La Lucha Taqueria Cantina Nbg Nord in Nürnberg

Previously my favorite Mexican, since they have duplicated their restaurants, they are unfortunately no longer worth visiting and have become rather soulless compared to before. Food and service have deteriorated significantly. The map has become smaller and the value for money is simply no longer right. Too bad chocolate.

It was very tasty there and we were served very nicely. Unfortunately for me the quantity doesn't match the price. None of us were full, but we all paid quite a bit.

Some of the best food in Germany I’ve ever had. Carnitas tacos had plenty of meat(pause) and they were well seasoned. Surprisingly, the restaurant wasn’t packed like I thought it would be. The best day to go there would be on a Thursday.

We have had the opportunity to try La Lucha's dishes at the Latainamerikanisches Wochenende and as home delivery dishes and they have always been very good. Visiting Nürenberg we thought about stopping by to enjoy dinner. The service, speed and portion size was good. The clamato and the tortilla chips were good. The hibiscus water was not sweetened. The taco mix and the pirates, and a single sauce without much flavor. Perhaps they have had to adapt the recipes to the European palate. The toilets do leave a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness. I preferred that my daughters not use them.

It would be cool if you adjusted your opening hours. There's no sign at the restaurant that it's a holiday? Just too at 6 p.m

The tacos and food are really good and fresh. However the ambience is null. The outside terrace needs fresh plants, not plastic. Cover up the cement wall with some greenery. Some table lights or candles would help. Please remove cleaning mops, garden hose and palettes from customer area. Inside needs some attention. This is no longer a German place so update the decor and clean it up. If you want to attract a larger clientele then you will need to put more effort into the ambience and music. Absolutely authentic Mexican food. You immediately notice that it has not been adapted to the German palate. And that's a good thing. Finally you can taste Mexico in its purity. Ambiance was great. Nice service. Music could be a little bit quieter. The portion sizes are perfect in my opinion. You go out full without being overcrowded. We are already looking forward to the next time and with this in mind: A barriga llena, heart contento. Viva la Mexico!!

Came because online mentioned there was birria at this location. Unfortunately no birria but I got some pork tacos, if you want authentic Mexican food I would recommend this place. There was only one server for the whole restaurant, he was fast and efficient.

Favorite taco place in Nürnberg. The tacos are soft and with a variation of fillings available. Service is mostly a bit slow, but it's worth the wait.

The Taqueria La Lucha is located in Nuremberg Schoppershof. Food: In addition to tacos, the taqueria also offers burritos, enchilladas, quesadillas and many other Mexican dishes. There is also a vegetarian or vegan version of almost every dish. The portions are really big and the taste is solid. Service: Really great service, our waitress was super nice and always had a smile on her face. All of our questions were also answered very well. Ambience: There are seats outside and inside. The places could be a little more comfortable but the street is quiet.

We've been to La Lucha several times and the food tasted really authentic. Something is different now, maybe different personnel? The food has become tasteless, rather ugly, no longer as authentic and tasty. What a shame! It has also become more expensive with more than €15 for a burrito.

The food is very authentic Mexican. My son, who knows a little about Mexico, confirmed this. But for a German it is astonishing. Michelada is a beer with Tabasco sauce. But a lot of Tabasco. The “put lots of pepper in it” method seems very Mexican. We ordered various platters of flatbreads. There was again very little seasoning, apart from coriander. Plus lime. It was very reminiscent of Spain. I am very divided in my impression. Maybe I don't understand Mexican food, the food was authentic. For a German, however, it takes a lot of getting used to. The restaurant was very busy in the evening. There doesn't seem to be a lack of guests.

WORST dining experience in Nürnberg so far !!!!! Me, my wife and my daughter had dinner here. We arrived at 18:10 and the place wasn't very crowded. We ordered within ten minutes and everything seemed fine. We mentioned our 3 year old was quite hungry so asked if her order(off the children's menu, 2 tacos and some chicken) could come first and soon. The waitress said sure. 30 mins later, no food had come out so I asked again. She said the kitchen is backed up. I repeated if they could please just send out my daughter's order and she said will ask. 30 more mins later I had enough and said I'm leaving. Then she said it will be out in 2 mins. 5 mins later the food arrived. But only mine and my daughters. What my wife had ordered was not available. It took them one hour after taking the order to realise they don't have it!!! The waitress said they won't be charging us due to all this. We ate as soon as we could and I asked again is it not charged. She first said yes but then another person behind her said something to her. Turns out only the drinks were complimentary. I said whatever let me just pay and leave this place. I payed 27 euros and walked out only to then realise that was too much. I walked back in and asked her again why it was 27 and she said oh sorry because the drinks weren't complimentary and they charged it. I asked why when you just told me they were complimentary. No answer. She then asks do you want it. I said yes and got the drinks charge in cash. Food was actually decent , not fantastic but not bad. But everything else is a trainwreck. I understand kitchens can get backed up but at least have the courtesy to communicate this especially when a hungry 3 year old is waiting for her food. Absolutely do not recommend.

