La Cuisine Rademacher in Köln

Das Restaurant liegt etwas ausserhalb Kölns, ist aber einen Umweg absolut wert. Ein junger "Chef" bietet seinen Gästen hervorragende Speisen an, frisch, sehr schön präsentiert von sehr hoher und wirklich "sternewürdiger" Qualität, Michelin und Gault&Millau lassen Grüssen. Gut hat uns auch gefallen, dass man verschiedene Teile des Menüs austauschen kann, oder falls grosser Hunger vorliegt :), als Zusatz bestellen kann. Das Ambiente, und der Service, ist eher "Edel-Brasserie", auf hohem Niveau, aber das hat auch Vorteile: man fühlt sich wohler als in "heiligen Hallen" à la "Tour d'Argent". Kleines b-mol: wir hatten die Weinbegleitung bestellt..aber ein Wein wurde vergessen...gut, kann vorkommen. Das Personal, das sehr nett und bemüht ist, und der "Chef" persönlich, haben sich aber zurückgekauft. Ok für mich..nobody is perfect Kurzum: nur zu empfehlen für einen kulinarischen Abend auf hohem Niveau abseits des Grossstadttrubels in legerer Atmosphäre....Gerne wieder

Wir haben das Menu gegessen und waren von jedem Gang begeistert. Alles war sehr hochwertig und fein gekocht. Wer einen Sterneabend genießen möchte ist hier genau richtig.

Gerade zum Lunch ein Menü auf höchstem Niveau zu einem sehr fairen Preis, aber trotzdem sehr bodenständig. Das Geschmackserlebnis ist einfach fantastisch!

Hier komme ich seit Jahren regelmäßig zurück und immer ist es wieder ein positives Erlebnis!

Eine Perle in Dellbrück! Super leckeres, spannendes Essen. Super netter aufmerksamer Service und tolle, auch alkoholfreie, Weinempfehlungen. Es war ein sehr schöner Abend, wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Das Essen hat nicht nur fantastisch geschmeckt , sondern es waren regelrecht kleine Kunstwerke. Wir hatten das große und das kleine Menü bestellt und es war kein Problem mal hin und her zu switchen, so dass jeder auch von dem anderen mal was essen konnte. Der Service war ebenfalls grandios… besonders der Vater, der wohl nur ausgeholfen hat, war so unglaublich nett ,freundlich und nicht so blasiert wie wir das in anderen Sterne Restaurants schon erlebt haben. Einfach nur toll. Kommen gerne wieder.

Das Essen war top. Aber: Unser Tisch war mit Blick in die Küche auf Plastikmüller. Und das Servicepersonal war zwar sehr nett, aber nach über 4h hatten wir dann erst den Nachtisch bekommen und die Patisserie kam nicht. So haben wir dann gegen 23:45 entschieden zu zahlen, um die S-Bahn noch zu bekommen.

Ein Besuch bei Marlon Rademacher ist immer wieder ein Genuss für alle Sinne! Einfach schön!

Fantastic lunch menu! Two amuse-bouches followed by a five-course meal, each course clearly composed and bursting with flavor. The wine pairings were perfectly suited and delicious, although they didn't venture into experimental, crowd-pleasing wines. The service and owner were incredibly friendly, relaxed, and approachable. Definitely worth a trip to the "wrong side of the Rhine"!

The Michelin-starred cuisine was simply perfect – every course was superbly balanced, brimming with refined aromas and incredibly precise flavors. The exceptional craftsmanship and passion of the kitchen team are evident in every detail. A very special thank you goes to our waiter, Nils. His warm, attentive, and pleasantly relaxed manner made us feel completely at ease and exceptionally well cared for from the very first moment. He truly made the evening special for us. Overall, a perfectly harmonious restaurant experience where everything was just right. A Michelin-starred experience that we wholeheartedly recommend. We will definitely be back!

Best cuisine in town, and the accompanying wines are not puddles but whole barrels

We were guests last year in October, and almost a year later, we're still talking about that fantastic evening! That's what finally prompted me to write a review... It was truly an exceptionally good combination of flavors, a completely new experience. High-quality ingredients, the finest nuances of individual components were noticeable, top-notch craftsmanship, and a great deal of attention to detail—it was truly an experience, and we'd love to come back! We also definitely recommend the home-grown Huit Ventes wine and the hazelnut brandy!

