la Mexico!!

Came because online mentioned there was birria at this location. Unfortunately no birria but I got some pork tacos, if you want authentic Mexican food I would recommend this place. There was only one server for the whole restaurant, he was fast and efficient.