Super cozy little bar with a great atmosphere. Tequilla tastes particularly good here, given the good atmosphere. Food was super tasty.

Was on a business trip and was there with colleagues. We liked it. The food was delicious and everyone was full.

What happened? We used to be guests here often, but now we can really get past it. Mixed tacos completely tasteless and lukewarm. The salsas also had no taste. Chips with guacamole for this price are simply cheeky. The highlight, however, were the Magaritas. We then ordered additional tequila for the third one we had ordered and poured it into the glasses because apart from sugar and ice there was nothing to be found in these parts... for 11 euros it was an absolute disgrace. You were definitely able to do it better in the past and it's a shame that the quality has deteriorated so much and that as a guest you just feel like you're being ripped off. The only positive thing you can rate is the nice lady in service!

Food was cold, not particularly tasty. Order was delivered incorrectly. Wouldn't recommend it.

The frozen margheritas are great. The food was plentiful and beautifully prepared. The service is very friendly and sees you when you need it without being intrusive.

I have never eaten as badly as I did here in any other restaurant. The quesadillas were drenched in fat. The tacos were tasteless, bland and that meat was tough. Far too expensive for this quality! The two of us paid €50 for 1 starter and 2 main courses. If Mexican food tastes like this...then never again.

Never again! The food smelled like dog food and looked like it came from the microwave… The staff was rude and rude. Definitely not a recommendation.

Tacos Al Pastor were good, but the chicken one definitely not.

Questo locale è molto naif, di personale simpatico e professionale e i piatti sono tipicamente spagnoli.noi in realtà abbiamo preso la carne che devo dire era molto buona, ma credo che valga la pena anche assaggiare la loro paella. Nell’insieme hanno una buona carta sia per i vini che per il cibo lo consiglio

A great place with authentic decor and food. Delicious! We came straight from our vacation in Mexico and immediately felt transported back there. Didn't think a restaurant like this existed in Nuremberg - we will definitely come back 👍😊. I also forgot something at the taqueria and was able to easily get in touch late that evening and pick it up the next day. Thank you! 🙌

The food and the drinks were really delicious. The waitresses were kind and friendly. I can only recommend to go there, me and my friend really enjoyed the night.

No star! The food was terrible. It smelled bad and looked disgusting. The smell hung in our noses for hours. I don't understand where the 5 star reviews come from. Neither for the food nor for the ambience. It is an uncomfortable former restaurant in the 1960s style with colorful flags on the ceiling and a sombrero on the wall.

We were looking for a place for very diffrent people snd one vegeterian. We found this place online and it was perefect. Food was excelent, not too expensive and good portions. We loved the enviourment and staff are lovely!

Unfortunately I have to say that I was very disappointed. I used to enjoy coming here often, but the offerings have deteriorated massively. We were there with a large group, we had reserved for 12 people, but due to illness there were only 10 people and still had hardly any space at the table. The drinks consistently only came after a 10-20 minute wait, and the food was also very staggered, the first ones were already ready by the time the last dishes were even served. Even though the store wasn't overly crowded. In addition, several drinks were given a bonus, which we were told some time later were not available today. And to make matters worse, towards the end they even tried to charge us for some of these (bonded but unavailable) drinks. The food is still good and authentically Mexican, but unfortunately it is now too expensive for the portion size. That's why I'm deducting a star in this category. Finally, I have to say that after today it was probably my last visit.

Unfortunately not as good as hoped. The burritos and dessert were very good. The portions are a bit small considering the prices, but ok, they probably use more expensive products. 2 dishes came cold... and had to be warmed up again... But a good tip was expected.