My mother and I enjoyed the lunch menu at La Cuisine Rademacher on Valentine's Day. As always, the ambience, food and service were excellent. Although we can no longer eat there as often as we used to due to time constraints, we were particularly pleased that we were once again assigned our favorite table (the table where we sat for the first time after the restaurant opened) without asking. Very thoughtful – thank you very much!

Wir hatten einen sehr genussreichen Abend im La Cuisine. Was die die Küche geboten hat, war herausragend. Meine Frau hatte das vegetarische und ich das klassische Menü. Beides war auf höchsten Niveau zubereitet und konnte noch durch besondere Zutaten, z.B. weisse Alba Trüffel, ergänzt werden. Der Service sehr entspannt, professionell und auf den Gast ausgerichtet. Wir haben uns als Gäste sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Weinempfehlungen waren top, das Gleiche gilt auch für die Weinkarte. Sehr empfehlenswert ist auch die Käseauswahl. Wer Käse mag, sollte definitiv den Käse als krönenden Abschluss wählen. Das Ambiente ist modern und freundlich. Es war rundherum ein perfekter Abend!

First of all: the food and the dishes were really very good, there is little to complain about here, except that the portions could perhaps have been a little bit larger. Unfortunately, the service and the drinks accompaniment were average at best. It started with the drink order getting mixed up during the aperitif - it can always happen, but then at this level I would expect that it would be said "sorry, we'll correct that". Instead, it became briefly uncomfortable and we then took the wrong order. The empty aperitif glasses remained on the table until the second course. At the beginning there was a very tasty greeting from the kitchen - here too, the plates and leftovers were still lying around on the table until the third course and were not cleared away. Then to the wine accompaniment: some of the wines were only served after the respective course, and they weren't really matched to the food. We sometimes had half/half with and without alcohol. The agreed order was not adhered to here either. An even bigger flop was the purely alcohol-free accompaniment. While other restaurants at this level (NeoBiota, Sahila etc.) offer creative alternatives, here they simply served the same non-alcoholic wine three times in a row. That was really disappointing for the price. Overall, the staff was very nice, but unfortunately not really attentive. Even if we had questions about the food, we could only read out what was on the menu. There was no background to the dishes. However, I really liked the fact that there was a schnapps on the house at the end of the evening. It's a nice gesture! Overall 3/5 stars - but there is definitely potential for more here.

Mal wieder spontan hin gefahren. Wie immer grandios. 6 tolle Gänge. Alles sehr stimmig. Tolles Personal. Neuer Restaurantleiter sehr kommunikativ. Getränke top. Etwas größerer Hauptgang wäre noch besser. Bisschen mehr Beilagen. Aber sonst spitze

Tolles Mittagsmenü, das wir noch vormittags reservieren konnten. Alle Gänge waren ansprechend angerichtet und äußerst schmackhaft. Die Auswahl an alkoholfreien Weinen und Aperitifs hat uns angenehm überrascht. Der Service war freundlich und zuvorkommend ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We were pleasantly surprised by the large selection of non-alcoholic wines and aperitifs. The friendly, attentive but not intrusive service was very pleasant. We'd love to come back.

Sehr leckeres Essen und absolut zuvorkommender Service. Man hat sich gut aufgehoben gefühlt, nicht zuletzt weil der Chef immer wieder persönlich auf ein kurzes Gespräch aus der Küche gekommen ist. Auf Unverträglichkeiten/Geschmack wurde mehr als zuvorkommend reagiert. Wir hatten einen wirklich wunderbaren Abend.

Das Essen ist perfekt. Die Kreativität bei den einzelnen Gängen ist sensationell. Jeder Gang ist klar strukturiert und lässt das Wesentliche erkennen und wird nicht von Spielereien überlagert. Geschmacklich ist eine überaus große Harmonie festzustellen. In jeder Hinsicht ein Erlebnis.

Wir haben hier am zweiten Weihnachtstag einen tollen Abend bei einem wunderbaren Weihnachtsmenü verbracht. Das Ambiente im Lokal ist sehr schön. Hier hat sich jemand sehr genaue Gedanken gemacht. Alles passt gut zu einander und die meisten Tische sind so gestellt, dass man einen schönen Abend verbringen kann ohne zu nah am Nebentisch zu sitzen. Insgesamt merkt man hier sehr schnell, dass viel Wert auf alle Details gelegt wird. Das fängt bei den Lebensmitteln an und zieht sich weiter durch die verwendeten Materialien im Gastraum bis hin zu den sanitären Anlagen. Der Service war sehr gut. Es war wirklich viel Personal im Restaurant, aber immer so, dass es nie hektisch wirkte. Alle waren sehr nett. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass hier auch dem Nachwuchs bereits sehr viel Verantwortung übertragen und Vertrauen geschenkt wird. Der offensichtlich sehr junge Mann, der uns betreute, hat einen tollen Job gemacht. Kulinarisch war das gesamte Menü - im positiven Sinne gemeint - ohne große Überraschungen. Will heißen, es hat einfach alles sehr gut geschmeckt. Alle Gänge waren hervorragend präsentiert und geschmacklich sehr zugänglich. Große geschmackliche Experimente blieben aus, darauf waren wir aber auch nicht aus. Daher war es für ein sehr gutes Sterne-Menü an einem sehr schönen Abend. Der Chef wirkte sehr sympathisch, schön dass er zum Dessert persönlich an den Tisch kam! Auch die Preisgestaltung empfanden wir als sympathisch und absolut angemessen. Toll, dass es noch Lokale gibt, die auf diesem Niveau kochen und einen dafür absolut angemessenen Preis aufrufen. Weiter so!

We spent a great evening here on Boxing Day with a wonderful Christmas menu. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very nice. Someone here has thought very carefully. Everything fits together well and most of the tables are arranged so that you can spend a nice evening without sitting too close to the next table. Overall, you quickly notice that a lot of attention is paid to all the details. This starts with the food and extends through the materials used in the dining room to the sanitary facilities. The service was very good. There was a lot of staff in the restaurant, but it never seemed hectic. Everyone was very nice. We particularly liked the fact that the young people are already given a lot of responsibility and given trust. The obviously very young man who looked after us did a great job. From a culinary point of view, the entire menu was - meant in a positive sense - without any major surprises. In other words, everything simply tasted very good. All courses were excellently presented and tasted very accessible. There were no big taste experiments, but that wasn't what we were looking for either. Therefore it was a very good star menu on a very nice evening. The boss seemed very personable, it was nice that he personally came to the table for dessert! We also found the pricing to be friendly and absolutely reasonable. It's great that there are still places that cook at this level and charge an absolutely reasonable price. Keep it up!

It was our first time there and we can highly recommend it. The atmosphere is really nice, the staff is very nice, attentive and accommodating. The chef, or rather the creative genius, is also very nice and personable and open to questions. The food was fantastic. A culinary journey that was absolutely special for us. We had the vegetarian menu with non-alcoholic accompaniment. All in all very consistent.

Simply incredibly great “star food”, but still not over-the-top. A feast for the palate. The whole team is very, very nice, “on the ball” and also child-friendly. Even the boss, Marlon, came out of the kitchen for the last course of our Christmas menu and served a delicious and very wholesome “old hazelnut brandy”, which he had produced himself. We then bought another bottle of this on site and have been treating good friends to it as a nightcap after dinner at our house ever since. We will definitely visit La Cuisine Rademacher again.

Wie auch beim letzten Mal einfach fantastisch. Wundervolles Ambiente und eine angenehme Ruhe, insbesondere nach den Feiertagen, tat das sehr gut. Die Teller sind bis ins kleinste Detail liebevoll hergerichtet. Immer wieder erlebt man eine kleine Geschmacksexplosion. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen! 

Wir waren nun zum 3. Mal und bei weitem nicht zum letzten Mal dort. Es ist immer wieder ein Erlebnis des guten Geschmacks, Zutaten die wir bei weitem nicht zusammen kombinieren, geschweige denn essen würden auf eine so dermaßen zauberhafte Art und Weise verarbeitet und angerichtet, dass es einfach nur grandios schmeckt und man sich aber auch überlegt wie man auf diese Zusammenstellungen kommt. Marlon Rademacher ist ein wahres Genie in seiner Küche und sein Serviceteam überzeugt durch Kompetenz und Freundlichkeit. Fast schon unsichtbar wird sich vollumfänglich um den Gast gesorgt und es fehlt zu keiner Zeit an nichts! Im Vergleich zu anderen Sterne-Restaurants, die wir bisher besucht haben, können wir nur sagen: Die nächste Reservierung steht schon wieder und wir freuen uns auf diese kulinarischen Reisen umgeben von bestem Service immer und immer wieder! Eine wahre Empfehlung an alle Freunde des herausragenden Geschmacks in toller Atmosphäre bei einem Gefühl als wenn man bei Freunden zu Gast ist.