Food too expensive and too little. Had four tacos. They were puny and completely watery. The beer with tomato sauce was worth an experience, but that was it... I have no idea how anyone could like something like that... Service was friendly. Most of them only spoke Spanish or English - no problem for me, but perhaps useful information for others. Ambience was an old house. It pulled a bit because the doors were open, but it wasn't a big deal. If I had said anything about it, they would certainly have closed the doors. This should only be viewed as information for other guests The food is crucial when I go out to eat. For the reasons mentioned, I won't go there again.

Super leckere Margaritas und die Bedienung Isabel ist sehr lieb und betreut einen perfekt. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl in einer typisch mexikanischen Atmosphäre!

Vorweg: Parkplatz-Suche ist in der ganzen Gegend eine Katastrophe - kann das Restaurant aber nichts dafür. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Bedienung (ihr Deutsch und Englisch war deutlich besser als unser Spanisch und das wunderbar bezieht sich nicht auf das nette Äußere, sondern auf die Herzlichkeit und die Serviceorientierung) und sprachlich musste sie ab und an nachfragen, aber das glich sie mit ihrem herzlichen Lächeln locker wieder aus. Das Essen war sehr gut und wenn man sich etwas empfehlen lässt, dann ist es mega - also ruhig Mut und definitiv die Nachspeisen probieren. Deko ist typisch mexikanisch und urig. Die Toiletten könnten mal renoviert werden, deswegen ein Stern Abzug. Gerne wieder

Wir haben 1,5h auf unsere Tacos gewartet, obwohl nur 50% der Sitzplätze belegt waren. Sie waren lecker, allerdings war der Rand der Soft Tacos schon etwas hart, so als wären sie zu lange in der Mikrowelle gewesen. Frozen Daiquiries haben uns die Wartezeit versüßt, sie waren nicht wie man Daiquiries kennt. Nachos und Guacamole sind zu empfehlen. Sitzen im Hinterhof ist etwas trist. Service war sehr freundlich, jedoch selten am Tisch. Wir mussten immer aktiv rufen.

Hallo… ich bin mit hohen Erwartungen und voller Vorfreude in dieses lokal gegangen doch wurde maßlos enttäuscht… ich hatte als Gericht den Taco mix und meine Freundin vegetarische enchiladas. Zum einen war die Bedingung unfreundlich und hat meiner Freundin anstatt ihrer tacos die eben erwähnten enchiladas gebracht. Passiert mal… doch leider waren dies geschmacklich so unbefriedigend, dass sie nach der Hälfte nichtmehr weiter Essen konnte. Mein taco mix war so deprimierend und fade dass ich die 4 tacos nur unter Selbstbeherrschung essen konnte. Da ich schon oft tacos gegessen sowie gekocht habe wage ich das Urteil zu sprechen, dass das die schlechtesten wareb die ich jemals gegessen habe. Dieses Urteil bestätigt auch meine Freundin… für Vegetarier ungeeignet!!! 1 mal und nie wieder… nicht empfehlenswert

Authentic mexican dishes based on family recipes. Food was very good. Chunky guac was tasty. Cozy atmosphere which is a combination of mexican fiesta with german beerkeller. Portions are large!

La atención fue exelente! La comida es muy sabrosa y sin dudas alguna al mejor estilo mexicano! las sucursales de Nürnberg son las mejores, verdaderamente volví a comer en esta marca de restaurante porque me invitaron... Después de una mala experiencia en la misma cadena de restaurante de otra ciudad cercana en dónde el servicio fue pésimo y la comida no fue mucho mejor... Un puntito a cambiar sería tener cartas también en inglés, pero un detalle mínimo que el traductor de Google sabe solucionar.

Best Mexican Food we’ve had in Germany! We highly recommend it!

La comida estuvo muy bien,pero las bebidas están muy caras, creo que exageran con los precios. El lugar esta un poco descuidado, el personal no es tan atento, terminamos de comer y los platos seguían en la mesa, despues de 20 minutos tuve que hablarle al mesero, si no, ni se acerca. La música era una verdadera molestia y repetitiva fue una experiencia desagradable pues todo el tiempo se escuchaba a peso pluma. Antes el dueño estaba ahí, y nos atendía muy bien y ponía buena música, pero ahora el servicio deja mucho que desear.

The food was incredible. Best Mexican in Nuremberg. The strawberry margarita was amazing. Our server was so kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

They make ALL their tacos and drinks fresh (not just reheating it) that’s why it can’t be served in an instant. Patience pays, and that’s how I got to try the best, most authentic tacos in Nürnberg. P.S. Alambre never disappoints!!!