Ein Punkt Abzug fürs Ambiente, die ehemalige Kneipe lässt sich halt nicht verleugnen. Das Essen, der Service und die Weinbegleitung liessen keinen Wunsch offen. Die Anmerkung bei der Reservierung beim Menü einmal die Fischgaenge zu ersetzen und das es sich um ein besonderes Ereignis handelte wurde nicht beantwortet sondern erst nach Anruf die Möglichkeit bestätigt. Auf das Ereignis wurde nicht eingegangen.

The four-course lunch menu impressed with first-class products, creative combination of the many components and different textures of each individual dish and an impressively delicate presentation! The friendly and attentive service, including from the boss himself, did the rest. We have been visiting Marlon's restaurant frequently since the beginning and are impressed by his growing creativity and culinary skills! After almost two hours you leave the restaurant full, but not overcrowded and happy!

My husband and I had a wonderful evening at La Cuisine Rademacher from start to finish. The food was all excellent, interesting dishes that were at once comforting and intricate. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive while leaving us space to enjoy our food and drink. We were pleasantly surprised by how quickly the entire evening passed. In sum, the food and beverage pairings were some of the best we’ve ever had, some even new to our palates, in a welcoming and warm environment. I would travel from Boston to Cologne again just for La Cuisine Rademacher.

Wir waren vor ein paar Jahren schon mal hier, es hat sich vieles nach vorne entwickelt. Tolle Einrichtung. Das team sehr herzlich, der Chef serviert mit, erzählt was es gibt. Es wir damit Trüffel, Kaviar gearbeitet. Tolle Weine. Es war ein toller Abend. Man spürt hier die Herzlichkeit und Großzügigkeit. Jeder Gang sehr ansprechend und lecker, auch Kleinigkeiten wie die tellerauswahl sehr gelungen.

We had the pleasure of being able to stop at Marlon Rademacher's restaurant on a Friday lunchtime. We were able to sit down in a pleasantly well-attended restaurant. The five-course lunch menu was successful in every respect. Each course was delicious on its own, but also fit in wonderfully with the sequence of courses. Each course was harmoniously coordinated with the next and allowed us to experience chef Marlon Rademacher's fine sense of flavors. The service at La Cuisine Rademacher is first class. The staff is extremely friendly and competent. The service attaches great importance to ensuring that guests feel completely comfortable, which makes a visit so pleasant. Despite the fine cuisine, you never feel uncomfortable here - the team masterfully manages to maintain a balance between exclusivity and relaxed hospitality. La Cuisine Rademacher is an absolute must for anyone looking for something special. It's one of those restaurants where you can feel that there is love, passion and dedication in every detail. Anyone looking for an unforgettable culinary experience will not be disappointed here - highly recommended, even with furry friends!

I was there yesterday with my boyfriend to celebrate our anniversary. We were very happy and had already spent €50 on a taxi in advance. We had felt comfortable until the big, smelly and wet dog entered the restaurant. I have nothing against dogs, on the contrary, but please not in a small star restaurant with 6 tables! The group of six were sitting very close to us and it was just gross and inappropriate. Even Mr. Rademacher was surprised: “Oh, there’s a dog there” and asked the owner to hide him under the table. My friend spoke to the cellar and boss, who said that it was common practice... Can you also bring your cat, my friend asked, and the waiter nodded off??? We were put at another seat until the waiter and Rademacher came to us and asked us to leave the restaurant. You had to leave because you complained about a smelly animal that spoiled your appetite. Who wants to smell musty all the time while eating? It was a medium-sized hunting dog with long hair! Even in a brewery that would be too much for me! We were simply perplexed! Mr. Rademacher said seriously while he was kicking us out that the evening was on him. So two Aperol Spritz and three little greetings from the kitchen. The glasses were also not cleaned properly because, according to the waiter, there was “accidentally” gold leaf left in them from the drink in front of them??? It wasn't the owner with the smelly and wet dog who was asked to take the animal home, but rather we were kicked out. Why? Because Mr. Rademacher knew this group of people well. The audience in particular was terrible. Mostly frustrated people over 60 who think they can do something better because of their money. Hardly anyone returned a smile. The staff also leaves a lot to be desired: The waiter who showed us out with Mr. Rademacher was very aggressive and even admitted that he and the staff were completely on cocaine... A disgrace! Never go to a star restaurant again, that's an illusion, not a reality. We finally got our fill very tasty at the Dellbrücker Brauhaus without smelly animals for €34. Highly recommended!
